We used Sunset Limo as our transportation service for our Colorado wedding and they did a fantastic job. We required transportation to and from Boulder and Denver for our guests and for ourselves. Their service was flawless as they were ready outside to pick us up at each location before our arrival. Their drivers were extremely professional, great at communicating and accommodated all our needs. We would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and professional transportation.

Clean, fun, reliable transportation!

We used Sunset Limo for our wedding transportation, and it was all great! We got a large 50 person shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and a limo to take the wedding party. Everything came on time, was clean, and ran perfectly! We also had a party bus to take the wedding party to an after party after the wedding was over, and it was so much fun! Fit a lot of people, had fun lights, and we got to play our own music! I would recommend Sunset Limo for your event!

Great experience. They have the best drivers!

We have nothing but great things to say about Sunset Luxury Limousines. My wife and I got married at Sunrise Amphitheater in Boulder, CO this past summer. Sunset was able to give us affordable transportation to and from the peak of Flagstaff mountain in Boulder, CO. The road to get up there had some serious switchbacks. We had quite a few moving parts in our shuttle services that Sunset provided. We had two large shuttles picking up most of our guests at our hotel, a shuttle bus for the bridal party, and a limo for the groomsmen. With all of these different moving parts and the roads, I was pretty nervous on the big day that something would go wrong. They were able to put my mind at ease knowing that they had everything under control. Every interaction that I had with Sunset and their drivers was amazing. Thank you so much for making our day so special! We would highly recommend Sunset Luxury Limousines!

Best service ever!! I recommend this limo company! The limo bus was beautiful and arrived 20 minutes early! Our driver was the nicest and most professional guy I’ve met! It was such a wonderful experience and I really enjoyed my time! The limo buses were so clean and were like almost brand new!! Thank you so much Sunset Limo!

I was a little overwhelmed when my daughter decided she wanted a Birthday in the mountains with all other friends.... how would we get them all there? After doing some research and calling a variety of companies we decided to use Sunset. From the moment I called they were so nice and professional. I felt like they really wanted my business and wanted to truly help my daughter have a special day. Darren even had a few suggestions I never even thought about! We ended up using a beautiful white shuttle bus. This bus was huge! Plenty of room for parents, kids, and all the coats etc. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. Thanks Adan! We will be sure to use Sunset anytime we need transportation!

We used Sunset Limo for a transfer from the venue to the hotels for our bridal party and ourselves after our reception. I worked with Darren leading up to the event, and he was very helpful in guiding me to which limo choice would be best, and even offered to have me come to their office to look at the different limos in person. The limo itself was much cooler than I had imagined, with a great sound system and lights. Our driver (G-Man) was very nice, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Sunset Limos.

We had a wonderful experience working with this company! They had the best price and catered to exactly what we needed. We had a New Years Eve wedding (12-31-2015) in Colorado Springs. We had a full day using their 16 passenger party bus. Our driver was amazing! She was prompt, polite, and did great being flexible with us and where we wanted to go. We also wanted to get any guests home safe at the end of the night since it was NYE and she did great catering to all of us. We were suppose to have vodka and bourbon provided in the bus, but we got champagne instead. We were happy with champagne and very happy with this company!

We used Sunset Limo for our wedding day on 11/15/14 in Denver, CO. We requested the 16 passenger white Porsche Cayenne. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided leading up to and on the day of the wedding. The driver was always where he was suppose to be, even with our somewhat complicated plan for the pre-ceremony pictures and the ceremony drop off. He was also very friendly and always helped me (the bride) and my slightly handicapped (post foot surgery) bridesmaid into the limo. The limo was clean, and everything we requested was inside. The heating system and sound system worked well. The only thing I will note is that we fit 14 people in the back of the limo and it was tight in terms of room. Granted that was one bride in a big dress and everyone in winter coats.

