Fantastic wedding experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Tabrizi's! Throughout the planning process, and the day-of, Michael Tabrizi and his team were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the venue. Our original plan was ceremony/cocktail hour outside with reception inside, however due to the weather we had to pivot on the day-of to do everything inside. Michael and his team did an excellent job of adjusting on the fly, while at the same time making us feel at ease that everything was all going well. In this regard, the high level of experience and professionalism of the staff at Tabrizi's was clear.
The venue itself is beautiful, and very convenient for a large number of guests, being just a couple of turns from 95. The view on the water at night is breathtaking and allows for a lot of amazing photos. In addition, the food is excellent. We had many guests specifically comment on how delicious the meals were.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our choice of a venue. When we booked Tabrizi's, we truly got everything they had to offer! We can't say enough how accommodating and dedicated to excellent service they are. It was truly a fantastic wedding experience that we would recommend to any couple!

This is a hidden Gem!

This was an experience for the books!! We met Michael and Jamie at our initial tour of the venue and fell in love with it. The food tasting was at the chef's table, which we enjoyed tremendously. The Marina setting and the outdoor patio at the magnificent Harborview community are a small reflection of the real Baltimore. Our guests were very happy and we thank Tabrizi's for making out "Big Day" big!! Thank you guys!

My best choice for Baltimore

Just love it! Tabrizi's and the entire staff were dedicated for our day. The food tasting up to the big day were carefully executed. Just wonderful!

Personalized service and amazing food!

Love Tabrizi’s! Their a la carte menu is perfect for the couple that wants to pick and choose what they want for appetizers and entrees. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and the food at ours was the best by far!!! I love this venue!

The best venue

My HUSBAND and I had our wedding here yesterday.

We decided to choose this venue because of the stunning view and beautiful outside ceremony space. Unfortunately we had to have the ceremony inside (my choice) due to 100+ degree temperatures. Having the ceremony inside terrified me because I was worried about it being "pretty" but I was reassured over and over that it would still be lovely. (Pictures coming soon!)

Michael is an absolute genius in the kitchen. His food was absolutely phenomonal and people cannot stop talking about it. We specifically chose crab & filet but I guarantee anything from here would be just as amazing.

Emily is the best woman to have in charge for your wedding. She was my calm in a crazy weekend. Quite a few other companies failed me... but not this one. I am quite picky, but Emily has excellent taste & great judgement when making decisions so I was able to give up some control and let her handle everything on the wedding day.

We checked out almost every venue in Baltimore and we are so glad we landed here. The wedding would not have been the same without the entire team at Tabrizi's. If you're considering having your event here, DO IT. They will not disappoint, promise!

Awesome Wedding Venue!!!

Our daughter's wedding was on 8/3/19 and from the start of the cocktail hour to the last dance, EVERYTHING at Tabrizi's was outstanding! Owner, Michael Tabrizi, and Director of Sales, Emily Albert, along with a friendly and efficient team provided excellence in service, food and beverages! Plus, the location and view were perfect! We would definitely recommend Tabrizi's for any special occasion!

Truly the best wedding venue on the water.!

Mr. Tabrizi is very accommodating, the staff, and the event planner Emily are very professional, polite and eager to please. I personally think it is the best wedding venue on the water in Baltimore. We are originally from D.C and the cost of similar wedding with 180 people with premium choices can easily be in the high $80’s, we paid half of that!! I do highly recommend Tabrizi’s, our guests did notice the difference between Hotel and a Restaurant food.

Couldn't have chosen a better Venue!

My husband and I got married in March of 2018, we had our ceremony and reception at Tabrizis and could not be happier we chose them. Michael is the owner and we worked directly with him. He was extremely flexible and accommodated all of our needs. Our guests LOVED the food. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Seamless Beautiful Day!

Tabrizis is amazing!! I love that they take care of just about everything in terms of setup and flow of the evening! Michael Tabrizi is great at what he does, wonderful to work with, and cooks absolutely amazing food! We had our reception at Tabrizi’s in September and Michael was responsive and helpful throughout all the planning. He also made sure the groom and I were fed well the whole night, had trays of appetizers waiting for us as I got my dress bustled, which was amazing. The venue is beautiful and gave us our dream of an inner harbor wedding. Our guests still rave about the food too!!

I was a guest at a wedding recently. The appetizers, followed by Sea Bass and Filet Mignon were awesome. The setting is beautiful, romantic and directly on the water. Loved everything.

Have your wedding here!! We looked at a a few local venues in person, and many online, for our wedding of 175. My family was coming from NY/NJ, and I've lived here for 14 years, so I wanted to impress them with how beautiful Bmore can be. This venue was outstanding in every way. Michael, the owner, is truly a perfectionist and cared about every detail, from the timing with vendors to the portions. He is also very patient with busy brides like me, who needed his professional suggestions and advice.

I've never heard people rave about food at a wedding before, but they really did (and trust me, my family cares about food). The crab cake/filet duo plate was amazing and the cocktail hour was beautiful, with signature drinks and tasteful displays. His really friendly staff set up all of my decorations and tables with almost no instructions, and he walked us through the rehearsal dinner. His staff was also really professional and nice to any picky eaters who wanted last-minute changes. The patio ceremony was nicely arranged and spacious, and you can't find better water views of the Harbor for the early evening, sunset, and at night. Several of our guests went out on the balcony just to take it all in, and many went down and posed with the glowing domino sugar sign water view.

I wish I could have the same exact wedding all over again! I wouldn't change a thing.

I had a venue choice in Florida or Baltimore, I was born in Baltimore so we voted for Tabrizi;s. It is on the water which we are used to, open skies, and yet very elegant indoor. Food and beverage top shelf, so is service, and ambience. Great Job!

One of the few waterfront venues I know of. Mr. Tabrizi knows the business very well and delivers everything agreed upon and more. The little things, the details, the personal touches and of course the food, the view and the service are just great.
Tabrizi's met my by tight budget and made my wedding day a memorable experience. A+++

We loved everything about Tabrizi's! Michael was so helpful and flexible. He made us feel special and that our wedding was the only thing he was focused on. The food was amazing as was the service from all of the workers. His wedding planner was so attentive and made sure the night was only what we wanted. It rained on our wedding day and we had to move inside, but everything was smooth and it still felt like our ceremony and reception were in different locations. I highly recommend Tabrizi's to everyone!!

Great venue! Period. A waterfront venue in the heart of the Harborview complex with plenty of parking. The food and service were outstanding and the entire booking process was flawless and easy thanks to Michael-the owner. Highly recommended.

