My now-husband and I instantly knew that Susan was the celebrant we wanted to go with for our wedding ceremony after our very first Zoom meeting. We were looking for a wedding celebrant pretty last minute and was recommended to contact Susan. Susan was luckily available for our date and rehearsal the day before and was able to send us a script to edit despite the quick turnaround. She had each of us fill out a questionnaire to get to know us and personalized the ceremony script with our own love story. She even suggested a creative unity ceremony idea that was perfectly fitting for our venue, and it added an extra special touch to our ceremony since we were doing private vows. Susan has a very warm and welcoming demeanor, yet is also very charismatic in person. She also has THE most graceful and elegant voice that you would want in a celebrant! Even my guests commented on how much they liked Susan and our wedding ceremony. I highly recommend her! -

Susan was amazing and extremely professional. We were fortunate to find her, we were struggling to find somebody to officiate our wedding ceremony who wasn't a family member and lucky for us we found Susan!
She was top tier and communicated effectively to help guide us throughout the whole process of writing the ceremony speech. During the ceremony she was flawless and even printed out our vows for us to read and speak during the ceremony. Which was very generous considering weddings can be stressful and every bit of assistance, helps relieve some of that stress. She'll personalize the speech to tell your story and the outcome was perfect for us.
We loved Susan and we think any couple looking for a professional and kind officiant for their ceremony will be happy with her service. -

Perfectly personalized ceremony
Susan did an amazing job of collecting information and writing the perfect ceremony. We had many iterations and she took all of our thoughts into consideration. The ceremony felt perfect for us. Susan was warm, professional and timely. Couldn’t have picked a petter person. -

Highly recommend
Susan is very professional . She has timeline to give couple the entire time. At first , she would schedule apppointment to meet the couple and explained the details about the ceremony. She is very organized, responsive , and punctual. Well communication with all the vendor to make sure everything okay . Highly recommend . -

Susan is warm, thoughtful, and delightfully easy to work with!
We absolutely loved working with Susan! When we began the wedding planning process, we knew that we wanted our ceremony to feel intimate and personal, but had no idea where to start. Our wedding planner recommended Susan to us, and after our first conversation with her, we knew that her energy and communication style were exactly what we were looking for.
Susan is warm, thoughtful, and delightfully easy to work with. She had a collaborative process of getting to know us both individually and as a couple, and then using those insights, she created our ceremony outline. We were blown away by the first draft—she had nailed the style and tone we wanted. From there, we went back and forth a few times on small-scale revisions via email.
On the day of our wedding, we received so many compliments on our ceremony and Susan as a celebrant. Our friends and family shared that the ceremony felt unique and personal and that Susan perfectly balanced the gravitas of the occasion with a bit of humor and levity. We couldn’t agree more! Susan is wonderful and we absolutely recommend working with her!

Susan is truly the best! She has such a knack for officiating, she made us feel so comfortable and made the entire process easy. From the first inquiry, Susan was extremely responsive. We traded many back-and-forth emails editing the ceremony script until it perfectly reflected our vision. We expressed to Susan that we both have a fear of public speaking and didn’t want to do our own vows. Susan worked out all the details with us to make sure the ceremony was just as we hoped for. She wrote a script that told our story exactly as we’d like and any worries we might have had melted away! One of the best things about Susan was that she was not afraid to push back on the script and offer ideas. Out of nerves, we had deleted a lot of our love story. Susan encouraged us to keep it in, she let us know it’s what our guests wanted to hear, and we are so grateful she was willing to push us to keep those parts in the ceremony. It ended up being the perfect length, had a romantic and lighthearted tone, and many of our guests commented on how wonderful our ceremony was. Susan has such a welcoming presence, she always made us feel comfortable sharing our ideas, and she made our ceremony truly incredible. She speaks beautifully and with just the right tone and cadence. We cannot recommend Susan enough!! -

Susan was great to work with, we both input some stories, values, and experiences we had that brought us together and Susan turned these into a wonderful service for our wedding. It was genuine, humorous, and thoughtful. Susan really listened to what we wanted out of our ceremony and made that come to light. Susan is an amazing celebrant!
To say Susan was a great celebrant for our wedding would be a huge understatement - she was phenomenal!
Our initial call and Zoom visit with her quickly conveyed the care, expertise, and personalization she brings to her profession.
Leading up to the big day, she gave us an overview of the order and timing of our ceremony. She also provided us with a questionnaire that delved into the layers of our relationship. She then utilized our questionnaire responses to craft our ceremony. Susan integrated our stories, humorous anecdotes, and meaningful writings and brought them together deftly to create a ceremony that was customized to us and garnered dozens of complements from attendees.
During our rehearsal, Susan patiently led us through the ceremony so that each person could practice their timing and placement. She answered our questions and let us practice several times until we were comfortable and confident.
We feel so lucky that we found Susan to lead us in this important moment and we are so grateful for her thorough, gracious and thoughtful approach. -

Susan was an asset to our wedding ceremony from the beginning of our search for an officiant. Throughout our communications, she provided timely responses in a clear and attuned manner. We were able to first meet her in person over coffee to learn more about each other. During the process of developing our ceremony, Susan collaborated with us and guided us through different prompts in support of making the ceremony our own. She took the time to listen to our story and carefully weave it into her script. She also helped us through personalizing our vows. Susan is a lively speaker who left a wonderful impression on our family and friends who attended our ceremony. Her services definitely played an essential role in our big day and we are incredibly grateful to have worked with her. -

