Wonderful!

We had our small wedding on 5/16 and Allison did an awesome job of remaining communicative and flexible throughout the weeks leading up to the ceremony. Since we had a smaller ceremony, we only needed one musician and the violin echoed beautifully throughout the venue. I would highly recommend Allison if you are looking for a musician!

Oak Meadow Wedding

We had one violinist and it was just right for our ceremony. She was very helpful in choosing the right music and in wording it correctly in the program. The music was beautiful!

Absolutely would recommend!

Allison was great! Prompt response. Very professional. She worked with our bride and groom to choose ceremony music to personalize the wedding ceremony to their wishes. She has lapel mic for officiant which was one less thing we had to worry about! All over great experience.

Terrific Addition to the Ceremony!

Great music. We were coming from out of town and they were very familiar with Old Christ Church so we didn't have to worry about anything. Professional, good rates, great music - couldn't have asked for more.

It was a fun experience picking the songs for the wedding.

We got so many positive comments from family and friends about the string trio. It was a lovely combination of a traditional sound with modern songs.

November wedding

Symphony a la Carte really made a difference on our day. Their playlist was perfect and personalized for our tastes. They really worked with us to make the playlist as well as coordinating our day. We received numerous compliments on the music of our ceremony. I can't say enough!

Excellent. They responded very quickly to my email for the daughters wedding. We scheduled rehearsal and they emailed the daughter for songs to play.

Very fair price for 3 violinist’s. Was at scheduled rehearsal and went over complete play list. Played for 30 minutes before and after wedding vows. Would definitely recommend this professional to everyone that wanted that special touch. Thanks for everything.

We used symphony a la carte for our ceremony music and ceremony amplification. They were absolutely amazing! They have an extensive song list, and we chose contemporary music (think Vitamin String Quartet) for our entire ceremony. The music was beautiful, and the ceremony amplification was flawless. I would highly recommend!

Symphony a la Carte was one of my first venues to secure for my daughter’s wedding. The music played for her ceremony was very important to me and I wanted the best! From the moment I had my first email from Allison, I knew we would be in good hands. Our event was a destination wedding in Pensacola, so I had no idea where to start or who to book. I did not ask for a sample performance, as there are samples on the website. Allison secured all members of our string quartet, a piano player and soloist for our special day. She was very instrumental in helping me select song choice as well. She came to our rehearsal and helped plan our processional. On the wedding day, I couldn’t have been happier. The music was beautiful and everyone very professional. Many guests commented on our wonderful music!

In January of 2017, I began searching for a musician to perform my girlfriend's favorite song during a surprise beach sunset proposal on Okaloosa Island on April 30th. I only needed one musician, in this case a violinist, and Allison was very helpful and professional. We hashed out which songs to play, the timing, alternate plans in case of poor weather, and no stone was left unturned. When the time came, Allison's playing was beautiful and perfect for the moment. She ended up playing several songs in addition to the one I wanted to be played during the proposal itself. Several more songs were played while my fiancée and I enjoyed the moment and danced for a while. Even though Mother Nature didn't completely cooperate and it was windy and overcast, Allison adapted and had a plan in place. As she told me, this wasn't her first rodeo. :)

Fast forward to June 2018. For our wedding, held on Navarre Beach near sunset, we happily decided to work with Symphony a la Carte again for our music. This time we had a trio comprised of two violinists and a cellist. We worked with Allison for months on timing, payment, music selection, etc. Even though we had asked for some songs Allison's team didn't have in their repertoire, she happily accepted them and was able to either find sheet music or create an arrangement that could be used. For the ceremony itself, they worked directly with our wedding planner for any needs they had regarding chairs, microphones, etc. The music itself during the wedding was beautiful, giving the beach wedding the exact feel we were looking for.

I would absolutely recommend Symphony a la Carte for your special event. They are top notch professionals with outstanding musical skills.

My husband and I wanted strings to play our ceremony and cocktail hour, but I knew I wanted current songs to be played for the ceremony; not the typical Cannon in D. It took some searching by my planner, but she found me Allison. I sent the list of songs I wanted and she was excited to learn them for us! For everything else, I gave them the permission to play from their library and it turned out great! I never met them in person or heard them play in person, but I was overly impressed with their performance! Everyone loved the songs done by the trio. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

They were great to work with. I had special requests for songs they had not performed, but they found music for them (in duet at my request!) and sent me audio clips from practice. The violinists were troopers through the beach wedding after a sudden temp drop and intermittent rain. They were a beautiful addition to the ceremony.

As a musician myself and marrying into a musical family it was important to have the best violinist at our ceremony. Our ceremony was on a sunday, very small and intimate and allison was the perfect compliment. She was there early to warm up and was very helpful throughout the entire planning process. As a music major myself, having a step son as a classically trained violinist and marrying I to an extremely musical family, Allison far exceeded my expectations. Look no farther because you will not find anyone better. Thanks for helps king our day perfect.

Allison was extremely responsive and provided timely feedback prior to our event. She was helpful with song suggestions and was open to learning new songs as well. We had rain issues on the day of but they stayed and stuck it out despite the weather, giving us little to worry with music-wise. I highly recommend!

Symphony a la Carte was perfect! Allison was very helpful with selecting the ceremony pieces. I told her what I was picturing for the ceremony and she sent me several suggestions that would be appropriate for what I wanted. The prelude music was beautiful as well. Symphony a la carte also attended the rehearsal, which I liked a lot. Allison is very helpful, professional, and prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. I absolutely recommend symphony a la carte!!

Such a wonderful part of our ceremony! They were extremely easy to work with and open to all the ideas that I had. She was helpful in guiding me to pick out music for the parts of the ceremony I was unsure of and she listened to my ideas for the selections I knew I wanted. All of our guest commented on what a special touch it was to have them at the ceremony.