Our daughter’s wedding was held at Tabrizi’s on June 2, 2018. She fell in love with the space and the
gorgeous views of the harbor on her initial visit. Throughout the entire process, Michael Tabrizi and his
team – and they are a team – provided the highest level of service anyone could expect. Michael is the
foundation of the enterprise and is the owner, manager, chef, point of contact, and wedding consultant
extraordinaire. The guy loves what he does and it shows! We found Michael to not only be accessible
and responsive, but he also had a genuine interest in making sure every detail was addressed – no
wedding planner needed. Michael provided us with a list of vendors he’s used before and we used
some of those and brought in some of our own vendors as well – all were top notch and Michael
seamlessly integrate all of them.
The food was outstanding – especially the crab cakes and beef tenderloin, which several guests said was
the best they ever had. The ceremony was held indoors due to foul weather but that didn’t dampen the
day in the least. The entire event went off just as smoothly as if it had been planned as an indoor
ceremony from the start. Everyone raved about the wedding… what a great venue it was, the setting,
the food, and their very attentive staff. Michael is the glue that brings it all together and was
instrumental in making our daughter’s wedding day perfect. We can’t thank Michael enough and look
forward to dropping in for dinner in the years ahead.

Very beautiful venue on the water. I was born in Baltimore but live out of state, decided to get married in my city and Tabrizi’s was the choice. Michael is very easy to work with and very helpful in planning and giving advice. The food and service were excellent, and our guests raved about the experience.

This place is simply wonderful ! let me just start by saying that the food is beyond delicious ! I am middle eastern and it is very hard to find good middle eastern food and let me tell you this place does middle eastern food justice ! And second of all if you are looking for the ultimate wedding experience It is the place to be it is not just a wedding venue it is a whole experience in itself.

Our wedding on May 12, 2018, was absolutely fabulous at Tabrizi's. Everyone loved the venue and the food - I'm still hearing about it weeks later! One couple, close friends, said they've been to many weddings in the last year and so far ours has been their fave! That's why I rated with 5 stars on everything - despite one issue, I think Tabrizi's still deserves that.
That only issue was that there was some miscommunication with my day-of-coordinator about the decor and our plates (for the bride and groom) so not really sure what help she was to me personally that day, likely with some things I was unaware of, but I'll just suggest to future brides to be sure that ALL plans are confirmed (who's doing what when where how) ahead of time so there is no confusion the day of.
In my opinion, it's kind of a diamond in the rough - I mean, when I first saw it on WW my thought was "who gets married at a restaurant???" But then I was looking for a rehearsal dinner location and found it again, Mr. Tabrizi took us on a tour, then we realized we'd actually been before for hubby's company party in 2016. And he was so much easier to work with than the place I originally wanted (bad review left for them!). Sadly, we had our rehearsal dinner elsewhere and were quite disappointed. I should have stayed with Tabrizi's for that as well.
It truly is a gorgeous venue, which despite my one minor issue, I'd still very highly recommend to any bride! Take the tour, see it, book it!

Great place to have your wedding. If you are looking for a waterfront, elegant, priceworthy, with great food options and service, this is the place. Very straight forward, no hassle and very flexible. Mr. Tabrizi and his staff are very professional, knowledge and helpful.

Michael is really the best in the business. His laidback demeanor may deceive you - he has done this enough times to know what couples getting married want and how to give it to them. We had a not so big wedding (108 people) on Memorial Day weekend and Michael treated us like we were having the most expensive wedding of the year. Although we intended to have our cocktail hour outside, the torrential rain and flooding from the weekend was prohibitive, but the marina offered the perfect backdrop to the warm and inviting inside of Tabrizi's. The food was impeccable - from the lamb-stuffed pitas to spanakopita, bacon wrapped scallops, shrimp in sweet chili sauce to the crab cakes, hand-carved lambchops, scalloped potatoes, and Middle Eastern fare handmade by Michael himself (Tabouleh, hummus, babaganoush, falafel, and tahini) - our guests could not stop raving about how this was "the best food they have ever had at a wedding." The venue itself is gorgeous and classically Baltimore, overlooking the marina, with views of the Natty Boh, Domino Sugar, and Under Armour signs. Inside is elegant and, even with a smaller wedding, the space was so perfect that we could have gone without center pieces once it was all set up. The staff was professional and the day of coordinator, Sarah, was always there if anyone needed anything. We would recommend Tabrizi's to anyone considering a wedding in Baltimore! There is no better deal for a picture perfect venue and, being privately owned, Michael can give you the wedding that you want, not a wedding that every other bride has already had.

I ABSOLUTELY loved having my wedding ceremony and reception at Tabrizi's. Michael is amazing to work with and had an answer for all of my questions. Everything was just like I imagined it would be and everything went smoothly. He set up everything a day in advance so that I could take a look at it before the wedding day at our rehearsal. The atmosphere is amazing and the view is spectacular. He even had a back up plan if it rained. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to worry about anything at any part of the wedding planning process. I would recommend Tabrizi's to any couple getting married and can't think of a better place to marry the love of my life.

Could not have asked for a better vendor for our reception - from start to finish. From the beginning of our initial site visit through the end of the reception, it was all wonderful. Our wedding was in the winter & so we didn't use the outdoor space, but even with the cocktail hour being inside, the view was beautiful - the floor to ceiling windows in both the cocktail area and the reception hall afforded us and our guests a beautiful view of the harbor. The food was amazing, staff and the day of coordinator (whose name I cannot recall) were all phenomenal and worked very professionally with our wedding planner to put on our dream wedding. Highly recommend Tabrizis, you really have the feel of a one owner experience compared to what we experienced with some of the other larger vendors. Felt like family.

From the moment my husband and I saw Tabrizis we knew that's where we wanted to have our reception. Michael was so nice and accommodating from the very beginning. I brought my parents in for dinner one night so they could see the place and Michael made sure they could see the reception venue after we ate dinner. I booked tabrizis in June 2015 for our wedding of May 2017 because we all loved it so much. For the almost 2 years before I got married Michael answered all the questions
I had, small or large. I remember coming in for the tasting a couple weeks before the wedding and Michael gave us so much food! We thought we were only get little samplings but we got full servings of steak, crab cakes, and chicken. Michael could tell I was stressed and he was very reassuring that everything the day of was going to be taken care of, and he was right. Sara his wedding cordinator is absolutely fabulous and set up all my decorations for me, including the candy bar we had. To not have to worry about any of that helped me relax so much. Everything was absolutely wonderful the day of my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better day. The staff was wonderful from making sure we were served at the bar right away to helping me get cleaned up after my husband shoved cake in my face and it got all over me and in my hair too! All of our guests couldn't stop saying how good the food was and how much of a great time they had. Thank you Michael and Tabrizis for helping to make my wedding day perfect!

