Svetlana was FANTASTIC! We will recommend her at every opportunity possible and can’t wait for her to photograph our family in the future. Incredibly patient, somehow managed to be everywhere for all the photos during our wedding, all while being so kind and helping us develop our vision. Can’t recommend her enough.

Great photographer

She knew how to capture beautiful moments on our wedding and I can’t stop looking at them. We didn’t want to print the photos so we kept them digital. Thank you Svetlana. By the way she was making conversations with me to take my stress away which I appreciate ❤️

Incredible & Personable Photographer

I hired Svetlana for my wedding this past November at the LBJ Wildflower Center and I truly could not have chosen better. Not only is she a master at her craft, but she takes care to know what lighting, backdrops and angles work for YOU.
If you want to look and feel gorgeous on your wedding day and trust that your photographer is going to grab the most flattering angles and genuine moments - Svetlana is your girl.
There's no question in my mind that my husband and I will be going back to her for additional photoshoots down the road. Along with her finished product being top of the line, she also has a sweet, calm and confident personality. You feel like she's just as excited to be there as you are and has a true passion for capturing the best moments for you and your loved ones.
I felt like I had a friend by the end of the evening and I can't recommend her highly enough.

We had the great pleasure of working with Svetlana for our wedding. She was wonderful to work with -- and incredibly accommodating. Pre-wedding and wedding photography

Svetlana was such a phenomenal photographer. She came early, stayed late, and managed to take so many beautiful pictures among the chaos and hustle that comes with having two ceremonies in one day. As happens with every wedding, things didn't go according to plan (aka we had to go with the rain plan) and Svetlana was able to go with the flow on very short notice and get some stunning pictures!

If you are choosing a photographer, look no further than Svetlana! I knew Sveltana was who I wanted to be my wedding photographer as soon as I saw her photos on the Villa Antonia website. Her photography was stunning, and we ended up having her take our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding photos. She helped us feel natural and at ease at all photo shoots, and some how managed to capture all of those wonderful, beautiful moments during the wedding. She has a talent for capturing the perfect look or moment in the best lighting, I had so many compliments on our photos and I of course always sung her praises!! Looking back on our wedding photos 1 year later, I am still so amazed by her talent and the quality of photos she has given us, I am so grateful that we were able to work with Svetlana!!

An incredible and one of the most sought after Austin wedding photographers! Once I booked her, I just relaxed as I knew I was in good hands. At the wedding, she knew exactly what to do and what shots to take; she guided us all through the shoots and made it very easy and enjoyable. And always with a smile on her face! She'll do whatever it takes to capture a good shot, even will climb a balustrade (and yes, she did!). She has an eye for beauty and she’s a perfectionist! Our wedding pictures are gorgeous and we'll be enjoying them for the rest of our lives. They truly allow us to relive our special day any time. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Svetlana as your wedding photographer! You'll be happy you did!

Svetlana did such an amazing job with both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. The photographer was at the top of my list for wedding services and I really felt like I lucked out when we were able to book Svetlana as our photographer. Her work is stunning and we came away from our wedding not knowing which photos were our favorite since they were all so amazing. Svetlana clearly has a passion for her work and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional the entire time throughout the process. My entire family loved her outgoing personality and candor and continued raving about her even after the wedding. I truly felt lucky to have been able to work with Svetlana and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer.

If I could give Svetlana more than 5 stars, I would! Our photos are AMAZING. She was so easy and professional to work with. Planning a wedding can definitely be stressful, but I never had to worry about my photographer. Svetlana is beyond talented and her photography truly is a work of art. Not only did the photos come out perfect, but she really made sure to capture all the special moments throughout the night - not only of my husband and I, but of our guests. Her pictures are just natural and not so staged. We will always go with Svetlana for any occasion that we need to capture. You will not be disappointed!

Svetlana is awesome! I really can't recommend her enough. She did both my bridals and our wedding, and the photos came out beautifully. She captured all the must-have shots and also customized the sessions so that they were uniquely us. She was very open to the moment and corralled our chaotic family into the best group shots we've taken. We ended up printing them off and sending them to everyone. I felt completely comfortable around her, and she got the shots she needed/we wanted without disrupting the magic of the day -- that's truly a talent and an art.

