    When I started shopping around I kept getting the quotes that said our prices start here. When I got there things changed and prices went up. When I called Swensen's he quoted me true out the door pricing, and explained the whole day from start to finish. His prices where less then then almost all of the other companies and they offered much more. So I went and saw samples of their work it was awesome, everything they said was true, prices never changed. On the wedding day they showed up 20 minutes early and stayed late. The Photo Booth was large enough for 8 bridesmaids, and they printed pictures for everyone. The DJ started the !st dance right after dinner and by the third song the dance floor was packed. You could feel the music, but you could still talk. So the sound system they set up rocked, Dance lights where incredible. I loved the video and pictures, we relived the day over and over.

    I used Swensen's for photos, video and a photo booth for my wedding. They were professional, reasonable and worked well with my other vendors. I would recommend them to anyone for their wedding

    We had them for our wedding back in 2016 and they were amazing!! The photos are still in perfect shape.

    When Swensen learned what the competition said they would price us, he offered us a reduced price for better quality equipment.

    We used Swensen's Wedding Services (Dj, Photo Booth, Videography & Photography) for our wedding this August and were blown away by their wonderful work! Their bundle prices were affordable and my husband and I enjoyed working with Eric, Paul and their other staff members. They were flexible and able to adjust accordingly when our venue had our date moved unexpectedly. I loved that their photographer and videographer were able to be with us all day- from getting ready in the morning to the end of the night. It was nice to not worry about a limited number of hours for them to capture our big day and they did not miss a single moment. All of our pictures, video etc. turned out great and we could not be more happy! I would absolutely recommend Swensen's!!!

    This company knows how to please a customer! My husband and I were overwhelming pleased with every service we chose that Swenson had to offer. Professional, extremely kind always among to please so you have the best experience of your life. I wanted to be sure I had my photos for my birthday and Eric Swenson single handedly dropped off my pics at my office. What a guy. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. From day one I liked them. Plse Paul works from home to beat up every other service provider in price. I've never really cared about family photos but I will definitely be giving Mr Swenson a call for my first pregnancy!

    I used swensen's for photos, video, dj, and the photo booth. It made everything so much easier for me. I was extremely happy with all the services. The prices were very reasonable, and every one was very professional and accommodating.

    We planned our wedding from out of state. So lots of emails and phone calls with out meeting any company in person. Our parents attended bridal shows, signed contracts and delivered deposits. We are not only over satisfied with the great job they did the day of. But to add to it. They were the quickest to respond to emails, text messages and phone calls. It was nerve racking to plan a wedding from 3 states away. So being able to get a hold of them quickly was a blessing. It was nice of both Paul and Eric Swensens to give us their personal cell #. It made wedding planning EZ!

    I shopped around and I was getting frustrated, no one would give me real prices over the phone. They all wanted me to come out and find out their prices. When I arrived It was high pressure sales, and they kept trying to sell me things I didn't want. Swensen's gave me prices over the phone, set me up to view an online sample and mailed me a sample DVD. I viewed it at home and then decided to make the trip to see them. My wedding was at noon and the reception was at 7 and we had 450 guests. They offered an unlimited hours package, with no hidden fee's, and the price was great. I checked several references, they all said go for it. Well the wedding was awesome. The photos A+. The DJ kept the dance floor packed, The Photo Booth was early and stayed late. I was so excited to get the video that I grabbed and raced home to watch it. I didn't even here anything Paul said when I got the video. We laughed and cried when we watched it. My friend said thank god her crazy interview didn't make the final cut. That's when realized OMG I never noticed he gave me all the uncut/raw footage. I looked in the box and there was another 2 discs 3 1/2 more hours of things I missed. Go with Swensen's Wedding Services. Rock Solid never missed a beat.

    They did a great job for photo/video for my best friends wedding in 2013. So hiring SWS for photo/video was a easy decision, but we also decided to have them handle DJing too, and we're very glad we did. My best friend was happy with them, I was happy with them, we are both more then happy to leave a positive review and personally refer them to all of our family and friends via FB..

    There was do doubt we wanted our wedding day to be perfect. As we began our search for different needs and services we realized we had a lot of choices of providers claiming to offer best in class wedding and photography services. After speaking with several of those wedding service providers we walked away with a not so good feeling. We finally came across Swensen's Wedding Services who came highly recommended by several of our friends. From beginning to the end Eric and his team did a top notch job in meeting all of our expectations. The photography and videography was simply awesome giving us memories to cherish for a lifetime. His ideas for backgrounds, settings and attention to detail simply blew is away. Hats off to Swensen's Wedding Services....THANK YOU again for making our day so special

    Very professional and not over demanding. Let us be ourselves throughout the evening, and were always in position for good shots. Camera man was very interactive and pleasant.

    We had two videographers for our day, one that went to my husband's house and one that came to mine before the ceremony and then stayed with us the whole day. We have no complaints at all! They were just great. The only thing I would suggest though is that if you have any shots in mind that you really want, you should give them a list of those shots so that you can make sure to get them. I just loved working with Paul and Mary! We will definitly hire them again for any big event to come in our life.

    This company is top notch! What professionalism. When you watch the video, it's like you are there all over again. I would hire them in a heartbeat to video anything else I wouldn't want to forget.

    One of the best decisions we could of made was to get a videographer to tape the wedding! Paul at Swensen Videos was great! You get high quality for a reasonable price! He offered a installment payment plan along with his low price! Watch a few wedding recaps on his sight! Paul comes highly recommended!

    We loved working with Swenson videography! Our video is the best, I love watching it. They captured every moment of the day and you didn't even know they were there. They were very easy to work with and very helpful during the whole planning process. The price was great too! Every time I had a question, they were quick to respond. It was a joy to work with Swenson and we had no worries about our wedding day and video.