We only looked at one venue because the minute we saw Tabrizi's we were hooked.
When we met Michael, he was back in the kitchen cooking and then he came out and gave us the full tour himself. He also responds to all emails himself. That is a strong indicator of the quality standards at Tabrizi's - the owner, the one with his name on the building - oversees every detail. Michael answered every email within 24 hours and always included the full information. He was able to accommodate all our requests and he offered us suggestions along the way. When it came time for our tasting, we were able to invite two friends. We were able to try the hors d'oeuvres and all entrée selections in their full portion size for each of us plus wine. All complimentary. We ultimately chose scallops wrapped in bacon, bruschetta (the best we've ever had), smoked salmon, mini-lamb gyros, and the mini short rib paninis plus vegetables and cheese for the hors d'oeuvres. We picked the tenderloin and crab cake combo with the scalloped potatoes and asparagus for the entrée. Because this was fairly standard and we wanted something a little different, Michael paired the crab cake with a red "imperial" sauce that was the talk of the wedding. We received so many compliments on the food. We're big foodies and so are a lot of our friends, so we had very high standards. Tabrizi's met and exceeded all of these.
The venue is beautiful and the day-of coordinator, Sara, couldn't have been more helpful. The service was exceptional. Kat, the bar manager took care of us at our tasting and remembered our favorite drinks right away at the wedding. They kept us well plied with drinks and food. One of our friends had just had a baby and needed a private room to pump and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her graciously. Long story short: Amazing food, excellent and accommodating staff, hands on management from the owner, beautiful location with gorgeous views. Look no further. Thank you Tabrizi's!

I don’t even know where to begin to put into words how truly proud and honored my husband and I still feel about having our wedding at Tabrizi’s. From the moment we met Michael, we knew that we had to host our special day there, and we are SO glad we did. Throughout the entire process, Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had and he always made us feel comfortable and at ease about all details of our wedding. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and truly cares about making your day perfect. The view of the Harbor was spectacular, and it was nice to have such easy access to the pier and patio for pictures with the Domino Sugars sign in the back. This inside is just as gorgeous with huge windows that really showcase the harbor. One extra thing I feel obligated to mention - We had our ceremony at a family Church, so there was a small gap between ceremony and cocktail hour. Some of our guests showed up early, and Michael welcomed them in and even opened the bar for them – my husband and I were so humbled and grateful for that gesture. Looking back at pictures from our photographer, Sara, his day-of coordinator, went above and beyond what we expected and we were amazed by how wonderful all of our décor was arranged and the attention she pays to detail. The entire Tabrizi’s team really takes good care of you and treats you more like family, to be honest. They constantly made sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the evening – and even cleaned cake off of our faces!! THE FOOD – every SINGLE person who we’ve spoken to since the wedding has complimented us on how amazing the food was. I highly recommend the beef tenderloin! We even had some guests with dietary restrictions that Michael made special meals for without hesitation. Overall, I can’t express enough how wonderful every aspect of our wedding day was at Tabrizi’s and it’s all thanks to Michael and his team. I hope he knows how sincerely grateful we are to him. Our wedding day was phenomenal because of Michael Tabrizi and his wonderful team at Tabrizi’s. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Tabrizi’s in October 2016. After our initial visit to the venue, we knew immediately we wanted to have our wedding day there. The view at night of the Inner Harbor and Dominos Sugar sign was what made me fall in love with the venue. During the planning process Michael was readily available to discuss our questions and help with planning along the way. We loved our tasting we had at Tabrizi’s to try out different foods for our menu. The wedding coordinator Sarah was also very helpful helping coordinate with our wedding planner to meet our needs for the wedding day. We planned an outdoor ceremony for our wedding, but unfortunately it was a very windy in Baltimore that day. Michael and his team were very flexible with changing our ceremony location from outdoors to indoors because of the weather. I always felt like we were in good hands with Michael and his team. The reception room upstairs was simply decorated but it is such a stunning space. Our photos from our wedding reception look gorgeous. The food and beverages were so well done; we got so many compliments about our food selections from guests. We chose the sea bass, chicken primavera, and peppercorn crusted beef tenderloin. We also had featured cocktails at the bar, my fiancé and I each had one we chose. Overall, the venue and staff made it an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. I felt like we were treated like royalty throughout the entire process and especially on our wedding day. I highly recommend Tabrizi’s for a wedding or any other special event. I cannot thank Michael and his staff enough; we have nothing but wonderful memories of our wedding day.

Tabrizi’s was a great venue. The views are absolutely beautiful (one of the best in Baltimore) and the food and service are top notch. After one visit, My husband and I knew this place was the one! We booked in Jan 2016 for our March 2017 Wedding! Our site rental fee was waived because we booked our wedding in March 2017. So that was 8-10K of savings compared to all of the other venues we looked at in the Baltimore Inner harbor area! Mr. Tabrizi is amazing! He answered every single question that I had, every single email within 24 hours. Because my wedding was indoors (ceremony and reception in the same room), I wanted to do a little more to make the room pop, so I came up with layouts of the décor for the room (décor which I provided) and I think that made it very easy for Mr. Tabrizi and his team to put everything together. I also completed my own wedding timeline and worked with Mr. Tabrizi with this to make sure that we were maximizing our time! So to say the least, Mr. Tabrizi is THE BEST planner a gal could ask for. Also, if you are getting married outside, count it a blessing because you don't have to worry as much about ceremony decor. The weather was actually 76 degrees on our wedding day on March 25, 2017 so Mr. Tabrizi opened up the balcony area and the patios for our guests to have cocktail hour indoors and outdoors. It was absolutely amazing! The staff is literally the best. I didn’t go a minute without being asking if I needed something, If I wanted water, if I wanted a drink as well as telling me how beautiful I was. The set-up of the ceremony and reception were perfect! I would not have changed anything! The FOOD was absolutely amazing and our guests said that the flow of the day was absolutely seamless and that is because of Mr. Tabrizi, Sara (Wedding Coordinator) and the staff! Brides, you do not need a planner, Mr. Tabrizi is your guy! The Best Wedding Venue!

Tabrizi's was the first venue my husband and I looked at after we got engaged and after we looked at a couple more venues, nothing could compare to what Tabrizi's offered. Tabrizi's is one of the few venues that has a view of Baltimore's Inner Harbor and is located on a marina, which made for a beautiful ceremony and reception location! Also, Tabrizi's has the most amazing catering menu - we are still receiving compliments about the food at our wedding! Our guest have said that our menu was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding. This is a true reflection of what Michael Tabrizi prides himself on - providing great food and a great experience for couples getting married. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I highly recommend Tabrizi's for any bride that wants a venue with an amazing team, food, and views!

Wow.. Where do I even begin?! As I've been working with Tabrizi's over the past year, I knew our wedding reception was going to be special, but we were honestly blown away by EVERYTHING. From the attentive, fast and extremely helpful and friendly staff on-site to perfect set up and delicious food, every single detail was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything else. Our guests haven't stopped raving about everything and everyone wants to do it all again! I don't know if we could ever have such another perfect night ever again! Tabrizi's offers an on-site day of coordinator and being that I am an event planner myself, it was hard for me to leave some of the setup and details in the responsibility of someone else, but everything was beyond my expectations! It's a wonderful feeling knowing that the BEST wedding I've ever been to was OUR own wedding! We're still on cloud nine and it's truly a day we will cherish forever. Working with Michael Tabrizi was a blessing because right off the bat, he made us feel like family and was always quick to respond to my many emails and questions! Whenever I wanted to stop in prior to the reception just to get some ideas or take a look around, he always accommodated me without me feeling like a nuisance! Tabrizi’s hosted our wedding reception in October 2015 and we had such a wonderful and amazing time! From the staff to the food to the setting to the atmosphere and even the planning, everything was excellent, extravagant, marvelous! We looked at several wedding venues in our search for the perfect place but when we visited Tabrizi’s we just knew it was right! As a couple we have lived in many places, and in several countries, but something about that central Baltimore location with such stunning harbor views made this the perfect venue for us. Despite it being a little difficult for us to settle on a date (because a significant percentage of our guests were traveling in from overseas), the staff at Tabrizi’s and of course the AMAZING Michael - always remained patient with us, they were always helpful, polite, and courteous during the whole booking process. We visited Tabrizi’s several times in the lead-up to our big day and it was always a thrill to see where we would be celebrating with our loved ones come October. Our menu tasting was also such a fun day - it was really hard to choose what we wanted because everything was so good!
When the big day finally arrived...along with Hurricane Joaquin...we were so excited for our guests to arrive and see the venue and party with us and Tabrizi’s really pulled everything together for us. If you are thinking of hosting your wedding here then stop thinking ,although we kind of want to keep it all for ourselves :)
In short, we were thrilled with Tabrizi’s as our wedding venue! Everything was even better than we had hoped and we will treasure the memories created there for the rest of our lives!