Susan married us on 7/9/22 and we couldn’t be happy her that we hired her as our officiant.
Susan was very professional, efficient, personable and responsive in all communications. What we really love about Susan is that she drafted our ceremony and speeches to one another to flow easily and it was very personable. Our wedding ceremony flowed freely and told a story from how we met and everything in between up until our wedding day.
We had so many compliments from our guests and they were so impressed with her that they had asked for her contact information.
She also performed the wedding rehearsal ceremony so well and the actual wedding ceremony was perfect!!
Thank you Susan for being our officiant at our wedding and making our day so special!! I cannot say enough good things about her and highly recommended her!!!
We will definitely hire her again when we renew our wedding vows!!! -

My husband and I absolutely loved having Susan as our officiant for our wedding in January 2020. She was the first person we met with, and as soon as we met her we realized the search for an officiant was off! She made planning our wedding ceremony so easy and fun. She made sure that everything was catered to what my husband and I wanted for our day, and if we ever had questions, she got back to us with a thoughtful response very quickly. Our guests told us and our families that they found the ceremony so personal and funny (which is what we wanted!) and she really worked hard to tell our story. We got nothing but compliments on how much our guests felt like they knew who we are as a couple based on Susan's storytelling and ability to capture us as a couple. We would recommend her to anyone. Susan made our wedding an incredible experience. -

Susan was so lovely to work with! She was professional, helpful, and very flexible! Our wedding details changed multiple times and she met us with understanding and smiles the whole time. Our ceremony was beautifully written, many people cried! She even provided us our vows on nice card stock last minute and allowed us to hold the ceremony rehearsal in her garden. The day of, when everything was an hour behind and everyone was frazzled, Susan helped organize the ceremony and the DJ for us without us even asking. We loved having her officiate for us! -

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Susan. She took so much time and effort to get to know us. She probably knows us better than most of our close friends at this point! She made every step of our ceremony planning process not just stress free, but fun, personal, and very personal! We also had a somewhat challenging wedding in that ours was themed for the first video game that my wife and I bonded over together. She went the extra thousand miles to ask us questions about the game world, and incorporate that into our ceremony. We had so many people come up to us afterwords saying that they loved hearing our story through Susans written ceremony, and how engaging the dialogue was. I had a lot of people come up and ask how she was related to us, because she made it so personal that people just assumed that shed known at least one of us our whole lives. She even dressed up to fit the theme! After the wedding she also sent us a beautiful package with the ceremony script and our vows. We absolutely loved her, and I can only hope she's still doing this in ten years when we renew our vows! -

Susan and Dennis - Best Event of our lifes, and we have lived a while!! LOL
Susan was the highlight of our wedding. Life is so busy these days, her follow-up and follow through made our wedding. The ceremony was absolutely wonderful!! She created such a witty and warm atmosphere, loving and funny too!! It was the wedding I always dreamed of!! Thanks so much for making this the best possible day for us !! Susan made our day! Before our ceremony, she was wonderful to work with. She started by really getting to know our story with in-depth questionnaire, and then spent so much care on putting our ceremony together. We trusted her input every step of the way, but she gave us room to customize so that everything felt comfortable and just like us. Susan was there the day before for our rehearsal and worked easily with our event coordinator. The day of, our ceremony was perfection. All of our guests kept commenting on how personal the ceremony was, and how lovely it was to have a dedicated voice to tell our story. We are so thrilled she was there for our day! -

Susan was an absolute dream to work with. She takes what she does very seriously and puts in a tremendous amount of work to make sure that the ceremony reflects the couple perfectly. My husband and I met with Susan almost a year before our wedding, and after just a short meeting with her, we knew she was the celebrant we wanted. Susan sent both my husband and myself an extensive survey with in depth questions, so she could really get a feel for us individually and our relationship together. Once we submitted the survey to her, she drafted a ceremony for us and sent it over for us to add to/edit. She was so thoughtful in how she told our story, it was both touching and humorous, which is exactly what we wanted. She did such a great job making the meaningful moments stand out and still giving the ceremony some levity so it wasn't too serious. Everything flowed so well, and it really reflected the bond my husband and I share.
Susan doesn't offer up some cookie cutter ceremony that she performs for every client, she weaves a story just for you and your partner that fits who you are and the tone you want to convey during your wedding. Not to mention, Susan has a very pleasant voice and a wonderful cadence to the way she speaks; she is a natural story teller, plus she is just a really nice person.
Having Susan marry us, was easily one of the best choices we made for our big day, and we would do it again in a heart beat. If you and your partner put in the work and answer her survey open and honestly, she will put together something beautiful for you. You will not be disappointed. Susan is truly fantastic! -

She has great ideas, but only offers them as suggestions because her goal was to merely guide and inspire us in creating our ceremony. She is full of heart and compassion, and worked along side us as we edited and revised our drafts. Her professionalism and passion for what she does shine brightly. Because of her talent and experience, our ceremony was distinctly about us, and we loved it.
