Perfect Addition to Tuscan Style Winery Wedding

Sweet Melody's served gelato during the dessert hour of our wedding, they served for a total of 90 minutes. Having the gelato cart was the perfect addition to our wedding that already had many Italian touches. The gelato was delicious (as always) and the service excellent. Planning our event with Sweet Melody's was also a great experience. Thanks again Sweet Melody's!

Everyone loved the gelato cart at our wedding on 8/20/22! We had 9 specialty flavors with a lot of variety to choose from. The gelato was delicious, the staff was excellent, and Paula was always responsive to my emails. We couldn’t be happier with their service!!

Wonderful!

Sweet Melody's is wonderful to work with! They have so many flavors to choose from and easily accommodated my mom's allergies by changing a recipe for one of the flavors. The guests loved it, and it's a truly unique dessert service to have at your wedding. Don't hesitate to book with them, you will be so happy you did!

Sweet Melody’s Gelato

Sweet Melody’s Gelato provided that special finishing touch to our daughter and son in law’s reception! Wonderful assortment of flavors, beautifully displayed. Everyone enjoyed being able to select their own favorite flavor! The staff is wonderful to work with…we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received!

Can't go wrong!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE SWEET MELODYS! Chuck and Paula were quick to respond and accommodated our every single need. We had their Gelato truck at our wedding reception and it was PERFECT! The Gelato was absolutely scrumptious. Our guests loved it so much and could not stop talking about the whole experience! If you're looking for a sweet treat for your next event, seriously look no further. 10/10 would recommend!

Unique, delicious and most special wedding dessert to make your reception special!

From the very first interaction Paula and Chuck were so helpful and attentive to our vision of our reception! They were very kind and generous when we visited them for a tasting, their product is delicious and their staff truly made our reception so unique and special! 150% recommend!

High school class event

Sweet melody’s served over 100 students and faculty in under an hour with Amazon courtesy and professionalism. Flavors and gelato/sorbets were amazing with generous portions. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the sweet treat!

Unique Wedding Dessert

We had Sweet Melody's provide our dessert for our wedding in Arcade, NY. They brought their food truck on-site to the venue. Had we known the weather was going to be so cold, we may have suggested doing the cart inside, as some guests were deterred by the cold to enjoy the dessert. We are not cake people, so this was awesome! We did a tasting at the Taste of East Aurora and loved the salted caramel and pumpkin flavors. The communication and responsiveness to our inquiries was exceptional. Paula and Chuck were great to work with and the gelato is exceptional. We were so busy with everything at the reception, we actually didn't even get to have any, but our guests raved about the gelato and service. We would definitely recommend Sweet Melody's for other events!

My daughter’s wedding shower

We had an Italian themed bridal shower at a local winery and the gelato and sorbet were delicious! Our guests were pleased with the flavors and service and I would not hesitate to book them in the future.

Sweet Melody's was everything we could have hoped for and more. They were easy to communicate with and coordinated well with our venue to ensure everything with their set up went smoothly. Our guests loved the unique addition of gelato to our dinner reception and we received numerous compliments about the quality and flavor of their gelato. Even in the weeks after the wedding people were still talking about Sweet Melody's gelato! We wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Melody's over and over again!

Chuck and Paula from Sweet Melody's were absolutely amazing, as was their product. They were always reachable via email. They were prompt in responding to my questions, sending me information and invoices, and made taking payment extremely easy. Chuck even came out to meet me at the venue TWICE because I changed my mind on cart placement after the first time he came out.

Service the day-of was also stellar. I did not have a DOC so I was trying to handle everything myself. I was late meeting him the day-of and my husband was running around doing other things. By the time I got there, Chuck and/or his team had already come to the venue, got themselves set up, and had left (they weren't needed until a few hours into the reception), all without any supervision. They did everything exactly as we had discussed a few weeks prior. They very clearly have great communication and a great team.

And I think it goes without saying that the gelato was fabulous. The next day while we were cleaning up, everyone there helping me was talking to one another about it, asking who got what flavor and talking about how good it was. If you're shopping for something other than cake, this is a really awesome way to go!

To Chuck and Paula and the whole team at Sweet Melody's, this is a big "Thank you!" from my new husband and myself.