We had both our wedding and reception at Tabrizi's, and we are beyond happy with the way that everything turned out. Both Jackie (event coordinator) and Michael (chef/owner) were so helpful with answering all of my many questions and making me feel confident in my choices throughout the planning process. Even with us coming from out of town, everything ran smoothly. My husband and I particularly loved the food. The crab cakes were a big hit. We were blown away that we received multiple full sized entrees at our menu tasting, and it was so hard to choose. Our guests had nothing but compliments regarding the location. A beautiful setting, great food, and free parking downtown on the water... the choice was easy.

I am a little late in doing this review. My mistake. My daughter's reception was held at Tabrizi's back in April. My wife and I could not have been happier with the venue. Michael and Jackie were fantastic, FANTASTIC, to work with. We had an outdoor cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing in the upstairs ballroom. Michael Tabrizi is absolutely wonderful to work with and made our wedding a truly amazing and stress free experience! We had the best time at the reception! It was everything we wanted and more. The space was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was phenomenal - everything was just perfect! We really wanted a venue that allowed us to have an outdoor cocktail hour and also had a reception room that would accommodate our 160 guests in one room. The space was perfect for us - all of the tables are around the dance floor and there is a large bar next to the dance floor so there really isn't a bad seat in the house.

Michael was so patient and responsive throughout this process and really put my mind at ease. I didn't have to worry about anything - I knew Michael and his team had it covered. Tabrizi's is extremely flexible - they will work with you to give you the wedding you want and stay within your budget. Sarah, the event manager, was wonderful to work with and the rest of the staff was just as lovely. Michael let me come in a few days before the wedding to make the final payment and help set up the room so everything was how I imagined it. They also let us pick up our things the next day so we didn't have to worry about having someone take home all of the decorations, etc. the night of the wedding. We were lucky and had amazing weather so we had the cocktail hour on the patio which was just lovely. Our guests loved the outdoor bar and raved about the harbor views. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food - I only wish I had eaten more myself! We went with the filet and sea bass dual entree since it was about the same price as individual selections. The portions are huge and the sea bass is out of this world! Michael was so kind to us and we cannot wait to go back for dinner! Book this venue - you will not regret it! Thank you Michael for making our wedding the BEST day ever!

My wedding was perfect! It was everything I wanted and more. Tabrizi's is a hidden gem, as I have lived in the Federal Hill area for seven years and never knew it existed. Once I visited the venue, I knew I wanted to get married there. We got married in August 2015 (160 guests), and our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the patio with an amazing view of the harbor. Our reception was in the upstairs room (floor to ceiling windows) with another spectacular view of the city. The food was so delicious (my husband is a foodie and wouldn't have it any other way). Michael (the owner) was very helpful and gave great suggestions on top of cooking the amazing food. Sarah was the day of coordinator and was wonderful. She was easy to work with and made me feel at ease about everything. All of our guests had a fantastic time, and they can't stop talking about it. Everything ran smoothly, and I couldn't be a happier bride. Tabrizi's is on the somewhat/medium expensive side, but EVERYTHING is included, and the price is more than worth the amazing experience you will have. I can't thank Michael, Sarah, and the Tabrizi's staff enough for making my wedding day better than I ever dreamed.

From the very first meeting with Michael & Jackie, we immediately felt comfortable and knew we made the right choice for our reception venue. They know how to run a wedding with professionalism and Michael's demeanor kept us calm throughout the planning process. My wife and I are Baltimore natives and knew that was where we wanted to share our most important day together. After looking at several “tradition” venues with less flexible dates and excessive venue fees, we decided to try a curveball and check out Tabrizi’s. Our initial curiosity was for the incredible skyline view right in the heart of the harbor and it was one of the highlights of our wedding. Mr. Tabrizi’s staff was completely professional from day one and provided a thorough list of planning related documents and timelines for us to prepare for. While we consider ourselves organized in general, it was a pleasant surprise to have a venue embrace our planning and really stick to the script time wise.
In terms of the day, Tabrizi’s staff was punctual, well dressed, and kept everything running on time. We had several guests comment on how friendly the entire wait staff was and how genuinely happy they were to be a part of our party. The food was outstanding and we had no complaints from anyone. We also elected for the premium bar and this did not disappoint the groomsmen in the least! Overall, this venue was perfect because it gave us one less thing to worry about and allowed us to focus on the most important thing, celebrating our marriage with our friends and family. Mr. Tabrizi knows what he’s doing, we highly recommend this venue.

Beautiful location, wonderful food, and professional and friendly staff. Michael Tabrizi is a wonderful chef and his assistant, Jackie is fabulous. Jackie is so calm making the whole process seamless for our guests. We needed to pick up the cupcake tier and other things from the ceremony the next day and Jackie had everything neatly packed and on a cart, so all we had to do was load the car.

All the guests were complimentary of the polite service, plentiful hors d'oeuvres, and dinner. For our vegetarian dish we chose the Eggplant Napoleon Fried Eggplant, layered Haloumi chees- Kalamata olives tapenade, tomatoes and olive oil and it was delicious.

The location provides for beautiful wedding photos and we were fortunate enough to have both a sunny afternoon and a snowy evening for lovely photos out on the pier.

