You NEED Susan's Catering at your wedding
To say Susan went above and beyond for us is an understatement!! My wedding would not have been what it was without her. She was absolutely a pillar to lean on during the entire planning process. She truly cares about her brides and went out of her way to accommodate us in ways she didn't have to. And the food! Absolutely wonderful and delicious. She doesn't create a cliche wedding buffet. The menu she put together was creative and fresh and we have heard so many comments on how good the meal was. I could go on, but you absolutely need Susan at your wedding! She will be on your side and help you achieve the dream wedding. -

Excellent food
Susan's team was simply top notch! She worked with us to provide an excellent menu and the wait staff was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our entire event. Definitely recommend! -

Wedding caterer
Susan cooks with only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Her food is delicious and displayed beautifully! She was very helpful with contacts for rentals and beverage purchase for our event as well. Her entire team was professional and personable. -

Susan's Catering was wonderful in every way.
Susan's catering did a wonderful job catering my daughter's wedding. We had to postpone for a year due to Covid so saying that Susan was flexible is an understatement. Susan was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. She was always available to quickly answer any and all questions I had. She even gave me advice about rental items and made sure our rental order was correct leading up to the wedding. She came up with a fantastic menu. The food was delicious and everything went so smoothly. Her serving staff did a fabulous job, quietly and efficiently. If there were any problems on the day of the wedding, they were handled behind the scenes without my knowledge. I can't say enough about how supportive and helpful Susan was during the almost 2 years leading up to our event. Thank you, Susan! -

Exceptional Experience!
We had a fabulous experience with Susan’s Catering when planning our son’s rehearsal dinner! From our very first planning phone call to the end of the event, Susan provided excellent service: thoughtful questions and suggestions during our planning meetings, varied and creative menu ideas shared throughout the process, absolutely delicious and beautiful food offerings at the party, and professional, helpful service with her team during the entire event. Susan was available and flexible during the planning process, guiding me through each step- such a gift since I was planning from out of town. She was patient with the changes I requested during the process and found solutions to some of the issues we encountered planning during the challenging months of CV19. We were thrilled with the quality and presentation of the meal, which included exactly what we discussed but exceeded our expectations! Our guests raved about the food - so fresh, colorful, and flavorful . . and the perfect combination of healthy and indulgent! Our menu included a bountiful arugula salad with fresh berries, crumbled feta, sugar and pecans; dijon rubbed, grilled-to-perfection sliced chicken with white barbecue sauce and chimichurri sauce on the side, citrus, dill roasted salmon with fresh tomato caponata, roasted spring vegetables and roasted potatoes, and a caprese-style side dish. For dessert we enjoyed a scrumptious berry crisp with vanilla pastry cream and delectable triple chocolate brownies. Appetizers included cheese wafers with goat cheese, antipasto skewers, and open faced blt’s. It was a delightful evening, thanks to Susan and her team!

Couldn't have asked for more!
My daughter was married November 14, 2020.
We began communicating with Caterers in March. We selected Susan based on her choice of menu items and her years of experience. We didn't discover until later all the other reasons that she was such an excellent choice. She was incredibly helpful in not only answering our questions, but knowing the answers to questions that we didn't even know to ask!, When we selected her as our caterer in the spring, we had no idea that we would still be dealing with Covid in November. Susan touched base with us to assure us that she was still there for us. As time drew nearer, Susan arranged the meetings between the venue representative, our family, and her staff. She is very organized and VERY detail orientated. Again, she will clear up details that you don't even know exist. She worked with us on guest count, as the numbers continued to slip due to the upswing in Covid numbers.
The day of the wedding, I was a little frazzled (not unexpected of course!) but felt a real sense of relief when I saw Susan and her wonderful staff busy at work. She was on top of the CDC guidelines, including having her staff serve the food instead of the serve-yourself buffet line that we had anticipated. She and her staff of course were always wearing masks and gloves. After the dinner and dancing, her staff did an excellent job in organizing all the items that need to go home with the family (again, something I wouldn't have thought of had Susan not warned me): Food, bar items, etc. Speaking of the bar, we had Susan arrange the bar staff also, and they were great.
I can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Susan's catering. -

Susan’s Catering not only was some of the best food I have ever put in my mouth, it was also the most perfect wedding food! Our guests raced the whole night about it! Best choice we could have made. -

