Niece Wedding & Sons Rehearsal
We attended our niece’s wedding (June) at Sweet Heart Winery last summer and also hosted our son’s rehearsal (July) there, and both events were absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was stunning—beautiful both outside and in—and created such a warm, welcoming setting for our family and friends. The staff was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. The grazing table at the rehearsal was incredible and drew countless compliments from our guests. And of course, the wine was loved by all. We highly recommend Sweet Heart Winery for any special celebration!

Great staff - beautiful place!
We had such a great time at Sweetheart Winery. The venue is beautiful, the wine and cider were delicious, and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. But what really stood out was the staff—they were friendly, genuine, and made the whole experience feel special. We walked away absolutely loving Sweetheart and can't wait to come back! -

Beautiful!
We attended a wedding at Sweet Heart Winery recently, and as someone who’s also a bride currently searching for the perfect venue, I was so excited to finally see this place in person. We had heard so many amazing things about Sweet Heart—its wines, its property, its staff—and somehow it was even better than all the hype.
The moment we arrived, we understood why people say it’s one of the top wineries in the U.S. The building is absolutely beautiful with its warm wood, high ceilings, and huge windows that make the whole space feel bright, elegant, and inviting. The property and landscaping are stunning—every corner feels intentional and picture-perfect.
The ceremony and reception spaces flowed so well, and even as a guest, I kept catching myself imagining what my own wedding could look like there. It’s just that kind of place.
We also have to talk about the drinks! The ciders on draft were phenomenal—truly some of the best we’ve ever had. And the wine was exceptional, clearly crafted with care and quality.
The whole evening was so much fun. Sweet Heart Winery lived up to its reputation and then some. If you're looking for a wedding venue that’s beautiful, welcoming, and absolutely unforgettable, this is the one. -

Best Winery/Wedding we've been to!
We had the best time attending a wedding at Sweet Heart Winery. The moment we pulled in, we both said the same thing—wow. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The building has this warm, inviting feel with the wood beams, big windows, and cozy elegance that makes you want to settle in and soak up every moment.
We loved wandering around the grounds. The river was awesome! We stepped outside a few times just to listen to the water and take in the mountains and vineyards. It honestly felt like being in a little Colorado postcard.
And the wine and cider… incredible. Every pour we tried was delicious, and it really added something special to the whole evening - they make the wine from California fruit. It was some of the best we have ever tasted. You can tell they put a lot of love and attention into what they make. -

A Breathtaking Wedding Experience at Sweet Heart Winery
Sweet Heart Winery is one of the most stunning wedding venues I’ve ever experienced. I recently attended a wedding there, and everything—from the setting to the service—was truly exceptional.
The property itself is breathtaking. The combination of vineyards, mountain views, and the river running alongside the venue creates a romantic, peaceful atmosphere that you simply can’t find anywhere else. The building is gorgeous inside and out, with warm wood, high ceilings, and natural light that makes every moment feel cinematic.
The staff was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They kept everything running smoothly without ever being intrusive. You could tell they take pride in what they do, and it showed in every detail.
The quality of the setting, service, and overall experience is unmatched. As a guest, I felt like I was part of something truly special.
If you're considering this venue, I can say with total confidence: you will not be disappointed. Sweet Heart Winery creates an unforgettable wedding experience. -

Picture Perfect!
As the father of the bride, I can honestly say our daughter’s wedding at Sweet Heart Winery was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, the entire day felt magical — and judging by the feedback from our guests, I’m not the only one who feels that way.
Dozens of people went out of their way to tell my wife and me that this was the best wedding they had ever attended. We had guests from all corners of the country, and they loved how convenient the location was — close to the airport (under an hour), yet nestled right against the mountains without having to drive all the way into them. Many of our out-of-town friends chose to stay in Estes Park and couldn’t stop raving about how easy and beautiful the drive was.
The property itself absolutely blew everyone away. Between the relaxing riverfront, the spacious patios, the perfectly manicured lawns, and the breathtaking mortise-and-tenon building, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Guests loved being able to spread out, take in the mountain views, and savor some of the best wine in the country. Knowing that the grapes are sourced from California’s top vineyards and then crafted right here in Loveland, Colorado, made it even more special.
And for my beer-drinking friends — the ciders were a huge hit! Several of them discovered the on-tap ciders and have since told me they’ve officially switched from beer, especially after realizing how much lighter and healthier cider can be.
But what truly made the day unforgettable was the look on my daughter’s face. When I asked her and her new husband if they would change anything about their wedding, they looked at each other, smiled, and said, “Not a single thing — it was perfect.”
If I could change one thing, it would only be to make the day longer — because it all went by too fast. Sweet Heart Winery gave our family a day we’ll cherish forever! -

Amazing Venue
Our daughter’s wedding at Sweet Heart Winery in Loveland, Colorado was truly an unforgettable experience. The property is absolutely stunning—every corner feels like it was made for a perfect celebration. They’ve created so many beautiful and unique spaces for couples to enjoy with their friends and family.
We had the mountains, the river, and the Devil’s Backbone all in our photos, capturing everything we love about Colorado in one setting. The building itself is incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make the entire day seamless and joyful.
It was the perfect day in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more wonderful venue to share it with. -

A stunning and romantic venue perfect for your wedding!
My husband and I were married at Sweet Heart Winery in 2020, and it was an absolute dream. Every year, we come back up to the winery on our anniversary to celebrate with a glass of their amazing wine, stand in the Barrel Room where we said "I do" and relive the magic of that moment. Would highly recommend this gorgeous venue to anyone looking for the picture perfect place to start their forever.-

Not worth the headache ... or the price.
Overall, the wedding was fine, but "fine" isn't was I was hoping for when I planned my dream wedding.
The grounds are beautiful, but for a weekend wedding, we got about an hour of daylight before having to move everything inside. It would have been amazing to be able to string lights on tables or outdoor umbrellas, which was initially what we were told we could do. It turns out we were told MANY things that weren't true or else didn't actually happen.
Here's where things went completely sideways: When we initially met with the winery's representative and loved everything we were told, so put down a deposit. Turns out, the winery was SOLD over the summer and we weren't made aware until 1 MONTH before our wedding date, so we didn't have any time to reassess or look for another potential spot. Communication on the winery's part absolutely sucked from that point on.
1. We couldn't decorate the way we wanted, including stringing lights outside so we could enjoy the outdoors after dark because it was "too dangerous." When I asked about the language in the initial contract, I was spoken to like a small child like I couldn't possibly understand.
2. We didn't want to get married in front of the rocks that make the "ceremony site." We were told, after MANY conversations, that we were simply being unreasonable, to get over it, and it was the only "safe" place to set up the ceremony. (That seemed to be their go-to when they didn't want us to do something.)
3. Because we weren't simply going along with the "usual," we were deemed "difficult" and thus assigned the "senior" day-of coordinator. Amanda was less than enjoyable to work with, to put it graciously. She yelled at her staff when they offered to help clean up a few things ("No! That's THEIR job!"), she yelled at my family when they asked to take our flowers home ("No! Mine! They said I could have those!"), and she told us she'd already packed up the majority of what was left of our cake for us when I wanted to pack up the leftovers that I saw. It turns out, we got 7 pieces to take home while I was told I needed to leave the leftovers that I saw (about 1/2 of the cake) for her staff.
4. The winery told us when we put down a deposit that they would have a full liquor license by our wedding date - something we had on our priorities list, but with the sale of the winery, that didn't happen.
In the end, it turned out "fine," but I still don't think that much of a headache was worth $12k.
If you choose this spot, consider keeping your lawyer on retainer. -
