Enchanted Forest near the Waters

Zuri, our wedding coordinator, and her team are AMAZING! Since the beginning, Zuri answered all our questions and invited us to the Club House to tour the building, the ready-rooms, bar, and dinning rooms. Every time I went to Swan Point Yacht and Country Club (SPYCC), I was always welcomed and able to make payments easily. Zuri always made me feel like family and helps military families a lot. The day of the wedding went smoothly and Zuri and her team were always on top of it! They carefully guided us throughout the day to make sure we honored the timeline and were able to participate in all the activities we wanted to do for our wedding day. Our ceremony was at Holy Ghost Catholic Church and SPYCC went above and beyond to transport the bridal party to and from the ceremony site back to the reception with their charter bus. Zuri is very knowledgeable with wedding coordinating and found solutions to mini-mishaps in seconds. She helped me clean a stain on my wedding dress before the ceremony gracefully. Our entire wedding day was a blast and we are so grateful we had Zuri and her team supporting us on our special day. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us create beautiful memories with our friends and family

Beautiful and Private

One of my biggest worries when looking for venue was I didn’t want unknown people to be able to walk by or through our event. I wanted a very intimate setting especially since our wedding was on the smaller side. Swan Point definitely checked off all the boxes! Zuri Gregory was an absolute amazing coordinator and was always there to help or answer any questions we had. Having the option of renting a 4 bedroom house right on the property was also a plus as we did not have to travel far after our wedding. The staff throughout our wedding day helped to provide a 5 star experience. The outdoor ceremony site right near the water would have in addition provided such a stunning backdrop had it not unfortunately rained but again the staff at Swan Point went out of their way to make sure that even inside I had the wedding I envisioned!!

Amazing Place

If you are thinking of getting married somewhere else, STOP! Swan point is the destination, and Zuri is the one to make it worthwhile! The venue was incredible, the service was phenomenal, and Zuri and her team couldn’t have done any better. We were treated as family and had no worries due to the talent you can expect here! Zuri helped us get our wedding together for two years without missing a beat, zoom meeting, email, phone call, etc. They made us feel right at home, and we wouldn’t have done it anywhere else!

The perfect day.

Swan Point was the perfect place to have our wedding ceremony and reception. Michele was our point of contact through the planning process, and was responsible for all organization the day of. There was not a single thing out of place. She and her team were so on top of things, I was able to truly enjoy our special day without a worry in the world.

Outstanding experience for a black-tie gala.Swan point hits it out of the park with their customer service and ability to deliver a top rate experience for their customer and guests. Wonder Baby Shower

We had my sisters baby shower at Swan Point since I am a member and it was absolutely beautiful and Zuri really was a wonderful help! She was very responsive and made planning a breeze.

Zuri and the Swan Point Staff was the Best!!!!

With the difficulty of planning a wedding during the Pandemic, Zuri made it as smooth as possible! She was very responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. The venue is beautiful especially the ceremony site down by the water! The food was delicious and our bartender was the best!! It was a pleasure working all of you! They were really the nicest people ever!

Swan point

I absolutely loved having my wedding at swan point! With Covid and having to reschedule the wedding 3 times I was so happy to come across swan point and Zuri. Everyone was so helpful and made my day 100% stress free. Zuri is amazing and is there for you every step of the way and will help with everything she can. I pulled my wedding off in 2 short months!

Large Baby Shower

We love this venue and so did all of our guests. Michele, and the rest of the events management team were very accommodating to our many requests: Custom menu, specialty drinks, room arrangements and many more. Michele was very responsive, she always got back to us in a timely manner. We will definitely use this venue again for future events.

Beautiful Venue, Amazing Event Team!

Our wedding at Swan Point was everything we could have hoped for. Annette, the Special Events Manager, made everything so easy and she and her team made sure everything went perfectly. She gave us guidance, calmed my nerves on wedding day, and made sure we stayed hydrated :) We loved that Swan Point handled everything from the food, open bar, set-up and clean-up, so there was much less for us to worry about day of. Annette and Nikki also troubleshooted anything day of so we could just focus on our wedding. I would recommend Swan Point to anyone! Not only is it a beautiful venue, but you will have a strong team to guide you through the process.

I just got married this past Friday at Swan Point, and it was more stress free than I could have imagined! The event manager Annette was so helpful when first navigating the wedding planning process, I couldn't have gotten better advice from anyone! Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue. The food, atmosphere and all the details of the big day were just right, mostly thanks to the Swan Point Staff!

Beautiful Wedding Venue

When my daughter got engaged, the only place she talked about having her wedding was at Swan Point.
We booked the venue 2 years in advance and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out!
Annette and her incredible staff made the planning process stress-free. All the guests remarked at how good the food was during the cocktail hour & reception.
I’m so glad we chose Swan Point!

Stress-free! Swan Point has the best staff there is!

I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else besides Swan Point! Annette and her incredible staff made the planning process stress-free and my husband and I were able to make plenty of decisions to ensure the venue and reception looked exactly how we wanted. The food during the reception was incredible, and the staff was very helpful! I’m so glad we chose to celebrate our big day here!

