So happy with her work!
What a great agency! We used Samantha Kane to help plan our perfect honeymoon! As an indecisive person we had a hard time picking a place. She was very patient and gave us plenty of options to then helped narrow down the best choice for us. She was very thorough with leading up to the trip with all the details in a convenient PDF. She was always available for questions and so helpful. We didn't have to worry about a thing and highly recommend them! -

Amazing and easy
If you are looking for a stress free professional travel service, Susan Peavey Travel is the place to go.
Susan did an amazing job, and took care of everything for us, when it came time for us to book our honeymoon. She did everything from booking the trip to providing us information about the area. If was our first time in Mexico, so her insight and suggestions put us at ease. It was the easiest part of our whole wedding planning.

UNBELIEVABLE in a time crunch!
Susan went above and beyond with helping plan our honeymoon in August! We reached out about 2 weeks before our wedding asking for last minute help with planning unsure of what to expect for a response. Susan immediately answered with not only one option, but multiple! She helped us choose the most perfect location and resort and we are so thankful for her help! It didnt end there! I ended up getting pretty sick while abroad and quite frankly a little scared on what to do. Susan answered our emails immediately, helping us take the best steps and making sure we were safe. Upon arriving home, she reached out and checked in on our trip and safety and made us feel extremely important safe. We will definitely use her again! -

Ease the Burden of Planning Your Trip
Last winter, I attended the White Wedding Show in Falmouth, MA and won a trip from Susan Peavey Travel to El Dorado Casitas Royale in Mexico. Having never left the country before, Susan was very helpful in easing my mind and making the planning process a breeze! She served as the 'middle man' in all of the preparations with the resort and provided advice as to what the etiquette was for an all-inclusive resort from her own experience. We plan to use Susan again when planning our upcoming honeymoon! Highly recommend!-

Knowledgeable and personal
I couldn’t have been more impressed and grateful to meet Susan and have her plan our honeymoon. Susan is incredibly knowledgeable and completely reachable when something goes wrong. I was very set on going to Saint Lucia for our honeymoon and she offered us some other options and sold us on Mexico (Unico resort) and saved us a ton of money. The resort was phenomenal with exceptional service. Susan’s recommendation provided us with the most memorable and valuable trip and resort that we would have never known about otherwise. Susan also went above and beyond with helping us to find fishing trips and giving us information prior to our travel. The resort was also not full of honeymooners and it really made us feel special and made us recognize that she was really looking out for our interest. I have and will continue to recommend her service to others and if you wanna take the stress off of planning your honeymoon then call her. She will take care of you while keeping your budget in mind! Honeymoon Booking
Dorothy and I worked with John Purcell to plan our honeymoon. He was extremely attentive to what we were looking for in a resort. John got us a great price on a gorgeous resort in Jamaica for our honeymoon! We book all our travel through John at Susan Peavy and would highly recommend then for any travel accomodations! -

Absolutely the best!!! We found Susan on Wedding Wire after having the worst experience ever with our previous travel planner. From the minute Susan started with us she assisted and organized and made sure everything was taken care. We had such a small time frame and yet that still didn’t affect her ability to coordinate. Susan and her team are the absolute best!! She even made sure that our guest had an amazing time!!! She surprise one of our guest witha birthday surprise since it was her birthday priorto the arrival for our wedding. We are already booking other trips with her travel agency. -

Planning a family vacation to Belize was great with Susan Peavey Travel. However, actually taking the trip was a different story due to Mother Nature! We have to rebook everything due to flight cancellations. Jasmine spent hours and hours on the phone trying to rebook our hotels, tours, inter island flights and more. Although we did not get our money back for the delay in departure due to the blizzard, we were able to at least get out a few days later and rebook most of our itinerary. We cld not have done this without Jasmine. The resort was amazing and once we actually arrived everything was planned perfectly. -

Susan recommended Unico, a new resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico and at first my husband and I were hesitant since it is so new. However after explaining exactly what we were looking for in our honeymoon (relaxing, great food, new/modern and authentic, on a beach, work out classes, excursions, activities and great drinks) we decided to take Susan's advice and chose the Unico...and boy are we glad we did. We had the most amazing honeymoon that we could have asked for. Susan also arranged the transfers to and from the resort (which was a Lincoln Navigator that picked us up). Susan was always very responsive and honest with her information and we would highly recommend booking your next vacation with Susan Peavey Travel! Thanks Susan we will definitely be going back to Unico and we look forward to booking with you again in the near future :)-

Susan Peavy came highly recommended through my wedding venue, Waverly Oaks, and they didn't disappoint. My now, husband and I knew we wanted an all-inclusive honey moon experience and were leaning towards Sandals. When meeting Susan, she was so personable and really listened to what was important to us (food, relaxation, amazing drinks, did I mention food?) she recommended a resort in Cancun, Mexico called Le Blanc. It was awesome!!!! She took care of everything from our transportation, flight, she even gave a little honeymoon care package. She was so thoughtful and seemed to really care about our experience. The payment plan was great too. We booked several months in advance prior to our wedding so we could pay alittle each month and not be saddled with a huge bill right before our big day. I would totally recommend Susan to anyone. And I even plan to use her in the future! -

