My now-husband and I went to a bunch of cake tastings around Orlando trying to find someone who could both bring my inspo design to life and make a cake that actually tastes amazing … we’re so glad we found Sweet Miss V’s!
Vanessa’s cakes are ridiculously good: perfect texture, fun creative flavors, and frosting that isn’t overly sweet (aka you can actually keep eating it without your teeth starting to hurt). On top of that, her design work is spot on- clean lines, straight tiers, and she nailed every detail I asked for.
Her pricing was super reasonable, she was easy and fun to work with, and the whole process felt totally stress-free. We’re already looking forward to future celebration (and anniversary) cakes from her. -

Sweet Miss V's is absolutely amazing!! Vanessa made a stunning four tier cake for my wedding, complete with two flavors and elegant piping. She also made dozens of bite-sized treats that were as adorable as they were delicious. Our guests finished nearly all of the desserts and loved them as much as we did! She even surprised us with a mini anniversary cake, which was the most thoughtful touch. Plus, the cake tasting box was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process - a beautiful and delicious experience!10/10 recommend Sweet Miss V's!! -

Vanessa was amazing from the very start! We found her through our venue’s preferred vendor list, and she absolutely did not disappoint.
From our very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. Our tasting experience was such a highlight — not only was everything beautifully presented, but the cake itself was delicious. Every flavor we tried was moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It honestly made narrowing down our choice the hardest (but best!) problem to have.
We shared an inspiration photo for the style we were envisioning, and she delivered tenfold. The final cake was even more stunning than we imagined — elegant, detailed, and perfectly in line with our wedding aesthetic. It truly felt like a centerpiece.
We are so happy we worked with Vanessa for our wedding day and would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for both beautiful design and incredibly tasty cake. She exceeded our expectations in every way! -

Sweet Miss V’s created the wedding cake of my dreams, and we could not be more thrilled with the result. Our three-tier pearl cake was absolutely stunning—elegant, timeless, and beautifully crafted. It was a true showpiece at our reception, and so many of our guests stopped to admire it before it was even cut. The delicate pearl detailing was flawless and perfectly complemented the overall aesthetic of our wedding.
The cake didn’t just look incredible—it tasted amazing. We chose a combination of pumpkin and red velvet tiers, and every single layer was a hit. The pumpkin cake was perfectly spiced, moist, and rich without being overpowering, while the red velvet was classic, decadent, and absolutely delicious. Both flavors were incredibly well-balanced, and the texture of each tier was spot on. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful the cake was, and many went back for seconds.
From start to finish, working with Sweet Miss V’s was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Communication was clear and professional, and they truly listened to our vision and brought it to life with such care and artistry. Every detail was executed exactly as promised, which made the entire process stress-free.

Sweet Miss V's is fantastic. We had a 2-tier wedding cake and a sheet cake. We were able to have 4 different flavors. We wanted our cake to be elegant, but nothing extravagant and Sweet Miss V's delivered just that. Our wedding cake was exactly what we wanted and post-wedding, we had numerous compliments on our cake. Vanessa is a true professional and knows what she is doing. We are so thankful to have worked with her on our special day. -

We loved working with Vanessa! She made it such a fun process, and did an amazing job executing on our cake vision. When I saw it during our reception reveal, I was so excited, it was exactly what we were looking for. Our guests loved the cake and desserts so much that we didn't have any leftovers. Vanessa even gave us a cookbook as a wedding gift, which was a very thoughtful thing to do. We can't recommend her enough!! She genuinely cares about her couples! -

If you are looking for the perfect cake....look no further! Vanessa gave us everything we asked for and more. From the full dessert bar menu to a custom cake flavor not offered on her menu to give us everything we wanted we couldn't ask for anything better. Our cake was both beautiful and the best tasting cake we have ever had. Vanessa is so great to work with and from our first time meeting felt like we were hanging out with our new best friend. Thank you for being part of our perfect day. -

Unique dessert flavors!
Vanessa is hands down amazing. A super personality, professional, talented, and highly creative. We were thrilled when we found her after tasting her s'mores flavored cake and raspberry lemon cake shooters as well as experiencing/hearing about all of the other dessert bar options. We were like kids in a candy shop! Our guests had the same response at our wedding. Everyone loved everything from the dessert bar -- churro donuts, cannolis (left family members speechless), brownie bites, and more. The s'mores cake was quickly gone, too. I am so glad our coordinator saved us extra pieces because I was sad to see that decadent cake go. The photos do not do Vanessa's work justice. You have to taste to believe. -

