    Susan is fantastic!!

    I was looking for a travel agent for our honeymoon, when Susan's Travel Services was recommended to us. I called Susan and left a voicemail and she promptly responded.

    We didn't have a set place in mind for our honeymoon, just knew we wanted a gorgeous oceanview and somewhere beautiful. She provided 3 options and within a few days we were booked for St. Lucia! She offered an affordable down payment option and we had until 45 days before our trip for the final payment to be due. This helped out tremendously as we were also paying for the wedding.

    Susan is amazing! I have tons of questions and she answers them all and very quickly. We had a small problem with one of our flights, the airline switched our flight, which would make us miss a connecting flight. Susan was on the phone with the airline and myself for over 30 minutes to help correct this and she did!

    She goes above and beyond to help and she sends information regarding any new procedures due to Covid. She provides information for excursions and activities and is more than willing to book anything we need.

    We can't wait for our honeymoon in the upcoming week! We also love her so much we booked another trip through her for the spring to Bora Bora. I highly recommend using her!!

    Perfect honeymoon experience!

    I would highly recommend Susan, she helped us plan our honeymoon and made it go so smoothly and perfectly. With all the plane changes and island hopping there was no stress thanks to her! She made sure everything was taken care of and gave us exactly what we wanted and kept our budget in mind! Would never book a trip without her!

    Honeymoon booked

    Susan was great. She was very responsive and made all of the arrangements perfect. We had the most amazing honeymoon and we have to thank Susan's Travel for that. We cannot express how unforgettable every single part of our trip was.

    Best wedding location and Honeymoon travel agent

    You'll want to hire Susan Green because she is so damm smart and quick and will find you a great location for your wedding and Honeymoon. She is so well traveled and knows how to find the most glorious perfect beautiful spot for the best price! I highly recommend her and she's funny so you'll enjoy working with her too!

    Such a great experience

    I have booked with Susan a few times and my experience with her is always perfect. She is so much fun to work with and has a ton of information about each location we have done.

    We are also vegetarian and need specific help with food recommendations. She always helps with that.

    Wonderful Travel Agent

    Susan is amazing. She works quickly and accurately to get me the best deals on ALL my travel needs. I've used her for Cruises, California, Mexico and a few other trips I have looked to plan. I always go to her for anything I need first when it comes to travel.

    We have used Susan‘s travel services for over 10 vacations now. She always plans every trip down to the smallest detail to ensure that we have the perfect trip every time.     Far better than I expected

    Susan and her team took my ideas and were able to offer feedback that not only cost me nothing.c they also vastly improved my vacation. She is thourough, wicked smart, funny. At the end of our planning, Susan became a friend.

    Created Stress

    I almost never write bad reviews but felt this was deserved.
    We were part of a large wedding party making reservations in Mexico. The bride (Shelby) told us to use Susan to reserve rooms. Trying to do that was difficult. Anytime we had questions she was traveling out of the country and said her assistant would call back (which she didn't in a timely manner). Unfortunately, the lack of communication made this very stressful when it didn't need to be. I sent her an email requesting reservations on May 23rd. On May27 Mckenzie called with minimal information. Susan didn't respond till June 8 saying she just got all the e mails? In mid July she sent an apology saying her assistant Mckenzie was no longer with her. Now I think She is back. This was not just us, it was across the board with family members. Getting a room confirmation was stressful. It turned out to be an amazing wedding but we were never really sure we would all have the rooms we wanted until we got there.

    Terrible. Waste of Money

    This lady Susan sucks, she will sell you in the original meeting that she is amazing for weddings but its all a lie. Then she puts you into a contract with a deposit when most agents don't even charge deposits because they get commission off the booking. She then uses your deposit to travel around the world while you need things booked correctly for guest and she will never respond until weeks later. You will learn the hard way if you hire her as your travel agent to book weddings. Im going to file a complaint with BBB and FTC shortly after this on her business because she and her company are lazy and just take your money to travel. Yes i stayed anonymous and we are a past client so you cant have google take down this review.

    Ruined my Bach trip

    Worst experience I have ever had with a travel service. While on my Bachelorette party in Mexico, Susan arranged transportation for me. While on her contracted drivers van, he stole my wallet, ID, cash, credit cards, and medicine out of my bag in the trunk. I asked Susan numerous times to call me, but she only emailed me and even getting her to do that was like pulling teeth. She claimed she was not at fault, however when you contract, trust, and give your business to another local company, it also falls on you. They failed to do their due diligence when hiring this driver. She was not able to help me communicate with the local travel company. The reason I hired a travel agent was to be able to HELP me. She told me to get in touch with them, however I do not speak Spanish and they do not speak English!!!! Why am I paying her if she cannot do a single thing to assist me other than redirect me? I spent the good half of my trip dealing with the police and local authorities. The entire time she dismissed any blame and dodged my calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs! My entire trip was ruined.