Samantha Kane was amazing! She went above and beyond is assisting us in selecting our perfect honeymoon. She first off listened to our wants and needs, gave us great advice, tips, and lots (and I mean LOTS) of options. She was fantastic at presenting us with multiple packages in regards to my numerous questions and requests and breaking them down so we could understand the differences between each package. She made selecting our honeymoon an easy process and the trip was amazing! We were so well taken care during the planning process and on our honeymoon, we plan on using Susan Peavey Travel Inc and our rep Samantha for future trips! -

Let Susan Peavey Travel do the planning for you - there is no stress and it is FREE!! Also, knowing that you are staying at a resort that she has most likely traveled to is very comforting because she knows first hand the quality of service and food and beverages that are provided, and she only recommends the best resorts to stay at. She recently planned our honeymoon to Punta Cana. We stayed at the Excellence Resort-Punta Cana. It was amazing. Everything was top notch - the service, the resort, the restaurants, the spa and activities. We were part of the Excellence Club which made you feel even more VIP as promised!! I highly recommend Susan Peavey Travel, and the Excellence Resort in Punta Cana. I am hoping to visit again for a wedding anniversary in the future!!! -

Samantha Kane is AWESOME! She helped plan a family vacation for my family and we were so impressed I used her for my honeymoon! The thing I really love is how responsive she is. It seems like you can email her at anytime and get a response back within two-three hours.
I actually live in NC and while Susan Peavey travel is not located in that area I have never found that a problem.
If you are looking for an awesome responsive travel agent Sam is your girl! -

I had the priivilege of working with Samantha from Susan Peavey Travel on booking our 3 week honeymoon to Hawaii. I cannot say enough about Samantha, from her prompt responses, to her patience, to every single detail being perfect, she is simply a pleasue to work with! Our 3 week honeymoon which included 4 islands, 4 hotels, 3 rental cars and numerous excursions was absolutely flawless. We did not have a single hiccup throughout our entire trip. Every single hotel was immaculate and the locations on all the islands were right on point. Every single place had our reservations, each hotel knew it was our honeymoon upon arrival, all our excursions were planned perfectly- everything, I mean everything, was just perfect! Samantha/Susan Peavey Travel absolutely made our trip effortless and we cannot thank them enough. They took all the stress away with planning such an extravagant vacation. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Susan Peavey Travel upon recommendation from a family member. We traveled to Honolulu, Kauai, and Maui and had really specific requirements for our hotels -- Susan Peavey Travel accommodated all of our requests and made moving to three different islands seamless. They organized our flights at reasonable and easy times, got us great prices at 5-start hotels, and sent us a really generous gift certificate at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
I recommend Susan Peavey Travel wholeheartedly - they made our honeymoon as relaxing, easy, and fun as it could have been ;) -

Susan was fabulous, along with Sam. Sam was available to me24/7 for questions and changes I wanted to make throughout the planning of our honeymoon. She researched every activity and scheduled all of our excursions. I wouldn't travel again without Susan Peavy Travel planning it. -

I met Susan at a wedding show last year and ended up booking our honeymoon through her. Since then I have booked 2 other trips. Her and her staff are amazing and take all the stress out of planning/booking a trip. She is great at what she does.
We also sent friends and family there to book their trips and they have all commented to me how great she is. Highly recommend her and her company :) -

She really took the time to find the best destination for my husband and I, and her agency doesn't even charge a fee! Sue made planning our honeymoon carefree and worry free! She was so quick with responses and very informative. She gave us multiple options and was very patient with everything. I did not have to do a thing, I felt like I was missing something because Sue had done absolutely everything for us. She went above and beyond to make our honeymoon vacation a very special one. She sent my husband a birthday card during our vacation and also a welcome home card in the mail for when we got home. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend booking any vacation with Sue and we can't wait to work with her again in the future! -

The resort was incredibly beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for nightlife, don't expect it from this Sandals. It was very low keyed and quiet every night. Also, there were times when our waiters simply disappeared after our second course of dinner, leaving us hanging. Diving was okay, not overly impressed with the dive sites or the health of the reefs visited. Swimming with the Pigs was ridiculously priced but enjoyable. Our wedding planner and the actual day were lovely. Everything that we had arranged prior to our vacation worked out beautifully. The only glitches were the service charges never mentioned for the "complimentary" foot massage and manicure and our wedding dinner, in the Italian restaurant, the foods we ordered five days before were not available and we sat and waited for our final course for a very long time. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, we spoke to the hostess and returned to our room. Since our return I have attempted to reach Snapshots on 3 different occasions to view our wedding pictures and have yet to been provided with the information necessary to do so. -

Susan and her team was amazing! Although it wasn't always easy to get in touch with (as she travels a lot herself)....she made sure my very large wedding group was well taken care of before we left for our destination wedding. I had some troubles with members in the group not paying on time, but Susan tried her best to make sure I did not stress one bit. She was very accommodating. I have referred her to numerous people and expect that I will use her again for my family vacation . -

Eh, I got recommend from a bridal expo. The women Leah didn't even remember who I was when I called she thought I was an other customer, and it sounded like she was busy. She fumbled around for a pen and I think wrote down my credit card information which was really uncomfortable.
I also referred a co-worker and got no thank you or referral bonus. I'm just a quick customer I won't use this company or recommend it in the future. Especially for a honeymoon. -