We were so happy we chose Sunset Luxury Limousines for our wedding day. They did an absolutely wonderful job from making of the reservation to dropping us off at our destination on our wedding day. The driver was professional, friendly, easy to work with, and he even gave us an extra 30 minutes free as they was no one after us. We would use them again in a heartbeat if we needed a limo for another event. We would highly recommend them for your wedding day or any other occasion you are celebrating.

He was extremely nice and helpful. He seemed to be the lead and stayed in touch with the groom's limo to ensure he was where he needed to be. The day of my wedding, I had a change in locations that the limos had to go too. There was no problem, no extra cost, and my guests told me the chauffeurs was wonderful.

Took the worry out of transportation

We used Sunset Luxury Limousines for transportation for our wedding and they did a wonderful job! We contracted for two luxury buses with seating for 55 and one Escalade for the bride. Darren was super easy to work with to set things up and the drivers were amazing. The feedback from our guests was the buses was super nice and the drivers made sure they were dropped at their hotels which was important to us due to the late night and most of our guests being from out of town. If you are looking to save a buck, this is NOT your transportation company. If you are looking for a transportation company that has extremely nice equipment operated by professionals and will go the extra mile, this IS the only place you need to call.

It was a little pricey for a one-way trip to the airport in an excursion, but it ended up being totally worth it! The driver had champagne and balloons for us, and when my husband left my bag in his friend's car and we were already 15 min. away, the driver turned around and went back, at no extra charge. He was very friendly and professional, and the car was immaculate and comfortable. We would use them again!

Sunset provided a limo and a party bus for our wedding. We booked pretty last minute and they were very flexible with some changes I made. The drivers were wonderful and my guests loved the bus service and champagne. The limo driver was fantastic and when it started snowing he made sure to cover us with umbrellas to get us inside (this was such a nice touch...really appreciated).

The customer service over the phone was great. The value for cost is expensive when renting a limo, so it average, but our limo and driver were great. Speaking of the driver, he was just so nice and seemed to have a good time with us. We would use this service again, for sure.

After a few emails I was able to book Sunset Limo. I was a little nervous when I didn't get a confirmation, but I contacted them and they sent it right over. They were right on time and were patiently waited while we took pictures. The limo was very nice, clean and well kept. The driver was very friendly and happy to oblidge when we asked him to make some extra stops for pictures.

The limo service was nice. The driver showed up early and there were balloons in it that matched my wedding colors. I gave the driver a list of stops to make to pick up the bridal party and he had no problem. The only problem was at the end of the night. We had reserved the limo for only 6 hours but we weren't ready to leave yet. We asked the driver to stay and he said he couldn't. We did not have cell phone reception at the reception (in the mountains) so we had to struggle to find a land line to call the limo company and ask them to allow the driver to stay for an extra hour. Once that was approved, the driver was willing to stay and everything went fine. I would still use again. Just make sure you plan for extra time!

We took a limo from the ceremony venue to the reception venue. Everything with the limosine went as well as could be expected. The only thing missing that was detailed in the contract was that there was supposed to be a red carpet and just married signs and there wasn't.

Both drivers did a great job on the day of our wedding. We rented 2 limos: 1 Black Hummer & 1 White Navigator. As for the condition of the Black Hummer, we were very disappointed. It seemed VERY old, used & worn out. The door was badly damaged in that if you grabbed the handle when exiting, the entire interior of the door almost fell off!!! Either a very heavy person broke the door or too many people have used the door & worn it out or both, I guess. Either way, if that is the condition of the limo, it does NOT need to be in service until the door is repaired. It would be different if it was a door that was never used, but this was the main exit door for everyone using the limo. Also, overall it seemed like a very rickety ride, the glasses were constantly making noise & the interior strobe-type lights were annoying in the day time. The White Navigator was in much better condition - wish we had 2 of those instead of the Black Hummer, but how could we have possibly known in advance? Oh well.

