Laurice was truly amazing to work with. She was consistently friendly and flexible and made our otherwise stressful wedding planning much easier. We were able to sample her cakes, and brainstorm with her on our perfect custom design that fit our reception theme (Japanese cherry blossoms). The cake came out beautiful and was incredibly structurally sound. And of course, the red velvet was delectable, not too sweet yet perfectly indulgent. I would highly recommend Laurice. -

Yummy desserts
Ordered a few birthday cakes from her for several years now i wished i could have taken pictures beautifully done and not too sweet not dry very moist cakes
Ordered my grandson’s baby shower cake and it came out perfect. I also order my husband’s birthday cake from her the last 2 years he loves the chocolate cake that she makes for him. She’s very informative/ knowable
I would order from her again and again -

The Best Wedding Dessert Ever
My husband and I aren’t the biggest cake people, so we wanted to see if we can get a pie instead, and Sweet Moments really delivered! I’ve never seen a prettier design and it was so delicious, exactly everything we were hoping for. Can’t recommend Sweet Moments enough! -

I had many occasions working with Laurice, from my wedding cakes to company custom cookies. She truly exceeded all my expectations. From my initial consultation to the big day. Her service was nothing short of excellent. Laurice is very attentive, taking the time to understand my vision and preferences. She offered creative ideas that perfectly matched our theme, showcasing her expertise and passion for pastry making.
When it came to tasting, we were blown away by the variety and quality of cakes and pastries. Each flavor was delightful with perfect balance of sweetness.
I highly recommend Sweet Moments Dessert Company to anyone looking for talented pastry chef who can deliver both creativity and flavor. She made our special day memorable, and I can't wait to work with her again on my other future celebrations.

Everything about these desserts were perfect! I loved everything she made which included our wedding cake, brownies, pie bites, macarons, and chocolate dipped pretzels. All delicious! I even had a couple guests say that was the best cake they'd ever had and I'd have to agree. Only thing I was sad about was not having some to eat every day 🖤
She was very easy to communicate with while being extremely professional and worked with my vision! -

Laurice is the nicest person that you'll ever meet and is a truly world-class baker. The 3 layer wedding cake that she made for us was stunning to look at and absolutely delicious! Just WOW! Amazing wedding desserts
Laurice was amazing to work with! She is really easy to communicate with, and perfectly executed on our vision for our wedding dessert table. The cake was incredible, one of the best cakes I’ve ever eaten in my life. We were able to have two different flavors on the cake to suit our different preferences, and the rest of the desserts we ordered were also incredible. She delivered our desserts to Palm Springs and they arrived perfectly. Highly highly recommend Sweet Moments for your wedding or party!! -

Laurice made our wedding cake and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a baker. She gave us a tasting beforehand of 10 different kinds of cake slices and frostings and each one was delicious. Everything is homemade and she is so talented at what she does. She was very communicative with me in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding and her delivery was flawless. She was an actual artist with placing the flowers we provided for her. Our guests could not stop raving about how good it tasted. I am so happy we chose her for our special day. Thank you Laurice! -

Highly recommend!
Laurice was so accommodating, and made us the most beautiful wedding cake. Her cake is amazing, and all our guests loved the cake. We did a red velvet tier and chocolate mousse. We got so many compliments on the looks and tastes. So happy with how everything turned out! -

We had a dessert buffet AND a wedding cake. Laurice and her team made everything from scratch. We had lots of variety as well as gluten-free options for our gluten-sensitive guests. It was a very hot day and had to be transported a long distance but everything looked perfect and tasted better! Everything was reasonably priced and Laurice was a joy to work with. We still have her do desserts for all our important events. I highly recommend! -

Absolutely beautiful cake that was just exactly what we wanted for our special day! Not only was it beautiful, but delicious. Laurice was very understanding working with us to accommodate our gluten free guests as well. Guests raved about how good both the gluten free and non gluten free options were. Our wedding was the first cake we ordered from Laurice, but definitely not the last. We also ordered a one year anniversary cake to celebrate. I requested an aquarium theme with sharks, because we were married in an aquarium. She did an amazing job.
When I was unsure about what flowers I wanted on our wedding cake (our ceremony was small and we ordered my bouquet through the venue), she found out what flowers they would be and picked them up. It was very thoughtful. She was also very helpful in determining what size would suit our gathering.
She makes the most delicious cakes I've ever had. It wasn't our wedding cake, but her carrot cake is absolutely ridiculous. I've tried so many carrot cakes since then, just chasing that high. 😂 But seriously, it's excellent. 100% would recommend. -

These have all been scrumptious, varied in flavor, design, and made to order after rounds of tastings and consultation with the brides. Dependable communication, courtesy, and delivery as promised round out her skills. Her artistry is unmatched, her use of fresh ingredients welcome. Choose Laurice, you won’t be disappointed.

Sweet Moments is amazing! The owner makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts! I have had her desserts at various events over the years and can't recommend her enough.