From the first time we visited Tabrizi’s, we knew it was where we should have our wedding. We were right - everything was absolutely perfect for our late October wedding. The location has the best of both worlds; you can be outside on the water but also have a beautiful indoor reception area. We really wanted to have a city wedding on the water, and there are surprisingly few locations in Baltimore that offer both.
Throughout the entire planning process, Michael was extremely responsive, helpful and calm. He would return calls and emails from both my mother and me within a day and never made me feel like my questions were dumb or a bother. He told us that he wanted us to have the wedding day we imagined, and we did! Jackie, the wedding coordinator who we met later, was so sweet and helpful. She made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. The entire staff was helpful, polite and extremely professional from start to finish.
We were nervous about the weather having a late October wedding, but the weather was fantastic and we were able to hold the ceremony as well as the cocktail hour on the pier. The outdoor bar was fully stocked and there was no shortage of delicious appetizers, which our guests were able to enjoy listening to music overlooking the harbor or relaxing at tables.
Tabrizi’s food is amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality and presentation of the food. Michael was open to changes to the menu, and we decided on a crab cake and filet duet which was a great choice. For the bar, we went with the premium package which included top shelf liquors and a signature drink using a recipe we provided. The reception space is beautiful; the view simply cannot be beat. The interior space is so lovely and tasteful, and we were able to decorate and arrange it as we pleased.
We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Tabrizi’s it was amazing. We can't thank the whole staff enough!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Tabrizi's. From the first email I sent to Michael inquiring about the venue through every detail associated with our reception, he and his staff were simply delightful. They were extremely responsive, respectful, and kind. My mom was going through cancer treatment over the course of planning my wedding, and they treated her so nicely and with so much patience throughout the entire process. I am a very detail oriented person, and Michael and Jackie, his event coordinator, took care of absolutely everything. They worked with us to stay in budget, personalize the menu and bar options, and transform the space into our wedding day vision. We loved that all of our guests received 24 hour parking vouchers as well so no one had to worry about drinking and driving. The day of, the food was fantastic (we selected the filet and sea bass combination and it was perfectly cooked), the cake was delicious (we ordered the citron and royale options), the dance floor was packed, no one ever had to wait more than a minute or two for a drink, and the views were incredible! We have the most beautiful photos and all of our guests raved about how nice everything turned out. Having interacted with Michael and Jackie multiple times leading up to our wedding, I felt more than confident that everything would be executed beautifully. They truly are consummate professionals, and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding in Baltimore. Michael and the rest of the staff at Tabrizi's were great to work with. Every email was answered timely as well as every question answered no matter how small it may have been. We had planned on doing a sparkler send off but when the end of the night came we had pretty much wrote off the idea. When my bride and I went to leave the venue the staff had stopped everyone that left ahead of us and had passed out the sparklers and had them lit and ready to go. I can not say enough good words about the entire staff. The food was excellent, we have heard nothing but great things from our guests. You can't go wrong with holding your reception here.

Wow! This place is amazing! Michael is an outstanding cook and wedding planner. The whole process from choosing he venue to the wedding night was incredible. He was very flexible, relaxed, and easy to work with. Everything was perfect! The restaurant and upstairs room is beautiful and great for a gorgeous night wedding. Our cocktail hour was on the deck and we were lucky to have such a beautiful day. Michael allowed us to come the day before the wedding and set everything up followed by a delicious dinner. Also, he allowed us to go to Tabrizi's early in the day on our wedding for our first look pictures. Michael and his staff are incredible and I highly recommend them to anyone. The view from the room upstairs is exquisite. It is Baltimore in a nutshell. Jackie was my wedding assistant on the day of the wedding and she was fabulous. Everything was absolutely stunning. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour especially to the Reception! Michael and Jackie are a fantastic team and do everything in their power to make the day exactly how you want it and all about you. The food was simply amazing!!!

"Wedding of the century" was the phrase one of our guests used to describe our wedding. Tabrizi's is the perfect place for a Baltimore wedding. The location alone is priceless. Mr. Tabrizi is incredibly talented and so is his staff. The day was perfect, I can't stop reliving it. Guests loved the appetizers and the outdoor location of cocktail hour. The upstairs room is the perfect location for a reception. Between the views of the harbor and proximity to the dance floor, there wasn't a bad seat in the room. Having a wedding at Tabrizi's allows you to be a stress-free bride; you will have little contact with Mr. Tabrizi during the wedding planning, but that is because he and his staff are so experienced and knowledgeable. We met Kim (a server) at the food tasting and fell in love with her; she personally saw to it that the bride and groom enjoyed some appetizers during the cocktail hour and made sure to say goodbye to use before she left at the end of the night. Guests kept commenting on the beauty of the venue, the deliciousness of the food, and the wonderful staff. It was a day I'll never forget and I'm so glad we decided to have our wedding at Tabrizi's. The only bit of confusion was related to the contract/cost which was not confirmed until a week before the wedding (rather than at the time of submitting a deposit).

My husband and I were married at Tabrizi's on July 12, 2014. I grew up in MD, but since, have moved to NC, so we relied on Wedding Wire to find all our vendors. With glowing reviews, we put Tabrizi's on the top of our list, and from the minute we stepped foot into the venue we know this was the one. Michael was wonderful to work with, especially considering we were planning the wedding from 300 miles away. He was easy-going, and Jackie (the wedding day coordinator) could not have been nicer. They are organized, confident, and kept our wedding running smoothly the entire night. Tabrizi's natural Baltimore backdrop speaks for itself, the view is breathtaking, and the ballroom is perfect with the glass windows and all the necessary tables and chairs you need. The day was flawless, the food was amazing, and we could not be happier with everyone at Tabrizi's- it completely exceeded our expectations! We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our special Day.

My husband and I had a beautiful wedding at Tabrizi’s on 6/28/2014. From the moment we first visited Tabrizi’s Michael was so helpful and easy to work with. He made the whole process simple and the entire staff took care of everything. Anytime I had a question, the answer was always “Don’t worry about that, we take care of it.” Jackie was our wedding coordinator and along with Michael, made sure that everything was taken care of, such as decorating, scheduling, and transitioning guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. We were really able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything!
The venue itself is beautiful. All of the tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, plates, etc. are all provided (which is a lot more than is offered at other venues!). The view is breathtaking and the room didn’t really require many other elaborate decorations. The food was probably the best part. We had the crab cake and chicken with scallion cream sauce. The crab cake was the best one I’ve ever had! There were so many delicious hors d’oeuvres options that it was hard to choose. Overall, our guests had a wonderful time, and so did we! I can’t say enough about Michael, Jackie, and all of the staff at Tabrizi’s. They truly want your day to be special and exactly how you imagine it. I can’t imagine a better place to get married!

My daughter's wedding and reception were hosted at Tabrizi's Wedding Venue, Baltimore, MD. Michael the owner is outstanding to work with. The food was fabulous and the menu is a large variety to choose from. The nearby Baltimore famous landmarks are great for wedding photos. The wedding coordinator at Tabrizi's was excellent and the staff served the food fast and was professional. Michael was accommodating to our guests that had special diets such as gluten free, vegetarian, and allergic to seafood. Tabrizi’s is a wonderful place to have a wedding. My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Tabrizi’s May 31, 2014 and it was perfect. Michael Tabrizi is great to work with. He made sure everything was exactly how we planned the day of the wedding. We also worked with Jackie, his wedding coordinator, who was also great. Michael and his team are extremely nice – they made the whole experience (planning and wedding) fun and easy. It’s also a beautiful location and the food is delicious. I don't even know where to begin... It is only Monday after our wedding, which was Saturday, (May 10, 2014) and I just had to write this review as soon as possible. Michael and his staff at Tabrizi's was AMAZING to work with as I planned my dream wedding. From the first meeting, to the tasting, to the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, EVERYTHING was perfect... too perfect to be honest!