I dont know how well they compare price wise to others. i suppose right in the middle...but they provide great services and are a joy to work with

This was about the only limo service that we could find to just take us one way for one hour. Their rates are very reasonable. Driver was nice, but was not informed that we had already paid in full. Price included red carpet, just married signs, champagne, and balloons in our wedding colors. I thought that the wedding package added a lot of value! $135 before tip. My only complaint is that we did not get the exact limo that we requested. We had requested a white Chrysler 300 and got a black stretch SUV.

Service was professional, on time, and couteous! Driver was extremely nice to all members of our wedding party. Everything about our driver and Range Rover limo was awesome except for the size. I remember double-checking and were told it would fit 18 people comfortably and this was NOT the case. We had 18 members in our bridal party and had to tell 2 members to drive themselves because they couldn't fit in the limo. Please understand, we only had 2 members that were slightly on the larger size but nothing out of the ordinary. It was embarrassing to "kick them out" of the limo after everyone was already piling in. Also, one member had to sit in the front seat, separated from the rest of the party. It was just awkward. I am not sure how I would have known in advance that we wouldn't fit unless the representative explained this to us. It was disappointing and we had to profusely apologize to our wedding party for the screw-up. If you get a limo, please make sure it fits the number of people they say it does!

Sunset Limo arrived in a clean limo and on time. However the driver was trying to get members of the wedding party to sign for the limo while we were still finishing up pictures outside the church. He was trying to be professional but it was distracting and should have been handled differently. The limo looked great but lacked enough AC for a wedding party of 20 in July. I would recommend trying a party bus for this size group in the future!

We used Sunset for my bridal party to get to the event and then also rented a bus for transporting guests from our hotels to the venue. Overall we had a good experience but there were a few hiccups.

Firstly we rented a 14 person stretch for our bridal party but we only got a 10 person, it was still so much fun and the driver was great but we were a bit tight.

I also had rented a charter bus for the shuttling and a party bus showed up instead, which was fine, it turned out to be a lot of fun but it wasn't what I ordered and not what I pictured my grandma taking to my ceremony :)

The customer service I received over the phone was great, the team was responsive and answered all my questions. The driver of the stretch limo was super nice and attentive. Our bus driver was good, but he bothered us several times throughout the night for his gratuity, which we were definitely going to give him but were planning on waiting until the end of the night. He didn't seem pleased with that. I understand gratuity is important and we did tip him what we had planned on, but I just wish it would've been handled a bit differently.

All and all this is what I would expect from a limo company and I would recommend them, I would just hope that they make sure if you book to call the day before or day of to confirm your rentals are what you expect.

Overall we enjoyed our one-way ride from the reception to the hotel. It was a bit of a struggle to get the whole thing nailed down. We were quoted their "best price" and after struggling with a different company we decided on sunset (whom we have used numerous times in the past). What we ended up paying was a lot less than their "best price" quote but I wasn't going to complain!

Great service and great limos. Drivers were very friendly and arrived on time. They were even flexible when we went over in time by by a few minutes. I had called a few days before to make all the final payments and fax over the credit card authorization form, but apparently the person I spoke with never made any of the payments or sent me the form because on the day of the ceremony I was required to pay again for everything. I was not charged twice, but avoiding dealing with this on my wedding day was exactly why I had called a few days before. Other than that one mixup everything went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend using them again. I don't think they were the cheapest option but it was worth he peace of mind knowing we were dealing with a solid company.

No complaints about the stretch limo, and limos were on time, but A/C was not on in the party bus and we were sweating so much right before we had to take pictures - awful. Driver was not friendly. We were promised a "Just Married" sign on the back of the bus. When I called a few days later, the person on the phone apologized and said "Unfortunately we can't give refunds or anything. We can give you a discount if you need a limo for your honeymoon." I wasn't looking for a refund...but something in the form of customer service would have been great. I should have read these reviews before booking. This place isn't cheap either.

