Pol did such an amazing job - we are absolutely in love with our engagement and wedding photos! They are nothing short of magical. He was able to capture the love and joy from each moment. Our visions came to life. He was also very communicative, easy to work with, and very professional. Overall, a beautiful experience. -

Best. Wedding photographer. Ever.
Pol and his team are INCREDIBLE!!!! He really brought our vision and the magic of our day to life. Each picture absolutely wowed us and we feel so lucky to have found him and had him capture our special day.
From the start, we felt so well taken care of. In our consultation call, we shared the vibe we were looking for with our images bold and moody, and he understood the assignment 100%. Not only that, but the day of he went over and beyond for the sake of the shot, and damn, did it pay off! Such creative and gorgeous images, that we will cherish forever. We also really appreciated that of the shots we knew we wanted, he made a checklist on the lock screen of his phone to make sure they weren't forgotten. Talk about attention to detail.
There are not enough words to say about how much we love Pol and his work. He is a true artist. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with him and his team is incredibly lucky. Thank you, Pol, for being so amazing!! -

Pol is incredibly creative and has an eye for detail that translates into breathtaking photographs. Every picture he took was a winner, there wasn't a dud in the lot. He instantly understood our unique vision and went above and beyond to capture our aesthetic - right down to dressing to match our theme.
Day of, Pol is a dream to work with. He gives clear direction and makes you feel like a glamourous rock star throughout. His fun personality and willingness to share in the joy of the day made it feel like he was part of our bridal party, just taking pictures for the fun of it.
And, on top of all that, Pol showed up early, stayed late, and delivered our pictures ahead of schedule. I can't say enough praise for him.

Pol is THE BEST. He is sweet, kind, so so so so talented, and will produce the most beautiful, artistic photos you can't even imagine. Pol is a great communicator, is prompt, responsive, and reliable, which is awesome when you're stressing about a million other things about your wedding. I never worried about him - haha! He is great with people and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, gives you tons of instruction, and makes you look GOOD in photos. He has an incredible eye, and he sees things that others just don't, like how a certain light falls across the room, how plants or buildings look in the forefront of a photo or the background, how to play with contrast and texture and all of those amazing artsy things that you would never think of. You also end up with a zillion really good photos, not just a handful. It's so much fun to look at his work! He's just a great human. Hire him. Seriously. You won't regret it. -

We contacted Pol on the knot in December of 2020 and within the first phone call I knew that we were going to select Pol as our engagement and Wedding photographer. When speaking to Pol you can hear the passion he has for photography and capturing those once in a lifetime shots. Pol has also introduced financing options to better help couples get to their wedding day without any stress. -

I will have to say I was nervous cause Pol got sick the morning of our wedding. But we were lucky enough for A replacement to be found for what seems to be on the spot.
Chris shot our wedding and did an amazing job. My family isn’t the easiest to deal with. And I really appreciate everything running smoothly considering the circumstances. We got so many amazing shots. Chris was very professional and very patient. I would absolutely recommend -

Amazing wedding photographer
We had the best experience with Pol as our wedding photographer. From making sure he was covid tested right before our wedding to being extremely flexible with us on site, it was a dream. He was so great at directing us, where to look, how to stand, the best poses, it was the most helpful and made our images come out perfect. I would and do refer anyone i know needing a photographer to reach out and book sweetpaper media! -

Amazing All Around

Margo Sent on 03/07/2018Besides the fact that Pol has an absolutely beautiful eye for photos, he is overall just super chill and fun. If you think about it, your photo/video crew are going to be by your side more than ANYONE else your entire wedding day (except your significant other) so you better really like them as a person! With Pol, I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend all day who also just happens to take gorgeous photos. He made us feel super comfortable and I feel it really shows in how natural all of our photos look.
My husband and I have been extremely happy with both our engagement shoot and our wedding day photos as a whole, not just a few key photos. His creative use of light, shadows, reflections, and color give his photos a little something extra that I think really sets his style apart from a lot of photographers.
We could not have asked for a better photographer. Highly recommend!!! -

Book them!
Pol and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with! I highly recommend them for any photography you need done whether it's engagement, wedding, etc. Pol has so much energy and had us laughing through our engagement photos and wedding day. He is so much fun to work with and has an incredible eye for unique shots. The couple of days turn around on photos was so great! We got to enjoy looking through our wedding photos on our honeymoon which was so special. And the quantity and quality of photos is astounding. I highly recommend booking Sweetpapermedia for any and all photography you may need, even if you're not in the San Diego area. Pol loves to travel, even internationally, for his clients. -

My wife Kate and I hired Pol for our engagement and wedding photos. We wanted something fun and timeless but unexpected (i.e. no lounging around in a poppy field or running into each other's arms on a beach). Pol really delivered, giving us excellent shots that have gotten nothing but positive reactions. The only reason he isn't getting five stars is because he really needs to hire an assistant to help him organize his calendar. For both shoots he was radio silent until we hounded him into calling us, even asking us to rearrange the wedding itinerary literally the day before the event (you will find this to be basically impossible). On the wedding day he called my wife while she was running around getting ready with extensive questions about what to shoot and where, which was extremely stressful for both of us and drove our wedding planner nuts. To his credit, he was still able to get us incredible shots we will cherish for a lifetime. So by all means, hire Pol - just ask him if he has hired an office assistant so that he is aware of everything and ready to rock. If he hasn't, use caution.