You want an intricate cake? Sweet Miss V's can do that. You want a cake that is full of color? Sweet Miss V's is your go to. You want something out of the box? Sweet Miss V's is who you need to go to! We couldn't have asked for a better looking cake! My husband and I had a Lord of thr Rings/ Harry Potter themed wedding and we didn't want the normal white cake. We wanted something with detail. Vanessa did EXACTLY that! She blew us away with how wonderful the cake looked. We didn't want the typical topper and she really went above and beyond with the dagger! Even the invisibility cloak in the back looked amazing! She has such an eye for detail and everyone at the wedding couldn't believe how great the cake looked and how DELICIOUS the cake tasted! We did chocolate mint and raspberry lemonade and all the guests could not get over how moist the cake was! 1000000% recommend for a cake! -

Once you meet Vanessa, you will 100% understand why people love her and why the name of her company is Sweet Miss V’s. Vanessa instantly makes you her friend, loving on you and thinking everything that you do is funny and the best idea she’s ever heard! On our tour of our venue, the owner had gotten us a box of treats from Vanessa. As we were munching on the tasting slices of cake heading home, I looked at my (now) husband and said, “We’ve found her, this is our cake baker!” We arranged for a tasting a couple of months later and had the best time! Getting to go in and try eight different types of cakes and just sit for an hour with Vanessa makes for an incredible day. She not only let us taste a bunch of cakes, but let us mix and fillings and flavors of cake too. After we had decided what we wanted and finalized everything for her I called her a week or so later asking if it was possible to transform our champagne cake layer Into one that had sprinkles included. At the time, my fiancé been asking saying he loved what we chose but wished we could have had a ‘funfetti’ cake. Vanessa worked with me to keep it a secret so that when we cut our cake, he pulled out the slice and saw that it had sprinkles and looked like funfetti. It was the best surprise and it was so much fun to get to have that excitement for him. Thankfully, we still have some wedding cake in our freezer that was left over from the wedding, and I am rationing it to be eating this sweet cake as long as possible! We will absolutely be back for tasting boxes, special event cakes, our gender reveal, and any other party we ever have for the rest of our lives. To work with Vanessa is to gain another friend who makes really really great snacks!

My husband and I connected over Harry Potter and Doctor Who, so we requested both for the cake. Sweet Miss V totally delivered! We loved our wedding cake, it blended our nerd sides with the romantic feel of the wedding perfectly. We also had a dessert bar and the range of options and flavors was exactly what we wanted. If I was planning a wedding again, hands down I would choose Sweet Miss V again! -

Vanessa is an absolute GEM of a human! She is 100% "in" when it comes to planning the sweet part of your big day! From planning specialty named flavors to sketching one-of-a-kind cake designs, Vanessa truly does it all to go above and beyond. Our two-tiered cake and 900 piece dessert table were big hits at our wedding and not only did they taste absolutely delicious, but Vanessa set up the tables exactly as we planned and envisioned. If you are in the market to support a business that is run by an honest and sweet human then Sweet Miss V's is for you! Simply The Best!
I first tried Vanessa’s desserts at a friends wedding and I immediately knew that she was my vendor when I proposed to my husband. She is kind beyond belief and talented like no other. Vanessa took our vision, and made it reality. The dessert bar was a total hit. People are still talking about it months later! The cake— next level. Cannot Recommend More!
If you don't have Sweet Miss V's at your wedding, you are missing out. We knew almost immediately upon meeting Vanessa that we had found our cake and dessert table vendor. As much as we loved her actual cakes, we somehow loved Vanessa even more. We felt like we had found both a baker and a friend from the moment we met, and we had every bit of confidence in her from the start.
Vanessa was extremely accommodating when we wanted to sample additional flavors and the process to choose and customize the options on our dessert table was incredibly straightforward (which is greatly appreciated when there are just so many decisions to make!).
On our wedding day, Vanessa surprised us toward the end of our ceremony and our reaction was truly as if a celebrity had entered our venue. We were so appreciative of her hard work to make sure our desserts were perfect. One of the only regrets we had from our wedding day is that we didn't actually get any of the desserts...which is a testament to how delicious they all were because they disappeared before our eyes!

We met Vanessa through our venue. We absolutely adored her bubbly personality and sense of humor and booked a tasting right away! Her flavors are so unique and plentiful, it was hard to decide on our flavors. We ultimately decided to go with vanilla, cup of Joe, and red velvet! When we booked with her we provided inspiration photos for our cake design. She drafted an example perfectly tailored to how we wanted our dream cake to look. When our big day finally came I was overjoyed when our cake looked even more beautiful in person and tasted even more delicious than our tasting! We will recommend Sweet Miss Vs to everyone who needs a cake or dessert table for their special event!! -

Vanessa was a joy to work with for our wedding! When my husband and I went for our cake tasting, we knew right away that we had picked the best wedding cake vendor! Her flavors are delicious and we were pleasantly surprised when we chose banana and carrot cake. Vanessa was able to make our rustic vision come to life and it matched our venue perfectly! We received many compliments on our wedding cake from our guests. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! She even gifted us a couples cookbook, which was just the sweetest gift ever!