Everything was great with the Limo's themselves. The drivers on the other hand were not the greatest. They were not the nicest of the bunch were actually rude at points. They did not look happy to be their at all! We had scheduled for a pick up to leave our wedding at 11:00 PM and started to receive phone calls at 10:45 asking where we were and a voicemail saying he was getting ready to leave. We did not have the phone with us at the time as we were enjoying the last minutes of our reception. The driver than walked up to a few people that were outside and said since he could not reach us he was going to leave unless we were ready to go. We scheduled our limo for 11:00 not 10:45 so I don't understand how he thought it would be acceptable to leave. We did not make him wait a minute past 11:00 and you could tell he was in a rush and wanted to be done for the night. I would suggest using a different company if you care about how the drivers will act at your wedding.

They showed up with a limo without air conditioning on a day that was fairly hot! I wish they would have called and asked me if I wanted to switch to something else. Byt he time I got to my reception, my hair looked awful because we had to drive with the windows down. I wrote the company and told them how disappointed I was in their service and never heard back!

I used this company for my rehearsal dinner and wedding.

Rehearsal, LIMO BROKE DOWN. We were stranded for over 1 hour until another limo arrived. They offered to extend our rental time however due to our schedule we could not accept. No one called to apologize, offer compensation.

The wedding day we reserved the Big Foot for bridal party and a shuttle for guests. The big foot did not come, they claimed the big foot was out of state for repair and gave us a party bus! I would of liked to know this before walking out of my hotel in my wedding dress expecting one thing. We also reserved the bridal party bus for after the wedding and it DIDNT return! Bridal party had to take the shuttle back to hotel !

I emailed several times since the wedding and no response!

Pick someone else!

While the bus itself was nice, none of the humans associated with our experience were. After 3 calls from us to them in advance of the wedding to confirm the details would be right and after receiving assurances, it did not go as it was supposed to night of and they dropped our guests - some elderly and disabled - down by the side of the road and a quarter mile away from our ceremony site. When it came time for the first departure, our banquet captain went to look for the driver and he was nowhere to be found. His bus was there though, dark and locked. Because he left so late for the first departure, he was not there at the end of the night and we and our guests ended up waiting outside in the dark after our reception ended and ultimately trekking a quarter of a mile down a dark road to meet him when he returned. Additionally, the driver was very rude. We expressed our concerns to the manager after the wedding and instead of accepting them and apologizing, he argued point by point with us and did nothing to remedy.

Terrible customer service mistakes happen so make it right when they do and this company will not

Do not use this company! If you have any issues they will not refund or attempt to fix your problem. You will get the run around. We ordered a 8 passenger limo. As a previous Limo driver for A ADVANTAGE LIMOUSINE(Very reputable company and would recommend over sunset) We had to show up an hour and a half early to ice down the limo and make sure everything worked, heat/ ac, music, lights ect. When this Limo pulled up the driver had nothing but ice in the cooler. He never tested anything to be sure we would be comfortable. It was New Years Eve 2021, yes that recent, It was cold and snowing and this Limo had no heat, the door to let in passengers was broken, and hit one of our guest in the head because the paneling was so bad. One speaker worked for music. Since it is too late of coarse to change dinner plans ect. The Limo driver(Conrad) stated he had no Idea this limo was this bad and to call the company in the morning and they should reimburse us some of the 1000.00 dollars charged. My guest froze and they will all leave a review on this company and there personal experience. The next morning we called Sunset and at first they understood and were going to have a manager call us as soon as possible. Three days went by and I called again. They said they were sorry for the delay but it has to go through some channels. I patiently responded OK. Another week went by my Wife called them. They said a Manager will be calling and they would call the next day to be sure this happened. Another week went by my wife calls them this morning(1/21/2022 and some a__hole answers the phone and ask us why did we stay in the limo that night? As if we had another choice, they took our money 3 days prior versus on arrival. I would have never paid a 1000 dollars for this. Then this customer service agent says he is going to call the police because my wife is harassing them. Wow not only did you take our money, you talk shit, not only to a woman that paid for a vehicle but my WIFE! There are to many other companies out there I would not use this one NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. This is not over and I am going to continue to FIGHT or so call harass until they fix there mistake. I did my part in this agreement they did not meet theirs!