We were beyond thrilled with our big day!! Annette and staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was hammered down. The ceremony and reception were both beautiful. It has been a rainy season and they even set up both inside and outside for the ceremony so we could wait until the last moments to decide if we needed an indoor ceremony, thankfully the rain held up long enough for us to have it outside! But they literally treated our wedding as if it were for a family member. I could not recommend them more!!!

Our wedding at Swan Point was beyond Amazing!!! If I could do it all over again I would choose Swan Point every time! Annette is wonderful, she is so patient, extremely helpful and super responsive. We really enjoyed working with her and she made sure our wedding day was stress free. I had a beautiful wedding that was far better than anything I pictured in my mind, the guests had a great time, and the food was delicious. The staff is terrific and everyone was smiling and happy for us all day. They were able to help us set up, help us with decorations, and really made it a great experience. I loved this place and I just have to say Thank You for making our wedding day a dream come true!

Swan Point was THE BEST venue to have our wedding. Not only is the property beautiful, but Annette and her team are absolutely amazing. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because of their preparation beforehand and assistance day-of. The food was beyond incredible (all our guests agreed!) and the service staff were courteous and efficient.
We rented the Lord Baltimore House for the weekend of our wedding and it was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. My girls and I were able to relax in the morning and eat a yummy breakfast before we started getting ready at a pace that was not stressful at all. Our hair and make up vendors came straight to the house so there was less worry about timing everyone and everything. The house was gorgeous and plenty of space for my mom, my 4 bridesmaids, and myself. Plus some others day-of for getting ready. Then my husband and I had a close-by location to crash at after the wedding - no long, tired drives or potentially bed-bug-ridden hotel rooms.
The expertise of the Swan Point staff (especially Annette!) made our wedding day the best, most fun, and stress-free day we could have imagined. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

From the time we got to Swan Point to look at different venues we fell in love immediately! Through the whole process Annette was there and was willing to lend a helping hand. The day of we were welcomed and provided with refreshments and snacks. They made my day run so smoothly and helped keep me calm even with the few hick ups. The food was great the set up was great. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Swan Point!

My husband and I got married in Rome and had our wedding reception at Swan Point after we came home. Our reception being “stress free” was the most important factor to us. We didn’t want our families to have to worry about anything the night of. That is exactly what we got with this venue. Our wedding planner, Annette, was so helpful leading up to the event and was always available to answer questions. The day of, the staff set everything up and we were blown away with how incredible it looked. Every staff member that was there for our event was so friendly and helped to make our night incredible. They put in so much thought and effort into our day that allowed our time with our families to be happy and stress free. We are so happy with our decision to go with Swan Point and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Swan Point Yacht & Country Club is a beautiful venue. When my husband and I first began our search for the perfect venue, Swan Point was our very first venue tour and we were so impressed that all of the other venues we visited simply did not measure up. Everything was perfection from the beautiful views at the ceremony site that made for great pictures, to the elegant clubhouse and beautiful ballroom. I remember when we first toured the clubhouse and the moment I fell in love with the chandelier in the ballroom, everything so classy. Just what both of us were looking for. The staff there is simply outstanding, for over a year we worked with the event/sales manager Annette who was very easy to work with. Annette was so accommodating to all of our requests and our numerous changes right up to the last minute. I can’t say enough about her and the outstanding level of service she provided. Swan Point really has a gem in her and would be smart to never let her go! She sold the place to two of the most bourgeoisie and very particular couple who standards are above our own heads at times. I was certain that we were a huge headache to her, however her positivity never wavered and she assured us that we were not a bother. Like I said, a real gem. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful! And I would dare to say surprisingly everything went according to plan. Annette and her team were fantastic and up to the task. She had an additional assistant who helped out and she was phenomenal as well. At last, Swan Point YCC provided a great setting for our wedding and outstanding levels of service. So many of my guest commented on how friendly the staff was. My suggestion for all the indiscriminate couples looking for a beautiful backdrop for their wedding and a stress free wedding day courtesy of the staff, I suggest you book this venue.

We got married at Swan Point on June 9th. Everything there is perfect for a wedding. The ceremony site is beautiful by the water perfect for pictures. Being by the water even with rain and storms in the area they seem to stay away. There is a house for rent on the property that is perfect for the brides side to sleep and get ready for the day and then be brought over to the ceremony site.

The golf course is perfect for playing golf in the morning and then hanging in the lounge for the guys and getting ready. The reception area is set up very well and the staff is professional. The event coordinator Annette is a true professional and I would recommend this facility to all people in the DMV to have their wedding at Swan Point.

We couldn't be happier with choosing Swan Point for our wedding. The venue is one of the most beautiful I have seen: the water/golf course views, ceremony site, the updated clubhouse, and the bridal suites! Our weather last weekend in April was so beautiful and the day was just PERFECT!

