Still craving their cake
Our wedding cake and cupcakes were so delicious and we got so many compliments on it all -- I'm still craving cake a week later! Sweet Treets nailed our inspiration and were very communicative with us and responsive to our guest counts changing. We also felt the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend using them for your wedding sweets!

Incredible Grooms Cake!!
Sweet Treets absolutely killed our cake. We got a regular wedding cake and a grooms cake. Everyone at our wedding came up to us asking if it was actually cake or not because it looked so real. It was definitely a highlight of our night. We also got a few bite-sized desserts that our guests said they couldn’t stop eating. Thanks Sweet Treets for making our wedding so incredible!!

They truly went above & beyond for our wedding!
We can't recommend Sweet Treets enough. We expected about 150 people and ordered a 4 tier cake with an extra half sheet cake. We ended up with about 135 and took the entire half sheet home (can't complain about extra cake!) We picked four(!) different flavors because they were all so delicious -- the Lemon Raspberry was our favorite. They also had other delicious desserts like brownies, cookies, and so much more!
While we were getting ready on our wedding day, our wedding coordinator came in to tell us that the Sweet Treets delivery vehicle was T-boned and flipped over with two people and five wedding cakes inside including ours. Everyone was thankfully okay but the cakes were ruined -- at no fault of Sweet Treets at all. With the wedding in a few hours, we expected to just pick up some cakes from the grocery store and call it a day... but Sweet Treets somehow re-made a delicious and beautiful 4 tier cake + sheet cake at the last minute. They truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, and we look forward to being loyal customers for many years to come.

Perfect wedding cake
Our experience with Sweet Treets was amazing. We did a to-go cake tasting (because of Covid-19) and loved every flavor. We were so happy with how our cake turned out and our guests said it was delicious. We go back just to get their cupcakes!

This place is sweet!
Sweet Treets did a fantastic job of how we wanted our wedding "cake". We actually didn't go with the traditional multi-tier cake. We opted for multi-tier cupcakes! We wanted a blend of flavors for the guests and in already "pre-cut" state. Not everyone is going to like a single flavor and we noticed in other people's weddings that a good chunk of the cake doesn’t get eaten. When we went to try out Sweet Treet's cupcakes, we were amazed at how good they were! They were definitely soft and flavorful and a good variety. I actually really liked all the flavors I tried. During wedding day, the guests slowly ate most of the cupcakes throughout the night and left us with just a few cupcakes after the party.. but that's exactly what we wanted! Sweet Treets also did a great job of setting it up. They also made a Batman-University of Houston-mix for the groom's cake, and it looked awesome! Also tasted awesome (red velvet). Don't hesitate to give them a try! Sure as heck glad I didn't.

Beautiful Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake
We are so glad we chose Sweet Treets to bake our wedding cakes because they were DELICIOUS!!! I don't know how it was possible that the cakes tasted even better than what we had during the tasting lol. We were still able to have a tasting despite the pandemic (it was in a lovely wedding tasting room) and a lot of the flavors were really good. We decided on chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream for the Stormtrooper grooms cake and almond vanilla with raspberry and red velvet with cream cheese filling for the wedding cake. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! The design we envisioned was perfectly captured by Sweet Treets and was so beautiful! The only complaint we have is that the fairy lights in the cake had turned off mid-reception, but they were very apologetic and reached out to us afterwards. Thank you so much for helping make our day so special!

We went to the Bridal Extravaganza in Austin looking for our cake, and we are so glad we found and ultimately booked Sweet Treets! We were originally sold on their delicious strawberry champagne cake flavor, and their customer service throughout the process was unbeatable. We had scheduled a 150-person May 2020 wedding and had to postpone and downsize our order because of the pandemic, and Jordan was clear, communicative, and so helpful throughout the chaos of rescheduling everything. They even made the swap to individually-packaged cupcakes to be COVID-conscious when we asked - including vegan options for some of our guests! The cake was beautiful and delicious - exactly what we hoped for. Bonus: our family is so glad we introduced them to a delicious local bakery - they’ve been going back for desserts to celebrate birthdays ever since! Thank you, Sweet Treets!

