Where to begin.... If there was a cupcake angel, Kerri would be her. My cake was literally art. I showed her a picture I had found on Pinterest, and she literally replicated it to the T! Just changing the colors to match mine. And the cake itself.... TO DIE FOR. I'd been a fan of her cupcakes for years, so when the time came to make my wedding cake, it was a no brainer!! Not one person had anything bad to say about our cake... EVERY GUEST LOVED IT!!! They even thought the "thank you" cupcakes I had sent home with them were to die for. Everything about Kerri's cake is perfect... LOVE LOVE LOVE -

If you are looking for a wedding cake or cupcakes, look no further! We had the most beautiful tower of 200 cupcakes with a top cake to cut ourselves at our nautical June 17th wedding. Kerri's products are completely worth the price and the flavors satisfy everyone! We love Sweet Indulgence. -

Kerri and the staff at Sweet Indulgence are amazing and did such an incredible job creating beautiful cupcakes for our wedding! We had cupcakes made in four flavors - vanilla, chocolate, raspberry and pink champagne, and all were delicious. They were beautifully decorated in the theme colors of our wedding, pink and gold, and each cupcake had it's own unique style. Kerri worked closely with us at our tasting and throughout the wedding planning process to make sure everything was just right. Kerri and her staff were so reliable and helpful, and even created a "Bride" and "Groom" cupcake special for us. Kerri called to check in on me a few days before the wedding, and it meant so much! Sweet Indulgence does amazing, creative and delicious work, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding cake or cupcakes! -

Very honest company. They try to save you as much money as possible but still get you the most amazing and beautiful cake. I wish I could post a photo of my cake. LOVED IT. not only did my cake look beautiful but it tasted AMAZING!!

My cupcake tower was absolute perfection! I told Kerri my wedding scheme and let her have control of the rest and it was the best decision I made! She draped the tower in real flowers that were in my bridesmaids bouquets and had an ombre effect with the alternating purples and silvers and then had a beautiful glitter ombre top tier ! My guest are still raving about how delicious they tasted! -

We got amazing cupcakes, top tier wedding cake, chocolate covered strawberries and macaroons from Sweet Indulgence for our wedding. We met with them and discussed details and what we wanted our tower to look like at the wedding and it came out beautiful! Highly recommend them for any bakery needs! Everyone said the goodies were amazing! -

Not only was the cake delicious, deep chocolate with a coffee marscapone filling, it was incredibly beautiful. I ordered an edible screen image of an antique map online and had it sent directly to the bakery. I had no idea what the final product would look like as everything was done through email. The finished product was amazing and was certainly the star of the event. The way they incorporated the use of the map and the enhancement they chose to use around the map was simply elegant. I was thrilled with the cake and every crumb was consumed. -

Sweet Indulgence made my shower cupcakes as well as my wedding cake and my husband's grooms cake. Everything was delicious and exceeded expectations. My husband and I got married on Halloween 2014 and we wanted a Jack & Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas cake. At my consultation Kerri sat with me for over a hour and sketched for me what it would potentially look like. The sketch was great but the final cake was even more amazing then we had expected. She also made my husband's groom's cake which was as equally gorgeous and delicious. -

Words can't describe my wedding cake and dessert bar. It is not easy to find someone who can make something look so amazing and taste so good at the same time. My guests were amazed at the work Kerri put into each and ever cookie, cake, cupcake, pretzel... Thank you for making all my dreams come true and my design come to life. Sweet Indulgence is simply the BEST! For our wedding we served cupcakes and it was a delicious decision. My husband and I currently live in Virginia but got married in Rhode Island and planning from afar posed some challenges. However, working with Sweet Indulgence was a total dream! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We were able to schedule our tasting on short notice, talk through our tables cape, place our order, set up the delivery, and pay in the same sitting. It was awesome! The variety, quality, and price of the cupcakes can't be beat. We chose three varieties (we couldn't decide they were all so good!) of Caramel Apple, White Chocolate with Raspberry Mousse, and Red Velvet for 150 guests. Our guests LOVED the cupcakes and the only complaint we received was that folks wanted seconds but all had been eaten!
The day of the wedding, Sweet Indulgence delivered and created a great display for our cupcakes and our small cake we cut. It was a totally worry free experience! -

All I have to say is.....Holy cow this place is awesome! We ordered a banana cream wedding cake and a table of mixed mini goodies...and both were insane. I sent them some photos of how our overall decor/flowers were going to look like at the wedding and they NAILED it. Every single guest at the wedding I talked to after raved about how good the desserts were. They are a high class operation. Not only was the decor on point but the flavor was equally as delicious. Don't waste your time anywhere else....honestly.