It also wouldn't be a perfect venue without amazing people running it. Annette, Nikki, and the team were outstanding! They made us feel comfortable since we walked in for a tour. We didn't have an appointment back in May when we popped in, and the bartender and someone from the kitchen staff made us feel so welcome... so welcome, in fact, we stayed for 2 more hours having bloody marys and lunch on the veranda :)

Annette and Nikki were so accommodating. I hit one of those moments the day before the wedding, where I just couldn't think anymore. I dropped my things off and said just something like "put them where they look nice". They went above and beyond with adding little touches to make the mantle, welcome table, centerpieces, and sign in table so beautiful. I am so thankful for them and the way it all turned out.

They were also behind the scenes all night making sure everything ran smoothly, food came out on time, and helping us stay on time.

It was an absolutely perfect night. I cant wait to go back and reminisce about the experience of the best day of our lives! Thank you Swan Point team!

I just had my wedding at Swan Point and I cannot say enough good things about it! Everything was wonderful. Annette Campbell was fantastic and went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. My husband and his groomsmen went golfing on the course that morning, which they really enjoyed. Annette kept everyone on time and set everything up beautifully. All of our guests gave compliments on how good the food was! We loved having so much space for guests to dance, mingle around the bar and lobby, or go outside and sit in the cool air. I highly recommend choosing Swan Point for your wedding!

I could not say enough good things about my wedding experience with Swan Point! The ceremony site and reception space were beautiful, the food was delicious and all of the staff were so very helpful, especially Annette. She made the planning process as simple as it possible could be. She was there to help whenever we had questions and to help work through all of the fine details. All of my guests had such a great time and I would say that is in large part because of Swan Point. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The space was plenty big enough for our 100+ guests without being crowded, there was more than enough space for dancing and everyone to relax and have a good time including the outdoor patio space. I would highly recommend Swan Point to anyone looking for their dream wedding venue!

Our experience with Swan Point was great! Annette, the coordinator, was absolutely WONDERFUL!. I could write for an hour and not say enough good things about Annette and the Swan Point team. I chose not to hire an outside coordinator and WOW was that a smart decision. I saved big time. Annette was on "Point" with everything. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Swan Point. The service was outstanding, the food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. In addition to the ceremony and reception, we also had our rehearsal dinner there. We received the same great food and service at the reception dinner too. Annette is simply the best.

My daughter and her husband had their wedding reception over Memorial Day weekend 2017 at the Swan Point Yacht and Country Club. We could not have been happier with the venue or the support we received from Annette Campbell and the Swan Point staff. Annette worked with us throughout the entire process, from our initial visit until after the reception, making excellent suggestions, helping with special requests, and accommodating last-minute changes. She and her staff did a beautiful job of decorating the room and the food (and open bar) was delicious and plentiful. What we appreciated most was how well the staff understood our vision and took care of the reception and coordination with the vendors with minimal intervention from our family. Annette and her staff took care of almost everything and treated us with courtesy, grace and patience. We were free to simply enjoy being with our family and friends.

The Swan Point reception was surprisingly affordable and lovely. We were delighted with and grateful to Annette Campbell and the Swan Point Y&CC staff for helping to make our event special.

My name is Brittany, my fiance and i now (husband) couldn't be happier with swan points venue! it was exactly what we were looking for, great view, great price, and convent for all of our southern maryland and virginia family members. we fell in love with the beachy / green landscape. you can do so many different colors and themes due to how versatile the venue is. but what really sold us was the price we only had our ceremony here and it was perfect! also the staff was super sweet and attentive. They also kept in constant contact with me so we were both on the same page. they made my day so easy so i didn't have to worry about anything except walking down the aisle.they also gave all my girls free drinks! if i had to do it all over again i would not hesitate at all. this would be my 1st pick and i would recommend any and all my friends to book here.

We had our ceremony and reception at Swan Point earlier this year and everything was incredible. Previously, we had picked a different wedding venue but the cost was over budget and it did not afford me to have the wedding I truly wanted. As a last ditch effort, my family and I went back to the drawing board searching for a wedding venue. We found Swan Point and I fell in love. This venue gave us everything I wanted for our wedding day, access to the venue all day, a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and a great cocktail hour and reception food, all for less than the price of our first venue. Annette is a gem and she answered all of my questions and did whatever she could to make my life and planning process easier, especially since I was planning the entire event from a different state. I'm so thankful that we found them, it truly is an all-inclusive venue. I can't imagine having our special day anywhere else.

Swan Point was simply amazing! We highly recommend this venue. They take care of almost everything, including food for the wedding party before the ceremony. Swam Point is absolutely stunning. The ceremony site is right along the water. The reception area is also very beautiful. We were totally satisfied plus the pricing is quite reasonable in comparison to other venues. Annette, who works at Swan Point, actually assisted us like a wedding planner (without any additional fees). Thank you for making our wedding extra special.

Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous! The waterview wedding site is breathtaking and completely priceless. The food was delicious, we had the point chicken as one of our choices and it was "on-point". The staff was professional, friendly, and made our day seamless. Their wedding coordinator, Annette is simply the best. She does everything for you, down to the fine details. I didn't realize they would do all the set up and decorating. They did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Swan Point as your wedding venue. We knew the second we walked in that it was our place. They were so easy to deal with and always available. They were also very flexible and accommodated all our requests.

