    Lemke Reid Wedding

    Maggie and Sweets By Millie made a fantastic, phenomenal cake. Even guests who claimed to not like cake enjoyed the cake! We're glad we ordered an additional cake top for our anniversary, because the cake was gone by the end of the night! They were very professional and easy to work with.

    Loved my cake! It was exactly what I wanted simple but amazing! I have never been a big cake person but I must say It was delicious! And looked exactly how I imagined it :). Thank you for making my special day an amazing one!

    It is amazing how talented Maggie of Sweets by Millie is! She is on top of everything, very creative, and executes our ideas deliciously! Love love love the cake and cupcakes she did for the baby shower I was hosting, and I can't wait to use her again!

    We first found Sweets by Millie when we had my daughter's first birthday party! We have ordered two cakes (3 different flavors) so far, and I can't tell you how pleased we are. I am placing a third birthday cake order today!!! The cakes are BEAUTIFULLY decorated, taste amazing, and are delivered right to your door! I don't think I'll be going anywhere else!

    The wedding cake made by Sweets by Millie for Heather and Drew's wedding was beautiful. Maggie totally got all the "details" from the pictures sent to her on how the wedding cake should look like and the price is right...

    Sweets By Millie did beyond what I imagined for my Wedding cake. It was the best cake and all my guests loved it as well. I was so pleased and I highly recommend her.

    I brought my husband to the Louisville area for a surprise birthday week-end. I wanted him to have a special cake, so I researched high-quality bakeries and decided that Sweetsby Millie would be perfect, for we would need delivery to our hotel where we were staying.
    I conversed with Maggie Hoy via email to ensure my husband wouldn't know about my special surprise. I paid via money order, again, to hide my tracks for this special surprise. Maggie did a 8" round white cake decorated like a sky with a jet on top for my husband Kevin, a proud employee of GE Aviation. When the cake was brought to our room, I wish you could've seen the speechlessness of my husband-he was totally touched and impressed-the reaction I had so much hoped for. As for myself, I couldn't have asked for a better job with the quality and detail-the jet even said "AIR KEVIN" on its sides. Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you Maggie, for a SUPERB job that couldn't have been done better!
    If you come to the Louisville area and want dependable cake service & kind professionalism with extremely high quality, seriously consider Cakes by Millie!

    We've used Maggie for everything the last year, the cakes are by far the best I've ever eaten and our guests always say the same. She is really incredible as well and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

    The cake was amazing! It looked great, and Maggie was able to customize the colors to match our color scheme perfectly! The price was very reasonable too!

    So easy to work with. Accommodated everyone we needed for tasting. On the wedding day, everything was set up beautifully and the cupcakes were delicious! I love the way you can personalize the menu and she is so helpful with suggestions.

    We had our cake made by Maggie, from Sweets by Millie and it was a great decision! She is professional, creative and definitely goes the extra mile to satisfy her customers. I showed her pictures of different details on different cakes that I wanted on my cake. She took my ideas, suggested some ideas that were great, and we decided on the cake design. We went over cake and frosting flavors and she helped me decide on what would go best with what. We had a 3 square tiered cake with a blue fondant ribbon at the base of each layer, icing made to look like it was dripping like icicles, and little sugar pearls to finish it off. I cant remember all of the flavors but I know we had a strawberry and red velvet layers which were very tasty and the icing was awesome! We had a couple of guests that mentioned one layer was a little dry but overall we were very impressed. It was a little pricy, but well worth it. I would recommend Sweets by Millie to all those looking for an awesome cake!

    The cake was absolutely beautiful. We ended up ordering way too much of it. Had two complete sheet cakes left over. We thought more people would stay throughout the reception.

    I heard about Sweets by Millie from a member of church who had ordered a cake from them recently. I decided to take a leap of faith and I was not disappointed. The cake looked and tasted great! We also got a decent price and were able to have it delivered 30 min. away. I would definitely recommend ordering from Sweets by Millie.

    I would like Maggie to do the right thing as a business ownner and give me my money back. I was embarrasassed by the cake! The cake arrived wrinkeled and cracked. The 6in tier had a square indention in the top of it, obviously there was something that was sat on top of it that caused the tier to bow and crack, as did the second, tier, but not as bad, I will put this on face book , and let my friends in the organizations I belong to know if this is not resolved. I know the other Fillies would hate this kind of treatment. The gentleman that unloaded the cake and put it in the frig. was appalled at the way she left it. My new daughter inlaw to be said the man told her they were beside themselves at the way it looked. I can't believe someone would leave their name on this kind of product.