We hired Sweet Treets for our wedding, and we genuinely couldn't be happier with the result!
Firstly, we were so appreciative of their flexibility when it came to us having to move our wedding date due to COVID. They made it clear that no matter what, they would make sure that they would still be able to provide desserts for our wedding, and even added on that each dessert be individually wrapped in cellophane for sanitary reasons.
Secondly, we could not be more impressed or happy with the beautiful cake design they craft for our wedding cake! We opted to have a small wedding cake for just us to have and then the delicious tarteletts for guests to have at the reception, and we were so happy with how everything tasted and looked. Our cake had such wonderful details that the sweet treet team picked out from our consultation appointment, which really warmed my heart to see their level of detail!
Lastly, we appreciated that we could be open about our budget restraints, and that sweet treets was more than willing to collaborate and work with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted.
If you're in the need of a cake or any other desserts, definitely hire them!

YUM! We loved our wedding cake and cookies from Sweet Treets!
They were incredibly accommodating and helpful with us since we were an out-of-state couple getting married in Texas. They were able to set up a tasting while we were in town and we were blown away at the delicious flavors and cookie decorating work.
We got the champagne strawberries combo from our tasting - it truly was love at first bite. The final semi naked cake looked so good - and tasted great! No cake was left over!
Since my husband and I had met on Bumble, we wanted to get cookies that reflected the bee theme without being too in your face. Their design work was flawless!
Highly recommend and I would gladly stop by for a treat any time I'm in the area.

Can I just say...not only were we in love with our wedding cake and how it tasted, but every single one of our guests were immediate fans as well. Sweet Treets let us mix and match flavors with frostings during our tasting, and every single one was phenomenal. We went with a white chocolate cake with raspberry and lemon fillings, all with an outer layer of buttercream frosting. It was literal perfection on a platter. We saved our top tier but will likely be eating it in the coming days...and then ordering the exact same cake (maybe a smaller version, haha) on our future anniversaries!

Cake tasting was by far my favorite wedding planning activity! The Sweet Treets team made our appointment so fun and educational. They have so many different flavors and combinations to choose from. This review is long overdue - but goes to show that even 8 months later we are STILL thinking about our amazing wedding cake & desserts from Sweet Treets! This was the bakery that our wedding planner recommended, and from the moment we contacted them everything went incredibly smoothly. The tasting was wonderful, and we loved that we were able to try different combinations of cakes and fillings/frostings. We wanted a small cake plus a dessert table with a variety of options, and the staff at Sweet Treets helped us figure out the appropriate quantities for everything. They even accommodated an off-menu request! A few weeks before the wedding day, Sean (owner) followed up directly to ensure the correct shade for the cake frosting. Everything was delivered as expected on the wedding day and it was all DELICIOUS and beautiful! The guests loved all the options and there were barely any treats left over. Sweet Treets is one of the most well-known and featured wedding cake bakeries in Austin, TX because they consistently create beautiful and delicious cakes. We had a very simple white wedding cake vision in mind and a Texas A&M grooms’ cake and they created our vision perfectly for both. They are very professional and organized on their business side of things so it’s not as personal of an experience, but you know that they mean business and your cake will be just what you’re looking for and exactly what was promised. Both cakes were delicious and tasted extremely fresh. We couldn’t have asked for more and we would recommend them to anyone needing a cake for a special event.

Amazing Non-Traditional Cake
I wanted a non-traditional tasting wedding cake and I was specifically looking for lemon. After four different bakeries, I came to do a tasting at Sweet Treets! Out of all the bakeries around the Hill Country area, this had the best tasting lemon cake of them all. The cake I ordered was a three tier lemon cake with white frosting. My middle tier had cream cheese filling. I was a little nervous, knowing that lemon is not what most people expect from a wedding cake but it was superb! Everyone loved it! I had people go back for seconds and thirds!! (Which sadly left us with only two left over containers.) The cake was thick but moist. The frosting was just right and not too thick.
I still have dreams about eating our cake! If you want a nontraditional flavor but great taste and service, Sweet Treets is where to go!