This venue was perfect and beautiful! It was everything I wanted. The staff was so friendly and warm to work with. We had multiple meetings with them to go over details and setup, and even a backup plan in case of weather issues for the ceremony. The food was fantastic! We had a brunch reception and I totally recommend it to everyone. Everyone had so many great things to say about the food. Not one single complaint. Special thanks to Tina, Annette, and Annette's assistant(I apologize because I have forgotten her name). Annette's assistant was awesome the morning of. There wasn't anything she didn't think of to make sure we were all set and she helped settle my nerves. This place was such a beautiful venue and I recommend them to anyone! Thank you Swan Point!

I am SO glad that we booked Swan Point for our wedding! Their ceremony site by the water is spectacular - we had a beautiful sunny day and couldn't have asked for a more lovely spot in which to get married. The pier nearby and their beach location made for amazing pictures!

Annette, Tina, and the rest of the staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. We had originally booked in large part because of the amazing reviews for Jennifer, but Annette did an awesome job stepping in! She was extremely responsive to our questions and was as accommodating as possible to our many requests. A really nice touch was that she guarded our sweetheart table during the reception to make sure we got a chance to eat before making the rounds to the other tables - she is so sweet and took it the extra mile. She also personally led us on her golf cart to the beach site for pictures. Tina was amazing and responsive as well!

I highly recommend you book with Swan Point. Although the surrounding area is not the greatest in my opinion (quaint to say the least, with not many attractions for guests and few hotel options), the country club itself is a gem with a beautiful ceremony site and impressive reception hall. Food and drinks were great, and at a lower price than in DC. A really, really great value and a perfect spot to tie the knot!

Swan Point was truly an incredible venue, and I am so glad that we picked this place. Through our entire wedding planning process, Annette was incredibly helpful and assisted us with any questions that we had. She even offered to meet with us several times before the wedding to go over what the hall would look like, and was so patient with us when we were changing our minds about colors. Annette and the staff worked so hard to set everything up the day of, and were so helpful with making sure that everything was perfect. My husband and I were absolutely pleased with this venue, and we could not have imagined a more perfect venue. Thank you so much Annette and the staff at Swan Point for making our day so perfect!

Annette, Tina, and the entire Swan Point staff were absolutely fabulous! They made me feel like a VIP from beginning to end. By the time my wedding day arrived, they felt like family. Not only were they friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that attention was paid to every detail. The food tasted amazing, the venue was beautiful and most importantly, it was all affordable. I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Swan Point! Every person we worked with was so helpful, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Every guest commented on how well everything went and how good each staff member treated them. The venue is beautiful and every detail is covered. Annette was outstanding at helping me plan the wedding. She always responded quickly with questions and concerns. She was great with suggestions and ideas on how to plan a wedding and her enthusiasm was so appreciated especially as the wedding got closer and the nerves were up. She was reassuring that everything would be perfect and it was! The food was excellent and the setup was very accommodating for guests to enjoy the day. We had a wonderful reception and now have a lifetime worth of wonderful memories because of our decision to have our reception at Swan Point!

I had my wedding at Swan Point Yacht and Country Club on Sept, 12th 2015. My guest were kept saying how beautiful the wedding was and how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I could not be more happy with the services! The food was GREAT! the staff was so HELPFUL! Jennifer Merryman guided us through everything and Tina Wagenbach made sure that everything ran smoothly on the big day. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding with great food, friendly service and beautiful venue! Thank you San Point for making it happen!!

We were able to find everything we wanted in a wedding venue at Swan Point. Our ceremony was held at Swan Point's beautiful waterfront ceremony site, and our reception was in their newly renovated banquet room at the clubhouse. We were also able to use the clubhouse's outdoor patio for cocktail hour and the reception, where we had a live band and games for our guests to play! We also appreciated being able to get ready for the wedding in separate preparation rooms at the clubhouse. Our guests kept complimenting us on the beautiful venue and the delicious food. Jennifer Merryman was very attentive to all of our questions and helped us make our day absolutely amazing! Morgan (wedding assistant) and Tina (food and beverage manager) were also a huge help. We truly did have our dream wedding at Swan Point.

My wedding is in 7 months and Jennifer has been nothing but helpful! The venue is well priced but was still a little out of our budget but they are allowing us to make payments as we can which works perfect for us. We just had a food tasting there and it was SO delicious. I am very confident that Jennifer and Swan Point will make my wedding go smoothly and perfect!

Swan Point Yacht & Country club is absolutely gorgeous! The property is picturesque, with the water front wedding site, pristine golf green, and beautiful ball room and patio! What really makes this place special though, is the customer service. Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Helpful, kind, professional and welcoming barely begin to explain how wonderful she is. You can tell that she genuinely cares about each and every bride & groom that she assists and works tirelessly to provide assistance when needed. She is also very quick to answer emails and respond to questions or concerns. Swan Point is very reasonable as well. You do not get that feeling that you are just your money at Swan Point, but are treated as a valued customer. One small example is that they do not charge extra for colored linens, as most wedding venues will. Jennifer is wonderful about working within your budget to get exactly what you want! My wedding is not until July, but I honestly am so happy to have found this Venue and would highly recommend getting married here!

