Amazing experience and talented artist!

Susana was absolutely amazing! She's a sweetheart and a true magician with those makeup palettes and hairbrushes, and all of the ladies were happy and absolutely stunning. My mom has never looked so beautiful in her life, which makes this bride even happier. Our wedding was a destination wedding, so Susana had to accommodate to our weird schedule, hide the layover from our faces, and book a very late Hair and Makeup Trial for us. She was always easy to talk to and work with. She made it all work and look effortlessly. She was punctual, friendly, good with the different personalities and requests, and such an artist. We all looked beautiful all day and night long, and woke up the next day, still tipsy, with our hair and makeup intact! Susana will be doing my Maid of Honor's hair and makeup next for my MOH’s upcoming wedding! That's how much we loved her. Highly, highly recommend.

Incredibly talented and truly genuine!

Working with Susi was amazing. I worked with her for 3 days in a row for my very multicultural wedding and she is such a pleasure to be around! Not only that is is incredibly talented at both make up and hair - and truly listens to what you want. I had done 2 trials with her (I had a lot of different hair options I wanted to try out) but from the first 5 Minutes of my first trial I knew I would go with her for my wedding weekend. She did my hair and make up for my mehndi, rehearsal dinner and wedding and every single night I received numerous compliments on my hair and make up! She does an incredibly natural yet polished look that makes you still feel like you - and most importantly she listens to you. I’ve worked with some hair and make up artists who don’t actually listen and only impose their opinions - but rest assured, that is not Susi!!! She listens to what you want, and gives her best advice taking in to consideration what you’ve said! It feels like you have known her for years after knowing her for just a few hours! I am so grateful to Susi for being so present each day of my wedding and would recommend her in a heartbeat. If more hair and makeup artists are needed she brings along someone who is equally as talented and sweet (Juliana) who did a great job on my mother and mother-in-law. I can’t thank Susi enough for being such a talented breath of fresh air on my wedding weekend - truly felt like she actually relaxes you too, while doing a beauteous job on hair and make up! She is super proactive and responsive anytime you have questions ahead of your event - and not to mention quite punctual! Looking forward to hopefully working with her again soon for my next event!

Beautiful Hair and Makeup!

A friend of mine had used Susi for the hair/makeup of her wedding, which I was very happy with so I decided to use her as well. There were 9 hair and makeups for my wedding, so Susi brought two others with her to help out in getting everyone done. I thought everyone's hair and makeup came out great and everyone looked beutiful in their photos. I was initially not pleased with a part of my hair look, which Susi easily and quickly fixed for me and the end product was beautiful and I love all of my photos and how I looked on my wedding day. They were also very punctual and we actually finished hair/makeup early which was great! I also had Susi stay for touchups, which she gladly did. I also did a trial a few months before the wedding, which I highly recommend... not only to get an idea of what you'd like to do for your wedding day, but also because the views from Susi's studio are spectacular! All in all I am 100% pleased with the services provided and would recommend Susi to anyone looking for hair/makeup for their wedding.

Susana is extremely talented and I loved my wedding makeup and hair!

Susana is extremely talented, professional and kind. She was able to create exactly what I wanted for my make up and hair on my wedding day, and both looked amazing in photos! I'm so happy that I found Susana and would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a wedding makeup/hair artist!

This woman played a key role in my wedding. She was my hair stylist and makeup artist on the day of. She blew my mind with her service and connection. On time, professional, talented and sweet. She made 7 people look and feel like royalty. I still can’t believe she was around after the ceremony to retouch my makeup. Hiring Susana to do my makeup was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding process. Not only is she talented, she has a great personality and she is a true pleasure to be around - something very important to consider for the day of the wedding. She is kind, hard working and really works with you to make sure she executes your look perfectly. She also surrounds herself with a great team of make up/hair stylists. I had a big bridal party and they were all talented, efficient and focused. I really could not recommend Susana more!

Susana and her team were excellent! She did an amazing job with my and my bridal party's makeup and hair. I was indecisive and went for several trials and loved all the looks, just couldn't decide. On my big day she made me up beautifully - I felt like a movie star, so glamorous yet not overdone. She is very sweet and wants what is best for you as the client so you can see your vision through on your big day.