I would highly recommend booking Svetlana Photography for your big day! Svetlana took our engagement pictures, my bridal pictures and our wedding photos. We loved every single one! Svetlana made us feel comfortable at our engagement session and truly captured us. She listened to what we want and didn't want, and truly made it a unique experience. My bridals were absolutely beautiful, and she recommended a wonderful setting for exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was a foggy day in February and I was so worried that the pictures would not turn out. She set me at ease and I still receive so many compliments on our wedding pictures. More than that, she was a friend throughout it all. She was always making us feel comfortable and assuring she got pictures of what we wanted. Her turn around to get the pictures back to us was very quick. Every single picture she chose was perfect, and she took the time to sort through the pictures to provide us with the very best. You only have one chance to capture this special moment in your life, so wedding photography was very important to me. I am so thrilled we went with Svetlana, after lots of research. Svetlana came highly recommended by both our church and reception venue. After reviewing Svetlana's amazing work on her blog, my husband and I knew her style fit us perfectly. We had an indoor church wedding followed by an indoor reception, so we wanted a photographer who was experienced with indoor photography (as well as outdoor photography!). Svetlana shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and we loved every minute of working with her. My husband and I (2 engineers) are not natural models, but Svetlana arrived with such enthusiasm and knew exactly how to pose us (and make it look natural!). She was also able to keep up with the chaos of the wedding day, capturing everything from my bridals to us dancing the night away. When the bridal party arrived 30 minutes late and I was feeling quite anxious, Svetlana knew exactly what pictures she wanted to take and what pictures were on our shot list and got to shooting away. Her positivity and professionalism saved the day! The quality and creativity of Svetlana's work is invaluable. We'll definitely use Svetlana for all of our future photography needs and highly recommend her :)

Svetlana is the photographer you want. She provided fantastic samples of her work in deciding to hire her and her work stands out from among any other: she brings a level of passion, creativity, and joy for the event that is unparalleled. Be ready with any specific photo lists such as bride's and groom's families, once provided she'll ensure any requested photos are made. She arrived early to take venue photos, static photos of rings and bridal gown and shoes, and took excellent photos from both bridal and groom's suites right before the event. She covered all aspects of the wedding and the reception, including the sparkler departure and was quick to provide photos. Many guests noted how she never seemed to take a break. She is simply an outstanding photographer.

We are in love with our wedding photos! Svetlana is incredibly talented and she put us at ease, giving us just the right amount of direction. We knew we were in the hands of a true professional. Since it rained on our wedding day, I was worried about photos, but not only did Svetlana stand out in the rain with us, she made us look amazing! My friends and family are raving about them as well, since she managed to capture not just artful and romantic shots of us, but also both solemn and joyful photos of our friends and family that really capture the day. Leading up to our wedding she was very responsive to my questions and helped us with our timeline. We were also impressed to get all our photos only two weeks after the wedding! My only regret is not having done engagement photos with her, because we would have had even more amazing photos! We would absolutely recommend Svetlana to anyone!

Svetlana is a preferred vendor with our venue (Villa Antonia) and had a glowing reputation. I first fell in love with her work when on our venue’s website since most of their photos were captured by her. The first time I met her in person was the day of the wedding and I needed help getting dressed. Svetlana actually helped me get into my corset bra, shoes, and wedding dress the day of the wedding because everyone else was behind on their hair & makeup. I felt embarrassed having to ask her, but she immediately made me feel so comfortable. She is one of the kindest people I’ve met and you can tell she is extremely dedicated to her work. She was incredibly professional and told us exactly what to do – where to stand, what to do with our hands, etc. which eased our minds. All of our family members and guests loved her! We received our photos after the wedding very quickly (2-3 weeks) which included the bridal portraits I had taken the day of the wedding, as well. My goodness, I can’t even look at our wedding photos without crying! Svetlana was able to capture all of the most important moments while somehow still managing to find the time to capture those precious candid moments, as well. She has the incredible ability of capturing raw emotion in every photograph so it takes me back to the day of the wedding every time I look at the photos. Thank you so much Svetlana for taking such remarkable photos at our wedding. We will truly cherish them forever! I would definitely recommend booking Svetlana for your photography needs. We will definitely be contacting her for future sessions when it’s our anniversary!

