Photo perfection!

I just received my wedding photos back and I am in love with them! Jamie captured the romantic, funny and drunken moments of my big day perfectly! I spent the night re living my wedding as me and my husband looked through our photos! From the beginning Jamie was fast at responding, even though I would mostly email her late at night! She was helpful and even let me change up one of her packages a little as I didn’t have an engagement shoot. The day of, she was earlier than expected. I didn’t have many bridesmaids, so she had the role of photographer ,a third opinion on my hair and jewelry ‘do-er up-er’. As well as lending me bobby pins when I ran out! Life saver! Jamie was calm and professional all day even when we had a slight venue hiccup! There was not a photo she didn’t take! Everyone of my photos is edited beautifully, capturing just how perfect the weather was outside and how sparkly the fairy lights were on the inside of my venue. I would hire Sweet Serendipity Photography again and hope to next time an important life event happens! 5 stars!

A Truly Incredible Experience — We Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Wedding Photographer!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Sweet Serendipity Photography and Jaime Swanson! From the very beginning, Jaime made us feel so comfortable, excited, and confident throughout the entire process. We are beyond grateful that we found her to capture both our engagement and wedding photos because the results were absolutely stunning.

Jaime has an incredible eye for detail and such a natural talent for capturing genuine emotions and beautiful moments. Every photo feels timeless, authentic, and full of life. She went above and beyond to make sure every special moment was captured perfectly, and her professionalism, creativity, and expertise truly shine through in her work.

Not only is Jaime incredibly talented, but she is also such a kind, calming, and wonderful person to work with during what can be a very busy and emotional season. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free, and we will cherish these memories forever because of her.

Fantastic!

Sweet Serendipity Photography is just incredible. My sister used Jaime's services for her wedding 16 years ago. I hired her for my engagement and wedding photos in November. She takes the time to learn who the clients are and what exactly they desire. Jaime brought Maddie along for the wedding. Both of these women are not only very talented, but they are also presentable and professional. I will continue to use Sweet Serendipity for any photo needs in the future!

Boudoir Shoot

I scheduled a boudoir session for an anniversary gift for my husband. I was so nervous but I messaged Jaime several times and she eased my worries. On the day of the shoot, I took a robe to wear between shoots and ended up not wearing it once as Jaime made the environment very comfortable and very judgement-free. I am a fluffy girl that is usually self-conscience but I felt so comfortable. She made sure any shots I wanted were in there and we were as modest or not as I was comfortable with. When I got the proofs in I was in awe with how good I looked and I wanted to show everyone! I got my book in and I can't wait to give it to my husband for our anniversary next week!

Superb photography

Jaime and Jenna were incredibly efficient and clearly experienced with photographing weddings with tight schedules. I felt very at ease during wedding preparation because they knew what they were doing. Jaime was thorough in capturing the moments I requested and helpful in suggesting poses or pictures I had not even thought of. We were nervous about our formal family photos because my husband and I have large families, plus we had COVID considerations, but they seriously made it a breeze. We are incredibly grateful to have hired Sweet Serendipity!!!

She is such a wonderful photographer and makes you feel so comfortable. She sees natural beauty and is even better at capturing it on camera! Would 110% recommend!! As a fuller figured women she captured my perfect angles, which is a big deal!

Budoir Photography Session

Boudoir Photoshoot

I had the pleasure of working with Jaime for my boudoir shoot after my wedding. She was very flexible and willing work with me to help me keep this secret from my wife. Phenomenal

I’ve hired Sweet Serendipity Photography not only for my wedding, but for multiple other milestones, including my graduation, engagement, extended family, and my first born daughter. Having a photographer that makes you feel comfortable creates a relaxed and fun setting for photos. Extremely professional and delivers an amazing product...

Jaime from Sweet Serendipity is amazing. She has a great personality that indicates she knows what she is doing... and this makes you instantly relax so that she can get the best posed pictures and candid pictures of your event. Her portfolio boasts so many venues and locations and it’s clear that she is talented at capturing those magic moments. I would hire her over and over again, I couldn’t be happier with the photos and experience that she was able to capture for us.