As a previous customer to the bakery, I knew I wanted Sweet Indulgence to make my wedding cake! I have always loved their cupcakes and chocolates, so when it came time to find a local bakery to make a delicious cake, Sweet Indulgence was no question! Making the appointment for the cake tasting was easy to schedule and we thoroughly enjoyed the samples they had for us. The bakery is adorable and I look forward to the new move to a new space closer to my house! My guests raved about the creative design they had made and loved the combination of chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse! Sweet Indulgence provided us with the most AMAZING cupcakes ever. They were able to make special flavors to accomodate our likes/dislikes and were very flexible when it took us over a year to decide on what flavors we wanted. They designed a special cutting cake for my husband and myself that fit right in with our theme and colors. Overall a FANTASTIC place to get cupcakes and wedding cake. Taste is phenominal! -

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, we chose sweet indulgence to do a custom sweets table with a cupcake tower. With very little specifics, but a description of our theme and colors, sweet indulgence created the most beautiful display we had ever seen. The cupcakes were delicious, or so I heard from everyone at the reception, I could only eat the frosting due to dairy allergy, but Sweet Indulgence was so wonderful to make our 6 inch round cake DAIRY FREE, it was a very much appreciated gesture. In addition, they were able to arrange for some gluten free cupcakes for others with gluten allergies at the wedding. The apple pie cupcake frosting is to die for. If you have not had it yet, you must try it. :) -

All I have to say is when my husband and I walked into our reception area we were in complete awe!! My expectations were sooo met on more levels than 1!!!!! I couldn't have envisioned my cake any more beautiful!!! My theme was a peacock theme something that was so out of the ordinary and Kerri Cupcake was so excited and eager to create my vision - I let her take the reigns and she outdid herself!! I 100% recommend going to Sweet Indulgence for your party favors and cakes. They are incredible at design and their cupcakes and chocolates taste amazing. At our wedding Sweet Indulgence made a cupcake tower that was remarkable. I gave Kerri a cake design but I wanted cupcakes, so she made the cupcake tower to look exactly like the cake! Every last detail was perfected. The chocolate tower had guests piled around it dipping all sorts of goodies in chocolate. It was a perfect touch and an amazing display. She custom made bride and groom chocolate truffles that tasted out of this world. Overall I could not thank Sweet Indulgence more for everything they did. People at the wedding still talk about how amazing the chocolate and cupcakes were. You can't go wrong with Sweet Indulgence. Thank you so much!!! -

I honestly do not have enough words to describe how happy I am with Kerri and the whole Sweet Indulgence team!! They truly gave both my wedding shower and wedding an added "WOW" factor! I was lucky enough to have "Rosie" used as my cupcake display for my wedding shower! So gorgeous and unique! Not to mention, the cupcakes were DELICIOUS!!!! So yummy! The favors were incredible as well!! Completely matching the theme of the shower which was shopping and shoes! Imagine a chocolate shaped high heel shoe with candy glitter?? What more could you ask for?? For my wedding, Sweet Indulgence did an incredible candy display with all sorts of delicious treats! I used this as favor's for my guests!! It looked absolutely beautiful!! I am still getting compliments on how good everything tasted (candy and cupcakes)!! My guests loved having the opportunity to fill their candy bags with treats before they left! Sweet Indulgence also made chocolate covered strawberries to compliment my wedding cake! They were decorated like a bride and groom!! So adorable!!! Again, many of my guests LOVED this special detail!! Kerri is truly so CREATIVE, and beyond GENEROUS!!! She listens to what you are looking for and produces that ten fold! She truly has a passion for what she does, and is so easy to work with! I would highly recommend Sweet Indulgence to any of my close friends and family because that is how sure I am, that they will do an amazing job! Kerri and the whole Sweet Indulgence family couldn't have been any better. I was getting married on Block Island and didn't really have a direction for what I wanted. Kerri took our color scheme and vague idea on the theme and ran with it. They did such an amazing job on taking what I didn't even know I wanted and running with it. I can't believe the amount of compliments I received I would absolutely recommend any bride or really anyone throwing a party to Sweet Indulgence. Not only is their product amazing but Kerri provides an amazing view on anything you can imagine. -

The cake was so good! It was beautiful too but it was delicious! It was so good that people asked for seconds, which unfortunately for us meant there was none left at the end of the night to save. Kerri was very nice and informative. Our florist had not left the flowers we had envisioned but Kerri made it work and got creative and it turned out gorgeous. She was a little hard to get a hold of leading up to the wedding but she was very busy and it all turned out great. The cake was delivered and set up within the time frame we had discussed. Sweet Indulgence made us an amazing cake, they were easy to work work, and we would certainly recommend them! -

We did cupcakes instead of regular cake. awesome idea!!! they were so cute and just enough for our guests!! they are HUGE too (not too much, but you get your monies worth). Kerri's team is very friendly and helpful! -