I opted for her to come to my venue for touch ups during out First Look, photography and right before the ceremony - this was well worth it!! I highly recommend. This added to the feeling of feeling like a movie star and made me feel confident I was looking my best!

Susana was the perfect professional. She arrived early the morning of my wedding and was able to do the hair and make up for 6 people seamlessly. We laughed and had a great time throughout the process. She listened to the unique requests from each member of my bridal party and we all looked amazing afterwards. I met Susana a few years ago when I had a professional photo shoot. She did a great job on my face and my hair. I'm very picky with the foundations, because I like to have a natural look, and she made it happen. And my hair... my hair is so thin, so difficult to manage, and I don't have much. She made an incredible job, that was the main reason I contacted her to do my hair and make up for my wedding.
I noticed that with the years she's even more professional and perfectionist, my hair was the highlight on my wedding, everybody has something beautiful to say about it, she did a flawless job!! And of course, the make up was impeccable, she use the air brush which makes me look very natural. Love it!!
BTW, the trial was very helpful, she gave me some ideas, and we worked on those.
I highly recommend her, I have already referred to her some friends, and they are as happy as I am with her work.

Susana did the hair and makeup for my wedding and I have never felt more beautiful!
She was attentive to my style and to the look that I was going for.
My mother and bridesmaids all looked amazing also, and everyone who was made up by Susana got complimented all evening.
She really knows how to naturally bring out your best features for that extra glamor element.

Susana and her helper were awesome! My ladies looked absolutely gorgeous but more, I felt, as the bride, prettier than I ever had. The best part was how well they took direction. I think every single girl wanted a different look (from natural to bold) and they listened to our exact needs. They had a huge part in me feeling like the day was truly a fairytale. Looking for the right make up artist for your big day can be a difficult and stress-inducing task, but you don't need to worry about it any longer because your search stops here- you will be so happy with Susana, promised! From the moment I stepped into her beautiful studio (with an amazing ocean view, by the way) for my trial, I knew she was the right fit for me. Susana is fabulous and professional, and she really listens to your ideas and feedback to create the perfect look that is in your mind. Because every bride is so different, this cannot be an easy thing to do.. but Susana does it impeccably. My wedding was on-location and Susana arrived early to set up, and everything was ready to go by the time I arrived. She is also very nice, calm, and patient, which made working with her such an easy and great experience on my wedding day. Susana also gives all her brides this really cute and helpful touch-up kit so that your make-up stays fresh and perfect the whole night. Honestly, I cannot have asked for anything better. Susana and her team were amazing!! All of my bridesmaids, mother, MIL, and myself had our hair and makeup done with Susana and her team. They did such a beautiful job! I had SO many compliments on my hair and makeup- it was absolutely perfect! I had pictures for inspiration, and Susana did a great job using them and "cpoying" the look. I was SO happy with my hair and makeup on the wedding day, along with everyone else in my bridal party! Susana also stayed through our pictures until the ceremony to touch me up, she was in between shots with my photographer fixing my hair and makeup. Her and her crew were amazing!

I don't even know where to start. I, myself, am a makeup artist and I have been a fan of Susana's since before I was engaged. She is so talented. My favorite! When I got engaged, naturally, I thought of her. For being such an in-demand, celebrity makeup artist, Susana still has real-world prices that I can afford. Best of all, she's sweet and humble. Her favorite makeup jobs are brides and she brings an element of calm to what can potentially be a hectic, stressful day. Everyone of my bridesmaids and court members were so happy with their hair and makeup. Susana not only is a professional and talented make up artist, but she is really sweet and friendly. Being a bride can be stressful, but she makes sure your hair and make up are not part of it. Susana is a true artist! My makeup was flawless the day of the wedding and lasted all night long. She is very calm and helps to make you feel relaxed while you are preparing for the big day. I was unsure of my hairstyle and she even let me meet with her a second time to find the style that worked for me. I loved her makeup studio, it has a gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay.
With all the stress that goes into a wedding, finding a makeup artist is an added stress. I am so thankful that I found Susana! Next time I have a special event, birthday, event, anniversary- I'm calling her!

Susana is the best makeup artist I have EVER worked with and I'm a very picky person. When I met her, after my 7 trials of "ok"
makeup, I knew that I needed to have her on my wedding day. I got married in Italy and I had not doubt that she was the person that I needed to fly over. She created the perfect combination between looking very natural in person and flawless in pictures. My hair was also beautiful and it lasted all night. All my bridesmaids were in love with her work. She is a very sweet person and was a great traveller for my destination wedding.