Svetlana is an amazing photographer that did an absolutely AMAZING job with my wedding photography. Aside from being a great photographer, and capturing many candid moments throughout our wedding, she is also a very flexible and extremely professional photographer. She is was willing to work with me in any way to give me exactly what I wanted with the pictures on my wedding day as well as with the album. She would accommodate any and every request, and only provides perfection. My wedding was the first indian wedding that she shot, and you would never be able to tell. She was calm in chaotic situations and managed to capture great candid shots. Svetlana and her photos are absolutely amazing!! We used her for our engagement pictures and wedding at Becker Vineyards. She was one of the featured photographers at our venue and I loved how she was able to capture the natural beauty of the Hill Country, I felt like so many of her pictures could be featured on a magazine cover. We were so pleased after our first meeting with her; she is professional, outgoing and funny, and made us feel completely at ease about the whole process. She was so flexible and responsive when planning our engagement shoot, as we live in Houston and planned the engagement pictures in Austin. Her years of experience showed as she listened to our vision and picked the perfect locations and backdrops for our pictures. On our wedding day, she was a one woman show! Capturing and preserving the memories in photos was a high priority-- the one thing that lasts after the guests go home, and something to cherish forever. We loved working with Svetlana Frolova and are so pleased with the vibrant, colorful photos from our engagement session and wedding! I am so glad my husband found Svetlana! We cannot say enough good things about her. She was very easy to work with, knew exactly where to recommend we take our engagement shots, and how to pose us. As we had our engagement session only 4 weeks before the wedding, and hoped to create a guestbook using some of the photos, Svetlana was able to process our images and send us the files within a matter of days, which really helped us stay on schedule with our preparations! For the wedding photos, she shared with us two dropbox folders- one with high resolution pictures for printing, and one with low resolution for easier sharing with friends online. She was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to maintaining a friendship with her.

My husband and I hired Svetlana to be our wedding photographer after much searching and many meetings with so many different wedding photographers, and I am so very glad we did go with her! Svetlana and I immediately clicked, on a personal basis, at our first meeting, and I am sure I am not the only one who feels like Svetlana became a friend, not just a vendor, from the very get-go. This was very important to me, because of course you want to have a good relationship with your wedding photographer; as a bride and groom on one of the most important days of your lives, you want to feel completely comfortable with the person behind the camera. And Svetlana made us feel so, from day one. But of course we didn't just go with Svetlana based on how well we meshed. I was so impressed by her level of photography, the style, and knew that with her years of experience photographing weddings that we could not have found anyone better suited to our wedding. Svetlana also had lots of experience photographing weddings at the Villa Antonia, which is where our wedding was held, and this made a huge difference as well: to know that such a grand and highly reputed venue would highly recommend Svetlana's services, and to know that she would know the ins and outs of the venue like no one else. As the bride, I had Svetlana take my bridal pictures, as well as the wedding day pictures themselves, and every picture was absolutely gorgeous, each one telling a small story of our much larger wedding day story. Our friends and family could not stop gushing about how impressed they were by Svetlana's professionalism, skill, and her ability to corral wayward guests/groomsmen in a no-nonsense, but also fun and engaging manner. Our wedding day was the absolute success we had always dreamed of, and that's in no small part due to Svetlana! We definitely plan on hiring her again for every photo opportunity our lives as husband and wife present to us!

Svetlana did both my Bridal portraits and our Wedding pictures. She was funny and professional but most of all she made it fun and look feel so effortless. I have worked with Svetlana Photography on several occasions and for many years, not as my personal photographer, but for many of our brides that have had weddings at The Plantation House. As mother of the bride I cannot find enough superlatives for Svetlana. She was flexible because of there being and mist fog on one day and a beautiful and clear sunset at the wedding. Her eye is so artistic and she was wonderful and fun to work with.
She created poses and lighting that are so artistic--she is truly an artist.

Svetlana did an amazing job photographing our wedding. I interviewed numerous photographers in Austin and knew we had to have Svetlana after looking through her portfolio. I really wanted beautiful pictures to remember our wedding day and capture our friends and family especially since we had so many guests from out of town.
All of our other vendors (D.J., caterer, venue coordinator) would comment that they have worked with Sveltlana at other weddings and that she is amazing. They were right. Our photos are perfect. She was able to capture the whole event and got all of the big moments in our ceremony and reception as well as the sweet candid moments. Our chaplain, who has performed hundreds of weddings, commented that she was so unobtrusive during the ceremony but she captured the entire ceremony perfectly.
She is extremely professional and followed up to make sure we had all of the details down before the wedding which was important because I was a mess trying to keep all of our vendors up to date. She is competitively priced and could charge much more for her services. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in her work. We are so happy that we had the opportunity to work with her and will cherish our wedding photos. Highly recommend!!!

Svetlana did a fantastic job at our wedding. She was so nice to work with. She took a lot of great pictures, but was also completely unobtrusive. I've been to many weddings where the bridal party disappears for hours at a time to take pictures - we were able to get a bunch of high-quality shots relatively quickly so we could go enjoy our wedding! Was very impressed with the creativity of the angles/shots she was able to achieve - she has a great eye for making your pictures unique, unlike most wedding photographers.