Sweet Melody's is a company I want to do business with again, and again! Not only do they have a delicious and high quality gelato and sorbet that our guests loved, their customer service and high level of responsiveness gets HIGH marks! They earned my repeat business with their friendliness, and their good communication. They showed up when they said they would, were courteous, and served up some creamy, yummy, high quality product. I wish I would have tried ALL their flavors cuz my guests kept talking about them!

Sweet Melody's gelato and sorbet station was the perfect addition to our fall wedding. Our guests are still raving about how good it was! Chuck, Paula, and staff were a pleasure to work with. They were able to provide advice as to what size flavor cart (9 or 12) would best accommodate our venue and were extremely helpful with any questions we had. They offer an array of flavors that you can select from and customize to your liking. Although we had cake and other desserts, a line formed for the gelato/sorbet cart. Our guests were up for seconds and thirds and continue to say how amazing the hazelnut and caramel sea salt gelatos were! If you're looking for a unique sweet treat for your special occasion, I'd highly recommend Sweet Melody's!

Everyone at Sweet Melody's was amazing to work with for our wedding. We had their adorable gelato truck serve nine different flavors all chosen by us at the wedding for dessert. As usual Sweet Melody's Gelato and Sorbet was extraordinary! This is the first time I have had them "formally" cater an event, but each Christmas for the past three years I make sure their Gelato is at my home for my guests! They are consistently making the best gelato you will find in Western New York! The staff is always wonderful in assisting with suggestions, kind and courteous from the beginning to the end! Each of our guests loved that the variety was beyond their expectations and couldn't get enough! If you truly want a wonderful treat for your guests at your next occasion-try Sweet Melody's- you will not be disappointed!

This was a last minute decision to add the Gelato Cart to our event, and after working with the owner to make it happen, I am extremely glad we did - the Prom attendees enjoyed the options and the flavors of the gelato. Plus the novelty of the gelato cart added that something extra to the event. Thank you for helping to add something wonderful to our event.

Sweet Melody’s gelato was the perfect touch of uniqueness to our wedding reception. From beginning to end, Chuck, Paula, and the staff were great to work with. We planned on going with 9 flavors but after our personal tasting, we loved so many flavors that we switched to the 12 flavor gelato cart option. After we chose the flavors, Sweet Melody’s took care of the rest. They contacted our venue to work out a drop-off time and everything was set to go before our reception even started. They really do a great job showcasing the gelato. Our guests were raving about the Caramel Sea Salt and the Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Most of our guests went up for two and three servings! We also had wedding cake and cookies but the gelato was by far the most popular dessert. The gelato definitely made our wedding reception; we can’t wait to use our free gelato vouchers since we were so caught up in the night that we were only able to have a little taste!

They truly offer a wide variety of flavors, and allowed us to choose 9 of them for our wedding. They came prepared with purple scoops and spoons to match our reception as well! We had so many compliments about our decision to do something less mainstream and having delicious gelato at our wedding! Thank you Sweet Melodys!

They did an awesome job! All of our guests loved the gelato!

While it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with the staff at Sweet Melody's, the experience was well worth the perseverence. All of the amazing flavors were so delicious and the staff was gracious and helpful. Great idea for dessert at a rehearsal dinner!

The Sweet Melody's Gelato Cart was a huge success. The Gelato was great, our family just come back from vacation in Rome and Sweet Melody's Gelato was as good as anything we had in Italy. The service was professional, prompt and courteous.

It is a larger expense for only 1 1/2 hours. Graduation party guests arrive on a staggered schedule so a 3 hour block of service time would have felt like we got our money's worth.
The gelato and sorbet was delicious. The service was great too. There was a large selection of flavors to choose from. We had a good time with this unique treat.

Great Addition to Wedding

Our guests loved this! Overall it was a great addition to our wedding day! My only suggestion would be for them to work on their communication, I don't know if its because I was spoiled from my other vendors being very prompt, or partially my fault because of my busy schedule as well but throughout the whole process the communication seemed to be a little off at times. I love that I got to add such a great service to the wedding and the gelato was as always incredible, I just felt like sometimes the email responsiveness could have been better at times.
