I cannot recommend Tami and her incredible team enough! Tami did my makeup, and Sierra handled my hair—both were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I booked with Tami, her warmth, kindness, and professionalism stood out. She was extremely responsive in her communication, detailed in her planning, and truly made me feel like I was in expert hands.
During the trial weeks before the wedding, I didn’t have a clear vision and only had a few vague ideas. Tami and Sierra’s open-minded approach, creativity, and patience put me completely at ease. They worked with me to craft a look that was flawless and felt absolutely perfect, using high-quality products that not only looked stunning but held up beautifully throughout the day.
On the wedding day, things didn’t go exactly as planned, and we found ourselves unexpectedly behind schedule. Despite the time crunch, Tami, Sierra, and Nia remained calm, composed, and focused, working their magic to ensure I was ready on time and looking my absolute best. Their ability to manage the unexpected while keeping everyone relaxed and comfortable speaks volumes about their expertise in the industry.
I didn’t have a bridal party, but I had a special group of “get-ready gals” that included my younger sister, best friend, and two nieces. Tami and her team treated everyone with such care, ensuring we all looked incredible and felt confident. They even touched up the groom to make sure he wasn’t shiny in pictures—a small but thoughtful gesture that truly shows Tami’s unmatched attention to detail.
Tami and Sierra stayed for touch-ups throughout key moments of the day, making adjustments as needed to keep me looking flawless—from my first look to our grand entrance at dinner. Their sweet and accommodating nature, combined with their extraordinary talent, made me feel like the best version of myself.
We were thrilled to welcome them to stay and enjoy a nice meal as a small thank-you for all their hard work and dedication. Getting your makeup done for your wedding can feel scary and stressful but I couldn’t have dreamed up a better beauty team if I tried.
I chose Tami because I loved her ability to create an elevated, natural look and was drawn to her use of clean products. It’s a total game changer not feeling like you’re wearing thick, heavy makeup (or worrying you’ll wake up with five million zits the next day).
What you don’t always see in the photos, though, is everything else Tami brings to the table. She radiates joy and love, and she made the entire weekend feel calm and fun. She even came for my rehearsal look as a “dry run,” which allowed her team to set up early for the wedding morning—meaning we got to sleep in a bit more (a gift in itself!).
She kept everyone perfectly on schedule without us even noticing, and every single person felt beautiful and confident. She’s open to feedback, has great suggestions if you want them, and thinks about things you wouldn’t even realize as a bride (like whether you care if a bridesmaid has a similar hairstyle).
I truly felt like I was in the best hands with Tami and her team. I wish I could buy her homemade products in a store, they’re that good. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.Tami Bernard Makeup's reply:

Tami and her team are the most amazing people you will ever meet. In addition to that, their work is incredible. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else doing my hair and makeup for my wedding in October. When I say stunning, I mean STUNNING!
When a schedule change happened for the day of, Tami was on top of it, redid the schedule immediately, and added in something special because of the last minute change. Her flexibility and responsiveness were superior.

Best Experience!!
Tami and her team were incredible! Starting with the booking process Tami was very responsive. I had a few questions I wanted to ask and she was available for a phone call. I don't live in the area so I booked Tami and her team before doing a trial and scheduled my hair and make-up trial before my engagement photos. I was definitely nervous before the trial since makeup is such a big part of the day, but I walked out feeling more confident than ever! Tami's makeup trial process is amazing! She goes through everything in detail and makes sure you're happy with all aspects of the makeup (eyebrows, eyes, lips). She makes it feel really comfortable to provide feedback and can adjust quickly as needed! She then took the time to write very detailed notes that she could reference on the day of. I loved my make-up leaving the trial! Sierra did my hair for the wedding and the trial and she was amazing as well. Her presence is very calm but she is very professional and truly listens to what you want. For the wedding day, the team had a whole set up with everything including lights and chairs. Everyone was very professional and timely and my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup!! I would definitely recommend Tami and her team!!Tami Bernard Makeup's reply:

This recommendation comes so easily, as hiring Tami was one of the absolute best choices I made for my wedding. From the early messaging back and forth, all the way up to the day of my wedding, Tami was a dream to work with. She’s so sweet, helpful and accommodating… she just really made the whole process as easy as possible. Then, on the day of my bridal makeup trial, she proved her skills and talent! Not only did she make me feel more beautiful and “myself” than I had in years… possibly ever; she was willing to try different colors and tweak different aspects until it was just right. One thing I was most concerned about are the acne scars on my cheeks, and I let her know this and that I’d like to conceal them as much as possible but also explained that I didn’t want the foundation to look cake-y. And I don’t know what kind of sorcery she did but my skin looked fantastic, and that confidence honestly was everything I could’ve hoped for as a bride. Lastly, one other thing that was a really cool bonus when working with Tami is that she taught me something about my specific skin tone & undertone that has frustrated me my whole life and has ultimately changed the way I do my makeup with huge benefits, and for that I’m eternally grateful. So, should you hire Tami Bernard as your makeup artist for your wedding (or any other big event)? Yes! Tami & her team were absolutely wonderful to work with in the weeks leading up to and on my wedding day. She quickly dispelled any worries I had going into the weekend - caused by bad experiences with other makeup artists - and truly made the whole weekend a dream. Incredible Talent Meets Top Notch Professional Service
We had the extreme pleasure of booking Tami for our wedding. As a wedding party with two grooms and a larger wedding party, Tami and her team had their work cut out for them. They not only excelled at achieving the most gorgeous looks for everyone, but it was such a seamless process from start to end. Not to mention, it was the only wedding I've ever been to wherein which I didn't hear one single complaint from anyone in the wedding party about their hair or makeup, which in my point of view is the highest compliment because it's very hard to please ~20 different people with a variety of opinions and taste. Tami and Sierra were absolutely AMAZING! I showed them inspirational wedding look photos and they far exceeded my expectations! They both made sure me and my wedding party LOVED how everything turned out, and we all did hands down! They were so kind and professional the whole time! They made sure they were on time all morning and were very cleanly throughout the process of multiple girls in their chairs. I am so grateful for Tami, Sierra, and Lexi who were my makeup stylist team for my wedding and did the makeup for my 5 bridesmaids, mom, and me. Tami was always quick and kind to respond via email and provided her expertise and guidance during my makeup trial. Sierra and Lexi were present the day of my wedding and expertly applied the makeup for all my girls. We had a hot (100 deg. F) and windy wedding day, but the makeup looked amazing all day through photos, the ceremony, and reception. I am so happy with how the makeup looked, especially in photos. Tami and her team use quality makeup products, and I didn’t need to touch up at all throughout the day. I also love how organized they were with all their products and processes and that they mixed custom lip colors for all my girls! Tami was so kind, supportive, and helpful during the entire makeup process- from booking to trial to my wedding day! I couldn't recommend her more. Whether you are a makeup junkie or barely wear it, she will listen to you and make sure you're comfortable and happy with the final result. My mom doesn't wear a ton of makeup and was a bit hesitant, but Tami made her feel at ease and beautiful. On the big day, she helped me feel relaxed, and even though I happy-cried all day long, the makeup stayed perfect until I took it off at midnight!! Felt great on my skin too. All my bridesmaids who had their makeup done loved Tami and her team. Everyone said they were very happy with their looks. I cannot say enough amazing things about Tami and her team. She was so wonderful to work with and made it such a great experience from the trial to my big day. I am not someone who wears a lot of make up normally so I was a little bit nervous to have make up done for my wedding. She took everything I could have wanted and made it even better. Tami and her team are amazing. There's not a lot you can guarantee on your big day, but I can guarantee that your makeup will be heavenly if you go with Tami. She left me and my bridesmaids feeling perfect. The best part was seeing my mom's reaction to her makeup. Tami really highlighted my mom's beauty. She was glowing the whole day! Tami’s attention to detail is incredible. Amid the chaos of covid, she made the entire process smooth for my husband and I. The day prior to the wedding, I went in for a makeup trial and was able to tell her exactly what my vision was. She listened to all my wants/needs and added her own twist to it. She has amazing makeup products that are available to purchase as well. Her professionalism and loyalty to her job is so inspiring and I would recommend anyone looking for a makeup artist to check her out! Tami and her beautiful assistant, Emily, did the make up for my daughter's wedding. They did all of the bridesmaids, the MOG, MOTB, and of course the bride. Having someone else do your make up can be nerve wracking...what if I look too made up? What if she doesn't put enough on? Will it look good in the photos? OH MY GOSH!!! Every single one of us felt perfectly beautiful...and the PHOTOS....perfection! Tami did a trial for the bride, and she was so patient and listened to what Abby was looking for, and she delivered it perfectly. She is a master of color, from foundation to blush and lips to eyes, she created the most incredible looks for each of us. Natural and radiant, and not one of us felt overly made up, as we looked around at each other we couldn't stop complimenting one another! Her ability to apply make-up in a manner that completely compliments the beauty of her clients is so very incredible! She carefully listens to the requests that each individual has & talentedly creates a result that exceeds all expectations! She is very organized, superbly efficient, has excellent communication skills, & is gracious beyond words! Tami and her assistant prepared 11 of us for the wedding, including my daughter (the bride), 8 bridesmaids, mother of the groom, and myself (mother of the bride).