Everyone absolutely loved the cupcakes that I had at my wedding from Sweet Indulgence! The staff there are really nice and friendly and I'm glad I worked with them. They are a bit tough to get a hold of at times, because they are so busy, that's my only minor complaint. Otherwise, very happy with my cupcakes and service with Sweet Indulgence! -

I got my top cake for my wedding on May 24, 2013. A friend of mine made the cupcakes. I met with someone months prior to my wedding and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I was under the impression that she would be making my cake. When I picked up the cake the day before my wedding, it was not the cake I ordered. The person I met with had not made my cake but was very responsive and sat down with me to correct the error. To make up for the mistake they fixed my cake and delivered it to my venue the next day free of charge. When I walked into the reception, the cake was exactly what I wanted and it tasted great! Although there was some confusion and a little added stress the day before my wedding, they were very apologetic and fixed the problem. I would recommend Sweet Indulgence and I would use them again in the future. -

We had a red velvet 2 tier cake for our wedding. It was everything we wanted, so beautiful and tasted very good! The only issue with the cake was it was leaning when we arrived and seemed to lean more when we cut into it. -

Love love love my purple Ombre cake!! not only did it look amazing, but guests we asking to take home leftovers. My only concern was that it was a bit difficult getting in touch with them. Over the phone was best however I was told each time I called that Kerri was the only person that I could talk to & she was wasnt' in all the time. When I tried via they always seem to have been having email issues & were not able to receive any emails. I tend to be a "on paper" person for confirming things, so that made me a bit nervous. But would I order another cake from them again.. YES!!!!! & their shop was amazing. wonderful Pumpkin frozen hot chocolate & the Maccarons.. WOW wonderful. So hopefully for their sake, their computer issues have been resolved as this is a great business that I would love to see do well! -

The cake came out beautiful I was worried because the person I had my initial consult with was no longer employed with the company as we moved closer to our date, as far a taste it was exactly what we wanted but we did I have some issue with the cake leaning that was unfortunate... -

I'll start off by saying the only reason I'm not giving 0 stars is because Kerry really produces a great product. The end result of the difficulties we had were truly amazing and our cupcake tower and small treats were beautiful and tasted great.
The events leading up to the wedding however were less than ideal. During our first meeting with Kerry she was prompt in responding and was on time, we did the tasting and decided to go with her. Fast forward to 2 months before my wedding and I've heard not a peep from Kerry to finalize flavors, designs, times, etc. I called the bakery SEVERAL times and spoke to the workers and left multiple messages with no call back. I sent numerous emails saying we needed to meet to go over final plans and only after the 4th "I'm disappointed" email I sent her did she respond. We finally made it in the our final planning meeting a month before the wedding. She was going on vacation right after our final meeting and "promised" to have a final invoice emailed to us by the end of the day. Needless to say, nothing came and only after several attempts when she was back from vacation did I receive what I needed. Every time I spoke to Kerry it was excuse after excuse as to why she wasn't responding. To make it worse, I ordered a small birthday cake to pick up the Friday before my wedding for my grandmother to give her and I got to the bakery and the cake wasn't there and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Thankfully, her workers were so nice and put it together quickly for me. It seemed they had written down that it was to be delivered ON my wedding day with everything else and not to be picked up before, which I directly spoke to Kerry about. 2 days before my wedding I got emails from Kerry finalizing things we already talked about.
Again, product is great but if you want a vendor that is prompt and on top of things like any anxious bride would, I'd look elsewhere. Not sure I would use her again. -

I chose this vendor because I had complete confidence in her because of the work I saw posted online and after our discussion. We spent a lot of money on our cupcakes and ended up very disappointed. The cupcake display was very basic and I could have done a better job myself also the frosting was lopsided on half of the cupcakes and we agreed on flowers and butterflies for the display I even provided the butterflies and she just stuck them in and never used any flowers. I have contacted her and I have not heard anything back I believe she is booking more than she can handle so my wedding was very rushed thankfully my day was amazing and the cupcakes didn't ruin it but if you are looking for that eye catching tower of cupcakes you might want to shop around. -