A family business that treats clients like family, too

Sweet Serendipity creates its namesake with its clients. From our enchanted engagement pictures in a local bookstore to our Shakespearean wedding across two venues, Jaime and Jenna were competent, creative, and calming presences. No question went unanswered. No idea was ever shut down or avoided. Jaime went out of her comfort zone with our first meeting, but the results were gorgeous because she put weeks' worth of effort into the editing process. The duo, complete with a bright and can-do attitude'd daughter, gave excellent directions so Max and I knew where to stand, how to pose, whom to face, etc. They made the family portraits a streamlined and quick process, when it could've easily taken hours. They were organized and protective of us when the staff at our venue was reneging on previously-promised flash photography allowance, and accommodated us with every little Pinterest-inspired look or posturing. I can't wait to see my first look pictures, and I would not have felt comfortable sharing such a personal moment with anyone else. We are so grateful that, despite family tragedy, Jaime and Jenna persevered and made our day so seamless and special. We will forever be grateful for their innovation, jokes, and guidance.

Jaime was an absolute dream to work with. From the moment I met her I knew I had made the right choice. She was so thorough in her quest to understand my vision. I love that she connected with me on Pinterest to follow my wedding boards. Her surveys were fun to fill out and so helpful for communicating and being on the same page when it came to my big day. And the big day was PERFECT. Jaime and Jenna were so fun, professional, and efficient. Our wedding truly went so smoothly because of Jaime. And don't think I forgot about the pictures themselves: They were AMAZING. So beautiful and I will treasure them forever. They say if there's one thing you want to get right for your wedding, it's the photographer, and trust me, picking Jaime is definitely the right thing!!!

I used Sweet Serendipity Photography for my boudoir photos and I could not have been happier! Jaime has such a great personality and made any nerves or anxiety I had completely disappear. I could not have asked for a better wedding photography experience! Jaime made my wedding day go incredibly smoothly. We met with her beforehand because we had an intimate wedding of 20 people and so I wanted to make sure we all vibed so that she would be an appropriate addition for our special day. I am glad that our first impression was spot on. She is a wonderful human being who made our wedding super easy and stress free. She is so organized and prepared with questionnaires beforehand that your day is guaranteed to go well. We opted for a second photographer as well which ended up being her sister and they were the cutest!

Because of our small event, we didn't have an entirely thought out plan about how the day would go and they helped it go the best. They were flexible while also offering their expertise. They even picked our mother/son and father/daughter dance song. They were additionally wonderful guests and a pleasure to have as a part of our special day. I cannot wait to see how the photos turned out but after she sent us a few stunning captures (that were taken with a phone!) I am confident that they will be nothing less than spectacular!

In sum, they are amazing human beings whose enthusiasm for their work is overwhelmingly evident and inspiring.

This is my first marriage, but I've been a bridesmaid for many weddings. I've been up close and personal with several photographers all around Florida. Jaime Swanson at Sweet Serendipity was by far the best choice I could have made for my own wedding. She was prepared, professional, sweet and easy to be around. My images are absolutely stunning. Pictures of me and my husband that I will treasure forever - not only because of the memories, but because she made me feel beautiful beyond my wildest expectations. There's obviously a difference when you choose an experienced photographer versed in capturing the perfect moment (at the perfect angle.) My gallery was delivered in almost half the time she promised which was an incredible surprise.

I will recommend her to everyone I cannot thank her enough for being apart of making my dreams come true.

Jaime and Jenna were not only amazing photographers, but the BEST and sweetest professional women to work with. I had a fabulous New Year's Eve wedding and I wanted to hire someone that could capture my vision for a glam, party rock wedding! When Jaime and I met, I knew I wanted to book her asap. She didn't try to steer me towards her vision like some other photographers did. Jaime Swanson of Sweet Serendipity Photography is a very talented, creative and professional photographer. Our wedding was in St. Augustine, so a little travel involved. Jaime and Jenna were there to capture everything from me and my bridal party getting ready, the venue, my husband and his groomsmen getting ready, the ceremony, reception and everything in between. They took the time to capture all of the little details. Despite the pouring rain and typical wedding day hiccups, Jaime and Jenna remained professional and did not lose sight of my vision. Within weeks of our wedding, we received a sneak peak and shortly after a beautiful package in the mail with a USB of all of the images from our big day. Not only is Jaime a phenomenal photographer, she is also a friend. She and her sister Jenna were amazing to work with and had a lot of fun! We had a 26 person wedding party and they knew just how to handle us all :) on top of that- the sneak peak of pictures are absolutely amazing!!!! I cannot wait to get them all back!!! When I contacted Jaime of Sweet Serendipity Photography to do our e-session I had all these insane ideas. She helped me bring my vision to life and we could not be any happier with the outcome! Jaime and her crew met us at the Alachua county fair one late fall evening in October we were there from dusk til just into the nighttime to create the rich colorful images I so longed for. I was dying to get the carousel at night spinning behind us! Not only did we get that but we ended up with the MOST amazing gallery of images, I can not thank Jaime and her crew enough for the late night session and the outcome. Everyone ADORES our pictures when they see our gorgeous canvases hanging on our wall. I can not rave enough about Sweet Serendipity Photography! I refer everyone to her! One of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding was hiring Jaime Swanson! She offers the best advice and really knows how to make a bride happy. There are lots of things you might be stressed about on your wedding day, but if Jaime is doing your photos that does not need to be one of them! She suggested doing a ‘first look’ which I was hesitant about, but in the end I was so happy we made that decision. Also, she researches venues to find the best places and backdrops to take pictures. She is an expert at making you feel relaxed and is really attentive to your needs / wants. I could NOT be happier with my wedding photos and I would recommend Sweet Serendipity Photography to anyone without hesitation!

