Sunrise Ministries and Rev. Fr. Brad were so great to work with. He provided my wife and I with ideas that we could incorporate into the ceremony, and helped us craft it all piece by piece. We elected to have a Catholic ceremony and he was very professional and read passages from the gospel and made sure the crowd could hear him so that they could participate. He also did a great job making sure that my wife and I were comfortable every step of the way and never got too nervous. We would strongly recommend him to any couple looking for an officiant, and look forward to seeing him the next time we are in town. -

Highly recommend Father Brad!
We couldn’t have asked for a better person to marry us. Father Brad did such a beautiful job officiating our June wedding. From the day we booked with Sunrise Ministries, Father Brad was so helpful, checking in with us frequently making sure our ceremony was everything we ever wanted. My husband and I are both catholic and really wanted to have a religious ceremony. Finding someone who would do this outside of the church was a bit difficult, until finding Father Brad. He made the whole process so easy and he really did such an amazing job. We had so many people compliment us on how wonderful the ceremony was. We can’t say enough great things about Father Brad and we highly recommend him to officiate your wedding! -

Father Brad was an amazing officiant from the first phone call, through the whole planning process to our special day. While we did choose to have a traditional religious ceremony, Father Brad was kind enough to customize it for us. He wrote a beautiful blending of the sands and unity candle blessing which was unique and personal to us. He is very well spoken, has a kind voice and heart that is easily projected in his ceremonies. We greatly recommend Father Brad for any ceremony and plan to use him in the future for our children's baptisms! -

Great Experience
We worked with Father Brad for our micro-wedding in September in Newport, RI. We contacted him just weeks prior to our wedding. He laid out the process very clearly and connected with us as necessary. He was a great addition to our day. Overall, we would highly recommend working with Father Brad in the future. -

With much research, we fell upon Father Barco and from the moment we spoke over the phone, we knew he was the one we wanted to officiate our marriage. Coming from a Catholic family and not getting married in a church setting means nothing with him with us. He brought that missing piece with him and made it whole. Rev. Barco was personable, calm, friendly and took the time to get to know us as a couple. He made our ceremony absolutely memorable and even gave us great ideas to incorporate! If we had to do it all over again, this would be a no brainer — we’d hire Sunrise Ministries over and over again. -

Fr. Brad was excellent to work with during our wedding planning process. We had to postpone our wedding date and Sunrise Ministries worked with us to make sure we would have someone for our special day. Fr. Brad was very personable and responsive throughout the whole process. We were able to completely customize our ceremony to be exactly what we wanted. The planning process was extremely easy and a pleasure to do alongside Fr. Brad. We would definitely recommend this vendor! -

Fr. Brad helped make our wedding ceremony feel special and intimate. Throughout the planning process, he was always reliable, kind, and understanding. Our original wedding was planned for July 2020 but when the pandemic hit, we were forced to postpone for a full year. When we had to change our plans, Fr. Brad was very flexible and accommodating. In the months leading up to our wedding, he worked with us to create a religious ceremony that incorporated my family’s Mexican traditions while still maintaining some personalized elements. We had so many guests tell us they loved when we exchanged love letters & did the wine box ceremony that Fr. Brad suggested. Thank you, Fr. Brad for a beautiful and memorable wedding ceremony! -

So nice we worked with him twice
Father Brad is the best. He is calm, kind, caring, reliable and trustworthy. We would recommend him to anyone as a wedding officiant, and we are looking forward to staying in touch with him.
Our original wedding was planned for 120+ guests in October 2020, but it was postponed due to COVID. We decided to have a small, backyard wedding in September 2020, and Father Brad was at the ready to officiate. We spoke on the phone leading up to the big day, and he took our vision and made it a reality.
We recently held our postponed, 120+ guest wedding in October 2021, and Father Brad officiated our ceremony for a second time. We wanted to acknowledge the fact that we were already married, but didn't know if we should call it a vow renewal. Father Brad understood our vision, and perfectly crafted a ceremony that contained verbiage for both in a seamless way. He was so organized and prepared, and his presence while officiating is perfect.
Father Brad is one of a kind; a true gentleman. We are so lucky to have found him and would recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Fr Brad!
Father Brad made our wedding day so special. We interviewed a couple priests and the others really felt like they did it for show. We met Fr Brad over FaceTime due to covid and he instantly won us over with his genuine conversation, easy going personality, reasonable price, and custom wedding ceremony options. When we postponed our wedding, he was so flexible in being able to oversee both our mini ceremony in the backyard and our future ceremony in 2021. He and his lovely wife arrived at the house right on time and our families were so appreciative of his professionalism and the warmth he brought to our ceremony. We can’t wait to celebrate with Fr Brad in 2021! -

Father Brad is the most professional!
We found Father Brad a couple months before our wedding and we are so happy that we did. Father was very attentive to our needs and requests, putting together a lovely ceremony, including all of our requested personal touches. Father Brad is very kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with! Most importantly, he is extremely professional. He incorporated our religion and chosen readings, as well as special poems and quotes. He customizes to your liking. We are blessed to have had Father Brad marry us. -

I fortunately found Fr. Brad 3 months before my wedding, after my original officiant was unable to perform my wedding ceremony due to unexpected health issues. They say everything happens for a reason and I truly believe that in this situation. Father Brad met with my husband and I to discuss our wedding and he truly captured everything we wanted in a ceremony! I am very thankful we met Father Brad and he had room in his schedule to squeeze us in! -

Regatta Place Wedding
Father Brad was wonderful! We had a smaller wedding at Regatta Place in Newport RI. Father Brad and his wife kindly invited us to their home to discuss our wedding as well as marriage prior to our wedding! We appreciated his words of wisdom as well as his organization and communication. The ceremony was perfect for us! We appreciated that we were able to have a religious ceremony outside of the church. We highly recommend Father Brad!! -

Sunshine on a rainy day
Fr. Brad married us on a dreary October day. However, he made us feel like we were the most important people, like we’ve known him forever. From the moment I heard his voice I knew we were in good hands. All my anxious calls were always answered timely and with plenty of reassurance. I am forever grateful. -