Honestly, pretty disappointed, for our wedding the driver gave us an odd feeling that something wasn't right. At one point I had to say to my wife "we need to buckle up" the driver crossed the center line on a straight road on more than 3 occasions that I had to close my eyes and hope we didn't get in a head on collision on our wedding night. It was only a 15 minute drive but felt incredibly unsafe.

I am so disappointed in Sunset Limo because I have been using them since my high school prom days. I booked my service 7 months in advance, confirmed my details a week in advance, and then spoke to someone the night before the wedding to confirm the details again. We had a 5:30pm scheduled pick-up time and at 5:25pm we called the office just to make sure everything was still ok. We were given the driver's phone # and at 5:30pm were informed that he was running 10 minutes late. 10 minutes passed and we called again and he said he would be another 8-9 minutes. At that point I didn't have another 8-9 minutes to spare so the bellman at the hotel summoned us some cabs and off we went to the church. Yes, I showed up to the CATHEDRAL in a cab! But I wasn't about to let it ruin my day. When I called the manager a few days later to talk about a refund he had no idea that they had even botched the service. Then when I asked him to refund the first hour of service and pay for my cab fare, he (Darren) went off the wall. He began yelling at me and he was so aggressive that I couldn't get a word in... so I hung up... sobbing in tears. I had to have my husband (who happens to be an attorney) email him. Then, of course, he was the utmost professional and gave us the refund I requested... what a schemer. In the meantime, Darren had the poor driver call me and offer to refund me out of his own pocket. He explained that he could probably get the money together within a couple weeks. Darren, we didn't contract with your driver directly, I purchased a service (or lack thereof) from you! How distasteful to run a business like that. The no-show limo did not ruin my wedding day, but the conversation, or rather berating I received from Darren sure did ruin my morning. He ended op offering us a coupon for a free service which we declined. We don't have any interest in using their services ever again.

Rule #1: Don't berate clients when YOU screwed up their service!

The driver just gave us a shrug and said that it was working, but it didn't work as well when we were stopped at stoplights.. Really?? In what universe does that make sense?? When he went to turn up the A/C, after we insisted, it blasted HOT air. He finally acknowledged that it wasn't working, but did nothing to help change this situation. Totally worthless. The sound system was a wreck too. No matter how low or high the sound system was set, the music rattled and was static. When we addressed this with the drive he simply shrugged and told us it must be broken. He could have cared less. We ended up just telling him to turn the thing off. We made the best of it, but were really disappointed by this company. This company is busted. There is NO excuse in sending a customer a broken product. It was such a happy day that we just let it roll off our backs. It just wasn't worth it to us to ruin our great day. I urge anyone looking for a party bus or limo company to book someone other than Sunset. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Have a backup plan if you use them. I confirmed the morning of and they no-showed in the afternoon with no car available. When I demanded my money back, they put me on permanent hold and continue to do so.

Had just about the worst experience with Sunset Limos that a bride can imagine. There were multiple events that have driven me to write this review and warn future brides:

1) They were 1 hour LATE to pick up our guests from the hotel. Therefore, our wedding started over an hour LATE. It was a complete disaster and I was incredibly upset about it since we had a set time we were allowed to be at the venue.
2) The driver took a wrong turn to get to the venue, further delaying the start of our wedding. This means that the driver was not prepared with how to get to the venue.
3) All of the guests that were picked up on the shuttle stated that the bus smelled heavily of marijuana. This is concerning for many, many, many reasons.
4) The company had great customer service in the beginning so we had high hopes. However, after the wedding we called them to tell them everything that happened and hoped for compensation. However, they just briefly apologized and never returned a phone call again. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. That is why they left me no other choice than to write this review and warn people.

DO NOT USE these guys!! They lost my reservation after a follow up call just a week before, they double billed me. and their two party busses were poorly maintained with peling paint and rust. What a way to screw up a wedding.
