The Most Magical and Perfect Day
My husband and I had our small micro wedding at Shiloh Ridge at Sycamore Creek. We were absolutely impressed with eveything the Sycamore Creek team did for us. Every step of the process was so easy for us even though we were planning the wedding from TN, and we never saw the property before we booked. Lisa was super responsive in answering all of our questions and helping us ensure we got everything taken care of. The actual day of the wedding, the staff the day of was so kind and the property itself was breathtaking. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cant recommend Sycamore Creek Ranch enough. -

Absolutely loved having our wedding at sycamore creek. The team is very sweet and flexible. Owners are super nice, caring people. The venue alone is so beautiful and it was overall a perfect and wonderful experience. -

My husband and I were just married here a few weeks ago. We cannot say enough good things about the Sycamore Creek venue!! Not only is it an ABSOLUTELY beautiful spot and the perfect place for a wedding or other event, but the staff is just as wonderful to work with. From the beginning, everyone we worked with there was so nice, professional, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that we had the best wedding day that we could have imagined. We got the pleasure of working with Charissa Floer and I would recommend to anyone looking to book here to work with her. Charissa was so sweet, always around for the thousands of questions we had, and was always willing to go the extra mile for us. She was so easy to talk to and work with and she made my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable from the start. She was with us during our entire wedding day and was there making sure the venue looked perfect on that day and ensuring that we had everything we need and that we were happy. The entire staff of Sycamore Creek Family Ranch is wonderful. They know what they are doing and they put on the best events ever. We are so extremely happy that we chose this venue for our wedding day and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone! -

While looking for a venue we had saw SFCR online and loved their Shiloh Ridge venue. It looked perfect for our intimate wedding. We immediately scheduled a tour. The minute we stepped out of our car my finace and I were taken back by the beautiful view over the lake. Then we met the team. The second we started talking with them we knew they were a team that we wanted to work with. They were all so kind and sincere and really cared about us. You could just tell they were good people.
It was extremely easy to book with them and to complete any necessary paperwork. The venue went through a transition of wedding coordinators during my engagement season but you would have never known. The line of communication was smooth and clear. They sent pdfs of vendor recommendations, information about the venue itself and were easy to contact if I had any questions at all. They answered all my emails in a timely manner as well. They even took the time to call me and go over our big day and make sure that we were both clear on what was expected on both sides.
The day of the wedding came and the team went above and beyond. They were always there if we had a question and we never had to run around guessing. The venue was everything I had dreamed of for our big day and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Not only was the ceremony and reception space beautiful but the property had many beautiful spots for pictures.
After the wedding we attended their fall round up the next day. The owner came and talked to us and remembered little details about our lives.
Not only is the venue amazing but the team is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. -

Jacob and I had the most precious blessing to have found Sycamore Creek Family Ranch when we were searching for wedding venues. When we messaged Lindsay about seeing the venue, she responded quickly and set up a time and date for us. On our visit, she showed us the beautiful property in detail and told us everything we could need to know. Without even knowing her, we got such a honest and down to earth vibe that radiated off of her. We confirmed the venue with a down payment before even leaving the property with 100% certainty that we made the right decision.
Now, let me start off by saying, Jacob and I spent our engagement thousands of miles apart. We were not able to come back to the ranch again after this first visit. Even though this sounds like a nightmare, it WASN'T! And I give so much credit to Lindsay. As the wedding month grew closer, we began exchanging emails and conversations. She was always prompt to answer when I reached out and if I became stressed about anything, anything at all she reassured me and came up with a game plan immediately.
For our wedding day, I purchased the two packets: Day of Dirty Work and Coordination. Basically, if you are wanting to splurge and get these but are second guessing it, DON'T. Having Lindsay run the show for me was the best thing that could have ever happened. Not only did she decorate the property in a breath taking way with our decor, but she and her team worked so extremely hard at making the day run smoothly and without problems from the second I stepped on the property to get ready to when the last car was leaving when it was over. She kept me informed of what was happening next, quickly fixed my broken dress strap right after the ceremony by hand stitching it together, and problem solved like a true boss lady. Not only were her and her team so hardworking, but they were so incredibly kind and sweet. I simply cannot imagine trying to manage our wedding day without her and the rest of the awesome staff.
I see a lot of reviews that raise concerns about the extensive list of rules. Once you see the beautiful ranch, barn, and ceremony sites you will understand why. Do not hesitate booking your wedding here because of the rules. I promise you that there is not a single rule on there that will even come close to hindering your special day. Lindsay was an open book about rules and prices from day one and we were not met with any sneaky surprises or charges.
Lindsay, we love you and can never thank you enough for all the hard work and special touches you brought to our day!!!! We will never forget your kindness and wish all the blessings onto you as you move forward. -

I could not have imagined a better venue for my wedding! The staff at Sycamore really worked with us and made our "destination" wedding easy to plan and host! The yard games that Sycamore set out for our guests were a huge hit! The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out! -

One of the Best Days!
My daughter's wedding was held here in May. The night was amazing with the ceremony under the beautiful sycamore tree, and finished with the reception in the Heartwood Barn. It will be a night my family will always treasure. The venue is so beautifully maintained with so many unique touches that make it so special. From our first visit to the venue and meeting the owners, we knew this place was a perfect fit. The love, care, and sincerity of mission that went into the development of the venue is obvious. Other than a beautiful wedding, one of the best parts of the experience was working with Lindsay as our day of coordinator! She was such a blessing to work with from day one to make sure everything was perfect, and the day of the wedding was absolutely stress free as she took care of details we did not even consider. Thank you Sycamore and your wonderful staff for one of the best days ever, and memories to last a lifetime for the newlyweds! -