I could only said "WOOOOWWWw" when Susanna told me, see yourself in the mirror and tell me if you like it! I was astonished of how beautiful I looked... I felt like a celebrity! Iam from France, and i really wanted something romantic, boheme, and classic, ( like europe style ) for my weedind .Suzanna did my hair and make up and she also took pictures while the preparation....

Hi,
The day of my wedding as Susy completed my mother's hair and make up we were evacuated due to a gas leak at the hotel. We were later told we would not have access to the hotel for another 2 hours so we had to rush to a nearby hotel to complete hair and makeup. Throughout the ordeal Susy was absolutely calm which in turn kept me calm. She was also very helpful and understanding given the situation we found ourselves in. She was asked to sneak into the room, pick up all her stuff and set up somewhere else. Without hesitation, she did just that. As to the makeup, we couldn't be more pleased. She did an amazing job! Not only did I feel beautiful but I received compliments all night long. The groom cried. Very good sign! Lol! And, hair and makeup lasted all night long.

I am grateful to have found Susana. She is a true professional, proven through her amazing work and her ability to remain calm throughout the day. I've said this many times before and I'm sure I'll continue to say it when asked, part of the reason I was able to remain calm as I found myself evacuated from out hotel room 3 hours away from the our church ceremony was due to the fact that Susana never panicked but instead had a very positive outlook on things. This is exactly the kind of professional one wishes to work with on such a special day. So, would I recommend her?! ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

Susy, I can't express in words how grateful I am for your work, your professionalism, your ability to be remain calm as all around was as chaotic. You're AWESOME!!!!!

My hair is so stubborn. Its so straight its hard to get anyone to get the look I wanted with the soft curls and make them last all night. I passed through 4 hair trials in all price ranges do be completely dissatisfied each time. I decided to not undergo another hair trial and decided to take a leap of faith with Susana. All I can say is WOW! Her work is outstanding and superior to all others. She was also very flexible, punctual, patient and kind. I was extremely happy with her work especially for the most important day of my life. I would recommend her to anyone. My bridal party still talks about how great of a job she did and how glamorous they felt.

I used Susana for my wedding in Islamorada at the Cheeca Lodge! Every step of the way, she was absolutely wonderful to work with! I can't say enough good things about her. She is so professional, sweet, and not to mention extremely talented!!!!! She made my mom, mother in law, all of bridesmaids and myself look and FEEL beautiful! She is very calm which is great to have around on a crazy day and she actually made me more relaxed than anyone could. Her makeup was gorgeous in real life and translated amazing on camera as well. I will never thank Sussy enough for all her help. She went far and beyond for making may day a wonderful experience. She transmitted me her confidence and calm in the middle of my stress and her wonderful work was noticed by everybody on my ceremony and reception. I received great compliments about my makeup bcs it was natural and beautiful; my look was great until the end of the day and my pictures were much better that I expected.I 'll say that if you can have Sussy as vendor, do not hesitate, she is worted and highly professional. God bless Sussy for ever.

Susana and her assitant were amazing and way beyond my expectations! They were amazing and all the bridesmaids and myself absolutely loved out makeup. They were so nice and listened to what each girl wanted. We loved all of our hair styes. My hair and makeup was amazing. They did my hair exactly how I wanted it and my makeup too. A lot of my friends even said they had never seen such good makeup and hair. I'm so grateful to them for helping me and my bridesmaids look and feel pretty and making my wedding more special.

Susana is absolutely amazing! I could not have been more happy with my hair and make up for my wedding! She is the best! She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and her calmness really helped with when I was stressed out before the wedding. I would recommend her to anyone!

I think of Susana and I all that comes to mind is WOW! I can’t write a review that will do her justice because I am at a lack of the right words, but I’ll try! . Susana is WONDERFUL at what she does and you will not regret hiring her for any and all your make up and hair needs! Susana did my make up and hair for my “rock the wedding dress session” and I have to say it beyond exceeded my expectations. My now husband nearly cried when he saw me! He couldn’t help but stare in total awe. I had people stop me in the middle of our photo shoot to take pictures with me and compliment me. My make up was just beautiful and flawless, like you would see in a magazine. I felt like a model! She did not transform me, but rather brought beauty out I did not know existed. She is passionate about her work, very sweet, professional, pays close attention to what the client desires and makes suggestions based on her expertise. Suggestions that you can blindly trust! She is very flexible and accommodating and during the shoot she was on top of it making sure I looked nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again. She delivered exceptional service and I think she is a must have for your special day! Thanks Susana for making me feel and look so beautiful!