Let's start from the beginning -
Ceremony venue: It was our preference to have our ceremony outdoors. There were scattered showers all day. With the showers being a threat, Michael made the call to have the ceremony inside. It ended up not raining during the time of our ceremony and Michael apologized immensely (bless his heart) for having the ceremony inside, but to be honest it was a BLESSING in disguise. The humidity was gross outside and the indoor ceremony was more intimate and romantic and I LOVED IT! We ended up all coming downstairs for an OUTDOOR cocktail hour and were able to get tons of pictures outside - seriously... perfection. The reception was also unbelievable. We had a band and DJ and the space comfortably held both of them.

Food: Hands down the best wedding food any guest had ever had. We did the dual plate of filet and the Chilean sea bass. The filet was amazing and the sea bass was out of this world...never heard so many people rave over a piece of fish in my life. If you have your wedding at Tabrizi's you do not even have to worry about food.. whatever you get, it's going to be good.

The staff: The servers, bartenders, Michael and Jackie (the event coordinator) were all so polite and helpful. They treated our guests like royalty. One bartender in particular - Kat - made me feel SO special all night.... she knew the theme of our wedding (nautical) and took it upon herself to get anchor stirrers/olive holders to add to our guest's drinks... seriously the sweetest! They were also so accommodating and I couldn't be more thankful.

We knew immediately we wanted our wedding to be held at Tabrizi's after we saw the amazing view of the boats and water. It turned out to be so much more than that!

We were married March 15, shortly after daylight savings. The lighting was beautiful for pictures on the pier with boats in the background. We had hoped to have our ceremony outside, weather permitting, but outside weddings are only an option after April 1 which we were not aware of until our final meeting 1 week before the wedding. Though the temperature was in the 60's the day of our wedding, it was indeed too windy. Nonetheless, our inside wedding upstairs was absolutely beautiful and very professionally arranged. The view of the water and boats from upstairs was gorgeous, and the aisle created was certainly long enough.
Michael Tabrizi was attentive and patient throughout the planning process. The wait staff were professional and engaging. The food was unbelievable. Michael Tabrizi and staff are on site during the whole event, and in fact Michael does all of the cooking! We had 158 guests and many of them are still talking about how it was one of the best weddings they've been to, how beautiful it was, and how delicious the food was. The Chilean sea bass and Beef tenderloin combination were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Tabrizi's has a wide variety of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, we loved them all.

We were impressed to have Michael Tabrizi personally cook every item for our preview food tasting, which included wine. He made wine suggestions, which turned out to be perfect. My lasting impression will always be that Michael took a personal interest in the quality of every detail. I am so grateful and would recommend this venue to any future bride!

Tabrizi's was an easy choice for me and my fiance when seeking a wedding venue (and I assure you, we definitely made the right choice)! First of all, the owner Michael is extremely easy to work with and responsive to all questions. He and his staff are professional, and during the wedding they were always checking up on us to see whether we were comfortable and/or had any requests. All in all, they are wedding experts!

The dining room and lower level restaurant (usually used during the cocktail hour) have large windows that look out over the harbor. This makes the most beautiful view for wedding pictures and guests during the day and all through the night. The decor inside is elegant and simple, including an area with a small fireplace devoted to ceremony space.

On top of everything else, the food is one of the owner's top priorities (being a restaurant, it's understandable!). We chose a chicken cordon bleu dish with broccoli and potatoes. Guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was!

The value of the venue was considerably better than that of other Baltimore choices, however that's because ours was considered a winter wedding. I'm not sure if the deal is available every year during the winter season, which is January through March (if I remember correctly), but it may be worth asking. There is a 100 minimum guest count, and we ended up booking our date almost one year in advance.

We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend this place to anybody!!!

I would highly recommend Tabrizi's if you are looking for a unique, beautiful location without the stress of finding your own caterer, arranging for tables and chairs, renting table linens, etc. Tabrizi's is beautiful on it's own - they have gorgeous windows overlooking the harbor, chiavari chairs, and elegant decor so it's completely optional if you want to add your own touch!

We live in Federal Hill and were seeking a local Baltimore venue. I am so happy we chose Tabrizi's! The food was affordable and absolutely delicious! Michael is pretty low maintenance - there were a couple of times during the wedding planning process that I (being a type-A Bride!) was worried that I hadn't heard from Michael more often. After the wedding I realized why - he doesn't need to bombard you with stressful questions or planning, he really has this whole wedding thing down! He was so on top of all of the details it was amazing! He made sure everything ran exactly as I had planned, from the schedule to the decorations I asked him to set out at cocktail hour, to the timing of dinner being plated, he was on top of it. The wait staff was also incredible - our waiter made us feel so special and taken care of all evening!

Our guests keep telling us it was one of the most beautiful, fun weddings they have ever been to! Thank you, thank you Michael and Tabrizi's staff!!!

So it is coming up on our one year anniversary and I'm finally getting around to reviewing the rest of my vendors.... Tabrizi's was perfect. The setting was exactly what we were looking for (waterfront, downtown, not at a hotel). The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Michael was extremely willing to work with our budget (granted we got married in extreme off-peak season) and was always on top of things. My husband, who had no interest in wedding planning whatsoever, even got into reception related planning because he loved Michael so much. How many reception venues do you deal directly with the owner? Not many....it's usually salespeople or one in a staff of many. Not at Tabrizi's!!!!

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at Tabrizi's this past October 2013. The location (being right on the water in Baltimore) was what first appealed to us, but once we met Michael and saw the restaurant we were hooked. The venue is absolutely beautiful- large windows, a central dance floor, large bar, plenty of space to accommodate our 125 guests, and superb service. We had our ceremony out on the large patio area overlooking the harbor and our cocktail hour took place there as well. They even have an outdoor bar right there so guests could enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. To fit our nautical theme, our pictures were taken by the marina allowing our family to mingle until needed and then run over for the pictures. They also provide free parking for wedding guests, which is nearly impossible to find in the city!
Service- Michael, Mich, and the Tabrizi's staff were wonderful. They are truly experts at what they do! They are friendly, easy to contact, answered questions quickly, and made sure every detail was perfect. The day before the wedding, I dropped off the place cards, decorations, etc. and quickly described how I pictured them placed in the room. Michael took notes the entire time and brought my vision to life. The reception was everything I could have asked for and more. The experience of our guests was really important to us and Tabrizi's shared that feeling. They made sure the food was served promptly, no one ever waited in line at the bar for a drink, and all guests were happy. We were thrilled.
Food- The food tasting we attended was similar to attending a multiple course, fine-dining meal complete with wine and full sized portions of everything we asked to try. Everything was delicious and choosing what to serve our guests was tough simply because everything was so good! We decided on the duel entre of sea bass and filet with garlic mashed potatoes and ratatouille. Our guests RAVED about the food! Everything was perfect!