Sweet Treets Bakery was my only stop when looking for a bakery for our wedding and it was honestly the easiest decision I had to make. The complimentary tasting was extremely helpful. The staff was amazing and responsive. We decided to have a multiple flavored cake along with small items for the dessert bar including chocolate covered strawberries, mini pies of multiple flavors, lemon squares, and cheesecake bites. It was all AMAZING. I swear our guest swarmed that dessert bar SO fast and everything was a hit. I would highly recommend them.

Sweet treats for a sweet wedding
After much consideration, we chose Sweet Treats to design our wedding cake, and boy are we glad we did! Not only was the bride's cake phenomenal, they even agreed to ice and assemble king cakes we had brought in from Baton Rouge for the groom's cake. We love Sweet Treets!!
Sweet Treets baked our wedding cake and my husband's grooms cake. They did an incredible job!! From the cake tasting to the day of the wedding, they were incredibly helpful, encouraging, detailed, and prompt. They created a gorgeous three-tier wedding cake using flowers from the floral vendor we worked with. They were diligent about remaining in contact with in the months leading to the wedding. They were also very responsive to me when I asked them last minute to make 100 cookies with a small design the week before the wedding! I'm not creatively inclined, so I know that the ideas I attempted to express on what I wanted the cake and cookies to look like were probably not the best, but Sweet Treets went above and beyond to create exactly what we had wanted!
I highly recommend using Sweet Treets bakery -- they are so easy to work with and excited/love what they do!

Amazing wedding cakes
Sweet Treets made our wedding cake and grooms cake in March of 2019 and they were absolutely perfect! They came out exactly how we wanted and we were so pleased with them. Delicious cake!
We got a 3 tier cake and a sheet cake from Sweet Treets with winter-themed piped trees and landscapes! Not only did the cake look great, but it tasted even better! Very liberal with the frosting which my husband LOVED! We got 1 tier of banana cake, 1 of raspberry cheesecake, and one of the OMG chocolate with a carrot cake sheet. We were blown away!

Sweet Experience
We had an e-mail consult with Sean at Sweet Treets about desserts for our wedding. We had a couple pictures of a two-tiered cake that we liked but was open to having a bigger version of that, cupcakes or an array of different options. We set up a consult selecting some flavors we wanted to try for our cake.
Sean was great and informative. He really helped guide us to what would be best for our budget and the amount of guests we had. We decided to do the strawberry champagne two-tiered cake and cupcakes.
They were absolutely beautiful and delicious! Our guests enjoyed their dessert and we got more than one exclamation that this it was the best cake they've ever had!
Our experience with Sweet Treets was always of professionalism and kindness. They made this part of our wedding so easy! We are so happy we chose them to cater our wedding desserts!!

Beautiful and delicious desserts, easy to work with
Sweet Treets provided the desserts for our wedding. We did a tasting with them a few months before and everything was great. We came up with an order and revised it a few times. They were reachable, quick to respond to emails, and the desserts arrived on time on the day of our wedding. All of the guests loved the cakes and dessert assortment. They were a hit!

Incredible Cake
The Sweet Treets team has the wedding cake process set up like a well-oiled machine. We had a few cake bakers we were trying to decide between, but from the moment we showed up to our cake tasting at ST, we never looked back. The organized way in which we were able to sample our flavor choices was incredible. I also enjoyed the fact that they taught us how to do the sampling, then left us alone to avoid pressuring us. We ended up selecting a raspberry cheesecake flavor cake and it was AMAZING. My cake was absolutely stunning in both appearance and flavor. The team who set the cake up were professional and did an amazing job.

Should Be on Cake Wars TV!
Sweet Treets created two beautiful cakes for our wedding!! The bride's cake was absolutely stunning- with the geometric shape and marble effect, it was truly a masterpiece. The groom's cake was designed after one of our favorite paintings of our two dogs- so this was a special treat for them to create for us! It got a good laugh at the wedding and both were delicious. Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job on taking our vision, which included about 4 different pictures and elements that we wanted to merge together, and making it a reality! The cake designers are simply amazing, and we couldn't be happier with how our cake turned out. We also decided to order both our favorite cookies (snickerdoodles & chocolate chip) instead of a grooms cake and those were also amazing and a crowd pleaser, they didnt last long at all. Overall from our initial consultation to our wedding they were amazing.