Our experience with Susan's Catering was exceptional. The food was excellent in taste and presentation, many guests commented on how delicious the meal tasted. Susan and her staff were professional and very accommodating to our needs and any request by our guests. Her pricing was fair and she communicated clearly and promptly to all of my questions. I would highly recommend Susan's Catering for any of your catering needs. It was one of the highlights of my daughter's wedding. -

Miracle Worker/Wedding Caterer
I highly recommend Susan's Catering! I was BEYOND clueless when I started the wedding planning processes but Susan was with me every step of the way. She even stuck through a venue change, major guest count change, and a date change--all within a few months of the wedding. She was so helpful in making choices and helping with the logistics of the event. No doubt about it, Susan's experience in the wedding business will make you feel at ease! Not to mention, her food is DELICIOUS and so creative. Cannot say enough good things about Susan and her team!!!! Thanks again!! -

Poole Wedding
Foos was amazing. We had over 200 guest and heard over and over again how good the food was.
Susan is wonderful to work with. Her and her staff were so sweet and willing to go out of there way to make sure both the presentation and service was perfect.

Perfect In Home Catering
We recruited Susan's Catering for an in-home event the day prior to my daughter's wedding in October. We had between 50 and 60 guests.
Susan was prompt in communicating with me and my endless questions. She was very flexible in coming up with an affordable, Southern style menu.
Susan's staff was very professional, friendly and were part of our family before the event was over.
The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
If I EVER need to cater an event again, I will call Susan. -

I wanted to extend my gratitude for your catering of our wedding. You really made it a special day for us! All of the food was amazing and it was staged and presented better than I could have imagined. You really made us feel like you understood our style and what we were hoping for and really delivered, even with our planning changing so much. Susan was an absolute dream to work with. Her ideas for the menu were creative and inventive, she was happy to work with a vegetarian option, and she involved herself in our planning process more than most of our other vendors. We had plated dinner with a sit-to-salad, and everything about the service and presentation was excellent. The food was delicious, the wait staff was friendly and efficient - what I can say I have nothing but rave reviews! We also used Susan's staff for our bar service and they were wonderful as well. I would pick Susan's Catering over and over again, you will not be disappointed. -

I had the benefit of having susans food over the years so I knew she was our caterer when my daughter got engaged. As a matter of fact, she was the first phone call and we planned the wedding on her availability. She is professional in every way. Her staff was amazing. And, I cant even count how many people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Truly, I got phone calls for a week afterwards wanting to know how she made this and that! Susan's Catering is amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a delicious meal at their wedding and/or any other event! From the get go, working with Susan was a breeze. She helped us customize our wedding menu (so many awesome options available) and it couldn't have been any more perfect. Since we decided to have a minute to ourselves in between our ceremony and reception (which meant we would miss cocktail hour), they had a sample of all the passed apps waiting for us (with a drink!) in our private room. It was perfect! Our wedding buffet was set up beautifully and everything was absolutely delicious! After the wedding, I received numerous compliments on how delicious the food was. Some even saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. So true! Since we didn't get to eat much at our reception, Susan and her staff boxed up every single thing she served in labeled containers and sent us home with them in the cutest insulated tote bag! It was so nice to really get to enjoy our wedding meal all over again! She even made sure to send us home with every flavor of our cake!
Susan and her staff are seriously amazing. If I have any other large function again in my life, I will definitely be using Susan's Catering and can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for their wedding caterer!! -

Susan's catering was the best decision I made for my wedding. She is AMAZING! Her food is wonderfully delicious! I crave her homemade biscuits and balsalmic strawberry mint jam all the time! Susan, will you just open a restaurant?! Not only was her food wonderfully delicious, but she was so helpful in so many ways! Susan knows what she is doing and how to get it done right. If you are on the fence between a few caterers, Susan does NOT disappoint. I received so many compliments on our wedding food, and even at how fun and attentive the bartenders were from her company. At every corner, Susan went above and beyond. -

We did not want the typical average reception food. Susan's menu was just what the bride and groom wanted ! The food was amazing - as good as a high end restaurant. So many of our guests raved about the food. Just what we wanted to hear. The extra time spent providing to go plates was so appreciated by all. We were thrilled with Susan and her staff. -

