  Loved our cupcakes for our winter wedding! We got so many compliments and I would absolutely use them again. In fact, I'm currently looking into having them design a birthday cake for my new husband's birthday! The service was great, pricing was fair & the cupcakes themselves were beautiful and tasty.   Sweet Retreat did an amazing job of making both a beautiful and delicious cake! They worked with the inspiration photo I gave them and it came out perfectly!! It was such a pretty cake and they worked with our florist to have them put real flowers on the cake. It was so pretty!!

  One of the biggest highlights of our wedding was the surprise groom's cake. We had a military wedding and I secretly planned and worked with Sweet Retreat to have a Tank cake made for my guy...this was the vehicle he was trained in and one that holds deep meaning for him as a veteran. I will never forget the look of shock and joy when he saw the cake - he went on and on about the detail, how they got every tiny part of the tank right...from the guns to the handles to the sights, everything. Their ability to hone in on the tiniest of details from the photos I sent them was incredible and a true testament to their artistry.
  
  I took him straight to the cake when we entered the reception space so he could see the surprise. When we finally walked away to our sweetheart table, I immediately noticed a wide girth of empty chairs...where were our guests? Well, every single military guy there was lined up in front of the cake taking pictures with their cell phones.
  
  Thank you Sweet Retreat for doing such an amazing job with a cake that honored not just my husband's service, but the service of so many of our guests - thank you for getting something so important, so right.

  We hired sweet retreat to make our cupcakes, cutting cake and macaroons for our wedding. They were a hit! The cupcakes were all amazing (we had red velvet, carrot cake, vanilla princess, salted caramel, and the doodle). Many of my guests commented that the dessert was amazing. We will definitely be coming back for smaller orders for parties. They are easy to work with and tentative to requests.

  We ordered a 6 inch cake and cupcakes with the cupcake teir. Everything turned out beautiful and tasted fantastic!!!! Lauren was in contact with me in the weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was hust right adn even made a custon cake topper at the last minute that was perfect.

  The Sweet Retreat did my cupcakes and wedding cake for my wedding, and did an AWESOME job! Everything was beautiful down to the little details on the cake. They were great to work with and were quick in the responses. We met with them 4 times because everything kept changing in our wants...they were very professional and friendly. Loved working with them :)

  Sweet Retreat has been a super easy vendor to work with for our wedding. Curt was our contact throughout the process & he was available to answer questions and helped the process by emailing me confirmation of my signed documents when we defined the proposal a few weeks before the wedding. Delivery is a set fee no matter how many cupcakes you buy, so it was a little unfortunate for us there since we had a very small wedding, but it was worth it in the end. Cupcakes were delivered on time and were absolutely amazing! Our guests RAVED about them! I’m very happy we worked with them for our event!

  We used Sweet Retreat for our wedding cake needs. I saw a picture in a wedding magazine that used stamps to decorate a cake. Although Sweet Retreat had not tried this technique before they were open to do it. The final product looked amazing. I had never seen a cake like that before and it was flawless. It amazed me how talented there decorating staff is to do make something look so perfect when they weren't familiar with the technique. Next was the actual flavor of the cake. We got red velvet and it was delicious and most important (or at least to me) moist! We also went with sheet cakes to serve to guests to reduce the price and the sheet cake was double layered, which was a very nice surprise! Overall impression, SUPERB!

  We received so many compliments that our cake was the most delicious wedding cake that person has every had! I can attest to that, but I can also say that they did an outstanding job creating a giant cupcake, too, for a birthday we were celebrating at our wedding. They were super easy to work with and everything couldn't have gone more smooth.

  The Sweet Retreat was fabulous. We really wanted to use them for all of our reception dessert (we had cupcakes & a small cake) but they were a little pricey so we went with them for our cake. It was a two tiered salted caramel cake and it was amazing. They were so great with us... i had a specific design in mind (a green & white damask print) and they found the right stencil/tools to make it happen. It was so AWESOME looking and tasted amazing. The cake itself was very affordable and they were such a pleasure to work with. We ended up going with someone else for cupcakes... however, if it was in the budget we wouldn't have hesitated to use them for those too. I'm sure the cupcakes are worth every single penny. Just a little pricey for our budget. Otherwise, they are amazing and I recommend them to anyone!