From the moment we contacted Swan Point and met with Jennifer Merryman we knew that we found the venue for our wedding. Not only was it important that we have a beautiful setting (which Swan Point definitely is) it was more important for us to feel comfortable and at home at the place were we would begin our life together. Jennifer was incredible from start to finish; helping bring our vision for our event to fruition. Just when we thought it couldn't get better in comes Nikki who made sure our every need was met on our special day. Both are phenomenal and a dream team when it comes to working together to ensure that the guests are happy.

Tina and the catering staff were a fine tuned machine... everything was set up to perfection and the food was the best I've had.

We are already thinking of other events we can host at Swan Point!

I honestly don't know where to begin. Our Wedding Ceremony took place on the water - SIMPLY MAJESTIC! It was so hot that day - the heat came from nowhere as it had previously been cool but the day of my wedding, 6 Sep 2014. When I pulled up in the limo, tears began to all from my eyes. The pergola was decorated so pretty, the white chairs carefully lined up with guests awaiting our wedding party arrival. The most amazing thing that I saw was how God protected and shielded our guests from the grueling sun by placing shade over the entire wedding area - I knew right then and there that this as right for us. From the amazing wedding ceremony site, we went to the Yacht Club, where Jennifer and Nicki took exceptional care of our wedding party whilst ensuring that things were being set up as we requested. They made sure that everything was on time and stayed on time, which was essential to get through the evening. Upon entering Banquet Room, our mouths just dropped as we took in the room - SIMPLY BEAUTIFL! They made our dreams come true for sure! Everything was as we had planned! Onward to our dinner - SIMPLY DELICIOUS! Tina and her Staff were a great Team to work with during our Rehearsal Dinner the night before and during our Wedding Reception. Every little detail, Tina ensured was perfect. I can go on and on about everything we experienced but I choose not as you will be reading for hours! You will NOT go wrong choosing Swan Point as your Wedding Venue. SIMPLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE!!!

Swan Point was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful in front of the water, where decorations aren't even necessary! The reception was a blast and the staff was way more than accommodating. And most importantly, I'm happy to say that the event coordinator has become a friend of ours through the whole process, she was just so helpful and went above and beyond in everything she did. Our wedding was 100% perfect at Swan Point Yacht and Country Club.

Everything about Swan Point is amazing. I worked with the wedding coordinator for almost two years in preparing for my wedding and she was always willing and eager to answer my questions. She even informed me when she would be out of the office and provided me with an additional contact person. The day before the wedding I was able to come in and set up my center pieces with a staff member along side memorizing every detail and expanding my ideas to details I would not consider. As a bride I was nervous things would not go right the day of the wedding, but when I walked into the venue I was almost in tears to how beautiful the entire set up was. My husband and I are extremely happy in our decision to use Swan Point as our venue and anticipate using it for our vow renewal in future years!

Giving Swan Point 5 stars does not even begin to show how AMAZING they were!!! From the moment my fiance and I started looking at venues, we knew instantly this was the place. Not only were the grounds and reception area beautiful and perfect, but the staff blew us away from Day 1. Jennifer was so responsive and helpful with all my questions and emails throughout the entire planning process up to the big day. She seriously made wedding planning so easy and enjoyable!

The day of: my bridesmaids and I were pampered and cared for the minute we walked in the door: all day we were provided with anything we needed, drinks, food, etc. Jennifer and Nikki made those hours leading up to the wedding as relaxing as possible! The staff decorated everything so beautifully and my guests are STILL talking about how great the food was! As the third of my family to get married, my entire family has said this was the best of all the venues they've used so far...it is seriously so perfect I could go on for hours! Do yourself a favor and get married here...everything was perfect!!!

Swan Point Yacht & Country Club provided us with a beautiful location for our wedding and reception. Unlike most brides, I held our ceremony inside and it was gorgeous. It was a relatively small wedding so the room was full (great for pictures) and it had an intimate feel. Everyone seemingly had a front row seat! For the reception, the food was amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and taste. There were a large variety of menu options and we loved the ability to pick a duo plate. The bartenders worked quickly and there was never a line at the bar during the cocktail hour and reception and everything just flowed seamlessly!

Swan Point is great, but Jennifer Merryman is truly the best part of having our wedding there. There are not enough words to describe what Jen did for us over the year of planning our big day. I just adored her from the first time I met her. I don't know that I would have made it through the planning process so easily without her. Jen was always available and accommodated every question, concern, request, etc. Then of course the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly and I never had to worry that something wouldn't go right. I have and will continue to recommend Swan Point to other brides as a ceremony/reception location. I guarantee it will be an experience that you will never forget!

Swan Point Yacht and Country Club is the most amazing wedding location. We wanted a waterfront ceremony with an indoor reception and this location was perfect. Swan Point was a beautiful location. The food was amazing! The staff are incredible. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful and helpful the wedding coordinator at Swan Point is-we had a fantastic day and highly recommend them for your wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, inviting and lovely venue for our wedding than Swan Point. From our initial meeting with event coordinator Jennifer to our tastings, planning meetings and actual big day, every detail was taken care of and made beautiful. We were so impressed with Jen and the accommodations that we booked Swan Point on the spot—the first venue we visited!

