  Donutcha just love wedding cakes

  Sweet Josephine’s is soo great! Our phone conversation from the very being was like talking to an old friend. Our tasting was nothing short of DELICIOUS we chose a snicker doodle and butter beer two tier cake for our wedding. I showed them the design I was wanting and BOY DID THEY DELIVER!! We got so many compliments on the cake and how delicious it was. 10.10

  Love love lovedddddd our cake/cupcakes!!!
  Our guests couldn't stop talking about our cupcakes! They were PERFECT for our fall barn wedding so such a reasonable price!!
  We got the caramel apple pie, half baked, vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and pumpkin!
  I will use them again for other events!!

  When one is working on a small budget and God connects you to the perfect bakery, Sweet Josephine's Gourmet Bakery. Camerin was a jewel to work with. She created my son and fiance's dream engagement cake through corresponding by email. I sent her a picture, details of their ideal engagement cake and a budget price. She took the look of the cake to a level made for a King and Queen. She stayed within our budget, but put love in every detail of their cake. She emailed me in such a timely manner, you felt you were her only client. I have never been in Sweet Josephine's Gourmet Bakery. We met the staff at The Carolina Wedding Show. The quality of cake they gave there, was the same quality taste we received with our Engagement Cake. Upon my son and his fiance picking up the cake the staff was friendly, engaging in the photos taken for memories and excited about their event. This bakery is about 45 minutes to a hour from where we live. I would drive there with a smile on my face to use their service again. Thanks for such a spirit of excellence.

  Wedding cake flavors

  My wedding cake was supposed to have 2 layers of lemon with lemon curd and 1 layer lemon with raspberry curd. At the taste test they tasted great, but on the cake, they did not. the raspberry layer was way too thin, the cake did not taste like lemon AT ALL, and I couldn't taste the lemon curd either. It very well could've been white cake with buttercream frosting, no lemon at all. Wouldn't recommend using them, what they give you to taste test is deceiving because it's not what the cake actually tastes like.
