The Sunset Strings Team did such an amazing job in honoring all of our wedding ceremony requests. Walking down an aisle in the sand is never a graceful task but with the amazing addition of the Sunset Strings musicians and their beautiful sound, the entire wedding party seemed to glide down! Dan from Sunset Strings was absolutely fantastic for our wedding ceremony at The Resort at Longboat Key Club.
His violin music was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for our beachfront ceremony. Dan was professional, talented, and wonderful to work with throughout the process. The music added such an elegant and romantic touch, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was.

It was the perfect layer of elegance for our garden wedding at the vinoy and he was able to incorporate a great mix of both classic and pop hits which worked so perfectly for the flow from ceremony to cocktail hour. Great music!
We ended up hiring sunset music for our wedding ceremony relatively last minute. A friend was supposed to play at our wedding and had a family emergency and had to cancel. Luckily sunset music was available that day and did an amazing job!! It sounded beautiful and they were very professional!

Hired Sunset Strings and they did not disappoint. Their process early on gave me confidence they would have everything in order and ready to go day of. Our violinist was amazing and was a perfect addition to our 30 some odd small wedding. We had some requests, like timing of particular song for walk out or in, etc., and they catered to those requests and executed everything beautifully, even up to a couple days before the event. Pricing was reasonable and had zero complaints and only positive reviews from our experience!

Sunset Strings was amazing to work with and made my day sound beautiful! Erica was super easy to communicate with and I never went more than a few hours without a response. I had a traditional Catholic wedding, so I was at first nervous about using outside musicians. But Sunset Strings was familiar with the sequence of events and was able to flow seamlessly with the church organist and cantor. Having them play my entrance song was a great choice since I tend to walk fast and they were able to watch the whole time and perfectly time it out for the ending to happen right when I reached the altar. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for live ceremony musicians!

You can't hire a better string group in the Tampa area. There are so many vendors out there that do music as a side job. Sunset strings are professional musicians as a career and all have college degrees in music. These guys are top-notch. They might be a little pricier but their sound is a world apart better than the next vendor. Their knowledge is extensive. They can accommodate almost any song and will learn new music if you request something, not on their repertoire. They are of the highest caliber and it shows. Your guests will be impressed and if you have guests with a music background they will be delighted with the excelence of Sunset Strings.

Amazing the second time around!
Two years ago we hired Sunset Strings to play at our wedding. They played flawlessly and perfectly complemented our ceremony. My only regret was that as the bride I really did not get to hear them play. Fast forward to our two year anniversary two weeks ago, my sweet husband secretly scheduled Sunset Strings to play a private concert just for us. They played all the songs I was unable to enjoy at our wedding. It was the most amazing night and such a treat listening to the beautiful music they played two years ago... the best night of my life.

Hire Sunset Strings for my wedding on Saturday and there are simply not enough words to explain how great the music was. Amazing for an Intimate Wedding!
I am so glad that we hired Sunset Strings for our intimate wedding this past month. Alvaro, our violinist, did an outstanding job playing music for our guests. He played everything we had requested, and then threw in some other songs as well. He even stayed to play some music so we could have our first dance! He went above and beyond to make sure that our intimate wedding was everything we could have hoped for. Sunset Strings was also very flexible with our timeline and any changes we had to make to
follow COVID guidelines. I would 100% recommend them for your wedding or even intimate ceremony!

An elegant touch to our boho wedding!
My husband and I had such a great experience with Sunset Strings performing at our wedding! They were so helpful and kind throughout the planning process. I was able to choose which songs fit best to make the ceremony most personal and it gave our outdoor ceremony such an elegant touch. With choosing a more boho style wedding I wanted to be sure it was still elegant and classy and they were such an important piece to creating that feeling at our ceremony and cocktail hour! The perfect romantic detail!
My only regret about Sunset Strings is that, as the bride, I didn’t get to hear much of their performance! We had a string duo at our ceremony and an electric violin at our cocktail hour. The parts that I did hear were fantastic, and hearing them start to play my song before I walked down the aisle immediately brought tears to my eyes. The music was so beautiful and such a nice, romantic detail for our wedding. Booking and paying was made so easy with their online system. The musicians were incredible and everyone loved the music they played! They even learned a special Indian/Bollywood song that was my sister’s favorite and played it for her! Very dedicated, kind, amazing people! Would highly recommend working with them for any events you may have!