As a rather organized (and some might say OCD?) bride, I had questions for Jen at many turns. She answered each email or phone call very quickly, assuring me that everything would go as planned (and it did). Our timeline was finalized well in advance, the food completely delicious, the reception area and ceremony decorated beautifully.

It was the perfect location to wed before our friends and family, so many of whom wrote me later to say how impressed they were with our carefully-orchestrated ceremony (held on the patio) and reception. They say something always "goes wrong" at a wedding . . . but I can honestly say that for us, nothing did. (And if it did, well — we didn't know about it! Probably another point for Swan Point and Jen!)

Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to worry about your vendors, too — and if you don't build a great team for your big day, you will. Booking with Swan Point was the best thing we could have done for our sanity. I never worried about something slipping through the cracks; Jen and the talented staff thought of everything.

Our November wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more. I recommend Swan Point to brides and grooms without question!

I would highly recommend Swan Point Yacht and Country Club. They were really flexible with us when we had to change some things close to the wedding and the food was amazing! When I say the food was amazing, that might be an understatement. We had so many compliments on the food and are still getting compliments almost a year later. The staff was wonderful and very professional. They were so polite and accommodating to my crazy family and friends who were just having a blast. Lissette was our liaison in the beginning and she was fabulous. She had so many ideas and helped ease my mind with the planning and coordinating of people. Even though our wedding was Dec. 1st, we went for the outside wedding because the view was so beautiful down by the water and luckily the weather was nice enough to cooperate and not be too cold. The whole venue is gorgeous! Highly Recommend.

We recently had our wedding at Swan Point on June 29, 2013 and everything was absolutely perfect! So many of my guests have raved that this was the best wedding they had ever been to! From the early planning stages to the day of, the on-site wedding coordinator, Jennifer, was responsive, overly helpful, and one of the most organized, efficient people I've ever known. She was honestly a God-send. We would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more!

I could not have asked for a better venue. We had to move our wedding date at the last minute and they were so unbelievably helpful with making the last minute arrangements. The staff is incredibly professional and if something went wrong then I had no idea. They were so good at making sure everything went right. If I had to do it all over again I would choose swan point every time. The value for your money is excellent. I loved swan point!

Words will never be able to describe how I feel about Swan Point, but I will try. From the moment I walked in the door I felt a warm feeling and knew it was the place for my wedding. I wanted my wedding outside near the water and it was a perfect place. I love how close the ceremony site was to the reception hall. There is an awesome bridal locker room to get ready at Swan Point, it was great for myself and 6 bridesmaids to get ready. Lucky my aunts do hair so we were able to do hair, make, and get dressed all in one place. I was able to answer any questions with the set up with the reception.

Everyone at Swan point provided me with all types of support and helpful ideas. Every time I went to Swan Point the people were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took my photographer and I around prior to the wedding to see different photo shots.

The day of the wedding was perfect it was like a dream come true. Our wedding weather was perfect! We took wonderful pictures (thanks to Jax Photography) around the golf course and the beach near hole 6.

I recommend Swan Point to any bride and groom they will make your day everything you hoped it would be!

WE LOVED IT! We can't say enough here. Kim Simonson- most WONDERFUL wedding planner/venue coordinator you can ask for!!! While she is not a 'wedding planner' proper, we didn't need one since we had her! She coordinated so much for us, and didn't leave the venue that evening until the whole wedding party was successfully seated and having their meals! She makes the place-- she is willing to help in any way she can, and truly wants to please her venue clients. She has a great sense of humor and knows how to calm both bride AND groom! She was innovative with ideas, helped us with a back-up plan (our was outdoors), and helped with all the extra touches we wanted to add! The venue itself is GORGEOUS and perfect for what we wanted. It has a lovely spot, outdoors on the water for the ceremony which we still love to this day. It has a wonderful clubhouse just down the way from the ceremony spot, which was great for cocktail hour, bar and reception hall. The bar was separate but connected which we loved. The venue had wonderful, natural spots for photographs and we love all our pictures. We could NOT have been more thrilled with how we were treated-- all the way through! Even my husband ended-up loving the visits there to plan. :-) 5+++!!!

My husband and I chose Swan Point after we had a bad experience with another vendor in our area. We heard nothing but great things about Swan Point, and were very happy we changed our venue. The reception was fabulous, and everything was as we pictured, and more. Kim and Lisette are great to work with, and our evening went off without a hitch. All of our guests have raved and raved about the food. We highly recommend Swan Point to future couples!

The venue was truly accomodating. They made sure that me, as the bride, had everything that I needed and wanted for that day. Nothing was ever a problem, and they truly made me feel as though I was very special. When my husband and I have our first child, we will definitely use their facility for a shower as well as a place to go for our anniversary. EXCELLENT. The catering manager, Lisette W. was AWESOME.