Susi was my favorite vendor! She is A-M-A-Z-I-NG! A true artist!
I used her a few times before my wedding including my engagement shoot and she executed my desired look flawlessly! :0)
Susi is very punctual and a true professional. Her prices are very reasonable and you will definitely get more than what you pay for!
She also did my bridesmaids' make-up and they all looked gorgeous!
Don't think twice about hiring someone else! Susi does amazing hair and make-up and will make you feel like a million bucks!

I am very particular about my hair and makeup. I tried a few different makeup artists before finding Susana. None of them compared to her quality of work. She is a true professional and extremely talented. I was able to show her a picture and she replicated it exactly. If you are looking for magazine quality hair and makeup, you should try Susana. I was completely satisfied with her work and received a ton of compliments! She was also very sweet, dependable and easy to reach. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again for future events.

I needed Susana's services for our first anniversary day. It was going to be a full day of celebrations, and Susana was able to accommodate me very early that morning in our hotel. She was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. My makeup and hair lasted the entire day, and I didn't even need to do any touch-ups (though she did instruct me how to, in case). She was able to blend a natural look without taking away from the glamour. Needless to say, I was blessed to have found such a talented person of her craft.

Susana Betancout is AMAZING. Susana did my hair and makeup for both my bridal shower and my wedding. She also did the makeup for my mother and maid of honor the day of the wedding. Susana gave me exactly what I wanted and my hair and makeup stayed perfectly despite me having both my ceremony and reception outside. She is extremely professional and will make you look very glamorous. Her rates are also the best I found. I highly recommend hiring her as the makeup artist and hairstylist for your wedding or any other important event.

Susi did my hair/make-up for my engagement session, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. She's fantastic, extremely professional, and listened to what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, we added 2 more hair services for my bridesmaids out of the blue and she was able to finish on time. She even helped my MIL dress. She's incredibly sweet. Everyone looked fabulous and my make-up lasted the entire night. I have already booked her for my best friend's wedding and will continue to use her in the near future.

Susana was a dream come true! I had gone through 3 other make-up trials before finding her and thought I would never find someone who "got" my look. Not only did she surpass my expectations at my trial, my make-up at my wedding was even better. I completely forgot to touch-up the entire night, but I never needed it. Despite having an outdoor wedding and dancing for four hours straight, my make-up and hair looked fantastic from beginning to end. If I could give Susi 10 stars I would!! To say that she is AMAZING would be an understatement! She did my hair and makeup for my bridal shower and wedding. It came out fantastic!!! Worth absolutely every penny. Her prices are reasonable. Her makeup was top quality and she was such a sweetheart. I love Susana! She is so talented and super sweet. She was quick to respond to any question I had. Everyone loved my hair and makeup and it lasted well into the night and even going out after the wedding! Great quality work and very professional. Susana was fantastic! She did such a great job on my makeup, as well as the entire wedding party's makeup, and she is very reasonably priced for the quality of her work. My makeup stayed on all night, and looked great--my husband's friends even commented on how great I looked. I'm recommending her to all of my friends that might need her.

Susana helped make my day calm, cool and beautiful! She is a talented make-up artist and hair dresser. My mom and maid of honor looked stunning after having their make-up and hair done by Susana. I won't toot my own horn but everyone said I looked like a movie star. Susana was of course, on time, listened to what WE wanted and molded her skills to our desired outcome. I think no matter what type of look you are going for as a bride, Susana, can make it happen. She is so creative and talented. Not to mention, Susana is such a lovely person to work with. My camera person was driving me bananas and Susana kept me grounded. I would hire Susana again in a heartbeat. I'm so happy we chose Susana and I wish her all of the best in her future endeavors.

Susana was great! A bit pricey for getting my bridesmaid's hair done since they didn't do updos - basically $70 for getting their hair curled, braided, and pinned to the side. But loved my hair and make up! And she was so fun to work with. Super responsive and always flexible.