Let me warn everyone, SCAM ARTIST KerriCupcake located in Warwick Rhode Island @kerricupcake
We paid $250 dollars for CAKE and delivery at the event . Let me start by saying it was delivered a hour and a half late (which she tried to blame on the time change) poor excuse when in 2025 phone and car clocks changes automatically.
I also messaged Kerri at 9:25 am that morning to make sure she was going to be there on time, in which she said she would make it by 11am. Kerri showed up at 11:45 am when the event started at 11am; not only that, but Kerri was asked to be there at 10-10:30 am , which is what was agreed on from the beginning .
When the cake was delivered, it was not what was expected. As you can see, what we asked and what we got, was nothing like each other. The cake we were expecting, for example, would have had an edible bow like the picture or fake Rose type flowers like the other picture. We were not looking for any piping, none of the pictures had that, or anything on the bottom. Both pictures were clean and simple. We just wanted one decoration like either one of the pictures .
We also wanted the tiers to be proportional like both pictures I send her. What We got was nothing like what we discussed and didn’t resemble any of the pictures.
The cake @kerricupcake presented was messy and the piping was messy . The material she use for the bow was falling off . The frosting had spots where you can see the inside the cake . The cake was honestly a mess.
The kicker of everything is when Kerri showed up to the bridal shower, she was putting her bare hands on the cake in front of all the guests. Trying to fix the cake that clearly looked rushed because the bow was falling off. She proceeded to break off the flowers from the centerpieces on the table and added it to the cake!
The crazy part was she was highly recommended and I seen her work on ig.
She has posted cakes like the picture i showed her. But the cake she made for the bridal shower was not
I Messaged her about getting a partial refund or even the deliver fee back. She barely responded back . It’s been a month, and I have not seen any compensation.
Don’t recommend at all save your time and money-

Very disappointed.
Dont bother with Sweet Indulgence! Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I sent a photo of the wedding cake I wanted and Sweet Indulgence owner told me it was no problem. When the cake wasn’t at the reception 1/2 hour before the event was about to take place, my caterer had to go find out if the cake was even coming! The cake finally arrived 30 minutes before the guests. The cake was nothing like the one in the photo that I ordered! Not only that, it was the wrong shape, texture and wrong frosting! Then, the worst part...the cake wasn’t supported properly and began to tilt! It got so bad that it started to cave in. We called Sweet Indulgence and no ine responded for over an hour and 15 minutes. By then the caterers had to take the upper tier off our cake to avoid it from completely falling over. We never got to have our cake cutting ceremony and we were terribly disappointed. I never heard from Sweet Indulgence. No apology, no phone call- nothing. When we returned from our honeymoon, I called and spoke with the owner. She was argumentative, interrupting and defensive. Below are the photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. Please don’t make the mistake of trusting your wedding to this unprofessional company. -

Long story short...I met with Keri 3 times to go over my candy buffet, she assured me that she would be there and to "trust" her. We reviewed my color scheme (peacock blue, hot pink and lime green) I offered to give her fabric that we were using for the tables as well. She said she would do it "all for me." When I walked into my venue I honestly wanted to cry. She chose candy that was light pink and light green I thought she was preparing for a baby shower. She was also not in attendance as she promised. The table cloth looked nothing like the others! Good thing my florist was smart and tucked the table into the corner. Keri also promised to label the cellophane bags with a saying, "Love is Sweet, Jennifer and Ryan" she put them on ADDRESS LABELS YOU CAN PRINT YOURSELF. My mom called Keri and she said "your daughter got what she paid for." It was not my fault that I booked her 2 years in advance and locked in at the cheaper rates. She should treat all of her guests the same regardless of what they pay her. Keri has yet to reach out to me. I also think it is funny that she posts pictures all over facebook for some of her clients but not others. TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME PLEASE! What a rip off and I would recommend doing it yourself! -

My husband & I paid $3,035.45 for a Celebration Cupcake & Dessert table for our daughter's wedding. We paid $14.95/ person for each guest to get 2-3 dessert items. Unfortunately the majority of our guests did not get ANY dessert. The vendor, Sweet Indulgence of Cranston, grossly short changed and deceived us. Furthermore, the owner Kerri refused to return my phone calls and work to rectify the situation. We are heartbroken. We would hate to see anyone else experience the heartbreak and disappointment we have endured at the hands of this vendor. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! -

Please be sure to read the other bad reviews about this vendor! I have used Scrumptions in East Greenwich for special occassions in the past and should have done so this time as well. I should have known when I witnessed the owner Kerry berating her employees in the presence of customers that it was an unprofessional business. The design aesthetic of my custom cake(that I spent months researching and creating) was not what was promised. I wish I could post photos of my design inspiration and the actual cake that was delivered. It would speak volumes! The cake began leaning after a short time and the bows fell off before the cake was even cut! Not only was the presentation so heartbreaking(I almost cried when I walked in and saw it), but the taste of the cake was such that most of our guests left platefuls of it on the tables. I called everyday for nearly 2 weeks and received 1 call back from Kerri who said she would be in touch. She never responded to emails and I am yet to receive that phone call. I was hopeful at first that she would have made an effort to make a customer happy or even simply say "I'm sorry". Even that would have gone a long way. There has been no follow up from her. I would strongly urge you to reconsider this bakery for any event that is important to you or is a "memory making event"! It was $500 down the drain for us and we will never get that moment back again! There are far too many wonderful,talented bakeries from which to choose. I suggest sticking to a hot chocolate or cookie from here-from what I understand, those are pretty good. -