My wife and I had our dream wedding and Swan Point was a large part of making that possible. Even though we had so much rain in the days leading up to our big day, we didn’t stress because the staff gave us every assurance that the backup plans in place would be just as fabulous. The morning of our wedding the sky broke and gave us beautiful sunshine and although we couldn’t have the pergola setting due to the wet grass, once again the staff came through and supported our desire to have it on the veranda. That decision and the support we received to switch things up at a moments notice made all the difference in the world to us. We had the intimate and beautiful setting we wanted and the most amazing day of our lives for us, our family and friends. The food was delicious! Hats off to the chef. Annette, Nikki and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They were the planners and coordinators on site and took care of so many things to ensure we didn’t have to worry. At the end of the day, we had a day to remember and warm support and smiles from a stellar staff. Thank you SP!

From the moment my wife and I completed our tour, we knew Swan Point was the perfect venue for us. It had everything we were looking for, and our day exceeded both of our expectations!

The property is beautiful. From the ceremony site on the water, to the covered veranda behind the club house, there will be many great photo opportunities and you and your guests will feel at ease. The staff are incredible, I can't express enough how helpful Annette Campbell was throughout all of the planning and execution. She exceeded expectations the entire journey, and finally on our wedding day her and her staff were there ensuring every detail went smoothly.

The Cocktail hour and Reception were perfect. Annette and her staff ensured that the introductions went smoothly, that dinner came out timely and that when it was time to dance, the staff and our DJ were in sync and ready. Everyone had great things to say about the hors d'oeuvres and the meal courses, both I and my bride were impressed!

A few more selling points for us:
- Variety of reception packages to suit different budgets
- House on property that can be rented for the weekend
- One wedding per day ( club house closes for your wedding )
- Can accommodate at least 200 guests

Good luck in your search, I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding near the water or with lots of nature near by consider Swan Point, you won't be disappointed!

We loved Swan Point! The ceremony site is simple but elegant. The reception and bar area are newly renovated and are the perfect neutral backdrop for photos. Swan Point allowed us to bring in all of our own decorations and set them up for us. They even allowed us to borrow a few essentials (like shepherd's hooks and an easel) so we wouldn't have to buy them. The food was good and the drinks were cold and plentiful. The staff was fantastic. We worked with Jennifer to plan the wedding and when she left (although she was working remotely from another state), Tina and Morgan stepped in and handled all our last minute details. Morgan was great at keeping us on schedule and kept a close eye on the weather for us. Once, we were cleared of rain, the staff wiped all the chairs and had the ceremony site ready for us on time. The bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and efficient. We picked Swan Point because we loved the ceremony site, the clubhouse is beautiful and well maintained, and the price was right. It was a pleasure having our wedding there.

It was truly a beautiful day! We had a riverfront ceremony. Such a beautiful setting. The reception room was decorated exactly how I wanted it. . I'm so glad I decided to get the chair covers and sashes. It gave the room a completed look. Elegant..The staff was courteous and friendly. I got so many compliments on the food. We choose to do a Buffett style with several different choices. There was more than enough food. Everything was delicious. Jennifer and Tina are the best!

Amazing experience

Swan Point was amazing. It poured on our wedding day and our outdoor ceremony had to be hastily replanned. Annette and her staff made it so easy. They moved everything to the veranda and it was beautiful and romantic and stress-free. My guests had a fabulous time and the staff was so attentive. I recommend them without reservation!!!

We absolutely loved working with the staff at Swan Point! From the start they made it easy to price the wedding and were very quick to respond. We chose to do our rehearsal dinner there as well and the barbecue was delicious! The staff were very professional and helpful through the entire experience. They did such a great job of following my instructions for the decorations and I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked into my wedding and everything was exactly as I imagined!

Having a day of coordinator provided made my life so much easier and relieved the stress from my family. The food was absolutely delicious, we received numerous compliments from our guests. The bridal and groom suites were very nice and provided a nice location to get ready.

The ceremony site made for an absolutely beautiful setting for the wedding and photos.

We did have a few hiccups along the way but the staff was willing to fix the problems immediately with little inconvenience to me or my husband. Overall, I would highly recommend Swan Point as a wedding venue!

Tyler and I loved this location from the moment we saw it and my family quickly fell in love with the ceremony outdoor location on the water. When rain caused havoc on our wedding day we were devastated however, with the assistance of the staff at Swanpoint they were able to assist in transforming the indoor space into the wedding of my dreams. The food was phenomenal and the staff was incredible. Annette was amazing and she made sure every single question as answered and really was a joy to collaborate with. People are still raving about our wedding and it was truly a night no one will forget and I know that much of that is due to Swanpoint and their wonderful staff!

I LOVED the wedding planner Emily (who is no longer with the company). We planned over a year in advance so there was no problem reserving the date at all. She was so nice and was willing to do anything to help me out. I could not find the chair covers in the colors I wanted so she took the time to call around and found exactly what I wanted and they were reasonably priced. The food was AMAZING!!!! They have their own kitchen with chefs so that made it easy. We got to have a taste testing which was really fun. The only problem was that the bar ran out of beer. Other than that everything worked out GREAT!!!!