Michael and staff at Tabrizi's were the absolute best! We had our wedding ceremony at Church in the city followed with a cocktail hour and reception. Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful and delicious everything was. My mom and I worked with Michael for about a year planning our wedding and he couldn’t have been more flexible or attentive to our every need. On the wedding day I had no worries- I knew he would make sure everything went perfectly, and that it did!
I would recommend Tabrizi's for the wonderful location, the beautiful atmosphere of the reception room and the professionalism of the staff! It was the perfect day!!!

We loved having our wedding at Tabrizi's! Michael and Miche were both great to work with-- very calm and knowledgable. We loved the venue and food was great-- many compliments on both from our guests! Despite the rain preventing us from having our wedding outdoors on the water, the back up plan worked out well and the staff at Tabrizi's took care of everything for us. Amazing Manager and Staff. Food that my guests have raved over from their first bite - HIGHLY recommend the Sea Bass and Steak combination. Spectacular view and Accommodations. Perfect setting for pictures. What else can a bride ask for?!

Honestly, I would like to take this time to just simply state what a Wonderful Wedding Tabrizi’s gave us. That was the best gift of all! The Baltimore Skyline Charm, incredible beauty of the venue, Ambiance, Location, Food, and Amazing Coordinator and Staff just can not be given enough praise from us and all of our guests!

Michael seriously put up with a ton of emails from me (and I do apologize for all of the ?s), but I always received a prompt response. We were able to plan efficiently and decorate with ease! There was not one compromise in my vision and believe me it turned out to be such a stunning event!

On the day of the wedding, I never stressed about anything. The Tabrizi’s staff had everything setup with perfection and completely under control. My guests were welcomed with delicious appetizers and drinks at the Cocktail Hour and then proceeded to the reception hall ready to start on their salad and toast to an evening of family, friends, love and celebration. Again, I will say this over and over - not only does Tabrizi’s have the best view in town, but also the BEST SEA BASS Dish as well! The night flew by blissfully :).

I can’t say enough about how stellar Tabrizi’s truly is. What wonderful memories they helped us make on our first night as Mr. and Mrs.! We can’t wait to stop by again once the restaurant reopens for the season!

Michael and the staff at Tabrizi's made our wedding day absolute perfection. Everything went flawlessly in our eyes and there is nothing we would change other than we wish it would have lasted longer!

When we were looking for a venue we knew we wanted #1 good food and #2 a place with a view. The day after meeting with Michael for the first time, we booked Tabrizi's. We knew we wouldnt find anything else like it. Most of our guests were from out of town and we wanted to show off Baltimore. Since the wedding, we have been told so many times by a number of guests that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. They can't decide which was better - the crab cakes or the view!

We also had a lot of compliments on the polite and extremely friendly staff during the reception. Someone was always there if we needed anything - even if it was to get us a beer! It was definitely first class service - which is really hard to find. So please give them kudos from us!

Michael, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping make our day perfect! I kept waiting for you to tell me "no" when I asked if we could do something different, so thank you for something better than we even thought possible! We can't wait for the next wine dinner and when the restaurant opens back up next season.

As soon as we saw the venue at Tabrizi's we knew that it was the place for our wedding! It's the perfect venue. It's large enough to accommodate a large wedding and it also has a very welcoming feel with the large open windows facing the water that provide an amazing view of the Baltimore skyline (including the Natty Boh and Domino Sugar signs). Our ceremony was held outside on the water with the cocktail hour in the restaurant due to the weather being a little bit chilly and our reception was held inside.

Michael (owner and wedding man extraordinaire) was very accommodating and on top of everything during the planning. It is clear he has held many weddings and is a pro at helping the bride and groom plan so that everything runs seamlessly on the wedding night.

We keep hearing from guests that our wedding was one of the best they've ever attended! We think so too :) The food was delicious (filet and crab cake). Our photographer said he eats filet at pretty much every wedding he attends and that Tabrizi's was clearly one of the best filets he's ever had! The crab cake also got rave reviews with many people saying it was the best they've had. I only wish I had eaten more of my dinner!

The night of the wedding, Tabrizi's provided an on-the-floor wedding coordinator for no extra charge--which was a major plus. Also, they have free parking for all your guests! Our DJ made multiple announcements to get parking tickets validated so no guest had any issues with not getting their parking validated before leaving.

The best compliment I can give is that if we had to do it all over again, from beginning to end, choosing Tabrizi's for the venue, Michael and staff, ambiance, food, decor, and overall experience wouldn't be given a second thought--it would be a sure thing! Definitely go see this place.

Tabrizi's did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding!! The food was incredible and people still talk about it months later. The wedding was absolute perfection. Michael was there every step of the way to help with planning, food selection and overall timeline.

The view is perfection and the food was out of this world. The man does things with Chilean sea bass that I didn't know were possible.

Overall, everything on our wedding day went off 100% without a hitch. No detail was overlooked. The deciration, service, food and of course the view was exactly as we imagined.

We loved Tabrizi's! The venue was great and everyone in the wedding and all the guests had a great time! Food was good too!! It rained our wedding day so we unfortunately couldn't have the ceremony outside---however, the Tabrizi's team and our other venues made the upstairs ceremony area look great. Guests didnt even know that it was a 'last resort option' Thanks to Michael and Miche for all of their hard work!! We will certainly recommend Tabrizis to other engaged couples!!

My recent wedding at Tabrizi's was more amazing than I could have imagined! I chose Tabrizi's for my wedding for several reasons. The Baltimore location was not only convenient but also breathtaking. There were gorgeous views of the inner harbor and local marina. The area for the outdoor cocktail hour could easily have accommodated more than double of my 124 guests. The upstairs ballroom was elegant and spacious and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. Everyone commented that the food was amazing and cooked perfectly! I loved that the menu was a la carte and could be flexible for all sized budgets. Micheal, the owner, answered all of my emails personally throughout the months of planning and his wedding team on the day of made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this venue, it had everything that we were looking for, view, food, space and amazing service!

Tabrizi's is the perfect place to get married. I had a beautiful ceremony outside overlooking the water followed by cocktail hour and then the reception upstairs in the beautiful banquet room. Food was amazing. We had chicken cordon bleu with beef tenderloin. Michael and Miche were great to work with and make anything you want happen. Our pictures turned out gorgeous at this venue. I couldn't have asked for anything more! I highly recommend checking this place out. Many of my guests said is was the best wedding they have been too.

What a beautiful venue! Everything was just perfect. The food was great and all the guests had a wonderful time. I couldn't have asked for a better time! Mike made everything so relaxed and easy for us. The ceremony outside was great and the view is really nice. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

Our wedding was literally perfect. We had a beautiful day and it could not have gone more smoothly. From the beginning of the process up until our big day Michael Tabrizi was very available and made sure all of our needs were met. One thing that was very important to us to was serve quality food that came from a real kitchen instead of a caterer's tent, and he did not let us down. Once the sun set, the view was unbelievable, out-of-towners unfamiliar with Baltimore were very impressed with the ambiance and setting. There was dancing, drinks, cigars on the patio, and our favorite local band. Overall, we told Michael what would make us happy and he made it happen.