Sycamore Creek Family Ranch was a beautiful place to get married. We had our wedding at Shiloh Ridge within the ranch and it was the perfect outdoor wedding location. The ridge overlooked part of a lake and the scenery was completely covered in lush green for our May wedding. The staff was accommodating, supportive, and so easy to work with. We had the best time working with them and the best wedding day! -

Fabulous venue! Beautiful lanscaping, romantic outdoor ceremony area and indoor lighting. Barn is perfectly maintained with creative decor. Staff was helpful, friendly, professional and provided exceptional support to make the entire event perfect. Provide detailed packages with all the details you need to decide your big day. Love the Borrow Closet concept!! Highly recommend using "day of dirty work" and "day of coordination". -

The Venue of your dreams!!!
Sycamore Creek Family Ranch made our December wedding the wedding of our dreams. I could have never in a million years dreamed of such a beautiful amazing venue. Elegant Venue with a Family Vibe
With our son's military work schedule, we found ourselves booking a wedding the week before Christmas! After touring the most highly-recommended venues in the area, the bride's family along with ours (the groom's) unanimously agreed that Sycamore Creek was the only place for the big day! Lindsay, Lisa, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to give our kids the wedding of their dreams! It helped that we got a 60+ degree day in December, on which the staff graciously and quickly moved the ceremony outside! If you want an elegant, breathtaking environment with a team that makes you feel like part of their family, you can't go wrong with Sycamore Creek Family Ranch! -

Our Daughters Dream Day
Our daughter's wedding was absolutely gorgeous! The rolling hill setting is beautiful, from the elaborate, perfectly placed barn to the colorful flowers and greenery lining the path to the sycamore tree and place of the ceremony. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, allowing us to see the venue when in town and recommending local vendors to help us plan the day our daughter had dreamed of. I could go on and on about the positives we experienced from that special time but recommend you find out for yourself!! -

The love and support from the Sycamore Creek Family Ranch is beyond anyone's heart can desire. The venue is breathtaking. From the amenities to the neatly groomed surrounding and friendly hospitality they give to their bride and groom; I can not say anything less than extraordinary and filled with heart. I can say this for sure; empathy and love. These are the two traits every bride and groom need from a venue, and the Buttons were just that! I'm so proud and honor to have had been one of the very first brides to be married at Sycamore Creek Family Ranch, and also experience such love, personable and professionalism from them and their team. My husband and I prayed and prayed for a beautiful, ethereal, minimalist yet affordable wedding and God gave us Sycamore Creek Family Ranch, an exquisite venue with the perfect touches of simplicity so us brides can create our own unique imagery to our soon to be wedding day.

My sister had her wedding there on Sunday and the owners made the day amazing, even in the midst of rain. I am completely impressed by the beauty of the ranch, both the house/lake location and the barn location. Absolutely beautiful! Great location, amazing people! The owners even gave my sister a lovely book for her wedding, so thoughtful! -

The perfect partner
We were one of the unfortunate couples affected by many mandated changes due to COVID-19, SCFR took great care of us as we shuffled through these changes. We are so grateful for the way they partnered with us to make our wedding day special and so memorable. We love the little details they add in to give that personal and meaningful touch.
Being as professional as they are, there are certain restrictions or guidelines they ask their couples to follow, but it's worth it for what you get in the end. -

Let me begin by saying this venue is absolutely beautiful. That’s what originally made us decide on this venue despite the red flags. I scheduled our tour for Good Friday. The owner was supposed to do our tour. Someone else ended up doing it. We were lied to about that (red flag 1). On the tour we opted to pay a fee so we could have the venue the day before to decorate and have rehearsal. We were given a paper with the price for this. When the contract was sent the price was higher. I called and questioned that and was told they didn’t have any idea how I could have a paper with that price on it because that wasn’t the price.(I still have the paper). I overlooked it and paid the extra because my daughter loved the venue. We had questions about things in the contract. I went through those questions with the owner and thought everything was good to go. My daughter received an email to set up a phone call to finalize everything. Our understanding was we were supposed to be able to go to the venue for an hour to finalize. The phone call had to take place during the day while my daughter was at work. She made arrangements to take the call. It was a nightmare. The owner was extremely rude. She accused us of breaking their contract, which we did not do. We had made prior arrangements with her when I called with questions about the contract. She told my daughter we had lied to her and deceived her. Once again, we had made the arrangements with her from the very beginning. She told us we would be required to include her staff in our catering numbers and when my daughter questioned that and told her we were already spending a lot of money she told her we should have thought of that before booking them. Needless to say, the phone call left my daughter in tears while at work. So I called to find out what was going on. Another not so great conversation, however we did receive a written apology from them for the miscommunication. What should have been a wonderful day and experience quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. The owner told me they pride themselves on their communication but I can assure you the communication with them was terrible. The list could go on and I could go into a lot more details about our experience because trust me I wrote everything down. I’m aware she can rebut this review and give excuses and accusations about us and that’s ok. We did see some reviews that had some of the same problems we had but strangely enough they are gone. Bottom line, if you want a beautiful venue this is your place. If you want a beautiful venue and an wonderful experience look elsewhere. The only bright spot was their worker, Allie. We liked her a lot.