    I ended up having problems with my photographer, and my videographer saw this, and did whatever he could to make things better in the awkward situation. At the reception they showed video taken earlier in the day at my home, and they showed our baby pictures to music we selected. It was very professional looking. Furthermore, they did a great job catching all of the major events on camera (even the events that the photographer missed). I have 4 dvd's of raw footage, and 2 professionally put together disks to show friends and family my wedding and reception for years to come. Thanks guys!

    Although I thought it odd at first that they shot video from dawn at home to us leaving that night, the end results were majical and yes they showed the events leading up to the reception that very night at the party. Wonderful video and easy to work with.

    It was a pleasure working with Swensen's Video.

    The only problem I saw was that the videographer they sent kept getting in the way of the photographer. He constantly seemed to be stepping into the picture in order to get his shot. My only wish was that he could've been more of a fly on the wall.

    The quality of the video & the short time it took them to get it so us was phenomenal!

    I would use them again & recommend them to others!

    The DJ Tony was pretty good he made sure had the information about the my wedding ahead time. The photographer okay, he got a lot of pictures that day, but we got all rights to pictures and when we were looking the file size and dimensions, they much smaller than we would have liked. Now I am worried about how they will look printed.

    Video turned out nice. However-- problems that arised.. Sound went out on camera so no commentary before ceremony just pictures of us getting ready (all the questions he asked us were just static-- can hear it on the unedited video). Videographer also went missing for all of dinner (over an hour) so we couldn't cut cake as dessert.)

    They do give copies of edited and unedited footage. Turn around on video was less than 2 weeks. for a June wedding :)

    Paul is very personable. Very good salesman.

    Swensen Wedding services are only good for photo booth and videography. I hired the DJ and I would never recommend him to anyone. One- I sent him a song list and he didn't hardly play my song list, 2- the songs kept skipping and messing up, 3- my husband and I didn't get to do our first dance, father daughter dance, bouquet toss, or garter toss because he decided to announce that after 11pm when people had left including my father ??. 4-played the wrong song for mother son dance, 5 people left after dinner due to wack music. And to mention the wedding was on a Friday and I love music and am a dancer.

    Everything was perfect about my big day except that. I did talk to the owner and he was very apologetic about the DJ service and said he would make sure our video is exceptional. I appreciate him being concerned, but it'll be nice to get my money back from the DJ. Not worth it. Oh and one of my guess told me he was playing music off of you tube. ?? smh.

    Horrible service. Ruined bride's special moment

    Beware – horrible service! Swensens is a family managed company with Paul and Eric Swensen being the primary points of contact. Erics also serves as DJ. We contracted Swensens for a photographer, Photo-booth and DJ. Photographer and Photobooth were wonderful, but the DJ service was awful. In fact, Eric the DJ ruined the bride's special moment. Every bride dreams on the moment when she first appears at the ceremony. Our bride sure did. In fact, she carefully selected the music, choreographed the times when each member of the bridal party would start to walk and timed her appearance to a key point in the song. All of this was typed up, minute by minute, and emailed to Eric the DJ. When she had her first call with him, it was clear he hadn't read what she sent so we scheduled another call. But Eric didn't call. After repeated tries to reach him, he said he misunderstood the time and said he'd call the next day - no call came. After frantic calls, texts and email, we finally ended up talking with him the day before the wedding! He assured us that he got all the details from the email and was all set. When we expressed our concerns, he said ‘I do this all the time. Don’t worry.” We knew we were in trouble as soon as the procession started. He was playing toe WRONG music. The mother of the bride had to get up from her seat and run and tell him to switch but by then it was too late. He didn’t have the right song queued up. One bridesmaid walked to silence, and the bride’s moment that she had so carefully planned was lost forever. If that had been the only issue, we might have rolled with it. But throughout the night, other things were not as we had requested. We had asked for 'classy dinner music - like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, etc' - he was playing pop music! He didn't get names of the wedding party correct; he got the father-of-the -brides name wrong when introducing the toast. He didn't get the dances started till we asked him why there was a delay in getting things going. Another example, the bride and groom had explicitly said no songs with the ‘N’ word. It was in every email the bride had sent Eric, but yet, he played it. The bride had to go stop a song! Each time he had an excuse – “there was no one telling him when to start songs for the procession”, “we said he could plan explicit versions of songs after 10pm”. But it was clear he wasn't prepared. He just showed up and did his usual routine - even if it wasn't what we had requested. He made sure he got paid though and then left without another word. I delayed posting this review until we got our photographs. In fact, the photographer let us know they were done and that we’d be getting them from Eric the DJ! We waited and waited and finally started texting and calling to see where the pictures were. After 9 days, we finally got a call from Eric saying he’d put the flash drive in the mail. Again, we waited another 5 days but still nothing. We called again and said we were coming to his office to get them that evening. He said he wasn’t there but he’d overnight them to us. We did finally get them. But it took weeks and many calls to get them to fulfill the contract. This lack of professionalism was beyond frustrating. The only time they were responsive was in making the initial sale and collecting their money. Swensens might do this kind of work weekend after weekend, but this isn't a routine day for the bride/groom and their family; this is their once-in-a-lifetime event. I hope Swensens understands that what they do matters and that they need to take it seriously and be more professional. I also hope to save another bride the same missed moment. I’d hate to see that happen to anyone else.

    Was extremely disapointed in Swenson Videography. There were parts of the video where everyone is dancing and the heads are cut off, our first dance there was only 15 to maybe 20 seconds of it, The angle at which our ceremony was shot at was wrong, when the bridal party was walking in they were goofing off and he missed it, the sound for our ceremony was horrible you couldn't hear the reverend. Swenson Videography is one of the more affordable videography companies out there, but I would of have paid more money to have better video. I was not impressed
