We absolutely love the availability that Suzy was able to provide. Also, the cake was simply amazing. People couldn't stop taking pictures of. Needless to say it tasted awesome. -

OMG! I can't even say a word to say about Suzy creativeness and just attention to details. My cake is absolutely gorgeous. I only met with her once. We told her exactly what I want for my wedding cake and she delivered the product more that I expected!!! The intricate details , lace on my cake that she matched with my dress, i am speechless!!! Originally, I wanted fresh flowers on my cake but she explained a very good sense why not choosing fresh flowers, I am glad she suggested the sugar flowers and it turn out to be gorgeous and I was able to keep and preserved the sugar flowers. The cake is delicious and her pricing is pretty reasonable..
My husband groom cake, oh my gosh, she really got it the way my husband describe to her and the lemon cake was delicious!!!!
She is very easy to work with, flexible and very professional. I highly recommend her. -

Suzy did an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job with my wedding cake and grooms cake! It was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted and had envisioned. I trusted her judgement with the grooms cake and again....presented me with exactly what I had in my mind. They both were perfect! So many people complimented on how good the cake tasted! I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you for your hard work we really appreciated it and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a cake :) -

The Queen of Cakes is AMAZING!!
First, I am hard to please and very demanding when it comes to fine details ... I want what I want. I have been a Creative Director for almost 20 years: from Dallas to London to New York to Austin and now San Antonio ... My clients expect the best-of-the-best-of-the-best!! Good does not cut it! My original caterer was unable to fulfill the needs for this high-end children's birthday at the last minute ... I was beyond the point where I was about to lose it ... when my friends in Monte Vista sent me to The Queen! And in fact, Queen Suzy saved the day!! The end results (hand-delivered on a Sunday!!) were a meticulously decorated 2-layer 6-inch presentation cake and 48 meticulously decorated cupcakes (in four different animal designs and 2 flavors) actually resulted in raising the bar of my past expectations for future events!! The following is what I wrote Suzy immediately:
The party was phenomenal and you are an absolute gem!! A Master Extraordinaire!!
Everyone (I mean EVERYONE!) RAVED about your work and the delicious goodies!! [...] And the detail, the texture and the taste. As much as I want you to be "my secret," guests were adamant on knowing the Pastry Chef and Fine Artist behind Sunday's fabulousness!!!!
My heartfelt appreciation, now and always! I can't wait for our next project in June ... If your calendar permits!

I would highly recommend Suzy for any type of cake that you need. She has made my wedding, birthday, and shower cakes. They have all surpassed my expectations. Suzy is truly talented! -

Suzy was wonderful to work with and she makes fantastic cake! We went to a few wedding expo's and sampled cake vendors and found that the cake seemed pretty dry. But when we stumbled upon Suzy's cake booth the samples were so moist and was bursting with flavor! Our meeting with her went well on what we wanted in a cake. She let us sample a great variety of flavors - it was so hard to choose because they are all so good! And she listened really well to what I wanted in a cake. Upon seeing it the day of, I was so impressed because she took my vision and made it absolutley perfect! -

Suzy was the most responsive and positive of all the people I called, very personable, very nice. Great customer service, no negativity, no "no's" she was excellent! Loved her attitude, I picked her because she had a lot of great reviews and its no wonder why. My cake was a bit smaller than expected but I suggest you see the sizes first before agreeing. She has very reasonable prices and the wedding cake was delicious, my guests were enchanted with it!!! Highly recommend it, she can can closely resemble a cake if you send her a picture of it and she will make your day! -

Suzy made my daughters wedding cake and the groom cake for their 8/3 wedding. They were beautiful and delicious. We had many inquiries about who had made the cakes. The animals on the hunting themed cake looked so great the children attending did not want anyone to eat them! I would highly recommend Suzy for a truly memorable and enjoyable cake. Karen -

Suzy and Linda took such good care of me. They helped me plan my entire wedding in less than a month. From the ceremony decor, to finding the officiant and photographer, table linens, creating my flowers, and the Fabulous Cake topped it off! It was all wonderful. I highly reccomend them -

A family member of mine found Suzy - Queen of Cake last year and she made my son a Toy Story themed cake for his first birthday and I absolutely loved it as well as the birthday boy. She did a fantastic job creating it and it tasted great! This year my son is celebrating his 2nd Birthday and of course I had to call Suzy to create another wonderful cake. This year she had to put an Avenger's themed cake together and once again I was very happy with the results as well as the birthday boy. Everyone loved the cake, Suzy was great, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in my family or friends. Her cakes are excellent and just the presentation of the cakes are awesome!! -

Our wedding was done on a boat in NYC and we have to say Suzy and her staff did an amazing job. They were a dream to work with thru the whole planning process. We hired them to do it all from planning, flowers,cake and decorating...and lets just say when we walked on the boat on our wedding day we were blown away. They did a beautiful job with everything the cakes were absolutly delicious our guests are still raving about how yummy the cakes were and how beautiful the decor was. So we would definetly recommend them to all future brides!!! -

Suzy has such a vision for the event that she is planning. I have used her several times for events, showers, weddings and birthdays. Everything comes together even better than I imagine. Her food is fabulous, her floral arrangements are gorgeous and her cakes are beautiful, fun, creative AND delicious! Suzy, Randy, and their staff are AMAZING. Our wedding day was perfect because of them. We approached Suzy originally about doing just our cake, but ended up hiring her to do our flowers and to be our day of co-ordinator. However, she went way above and beyond in everything she delivered. When a snafu happened with our center pieces, she tracked down a local wholesaler who was able to deliver exactly what we needed at a much better price. When problems arose the day of the wedding with the bar-tending service, Suzy was all over making sure it was where I wanted it to be. And then the cake. Wedding cake is usually ok to good. The cake was FANTASTIC. It's 9 months since my wedding and I still have guests telling me that they loved the cake we had. We will be using Suzy for all our cakes in the future. All in all, our wedding day was perfect and Suzy played a very big part in making it so. -

We called about 2 weeks out from the wedding to order a cake; we were very late and I knew it would be a challenge getting the cake we wanted with such little notice. ( Each one of us thought the other was working with the cake designer.) I sent pictures of the type of cake we wanted but Suzy also asked for pictures of the gown and other information. She said it would be a challenge to meet our time frame but she would be able to do it. When the cake came in I cried, it was more beautiful than we had hoped for. Totally exceeded our expectations. -

The flowers were very beautiful and the cake tasted amazing. The only thing that would make it perfect would be if the initials we asked to be piped on the wedding cake had been there. Other than that, no complaints. -

Thank you so much for the beautiful and delicious cake. All of our guests were raving about it. My husband could not believe the flowers were sugar! He thought the florist had placed them on the cake. We are already trying to find reasons to get another cake from you- we are thinking for my promotion in February :-) -