I cannot suggest Sweet Treets enough to anyone wanting a cake for a wedding or any other event. They make the BEST cakes that I have ever tasted and they are ridiculously talented. We booked Sweet Treets Bakery to cater the dessert options at our wedding. They were so friendly and easy to work with. We scheduled a tasting of several cake and frosting flavors, all of which were amazing. We highly recommend trying the lemon raspberry, which we chose as our wedding cake. We ordered 3 flavors of mini cupcakes and 3 types of mini pies for guests along with a small cutting cake. The cakes were super moist and the frosting is amazing. They did an awesome job helping us design our cutting cake too. We’ve received many compliments on the desserts thanks to the awesome team at Sweet Treets Bakery!

Sweet Treats came highly recommended by our wedding planner and a few friends who used them for their weddings. This was our first and only tasting that we went to because the cake and icing combinations we tasted were melt in your mouth good. We decided on a small cake and assorted deserts – chocolate covered “tuxedo” strawberries, mini pies and macaroons. Everything was incredible!

Wow, I am beyond impressed with Sweet Treets Bakery! First of all, our consultation was top notch. Lisa was attentive, informative, and provided my fiance and I with the perfect, private tasting. A nice touch was that her computer screen was displayed on a bigger TV screen that we could see, so we could follow along with pricing and watch as it added up. Very interactive and helpful. Lisa was great with replying to my many emails too! Finally, the cake on the day of the wedding was amazing. It was beautiful (not just their decorating but they also arranged flowers that I provided on there beautifully) and tasted amazing too! I got so many compliments on the cake! My husband is head over heels about their red velvet cake and has hinted that he would be on board if I went back and got him a birthday cake there! Lisa and team, thank you so much! Ariel and her team knocked it out of the park. My red velvet cake was gorgeous as I asked her to do hydrangea petals on it. It was so delicious. The Italian crime groom’s cake had the US Navy insignia on it and they did a golf theme out of cake balls. The tasting was so much fun and Ariel was awesome!

Lisa and Sweet Treets were a treat to work with! They worked with me to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted in terms of design, and the cake itself tasted amazing- even the fondant! Even when I came back months later with a total redesign of the cake, they were super helpful and made sure to ask all the questions they needed to nail every detail. They even made sure to box up two slices of cake to send home with me and husband, which I thought was super considerate, especially since we opted not to save the top tier. I'm so glad I made the perfect choice with these guys!

We had a large regular cake that was vanilla with buttercream frosting and a smaller vegan groom's cake which was citrus vanilla with vegan buttercream. I am still dreaming about those flavors. I can't get over how delicious our cake was from Sweet Treats. We had a unique cake idea and they were very accommodating and both cakes were amazing and BEAUTIFUL. We loved our wedding cakes and desserts from Sweet Treets! From our consult to changes to the day of, Julie and the Sweet Treets staff were amazingly accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Julie was quick to respond with my requests for changes and she sent updated invoices right away. She was especially accommodating when my parents decided to add an entire cookie table 3 weeks before the wedding. Sweet Treets took it in stride and answered all of our questions so fast. They made all of our special requests. When they say they can make almost any dessert, they mean it!
Our cakes and cookies were so delicious and beautiful! We received so many compliments on how our cakes turned out (raspberry cheesecake bride's cake and OMG chocolate groom's cake). The retro Spurs design on the groom's cake was perfect...my husband was so impressed! Our guests loved the cookie table so much, there was barely a mini cannoli or Mexican wedding cookie left at the end of the night. I cannot recommend Sweet Treets enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Sweet Treets bakery. Every single cake we tasted was delicious. They have a HUGE variety of flavors from traditional to unique and they all taste incredible. We chose a pistachio flavored cake, with raspberry filling and honey buttercream icing. It was the BEST. The groom’s cake was German chocolate and it went so quickly at the wedding! Everything was perfect and delicious—I would highly recommend Sweet Treets Bakery!

From the beginning, Sean was amazing to work with. We went to several cake tastings before this and were considering not having a cake UNTIL we had our last tasting, at Sweet Treets! They are by far the best, both in taste and design! Our cake was so beautiful and they were so accommodating throughout the whole process when I changed my mind on design- they always had to quotes back so quickly! By far would pick them again and again! We are going back on our anniversary to get another of our white chocolate raspberry perfection!