Swan Point was the perfect choice for my wedding day. Annette and the staff were so helpful, accommodating, and flexible. Annette was great helping to calm the stress weddings bring. She was happy to help and I appreciate her enthusiasm. No question was insignificant and no detail was left out. She always responded promptly and ensured everything would turn out perfectly. She was right. The staff was able to accommodate all of my last minute changes and were able to accommodate special diets of guests. The day went smoothly. Even when running behind schedule, Annette and the staff did not miss a beat and adjusted accordingly. The day was even more perfect than me or my husband could have imagined and so many guests commented that it was on of the best, if not the best wedding they had ever attended! I definitely recommend Swan Point as a ceremony and reception venue.

Although Kim and I got off to a rough start, I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. She made everything so easy. working with Swan Point was terrific. Kim Simonsen was there to help in every aspect of my wedding. The venue is beautiful and the food was excellent. Thank you!

I got married at Swan Point on July 29, 2017. Annette and the other manager were very helpful and on point with the arrangements, which made me comfortable as a bride. It had rained so the wedding was moved inside. i was a little disappointed, with an inside wedding because I had paid 1500$ for an outdoor venue, but they made sure the venue looked great for a inside wedding. The food was excellent too, the chair arrangements flowed well too. It is a beautiful place and the staff are a delight to work with. Thanks Annette and the other lady manager. So grateful to work with both of you!

Our daughter got married on June 13, 2015. Everything was "amazing". The ceremony site was so beautiful "picture perfect". The venue was just recently renovated and looks bright and fresh. The food was so AMAZING. Most wedding I've been to the food is ok but never having guests wanting more. I was so very pleased and if I had another daughter would do it all over again at Swan Point.

When speaking with a woman recently engaged, she recommended that I check out Swan Point as a venue for my ceremony and reception site. I reached out to Lisette at Swan Point and set up a date to come down and take a look at the facilities. I was able to check the venue out on a Saturday - when it was fully decorated for a wedding. I was able to get a good idea of how the room would look when set up. This was great - I was able to envision my wedding, my centerpieces ....

The ceremony site on the water was everything that my groom and I had hoped and wished for. It was a perfect place for our wedding. After my tour, I immediately took out my check book and booked a date for October.

Lisette takes care of everything ... thinks of every little details ... and makes suggestions which I liked.

As a resident, Swan Point was an easy choice for our reception venue. The clubhouse had literally just been renovated and could not have been a better setting of us. We were able to take photos at the waterfront that perfectly captured who we are as proud members of our community and lovers of all things water. The limitations of the venue include set catering...it's them or no one, but the food is fantastic, so that was no problem. The coordinators can provide listings of preferred vendors that can be very helpful for the bride and groom looking for suggestions. The dance space can be small, depending upon your guest list. There is a limit is 150 set by the fire marshall, so keep that in mind for larger weddings. We definately recommend!

Absolutely, loved the venue! We had the ceremony right on the water and the reception at the clubhouse. When I first started my planning I had Lisette as my event coordinator within five months from the wedding date we switched over to Jennifer. Both ladies are lovely and amazing at what they do! The day of the wedding everything went very smooth, except for the Groom & his groomsmen. When you book a wedding with Swan Point they gave you a complimentary golf package (up to four men). Our wedding party had six and I had called two weeks before the wedding day to schedule their day golfing. The day before the wedding when we had the wedding ceremony they advised me that they didn't have a reservation under the wedding party. Ladies, double check everything. This was the one thing I didn't double check on and it bit me in the butt! Needless to say, we live in Lexington Park and Swan Point is located in Issue (about a 45 minute drive), we will not be returning for the golf package. Other than that, everything went perfect.

Kim was wonderful to work with! We had planned for 1 1/2 yrs to have an incredible outdoor wedding. Mother Nature was not on our side :( Before I even got to Swan Point, Kim had gone ahead & set up a ceremony site inside of their clubhouse. I was extremely depressed/upset & she tried so hard to cheer me up. The food was delicious & the staff was very accomodating. Thanks for the strawberry daiquires Kim!!!!

Truly goes out of the way to make your day perfect. The staff was gracious and easy to work with. Kim the event manager really bent over backwards to make everything we wanted work. It ended up raining on our wedding day. We were set up to have our ceremony out by the water but it was too wet and muddy, and they worked to set up an alternate location behind the clubhouse (luckily we had rented a tent just in case) for us to have the ceremony. The setting ended up being just as lovely, the reception room was goregous and the food to die for. Everyone commented that it was the best food they had ever had at wedding. You can not go wrong with Swan Point, they will do everything in their power and beyond to make you feel special and your day spectaculuar.

Annette and her crew were on their game. They responded to all our questions and concerns and handled the event excellently. There were minor hitches like the ceremony scheduled for the Creekside not taking place there because of the treat of rain but we compensated with indoor ceremony but still took amazing pictures at the Creekside.

Good, friendly service at a beautiful country club. Response time was lacking, hard to reach wedding coordinator since she never answers the phone and take a few days to call back. However, she is very nice and helpful when you actually get a hold of her. The food was excellent, and the portions were decently sized. The staff is very professional and work well together. The indoor area has been renovated and is very attractive for a reception. The outdoor reception area is bumpy and not ideal for a ceremony, however, the spot next to the outdoor gazebo in the trees is lovely and right next to the water.
