    Professional and flexible

    The Szentpaly team has been nothing but professional, flexible, and accommodating during this planning process. We’ve talked about my needs and expectations and I can’t wait to see how they capture my wedding day.     Amazing Experience!

    Katie made our entire experience fun and laid back. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! She was extremely flexible throughout the entire ceremony and post. We loved all of our photos and feel as though it captured the real and raw moments within the experience. I am so happy we went with Szentpaly Weddings. Thank you for a very memorable day!

    Blissful Wedding

    Katie was flexible and captured all the moment that I wanted!! Even after I got blitzed (haha) Katie checked in with me and let me know when there was a good photo opportunity. I can’t wait to work with her in the future because her patience with me and my crazy family was heaven sent! 💕

    Ricky is the man! He went above and beyond to make sure our needs and wants were met

    Ricky and his team provided us with a first look video which was beautiful! The video was well put together and along with the pictures, they provided a full day wedding video as well that captured me and my family all throughout the day! His team was also super helpful and felt like they enjoyed being a part of the wedding

    Impeccable Service

    Exactly how wedding photography and videography service should be. I read it in other reviews and have witnessed it firsthand to be true, they are first class when it comes to execution of their product. They have mastered the experience of providing excellence in every aspect from planning to providing their final delivery of files. One thing I was surprised by and hadn’t seen anyone else write about is how they create a custom website for you to collect RSVPs for your guests beforehand. It was super sleek and my guests were very impressed by it. I got a lot of comments about it at the wedding. No one had ever seen anything else like it. They also put the final photos and video on the website after it was complete. Such a cool process to see happen. Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a smooth wedding photography and videography experience.

    Stress Free and Amazing Results

    Ben was a great photographer for our wedding. He was super professional, arrived early, was able to capture all the important moments I hoped for, and provided beautiful photos with a short turn around time. I would definitely recommend his photography services!

    Amazing Experience!

    Szentpaly was so professional right from the start. From the booking process all the way down to the details they captured at the wedding. We were completely blown away by what was delivered to us. If we were to do it all over again we would 100% use Szentpaly every time.

    An Absolutely Unforgettable Experience

    The team at Szentpaly did an amazing job. They were so respectful and stayed very discreet not to get in the way. It was like they weren’t even there and the photos and video came out incredible. The pictures and video were so good it brought tears to my eyes.

    Wedding Videography

    Ryan was amazing first of all! And while the day was chaotic in general, the management team and sales team were both so responsive and kind with helping out before and after the event.

    Ryan worked so hard for us to be able to capture all the special moments of our day, especially during our reception! i am so ready to see our footage because I know it is going to be fabulous.

    Brides beware! Do not use for photos or video

    Originally bought photo/video package. After seeing our engagement shoot, cancelled the photos and was hopeful for our video as what they show on their site is amazing. Heartbroken with our video. Contracted for drone footage and they showed up recording my wedding with iPhones.
    Footage shaky & crooked
    Added someone else’s rings to our video?
    Artistic style and quality horrible. & They were NOT CHEAP.

    Co owner Ben is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with at any company. Co owner Ricky is the only reason I’m staying calm. Beyond devastated. Not want they make their company out to be. They are not professional photographers or videographers at all.
    Got completely scammed on my wedding video. What they put on their site, is in fact not their own work.

    Video has someone else’s rings!!!!!!!!!
    Do yourself a favor and book anyone else.

    We take pride in our work and go above and beyond for our clients. We film at least 2 weddings every week and we would never post another creators work on our site. This situation is very unfortunate but the accusers have a history of leaving nasty reviews for companies. Check their google review history and you’ll see a pattern. We use 4K cameras or red cameras to film all our events. We’ve filmed over 200 weddings in the last 2 years. This is our only nasty review.


    Let’s address these accusations:
        
    1.    We use an iPhone to capture audio from our wireless microphones which our wedding couple wears.
        
    2.    As a vendor we also use an iPhone to capture behind the scenes of the wedding to use on our social media accounts for promotional use. If the couple wants these we will share them also. You will see most of your vendors also doing this.

        3.    We capture hours of video throughout the day and edit it into a 7-12 minute highlight reel. We have to make creative decisions and some items may be left out. We’ve had previous brides ask us to change out a scene or two because something else was more important to them. We will always work with the couple to make sure they love the video but it’s impossible to include everything in a highlight reel. Most logical thinking people understand this math

        4.   This couple received an engagement shoot as part of their package. Their photos turned out beautiful but their personality didn’t  mesh well with the photographer who is ranked top 5 best portrait photographer in America and also has millions of followers on social media to prove it. They asked to alter the contract that was already signed. Because we care more  about couples than money, we agreed to make the adjustments. We could have made them stick with the original contract but we understand that there are more important things in business than just making money.

        5.    From day one they wanted money back without even letting us try to correct the issue.  Because we want them to be happy we took it upon ourselves to spend days re-editing a highlight reel and even made a complimentary over 30 minute video of the whole day. They were still unhappy and the first thing they said was they wanted money back. Clearly they have one motive.

        6.    Regarding drones, we love to use them but we have to be careful when we use them for liability purposes. We cannot use them during the ceremony, when people are around, or if the weather is bad. If we do not feel comfortable flying because of any of these situations then we won’t for safety purposes as we don’t want to put anyone at risk. We’ve even had couples ask us to come back at another time with the drone  to capture the video and we’ve always  accommodated the request. We offered to go back when it was safe to fly the drone and this couple declined and again asked for money back.