We love a Sweet Treets Bakery!! They designed an absolutely beautiful delicious wedding cake and fun grooms cupcakes for our wedding. They spent time working with us on the design at our tasting, where we sampled many fun and wonderful flavors-it was so hard to choose just four flavors for our cake and cupcakes! We were so pleased with the results, and we're already planning to go back to Sweet Treets on our anniversary for cupcakes! (I might have to go back sooner-it's too good to wait!)

Sweet Treets Bakery was great to work with. The cake tasting was awesome - it was complimentary and we got to select 4 different flavors to try. What was really cool about it was that they brought the cupcakes and the icing out separate so that we could mix and match flavors to create our own custom cupcakes if we wanted. My mom bakes for a living, but I didn't want her to do cupcakes for the wedding because I knew she would have a lot on her plate and I didn't want her to stress about it. That being said, I have pretty high standards when it comes to baked goods, and Sweet Treets exceeded my expectations in every way possible! They set up the displays for the cupcakes at the reception and it was awesome!

Sweet Treets was a breeze to work with and has options for every type of dessert you could want at your wedding reception. We decided on a small cake (strawberries and champagne yum!) and mini pies for our wedding (apple, pecan, and SMORES) – everything was insanely delicious. They are absolute professionals and allowed us to do both a cake tasting and a “tasting in a box” for different mini pie flavors. Sweet Treets also set up our dessert table on our wedding day and everything looked fantastic. Amazing and delicious options for every type of sweet tooth!

Loved Sweet Treats and everything they did for us. We had mini pies at the rehearsal dinner, bride and grooms cakes, a birthday cake and milk and cookies all provided by them for our event. It was wonderful, they are extremely easy to work with and always fast at responding and made sure everything was there early! Everyone loved our YETI cake and couldn't stop talking about it.

Sean, Lisa, and the rest of the team at Sweet Treets did a great job of turning my vision for my wedding cake into reality. I gave them a photo of the mint green ombre effect I wanted, and they recreated it perfectly! I loved the citrus vanilla flavor - it was a unique twist on classic wedding cake that was a perfect fit for my summertime setting and theme. I got so many compliments on both the look and the taste of the cake from my guests. I will definitely be back the next time I’m craving something sweet!

Sweet Treets' cakes are exquisite AND scrumptious. The bride's cake was a five tiered cake with 3 different flavors of cakes and the groom's cake was a chocolate flavored UT Tower that was out of this world. Julia Schmitz was our cake designer and she was remarkable to work with.

They did such an amazing job!! We didn't want to do the traditional wedding cake, so we chose Sweet Treets because they were able to do mini pies and it was perfect! Everyone was raving about how good they were and they looked so great on the cake table. Sweet Treets also made us a cheesecake for us to cut and it looked beautiful. I procrastinated on getting a wedding cake and we were still debating having some other kind of dessert at our wedding, but they came through and worked with me to get cake balls with just 6 weeks to go. I was a little distracted with all the fun I was having at my wedding, that I didn’t get to try the red velvet flavor, but luckily my mom saved some of the Italian cream ones for me to devour after hours. SO GOOD!

They took the time to meet with us (twice) because we booked so far in advance of our wedding, and to help us create a unique wedding cake, and a completely custom grooms cake! The cakes were flawless they day of, and I had multiple guests contact me over the next few weeks and ask who did our cake! I recommend going by and trying some of their goodies from the case! Our three-tiered wedding cake and Pikachu groom’s cake were a hit at our wedding at the Omni Barton Creek Pavilion thanks to Sweet Treets Bakery! My wife and I visited Sweet Treets after browsing their website at the end of August 2016 for our wedding on October 29, 2016, and it was our only stop for our cake vendors. Sean made the consultation so informative, simple, fun, and delicious for us when we had no clue what we were looking for in cakes. We could have stayed there for hours trying all the flavors again and again if we were allowed. It was Sean’s “sweetness,” the skilled team’s perfection and creativity with previous cakes we’ve stalked on Instagram, and the super reasonable price for the number of guests (300) for our wedding that made the decision so easy to choose Sweet Treets. We even allowed the team to choose our third cake flavor because we were so in love with the bakery! Communication was amazing and execution of the cakes were flawless! All of our guests thought the raspberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough with buttercream filling, and the spiced pumpkin cake with dulce de leche buttercream filling (the surprise flavor perfect for our fall wedding) were divine. Thank you so much, Sweet Treets! We cannot wait until our anniversary to taste our wedding cakes again from the freezer!