If i could give Susan's Catering 10 stars I undoubtedly would. From the moment we contacted Susan, she was nothing but professional, efficient, and a joy to work with. Since Nashville was the destination for our wedding, some aspects of planning were somewhat trickier to plan. Susan made this seemingly stressful part of the process nothing but a breeze. She arranged a private tasting at her house (including my wedding planner and a close friend since my fiancé was unable to make the trip) with every item we were considering adding to our menu- it was phenomenal. The moment we arrived she opened a bottle of prosecco and we ate a variety of appetizers. The dinner menu was amazing and Susan followed it up with homemade desserts even though she was aware we were probably leaning towards doing wedding cake from another vendor. She was truly the epitome of hospitable.
Beyond that she was always timely in her email responses, phone calls, etc. On the wedding day, she and her team executed the catering without a hitch. MANY of our guests literally raved, "this is the best wedding food we have ever tasted!!" There is no doubt that the high quality of her catering and service is a reason our guests had such a great time. She also made sure my groom and I enjoyed the food and pre-packed everything from our buffet in to-go containers within an insulated bag that conveniently was in our getaway car from the reception. Susan and her team really thought of everything. If i lived in Nashville I would have Susan do any event that needed catering service. You absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing Susan's Catering!! -

Susan, and her staff, are very professional. Everything ran so smoothly and I received compliments from guests on the food that was served. Susan's Catering provided the meal for our welcome party and it was phenomenal. Susan was a dream to work with, and she had no problems working with a handful of guests with special dietary needs. Susan and her crew were amazing and very attentive to the guests, especially my wife considering she had broken her leg on Sunday before the wedding.
Susan and her crew made sure that she was taken care of and had her food before anyone else.

Susan's food and services were FANTASTIC! Everyone who attended the wedding raved about how good the wedding food was! We had passed appetizers of bacon wrapped dates ( my fav!!), mini cheeseburgers, crab cakes, and tomato sandwhiches...which were perfect!
For the main course, we had a buffet of two salads, pork tenderloin, sliced chicken, grilled vegatables, and twice baked smashed mashed potatoes! My husband is a pasta lover, so she even made him his favorite spicy arrabiata sauce as a side dish!
Susan even made sure to pack us a "to go " bag in our getaway car, full of leftovers from all the food at the wedding, because of course the bride and groom never get a chance to eat! It was perfect!!!! -

Everything was wonderful. No complaints. Susan went out of her way to make sure we had food to take with us to the hotel as in the excitement of the reception we had little time to actually eat. It was very thoughtful. -

I am the mother of the bride. Susan and her staff are excellent to work with. She is very accommodating and listens to what the couple wants. She was very patient in getting the menu just right. Her presentation is very nice too. I would highly recommend her!!! -

I cannot imagine our daughter's wedding without Susan doing the food! Not only was the food truly delicious but it was displayed artfully. Susan & her staff made my evening as mother of the bride one where I could pay attention to bride & to all of our guests. As a caterer myself I have high standards & Susan exceeded those across the board. Thank you Susan - it was a magical night I will never forget! -

I would highly recommend Susan's catering for your family or corporate event. Her still is unique and the presentation is amazing. The taste is exquisite and she is professional and will cater to your needs and preferences!!!! Susan was a joy to work with. She was very helpful in selecting our menu and offered suggestions that would provide more options for our guests while saving us money! I cannot say enough about Susan and her staff. From the moment we began planning our wedding, Susan was wonderful to work with. Not only was she knowledgable about catering, but she also has numerous connections for other local vendors all over Nashville. Susan was able to create a menu that fit our wedding and guests perfectly. I still hear guests raving about the food! Her shrimp and grits might be my favorite :). Susan and her staff were very attentive throughout the night and always kept our glasses full. Along with exceptional food, the set up of the buffet was absolutely stunning. The food almost looked too good to eat! At the end of the night, Susan sent us home with a huge to-go bag, which we enjoyed the next morning. Working with Susan was a delight, and I will recommend her to anyone! -

We can’t believe how lucky we were to have Susan cater the best day of our lives. Four months after the wedding, and we STILL receive compliments on the food and presentation. Susan worked with us to create the most perfect menu and kept it within our budget. We truly could not have had a better, more enjoyable experience - from the initial discussions to determine the menu, to the special meal she set aside for me and my wife after our ceremony, Susan made sure to care for us as if we were her own children each step of the way.

Susan catered our wedding reception in mid-October (2012). She was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the very first call. Professional and courteous. Her references spoke volumes, and now we know why! She worked with us to construct a menu of seasonal food that fit our tastes and budget and accommodated our guests.
