  I couldn't imagine my wedding without them! Tall Productions' quality of work is amazing! They were willing to meet my needs & were professional! If you are even thinking of video for your wedding you have to check them out! You won't regret it! I'll treasure this wedding film forever!

  I am very glad that I found Tall Productions and really enjoyed the final product. Dylan is highly professional, courteous, captures all the right moments, and turns the DVD around within 2 months. His pricing is also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

  Dylan was an absolute pleasure to do business with! Everything went so smoothly, from booking the date to receiving the video footage. His work is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly talented, and will make your investment well worth it. (Probably the best investment, next to the dress and the flowers) We were on the fence between having two photographers or one photographer and videographer - obviously we went with the later, and it was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding process! His highlight film captured the best/favorite moments of the day, was flattering, and well-executed. All of our friends and family absolutely love it, as well. We will treasure this video even more than our photos for the rest of our lives. Thank you for being a part of our special day, Dylan! We can't thank you enough.

  Dylan was great to work with. We are thrilled with the final product. He and his team really captured the big as well as the little moments - and, much to our pleasant surprise, it's the little moments that truly make the video shine.
  
  He agreed to share with us the highlight video as well as four films - my wife's pithi, the sangeet, the wedding, and the reception - on Dropbox as well as via hard drive and Blu-Ray. It really cannot be overstated how important it is to have everything in multiple media, especially given some parents (not naming names - ha) can be slow with technology.
  
  It's the case with just about all wedding videographers that the editing process takes months. And for us, it was worth the wait.

  Terrible Communication

  I highly suggest that you do NOT use Dylan Reid, owner of Tall Productions to film your wedding or any other event. You will likely experience the same stress and sleepless nights that we, and so many other couples, have experienced.
  We got married in June, 2018. The contract stated delivery within 3 - 5 months. We just got our videos in July, 2019. There were no updates and he refuses to pick up our phone calls to this day. We attempted to contact him a few months after the wedding and had no luck. Finally, almost six months after our wedding and after a multitude of calls, emails, and voicemail attempts from us, he sent a couple of emails containing empty promises of delivery of our wedding videos, then again, he cut off all contact with us and did not deliver our videos. Even after he said he would keep us updated, we heard nothing from him for over seven months.
  We called, emailed, and left messages many, many times. We sent a certified letter and another letter through regular mail. We told him we would have to pursue this further if he did not fulfill the contract. There was still no response or follow up.
  Through other reviews and through the use of social media, we found five other couples who were in the same position (one of those couples is Matt Phillips who also left a review). Between the five of us, Dylan had received over $20,000 dollars for wedding videography and had delivered nothing. One of the couples had gotten married two years ago. We began communicating together in an email support group to try to get the issue resolved.
  We contacted Dylan to let him know we had escalated things. We told him that we had found all of these other couples whom he had ripped off and together, we had been in touch with two lawyers; and if he did not send us our videos, then he had given us no choice but to take action. Ten days after sending Dylan this message, all of a sudden, one-by-one, a number of the couples began receiving their videos through dropbox links. His emails to us gave no explanation beyond, "Apologies again for the delay on these films. I really appreciate your patience" and he still was barely communicating with us. We did finally receive our videos over a year after our wedding. The last couple to receive their wedding videos were the first in the group to get married in 2017. They just received their videos on July 25, 2019.
  Please, please, please do not use Dylan Reid. We do not want you to go through the same pointless stress and frustration we, and who knows how many other couples, have gone through.

  Our Videographer Ghosted Us

  It's currently March 2019. We signed a contract with Dylan in November of 2017, paid him $4,000 dollars in early 2018, and had him film our April 2018 wedding. His contract states that it takes 3-5 months for him to return a finished product. So four and a half months later, we asked for a status update. He said he might need a couple more months so it should be October or November.
  
  Since then we have heard absolutely nothing from him.
  
  My wife and I tried to email him, call him, and leave voicemails several times. In every message, we tried to sympathize in case something happened or life just got busy for him. All we wanted was a one sentence response stating that he still had our footage and would be working on it. We never got a response. He was great on the day of our wedding so at first we were concerned that something may have happened to him when he didn't respond, but we've seen him post same-day video edits on his social media. Again, this is someone to whom we have paid thousands of dollars and all we've asked for in return is some kind of update. Instead it feels like he is avoiding us, and we have no idea why.
  
  We're now at our wits' end. We wanted to have this video to share with ailing, older relatives who couldn't attend the wedding, and now I'm not sure we'll ever have it.
  
  Unfortunately, I can't in good conscience recommend Tall Productions to anyone.