From the moment I first walked into the room, I knew I had found the PERFECT location for our wedding reception! A gorgeous room complete with an actual bar and a beautiful view of the inner harbor. Michael was so easy to work with and very responsive to every question I had. We had our cocktail hour outside on the patio that overlooks the water and the reception upstairs - it worked out GREAT! When we went to have our tasting of the food, one thing was better than the next. My dad was so impressed and I could tell that afterwards he felt very confident in the meal and service that would be provided on the big day. We ending up going with 6 appetizers to be passed during cocktail hour and the dual entre of filet and sea bass for dinner. People are STILL raving over the food by not only saying that it was the best "wedding food" they have ever had, but one of the best meals they have ever had period. I would definitely recommend the shrimp served in the shot glass as an appetizer as it was so good people wanted to drink the sauce it was served in!!! Mish was also great to work with. I came a few days early to drop off some items for the cocktail hour and reception with which she was very helpful. She took notes to make sure that she remembered all of the details of what I was saying which made me feel confident that I didn't have to worry about anything on the big day. The employees, the room, the view, the food - I can't say enough about how perfect it all was. My friends and I are already planning a get together to have dinner at Tabrizi's outside on the patio to enjoy the great food again.

Tabrizi's was the perfect venue for our wedding. After hearing great things from our friends, who had their wedding there last year, we decided to check it out. Michael was great to work with -- since he has had so many weddings take place at Tabrizi's, he has perfected every detail to plan a great wedding at his venue. He was very helpful in our planning process and was very accommodating -- if we were in the area, we would drop by the restaurant, and he would take the time to answer our questions. We dropped off boxes of decorations a couple of days before the wedding, and Michael and his staff set everything up beautifully. The ceremony was held outside, with the cocktail hour in the restaurant, and the reception was upstairs in the banquet hall. Everything moved along smoothly, and all of our guests were very happy. It was great not having to think about any wedding details on the day of the wedding!

This was amazing, exactly how I wanted it. Mr.Tabrizi has orchestrated the entire event just perfect. The evening went very smooth, starting with passed appetizers, along with champagne, followed by the reception. Sea Bas and filet mignon was our choice followed by Tabrizi's 3 tier trio of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry cake, our guests couldn't say enough about the entire event. Kudos to Tabrizi's staff, you did it and made my day truly unforgettable. Many Thanks.

This has been the ultimate experience in weddings. I have been invited to many weddings in the past where I have noticed sluggish service and long bar lines, but not here at Tabrizi's. Our wedding was for 190 people and you get a drink in less than a minute, Tabrizi's has provided passed appetizers to die for and Sea Bass with a filet Mignon for dinner.
Our guests complimented us many times for having our wedding at this location. Finally I must say that Mr. Tabrizi was very easy to do business with and very eager to please and meet our needs. Highly recommended.A+++

Tabrizi's is the perfect venue for a wedding in Baltimore. We were attracted to the venue because of its location (in the City and on the harbor), parking was free to our guests and within a block away, the venue was reasonably/competitively priced, and we had good vibes about the owner, Michael (the owner).

The reception room is very large, has windows that overlook the marina and a fire place (just a few of the perks). We looked at a few venues where there were multiple reception rooms (one for dinner, one for dancing/cake cutting, etc.). We really liked that the entire reception could take place in one room. The room was also beautifully decorated (aside from the decorations we provided - Tabrizi's added small touches that really added to the attractiveness of the room). The food was also delicious - cooked perfectly - and the staff were extremely polite and helpful - we had so many great comments from guests.

We also absolutely loved working with Michael. We communicated with him for approximately a year. From the first day to even after the wedding, Michael always promptly responded to our inquiries. He was personable, honest, and accommodated all of our requests. He personally ensured that everything was perfect for our wedding day. We look forward to spending many anniversaries at Tabrizi's (restaurant).

Tabrizi's has provided everything I imagined my wedding to be and far more. From the food tasting to the big day, Michael and his staff have provided all the guidance and the help I needed in planning my wedding. The ceremony and the reception were held at Tabrizi's as well as the wedding cake made by Mrs. Tabrizi. The ambience, the food and the service were excellent not to mention the location with the open skies outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. It was just like being on the islands but here in Baltimore with the Domino Sugars sign in the horizon. It's so beautiful Baltimore.

We as parents of the bride can not say enough about Tabrizi's. The venue was lovely outside and inside. The staff provided great and personal service with the food being the frosting on the cake! Speaking of cake, Mrs. Tabrizi crafted us a cake that was a work of art! Mr. Tabrizi is very professional and you can tell he cares about what he does and he provides his best for his bride & groom. We had alot of positive feedback from our guests that night. We, as well as our daughter and son in law will have fond memories of the day!

I couldn't be any happier. Tabrizi's has met my expectations above and beyond. The food, service and the view of the venue is just perfect.
Since I didn't want a chandelier and a colorful carpet in a hotel, this venue was ideal with the outdoors ceremony and indoors reception looking at the Marina.

Brides are in very good hands with Michael. My brother had his rehearsal dinner at Tabrizi's about 4 years ago and Michael did a wonderful job then. A few years later and he exceeded our expectations all over again with my reception. My guests raved about the food, the ambiance is beautiful, and the coordination of the reception was perfect. I looked at many, many places and think that Tabrizi's is by far the best venue around.

Perfect..Perfect..Perfect! Tabrizi's has served us above and beyond the call of business. Michael and his staff have delivered more than any venue would. Everything I invisioned happened to the smallest detail. My guests raved about the food and location and the dual entree choices they had, the sea bass entree was out of this world.

This was the ultimate reception for me and my fiance. We had our ceremony outdoors followed by the cocktal hour and the reception on the second floor. Mr. Tabrizi and his staff have performed and delivered more than what I bargained for. Tabrizis was the ultimate reception site. The location is ideal for an urban Baltimore wedding, and the venue is simple and elegant - allowing for our theme and decorations to shine. Tabrizi's was everything I wanted and needed in a wedding reception venue. The owner, Michael, was fabulous. I felt 100% confidant that he would manage everything I needed so that the day went smoothly. The day of my wedding I did not want to be concerned with a single detail and he made sure that everything was handled. My desire in a venue was convenience for my guests, elegant atmosphere, and staff that could manage my needs. Tabrizi's exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious. We had a blast. I would reccomend this venue without a doubt.

Michael did an excellent job. He was very attentive to us through the entire planning process. Anytime we had a question, Michael was sure to get us an answer. The day of the wedding went perfect. Michael watched the radar and was able to confirm that our outdoor wedding was going to beat the rain. The cocktail hour was great and the food was delicious. At the reception the room looked beautiful, was well lite and his staff did a great job at setting everything up. We went with a buffet dinner and everyone loved it. The pasta station was a huge hit. We had our cake designed and made by Tabriz’s and that too received raved reviews. The newly renovated upstairs was perfect for our wedding and allowed everyone to mingle, and dance. Overall, EVERYTHING was excellent. We bestow our sincerest gratitude to Michael and the entire Tabriz’s staff. Thank you!