I'll never forget the day I called Jaime at Sweet Serendipity Photography for the first time and said, "So would you photograph our wedding in Mexico?" Much to my delight, she jumped at the opportunity and maintained the highest levels of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Above all, the pictures are gorgeous! Jaime and her husband became a part of our family during our wedding weekend in paradise. While very pregnant, she always was on the look out for the best spots and the best light and her creativity and knowledge resulted in beautiful pictures we'll treasure for a lifetime. Jaime is a fantastic photographer! She took gorgeous engagement, boudoir and wedding pictures for me, and I loved every image. She will work with whatever idea/vision you have for your photos and makes great suggestions, if you need them.
She also incorporates Pinterest boards into her planning for the big day, and it was great to be able to use that to find poses that I liked.
On top of being a great photographer and professional, she is super friendly!

Jaime and her team were amazing! From our first meeting with Jaime, she was laid back, easy going, patient while also being attentive, detail oriented, and professional. We felt like "good old friends" when we met with Jaime, she put us at ease immediately, and any questions we had, she answered in a timely manner and thoroughly. One our wedding day, she and her team made sure to accommodate all our "requests" for certain pictures and poses, while also throwing in her own unique(and beautiful) ideas! She obviously has a passion for photography, and it shows in her attention to detail and ideas for poses, clothing, ect...
We've had several photo sessions with Jaime, and plan to continue to do so as long as we can!

I haven't seen my pictures yet, but Jaime was one of my favorite vendors due to her attention to detail and her quick responsiveness! I felt like a priority and a "Bride" the whole time I knew her (and I booked her almost a year in advance). She was wonderful to work with, and I ended up consulting with her about many of my wedding needs, not just photography. Go with Jaime!

Jaime and Jenna were both so wonderful to work with for everything. They both did my boudoir shoot, wedding, and reception. They captured every second and made me, and everyone feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend them. Even all my guests commented on how thorough they were.

To sum it up: Jaime at Sweet Serendipity Photography was professional, had creative vision, and was worth every penny!!! I stumbled onto the Sweet Serendipity blog by accident and automatically fell in love with Jaime's pictures. We quickly realized that investing on a great photographer would be worth it in the long run. Jaime was very attentive and helpful. We got guidance on other vendors, planning (with the genius pocket planner she gave us), and she kept us on track with our schedule throughout the wedding day. We have received hundreds of compliments (and Facebook "likes") on our engagement and wedding pictures. Our wedding was truly a labor of love and we are grateful to have invested in Jaime and Sweet Serendipity Photography to capture this wonderful occasion. Even if specific memories of the day fade we can always look back on these beautiful pictures and feel the joy of the first day as husband and wife.

Jaime (owner of Sweet Serendipity Photography) photographed my March 2012 wedding in the Bahamas and was absolutely amazing. During our initial meeting, I immediately was impressed by Jaime's down to earth, yet professional, approach. She is extremely skilled so was able to offer several good suggestions, but encouraged me to share my ideas with her as well. So many vendors turned me off with their rigid approach that Jaimie was a breath of fresh air. The report I had with Jaime eliminated unnecessary wedding stress because I was extremely comfortable with her and knew I could trust her for this important job. Her pictures speak for themselves but they are fabulous! Her photojournalistic approach was exactly what I was looking for, as she captured all the special details of my wedding that I will cherish for years to come. She somehow managed to avoid disrupting the day, while not missing anything. A DVD of all of our photos was included in our package, which was one of my criteria. Our package also included an engagement photo session, which we did not need so Jaime has agreed to do them as another type of session. Jaime was a pleasure to work with and I HIGHLY recommend her to any Florida brides looking for a great wedding photographer.