Best cake and desserts around!
Sweet Miss Vs is the absolute best!! Vanessa makes some of the most delicious cakes and desserts. Our wedding had a dessert bar and cake from Sweet Miss Vs, the dessert bar was so popular that we had no desserts left on the table by the time we had to cut the cake. She made our cake look better than how I asked, and I was so happy with how it all came out! Her prices are affordable and her cake flavors are unique and memorable. I can not put in to words how absolutely wonderful Vanessa is. Her work is BEAUTIFUL but more than that, everything she makes tastes phenomenal. From the moment we met her at a wedding walk in downtown Orlando, we knew we wanted her to do our cake and desert bar. She is so full of joy with such a warm personality you can't help but love her.
We ended up getting a bunch of treats. Mini cannolis, dripped pretzels, mini brownies, cake shooters, mini donuts and cookies on top of our wedding cake order.
Everything was exactly to order, we asked her to push the lemon flavoring on the cake after tasting and she delivered! Seriously, everything with Vanessa was so smooth I didn't have to stress about her for even a second while wedding planning. We cant wait to come back to her to make more cakes for birthdays and anniversaries! -

Vanessa is such a sweetheart! I knew I had to have her be a part of our vow renewal, and an added bonus is that she is great friends with our florist (Fern & Curl Designs). She was so patient especially with having to postpone our event due to COVID. I was "star-struck" as I had booked her almost two years ago and was following her on Instagram, lol. During our cake tasting, I already knew it was going to be a tough decision to make, but she showed up and showed out on our big day! Guests loved our dessert table and our wedding cake. She literally saved our wedding cake when we went with someone else and they lost our contract, Vanessa was the other baker we want but we gather up the money and begged for her help. Prior to going for my cake tasting with Vanessa at Sweet Miss Vs, we had 2/previous tastings; both were a to-go format. One tasting with a fairly well known wedding cake vendor, who presented her tastings on a paper plate; the cake was dry. The other vendor, someone that I wasn’t familiar with, who showed us a professional “to go” cake tasting; super impressive. She is somewhat unknown; the flavors were good, but again, the cake was dry. Then, I was told about Sweet Miss Vs; my wedding planner arranged for us to do a cake tasting (she had 1 appointment left)the following day at 12N; 1 week prior to my wedding.
\We were offered options with regard to flavors. We chose our flavor for the first layer and were on the fence for the 2nd. These sample cakes, weren’t dry. When you are paying the money you pay for a wedding cake, you don’t want a dry cake. Vanessa went out of her way explain how she makes her cakes to avoid this happening. Though she was higher in price, we chose Vanessa to make our wedding cake. We had toasted Coconut on the bottom layer and Amaretto on the top layer; we chose a buttercream icing. The cake looked and tasted amazing.
I would highly recommend Sweet Miss V’s and Vanessa Negron. She is professional, super easy to work and her cake was wonderful. -

Vanessa designed our beautiful and delicious wedding cake! We had a very loose idea going in what we wanted our cake to look like. Vanessa knew the right questions to ask, listened to our ideas, and then we trusted her to take over. Seeing the cake on our wedding day was such a wonderful surprise! It was absolutely stunning. Not only that, but it was super delicious! We enjoyed all the flavors we were able to sample, and were very happy with the two we selected. Everyone who commented on the cake said it was super tasty! Vanessa was also super responsive to all of our questions and considerately allowed us to make adjustments throughout the process. We recommend her to everyone! -

What can I say about Vanessa other than she’s incredible!!! She is so attentive to detail and bringing dessert visions to life. From start to finish she helped us decide on amounts we needed, flavors and everything in between. When I tell you everything was amazing, I literally can’t even describe. The cake was delicious! Everyone RAVED about the fruity pebbles rice crispy treats, the kids devoured the cake pops and my personal favorite were the pies!! I can’t thank Vanessa more for letting us rent cake stands that were absolutely beautiful and overall just making everything so delicious! I wish I could retaste everything all over again! -

We had a fairly small wedding and decided on a 2 tier cake with 2 dozen cupcakes. We chose Dulce de Leche for the cake & triple chocolate for the cupcakes. Both flavors were phenomenal! The cake & cupcakes were so stunning & everything I envisioned and more! Vanessa was a pleasure to work with & for the most part communication was great until the week of the wedding when I tried to reach out because our coordinator wasn’t getting a response.
