Engagement ring jeweler and life long customer

The best experience my fiancé and I had when looking for my engagement ring. Not only do they have a vast majority of options and styles, but they are so willing to make your vision come to life. The jeweler, Brad, was so welcoming and such a pleasure to work with when we were just trying to get ideas. He showed us different things I may like based on some pictures, educated us on what to look for in a diamond, and specifically noticed the one ring I consistently kept going back for and trying. That’s the same ring I’m now currently wearing on my finger! I wanted something classic and timeless, but still unique. It is really a one of a kind dream ring.

The staff made the rest of the experience so easy and comfortable, as they are so knowledgeable and friendly. Carly worked with us as we selected a loose diamond and finalized details of the purchase. She is so efficient and accommodating. She really knows how to work with what she has, based on what you want as a client. I came back recently and purchased another ring for a family member who fell in love with my engagement ring. Carly worked with us to put together, yet again, another dream ring. Their prices are competitive - you get the best bang for your buck no question about it. We were able to get a better quality diamond and setting for a much better price than competing retailers. We were also drawn to the the fact their warranty covered anything... anything. All cleanings, re-dippings, or repairs are covered.

I am very pleased with this buisiness! My fiancé was helped by the same employee as he ordered my diamonds and designed my ring. They were very helpful, extremely knowledable and very patient. My ring is absolutely stunning and they were able to resize it very quickly and flawlessly. I highly reccomend this place as compared to their competitor nearby.

Thank you so much to the Tallahassee Diamond Center for making our engagement, and following wedding at Mission Inn such a special day. The people at the Tallahassee Diamond Center were amazing and there for us every step of the way during the engagement ring selection. She had an interest in something that was both antique, and with a hint of modern thrown in there, and we scoured Tallahassee looking for something that caught her eye. We found rings she liked, but nothing that said it was the one, until they helped guide us to a special ring that they were able to customize some of the standard gemstones with diamonds instead, and it was PERFECT! They really helped us to piece everything together, and we really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help us in every aspect of what we were looking for. With their knowledge, and help in the diamond and ring selection, I couldn't have imagined anything else on her finger from any of the other stores in the area, and could not recommend the Tallahassee Diamond Center enough for what they had done for us. Everyone commented on how beautiful the ring was. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping to contribute to our memories of such an important event in our lives, every time she looks at her finger.

The staff at the Tallahassee Diamond Center was extremely helpful and knowledgable about their product. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and he was so pleased with his experience that we went back to purchase our wedding bands. Both my engagement ring and wedding band are absolutely stunning as well as reasonably priced. The jeweler even engraved my fiances wedding band for me at no added cost. I will definitely recommend Tallahassee Diamond Center to anyone in/around the Tallahassee, FL area and we will definitely be using them again.

My Husband hand selected my engagement ring and totally surprised me with a beautiful proposal. I receive compliments on a regular basis and comments on how unique my ring is (I have yet to see anyone with anything like it!). Everyone at the Diamond Center was easy to work with and do not pressure to exceed the budget. They were also very helpful when shopping for other jewelry and recommending insurance for my diamond. It was such a pleasure working with a Jeweler whom we feel we can trust in the quality of the item over a chain store that just mass produces jewelry. We will be using Tallahassee Diamond Center for years to come.

The staff at Tallahassee Diamond Center is very friendly and helpful! My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and we are also buying our wedding bands here. They have very good prices and are very knowledgeable about all their products. I'm from a small town and I love a store that has that "small town feel" and this place doesn't disappoint!

Despite the fact that we live in Washington DC, we decided to choose our wedding rings from Tallahassee Diamond Center since the engagement ring was purchased from there while the groom was visiting his parents. The service was great, they had a big ring selection and we were able to find our two perfect bands in no time. The engagement and bride's wedding ring were priced really fairly, and their values were much higher than what was paid. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

My fiance and I were so happy with Sean and his team. They deliver great quality rings without trying to overcharge you. It is true! You can get beautiful rings without having to overpay. My engagement ring is beautiful, high quality, and receives tons of compliments daily. This is all thanks to the people at TDC who worked with my fiance to pick out the perfect ring for me. I go into TDC to get my ring cleaned and they are always nice and available to clean the ring. We recently bought our wedding bands and are in love with them. TDC is a great place to shop for rings, as well as, wedding bands. They're honest and they know what they're talking about.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here. They were very knowledgeable and patient with him and explained all the differences in the cut, clarity, quality, etc. I loved my ring!!! When it came time to look for a wedding band to go with my ring we checked out all the jewelry stores in town but again had the best experience with Tallahassee Diamond Center. The employees there are so wonderful and don’t hover over you and let you have all the time you need to try everything on. Literally they grabbed out every single wedding band for me and let me try all of them on by myself. My husband and I both ended up getting our wedding bands from here and absolutely love them. I take them in occasionally to get cleaned and it’s always a quick and easy process! I would highly recommend!!

We bought all our rings from Tallahassee Diamond. Christi helped us through every step: picking out the engagement ring and wedding bands. She was extremely professional and gave us a lot of great suggestions. The experience was wonderful... I have already recommended them to several other people.

My fiancé proposed to me without a ring because he wanted me to pick out something that I really loved. Our first stop was the Tallahassee Diamond Center and to say we were disappointed would be a vast understatement. The gentleman that helped us could not get us out of there fast enough. I did not know what I wanted and we wanted to see a few different styles. He told us to come back when we knew what we wanted and said bye. We went to Gem Collection and got the service and professionalism we deserve. We have told everyone we know to never go to the Tallahassee Diamond Center. We will never go back.