Sweet Treets Bakery (STB) was our only choice to make and design our wedding cake. Their butter cream frosting is awesome! We chose a delicious, moist white chocolate cake that included bits of white chocolate and strawberry filling infused with champagne. The "drunk" strawberries were taste tested often at our cake tasting party. Sean was very personable and accommodating to us and our two guests. He answered our questions and offered suggestions about our cake design and size. We decided to use two complimentary simple frosting designs and provided our own cake topper with STB adding their own creative touch. Jamie and Lisa helped us with finalizing the details about our cake and delivery schedule. Our cake was not only stunning to see, it was oh so delicious!! Our guests thought so, too. So full disclosure here, I work in the wedding industry as a DJ and an event planner, and that means I have been to a lot of weddings and tried A LOT of different cakes/desserts. So when it came to our wedding I knew I had to have Sweet Treets! They are the best of both worlds, in that their desserts are the best tasting and also their designs are flawless. We wanted cupcakes but also a gluten free cake for my husband. We ended up doing a GF red velvet Harry Potter/Star Wars themed cake (for our 2 obsessions) and I’m not going to lie, it actually saddened me to cut into it it was so perfect!!! Everyone is still talking about how incredible our cake was. I will continue to use sweet treets as much as possible in the future!!!

We did cake tastings with several different bakeries before we landed on Sweet Treat bakery and I have to say, Sweet Treat’s cake is absolutely to die for. Not only that, but they were able to nail the cake design based on 1 photo I provided. The cake was white with splashes of blue watercolor and gold speckles – they were very mindful of telling us what they could do within our budget, which I was very grateful for. In addition to the cake, we got a couple hundred mini cupcakes of different varieties. Everything looked and tasted absolutely amazing – we could not have been happier!

We love rosemary and used it throughout our wedding...in invitations, floral arrangements and yes, even the Wedding Cake!! I loved working with Sweet Treets! Not only have they mastered traditional cake flavors, but we were super impressed with their unique flavor combinations. My husband and I chose to do a smaller Italian Cream cake with pecan and coconut filling (YUM)! The stucco design on the outside looked just as great as the inside tasted! We also wanted to offer other tasty treats for our guests. On our dessert table we included chocolate chip cookies, mini peach pies, mini chocolate mousse cups, and mini key lime pie shooter (quadruple YUM)! Let's just say the sweets were delicious because every crumb was devoured. I had an amazing experience with Sweet Treets and highly recommend them for your special day! I'm looking forward to next June when my husband and I will celebrate our 1st anniversary by getting to eat the top tear of our wedding cake again:)

The guests are still raving about the cupcakes and all the carrot ones disappeared in a flash! Some of my guests admitted to us the next day that they scarfed down 5-6 cupcakes because they couldn't stop eating them.
On our tasting, for tasting purposes the cupcakes and frostings were served to us separately so we could pick and choose so I never actually saw the cupcakes constructed and they were GORGEOUS!! From the sparkly light sprinkles to the perfectly shaped frosting. And the guests kept telling us how moist everything was and fresh.
The cake also was just delicious and beautiful. Thank you all so much for your hard work and yummy work! I will definitely be back sometime just to eat more of your cupcakes-especially for the carrot ones!!

The bride and groom's cakes were outstanding as well as delicious. The bride chose an exquisite cake from pintrest and they reproduced it beautifully down to the intricately designed hand painted sugar flowers. The grooms cake consisted of a life size pintail and mallard duck in a marsh setting. The brides cake was vanilla with raspberry cheesecake filling and strawberry filling, the grooms cake was chocolate with OMG chocolate fudge icing- both equally wonderful.