Svetlana was the photographer for our wedding, and she did an amazing job. You really should just check out the images on her website - they speak for themselves. My dad works in a creative field (advertising) and has a much better eye for photographic talent than I do. I asked him to pick the photographer for the wedding, and he chose Svetlana based on the high quality of her portfolio. After recently receiving our photos, we couldn't be happier with this choice. It also helped that Svetlana was a consummate professional (and just an all around nice and reasonable person) on the actual day of the wedding. She really put all of us at ease. Highly recommend her.

If I could give Svetlana 6 stars, I would. She took our wedding photos several years back, and recently took pictures of our newborn, and I can't say enough good things about her professionalism and talent as a photographer. Her pictures belong in magazines, and capture the unique moments that most photographers miss. Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she is an incredibly nice person!

While Svetlana didn't know a thing about baseball you wouldn't know it after looking at my bridal portraits and wedding pictures! She is very personable and all of my family and friends loved her. There is no word to describe Svetlana and the miracle that she gave to my husband and I. I was never able to have the beautiful white wedding that I had dreamed of until recently when my husband said "lets just do it". No matter what age we are, all brides want to be Princess for that one special day of their lives.    We had planned a beautiful outside wedding at our home at 7:00 in the evening due to the August heat and had decorated everything for picture taking so you can imagine my feelings when after months of no rain it rained right before the wedding. All of our photographs had to be taken in my bedroom and in the dark. Svetlana kept me busy reassuring me that everything was going to be fine, kept me laughing so much my mouth hurt at the end of the evening and continued to take photos of me and my bridesmaids. During the ceremony I really did not see much of her and after she took many photos of Robert and I and our families. I was disappointed that everything that I had set up for photos did not work out, that was until I saw the photos.   Svetlana did not just take photos of us, she somehow managed to capture our personalities. I might not have seen Svetlana during the ceremony but she must have been everywhere, the way she captured the Texas sky, my tears saying my vows, when the balloon popped and the Preacher joked about a shotgun wedding, when I said "I do" before I promised anything. Each photo she took tells the story of our wedding. EVERYONE who has seen our wedding photos has said the same thing, THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT, THEY ARE WORKS OF ART. What I have are beautiful works of art that I will hand down to my daughter and her daughter and so forth, not put in an album tucked in a drawer somewhere. These photos are so beautiful that they would look beautiful on anyone's wall no matter who the people were in them. No-one would ever know from the photos that the wedding was not planned just the way it was photographed. How incredible is it that I have hundreds of photos and not one of them would I want to hide. The biggest problem is trying to figure out which ones to print. Svetlana made my dream come true, I was Princess for the day and I have many, many beautiful works of art to prove it. Svetlana was amazing. She works so hard and makes sure you get all of the shots that you want and more. You can tell that she doesn't just take pictures to earn a paycheck, she sincerely cares about the quality of the shots and the outcome of the pictures and the final product shows it. My wife has already recommended her to multiple other brides and was so satisfied with the pictures that she bought 5 wedding albums.

Svetlana photographed our wedding at Villa St. Clair in August. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the job she's done. Very professional, very assertive (which is necessary when dealing with our group), yet not rude or mean. The photos turned out phenomenal and on time. The price was very affordable.

Overall, a great service and we'd recommend Svetlana to anyone wanting a great photographer at their wedding.

Svetlana is amazing! Our engagement photos were so good! We are waiting to see our wedding photos but I just know they have to be great! She is very professional and seems like she is everywhere at once! She pays close attention to detail and is again amazing like I said. I can't wait to see our wedding photos!

Svetlana was so easy to work with. She was able to work around our schedules and go out of her way to make us happy. Our engagement photos were amazing! And she was so accommodating with changing dates because it had rained the day we were supposed to get our photographs taken.
For our Houston reception, we weren't even able to tell she was there but she had taken photographs of everything and everyone at the reception! She was simply amazing and extremely affordable. I would recommend her to anyone that has a wedding in Austin or Houston.

Sveltlana is a one woman show-she does it all! Our wedding accommodated 200+ guests, plus our wedding party. The ceremony and reception were located on a huge ranch and my husband and I were in completely different locations getting ready. She did a great job managing her time and was able to get pictures of the ceremony site/reception hall, bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen (where she had to travel about 3 miles away). She did all this, plus shoot our wedding ceremony/reception. She was everywhere! Very impressive for one person.
For my bridals it ended up raining and we could not shoot where we had originally planed...we had to change locations and she was completely willing and flexible.
She is very professional, organized and a class act! My family and I really enjoyed working with her!