Favorite element of our wedding day
We had the violin and cello played during our ceremony by Sunset Strings and it was truly my favorite part. It added an element of romance and charm that I don't think music from a CD could give. I would strongly recommend anyone on the fence about this, to go for it. You won't regret it! Their talent is undeniable and their music will only add to your most special day!

A perfect touch
I’ve always known that I’ve wanted a string performance at my wedding. Right off the bat, Erica was so easy to connect with via email and I was immediately intrigued by their long repertoire available. We even asked them to play a song that wasn’t on their list, and they were able to accommodate it with no problem! I had a string duo for both ceremony and cocktail hour and it was absolutely beautiful. I really wish I could have enjoyed it more myself but as a bride I was off taking pictures. However, I received multiple compliments on them and wouldn’t change a thing! It was such a nice touch having them and really added a a relaxing and romantic vibe. I highly recommend sunset strings!

Amazing!
I decided to hire Sunset Strings towards the end of my wedding planning. Hiring them was the best decision!! Erica was so responsive, caring and so easy to get in contact with! I hired the string duo for prelude, my ceremony and cocktail hour at the Vinoy Renaissance and people are still talking about how beautiful it was!! thank you so much Sunset Strings I will forever recommend you! :)

Amazing- Totally enchanting
We couldn't be happier with the music selection and professionalism of sunset strings. We walked down the aisle to songs we hand-picked and it was very special. Erica was very responsive and answered my calls the moment I had any questions. The payment process was simple and very upfront. No hidden fees. They played all the modern upbeat songs we asked during cocktail hour. It made our event sophisticated yet trendy. Would recommend anytime! I can't tell you how many people asked about the strings after the wedding looking to book them for upcoming events. It was a great experience.

Beautiful music!
We hired a violinist for our wedding ceremony and the music was beautiful! It really brought the ceremony together and the guests loved it. Sunset Strings was easy to work with and very nice and professional.

We booked the string duo for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! They were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Erica was accommodating with our requests and communication was easy and flawless. I honestly don’t remember much about the music as I was walking down the aisle because my head was in the clouds, but our guests raved about how great the duo played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Fantastic! Great Musician and Great Service!
We were thrilled with the arrangement of the custom music and with the violin from our wedding ceremony!! Everyone loved the music; the violin complimented our Florida Aquarium location (so serene and beautiful). Your large catalog of music made it easy to pick a varied selection of songs (including Bob Marley, Queen, and the classical favorites). We are definitely recommending you and will be calling for our next big event.

The perfect soundtrack to our day
Sunset Strings was a dream vendor to work with for our wedding. Not only did the string duo sound amazing and were very professional (received tons of compliments from guests) but Erica was always an email/phone call away. If you're on the fence about hiring them don't be..they are truly worth the investment.

Sunset strings
I am so happy that we hired Sunset Strings for our wedding. They played the violin for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They have a very large catalogue of songs for you to choose from. Many of our guests complimented the violinist during our cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend them!

Wonderful and Incredible!
All my guest raved about the music and how lovely it sounded. We had a string duo with violin and cello. It was perfect and the professionalism was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Erica was very accommodating to meet all my desires for music and timing.

Wonderful Company & Musician
Sunset Strings was super easy to work with, their website had tons of audio clips and the staff was responsive to all our emails. The violinist was prompt on day of, played beautifully, and was a super nice guy to boot. The site coordinator had worked with the company before and also had nothing but good things to say about them.

Just Perfect!
We hired Sunset Strings for my daughter's wedding on 11/10 at Historic Spanish Point. We decided to add strings at the last minute and they were very accommodating and responsive. I am so glad we selected them to do the ceremony music as it lent a truly magical element to the event. Would not hesitate to use them again.