I used Jaime as my wedding photographer and could not have been happier with everything. After looking at her blog and falling in love with her style, I knew right away that I wanted her and booked her about a year and a half in advance. We used Jaime for engagement photos as well as our wedding. She was very flexible and easy to communicate with, and always responded to my questions immediately. After seeing the photos in our wedding gallery, I was so glad that I chose Jaime. She captured everything perfectly and I was so happy with the way they all turned out. Jaime, the owner of Sweet Serendipity, built a great relationship with us during the events leading up to the Big Day. She has a calming personality that helps you feel comfortable during all that kissing!
She captured everything on our wedding day from the smallest details to the groom's dance moves!

As I began the difficult task of planning my destination wedding in Siesta Key Florida for 11/12/11 one decision that was not difficult was having Jaime as my photographer. Not only is she incredibly talented but she is a wonderful person and friend. She captured all of the moments and emotions of a very special time in my life. She was professional and thorough leading up to the wedding day to ensure everything was how I would want it. The day of she was patient and flexible as plans changed. Jaime is the true definition of someone who loves what she does and it shows through her final product. Jaime is such a sweetheart! She is so easy to speak with and professional. She knew where we were coming from and we could relate to her. We chose Jaime for our May 7, 2011 wedding. Throughout our wedding planning process I debated on many things. For example the color of my shoes, how many lanterns would be hung under our reception tent, how to get my son down the aisle without him sprinting back to me, and the biggest—whether or not my future husband and I would have a “first look.” I read so many blogs and articles but still couldn’t decide. At the end of the day it was a personal choice for us. My fiancé really wanted to have it as it would save time on the big day and he figured it would be great to see me before the ceremony. I really liked the idea of seeing each other for the first time as I walked down the aisle. After speaking with our amazing photographer, Jaime, I soon realized maybe it was best to do our first look before the ceremony. When our big day arrived I was a nervous wreck! Not having a voice (I lost it a week before!) wasn’t even a problem for me, it was seeing my groom for the first time. Even though I had JUST seen Gabriel a couple of hours before, Jaime had to come to my rescue with water and a snack to ease my stomach and nerves. I would of never have imagined this would happen to me. Seven years and a baby later, we were getting married and little did I know that he was crazy nervous as well. Jaime, along with our videographers, set it up in such a way that nobody else could ruin our big moment. Gabriel was strategically placed near a little waterfall and I walked up behind him, my heart beating so fast I figured it was just going to pop. Right before tapping his shoulders a couple of times to turn around, I realized this was the best decision ever! I remember thinking I had to thank Jaime for talking me into this! (Thanks again Jaime!!!) We both looked at each other and began to cry. Emotions were running high that day and I was happy to know it was all captured. Who knew we would feel this way? I was so glad this happened in private, where we had a moment to take everything in we were feeling together as a couple who were soon to be one. Jaime captured the emotion up close, better than it would have been during the ceremony! After snapping photos, Jaime and the videographers left us for the only quiet time we had the entire day. We both kept saying how great it was to see each other before the wedding. For those thinking this may have ruined emotions as I walked down the aisle…wrong. I cried, again! And if I am correct, I saw Gabriel wiping his eyes and cheeks as well. It turned how to be a perfect day and I could never thank Jaime enough for the wonderful job she did. She was MUCH more than our photographer!

When I was looking for a wedding photgrapher I kept going back to Jaime with Sweet Serendipity Photography!! I told my family this is the photographer that I want for my wedding. Jaime did an amazing job and she was so helpful!! Any time I had a question, she responded back to me so quickly. We had some time issues throughout our wedding and Jaime helped keep me calm and took some amazing pictures!! I am so glad I chose Sweet Serendipity and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I cannot express how wonderful Jaime and all of my wedding photos were! They are my favorite part of my wedding. I am so happy to have such beautiful photo memories of a day that flew by. She did a great job both capturing all of the "behind the scenes" moments as well as portraits and the details. The hardest part was choosing my favorites! Jaime did an AMAZING job shooting my engagement and wedding photos. She was super flexible working around our crazy schedules and she was always understanding as we tried to find a day to shoot our engagement photos. She responded quickly anytime I would email or call. She was very prompt on the day of my wedding and went to work quickly. She understood that we didnt want to take vital time away from our guests taking photos-so she was super quick, but somehow captured the most awesome photos! She was super patient and professional as we tried to wrangle all the family members up to get pictures.
I love my photos! I feel like they came out of a magazine :) I would recommend Sweet Serendipity Photography to everyone!

