Sealed with a Kiss Photography (SWAK) was perfect. From the first time we met Carrie to discuss our vision, she not only got it, but came to the table with so many great suggestions - grounded in her years of experience.
The day of the wedding, she was everywhere we wanted, and managed to capture the emotion of day perfectly. The composition and tone of our wedding photos made them look like they were pulled from a magazine, and we are quite frankly obsessed with the images she snapped.
Couple that with Carrie's professionalism, great communication, and reasonable rates, and you have a winning formula. Can't recommend SWAK Photography enough. 11 out of 10. -

Carrie is without a doubt the greatest. She is fun, energetic and a joy to have around. She captures your love, happiness and real relationship while making you look really good. I don’t have words to describe how much I love my album or how grateful I am for Carrie. -

Carrie with SWAK photography was beyond amazing for our two wedding events. She was professional, helpful, and kind throughout our entire journey together. We did our engagement photos with her and fell in love with her style and awesome photography skills from the start. I would highly recommend choosing her services for your event! Captured our love beautifully!
When I stumbled upon Carrie's instagram several years ago, I knew she was the one to photograph our engagement and wedding photos! She exceeded all my expectations and captured our love in the most beautiful way. I loved Carrie's creativity, light and natural photos. Not to mention she is just as amazing as her photos are! Due to the pandemic, we obviously had to make several changes and Carrie was a breeze to work with. So supportive, caring and willing to do whatever she could do make our day special. I could not recommend her enough. -

Carrie has been with us from the start. The day we met on a photo shoot, Carrie was there behind the camera to capture it.
As the years went by, she photographed us numerous times -- once even shooting us in a beautifully styled wedding photo shoot (our families almost had heart attacks when we punked them by sending the photographs with no explanation!). Carrie told us "you know I'm going to be shooting you whenever you end up getting married for real!"
Our stunning engagement session with Carrie was only a foretaste of how incredibly she would handle our wedding day. She's always made us feel natural and comfortable in front of the camera, allowing us to be in the moment, whether celebrating our engagement or our wedding.
The day of the wedding was lovely. Carrie was there to capture quiet moments with both of us while we prepared for the ceremony. She wrangled our extended families like a champ and photographed us all wonderfully. Throughout the ceremony and the reception she was always just where you hoped she'd be to catch those fleeting, intimate moments.
We couldn't be more grateful to an amazing friend and an incredible photographer for making our day one we'll always remember. -

Carrie is awesome!
Carrie was so wonderful and easy to work with throughout the entire process - from booking her, to engagement photos, wedding day, and afterward. Not only was she amazing to work with, I could not be happier with the way my photos turned out - light, beautiful, creative, intimate. She didn't miss a beat at our wedding, and we are so grateful to have such beautiful documentation of our wedding day. -

Carrie Smith is a literal angel sent from the heavens to bestow her gift upon us lowly earthlings. She is an incredible photographer with the most beautiful soul you've ever encountered. You almost feel unworthy until you jump in front of her camera. She sees everyone/thing through a lens of pure beauty and makes you feel as such in every moment she captures. If I had to go back and redo my entire wedding, I would book swak 100x's over. Best money I spent, by far. And now I have a life long friend. -

Absolutely Amazing!
We are so grateful for Carrie capturing our wedding day! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and took the most beautiful pictures we could have imagined. On top of that, she is so kind, fun, and helpful! She got me a beer right after the ceremony before we started pictures, which made her even more amazing of a photographer than I thought she could be. Booking SWAK photography for our wedding day was hands down the best decision that we made towards our entire day. Having previously worked in the wedding industry myself and having worked with a number of various photographers, I can honestly say that SWAK is truly the best of the best. Carrie is personable, reliable, trustworthy, and is incredible at her gift. She has the most special way of making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed, no matter their comfort level in front of the camera. Her sessions are extremely organic and natural, and she captures the sweetest raw moments so well without ever making you feel too "posed". On our wedding day, Carrie did the best job at taking care of us. She made sure to every single one of our "must have" shots, and she managed to get through all of our family pictures with our giant and crazy families ON TIME and with so much patience and grace. My husband and I felt like her number one priority the whole day, and we honestly felt 0 stress about our wedding photos on the day-of. We knew that Carrie would take care of them with excellence. She even went above and beyond with the editting and produced the most beautiful wedding images we could have ever asked for. We have received so many compliments from people saying they are the most gorgeous wedding photos they have ever seen. Do yourself a favor & hire Carrie! We cannot say thank you enough to her for capturing our engagement and our wedding day beautifully. The photos from our wedding are simply outstanding. She even gave me a bobby pin out of her hair when my hair wouldn't stay put. We had the BEST experience with her and absolutlely loved our wedding photos. Our photos were edited and sent to us on a flash drive in just a few weeks after our wedding. If you are looking for a talented photographer that will actually go the extra mile to lessen the stress of your event and take amazing pictures, Carrie is the perfect choice!