Jaime is such a wonderful photographer. She was always there when I called or e-mailed her & she did a FABULOUS job on my bridal pictures & our wedding pictures. She didn't mind a lot of chaos from my family pre-wedding ceremony & she is friendly, punctual & dependable. She was also very affordable. Jaime is amazing! We decided to go with a local photographer who would travel ~2 hrs to our destination wedding as they made us the most comfortable. While Jaime wasn't the cheapest photography option, she was WELL worth the money! We got an engagement session and the rights to our final photos included in our package which was important to us. During our initial meeting, she took the time to get to know us and even linked up to my pinterest page to understand our photography style and inspiration. She was always responsive to emails with questions and was so easy to work with. She made us so comfortable during our engagement session that I booked a boudoir session as a wedding present for the hubby!

She made what could be an awkward situation feel very comfortable both in our engagement and my boudoir session. She was fun and easy-going and creates a great rapport. She gives you pose ideas and allows you to be as natural as possible so your photos don't look awkward or forced.

On the day of, Jaime and her sister got a flat tire on their way to our venue. They were in touch with us and were only a few minutes late. When they arrived they quickly set up and were ready to go without any hesitation. They made my bridal party feel comfortable with our getting ready photos and were never "in the way" with all the chaos. They are great at understanding what will and won't look good in photos and creating an atmosphere to enhance the final product. We didn't even notice them during the ceremony and reception but they captured all our special moments and the final photos are fantastic!

We would recommend Sweet Serendipity to anyone looking to have photography done!

Jaime and her assistants were amazing, from the time that we booked their services for our wedding to after. We planned our Orange Park wedding from Texas and anytime that I had questions about what would be happening on the day of she was there to help and offer ideas! Would use her again for a variety of her photography services if we are able to when going to Florida! Sweet Serendipity Photography came highly recommended to me, but I can say through my own experience and time with Jaime, she is definitely worth every penny! She is very professional, but has a way of making you feel at ease. Both our engagement session and wedding day photos turned out amazing! And she never made it feel like work! Empowering Boudoir Session

I used Wish at Sweet Serendipity Photography for a Boudoir Session and I could not be happier with the results. Not only was the experience empowering and fun, it was relaxing - I felt comfortable the moment I stepped into the studio.
The images are beautiful and I had the hardest time choosing which ones to use for my book. I would highly recommend Wish at Sweet Serendipity and will definitely go back for more sessions in the future.

Amazing experience!

Sweet Serendipity was an invaluable part of not only my wedding day, but the entire process. Jamie was informative, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire time I got to work with her. She was very flexible in arranging for our engagement shoot (We had to reschedule 4 or 5 times due to weather). The pricing is affordable and I am ecstatic with the final results. For brides that might be shy in front of the camera, Jamie and her intern were very supportive and helping me feel confident and beautiful on the wedding day. Sweet serendipity will work with you on your pricing and offer various packages that will suit your budget. She also gathers lots of info prior to the "big day" for all those special shots you want to have! I wouldn't have traded having Sweet Serendipity at our wedding for anything! I used Sweet Serendipity Photography for my boudoir session. They were AWESOME! Wonderful ladies who absolutely make you feel comfortable and confident. I was actually really disappointed with my wedding pictures. While Jaime and Jenna were a pleasure to work with, and readily available, the turn around for the product that we got was really long, and we were completely disappointed. The photos were taken at one angle the entire night, as Jaime was very pregnant and I can see how she may have been unable to bend over to take different angles. The venue was gorgeous, and had lots of places she could have reached in order to take different pictures, but this did not happen. Jaime and Jenna arrived late, which we can understand because it was raining and pretty stormy out. I was also really surprised that there were very few pictures of our dinner, and the details from the reception. I (the bride) recall that I had to constantly ask Jaime to get up and take pictures during the dancing portion, when there were moments I wanted to capture. There were very few photos of the guests dancing and enjoying themselves. After waiting 12 weeks for the pictures, we received pictures that were not fully edited, and were thoroughly disappointed. With such a long turnaround we were expecting all pictures to be fully completed, but they were not. I had a bruise on my arm the day of, and there are pictures in which she did not edit that out. I really do wish I had gone with a different photographer, or that Jaime had turned down the job because she was pregnant. The work that she has on her site does not represent the work that I received for my pictures, and I am truly saddened by this, as I loved working with her leading up to the wedding. The one thing I can say though is that I asked Jaime for a second USB of our pictures, because my dog ate the first one, and she sent me a really nice one which I really appreciated. Other than that, I have very few pictures that I like from that day, and wish I would have used someone else.
