Jacqueline was absolutely amazing to work with. She communicated thouroughly not only with us but with all of our vendors, listened to all of our ideas, and made sure our wedding day was executed perfectly. She eased all of our nerves and anxieties and helped us plan the perfect wedding day! When issues came up with vendors, I trusted Jacqueline to handle them all and she did so amazingly. We could not have done it without her and we could not recommend her enough! -

Jacqueline is an outstanding coordinator, and our wedding was so much the better for having her. She is extremely organized, experienced, and passionate.
We got married at the JW Marriott, which assigned her to us as our "day-of coordinator." I didn't know what that meant - it means she was responsible for pulling together all the outside vendors, while our venue coordinator handed the JW-specific personnel and spaces. They have the day-of coordinator come online about six weeks out.
It was an inspired choice. Both my wife and I are organized people, but neither of us had a strong vision of the wedding itself. Jacqueline vibed very well with both of us, helped us pull together the disparate vendors and elements, and asked great questions that gave us some great ideas for small but impactful touches.
While photography largely drives the wedding timeline, Jacqueline controlled the master timeline, saying where we and the vendors needed to be and when. As we're both planners ourselves, having that master timeline was a tremendous relief.
This was the point where things started to cohere, where the wedding started to feel like it was possible and going to be OK. She helped us understand where we were in the process, and what outstanding items we needed to address.
We met for the first time at the rehearsal. I've officiated two DIY weddings, and the rehearsal is actually one of the most stressful bits. The gulf in experience was very apparent, as she expertly wrangled all of the parties and our families. By the time we were done, we knew exactly how everything would go the next day. I am super grateful to her for many things, but it was so freeing knowing that was taken care of.
Her experience showed again on the day of the wedding. She was always where she needed to be, as were all the other vendors. I was wondering how all the knick-knacks that needed to be moved around would get where they needed to go - I spotted her at one point moving some of them around in a pop-out wagon. Again, she knows what she's doing.
From getting ready to first look to ceremony to pictures to reception, someone was always there to move us to where we needed to be, and we always knew it was coming. It speaks to Jacqueline's (and our other vendors') preparedness and professionalism that our wedding day felt easy.
We interacted with her in a role as a day-of coordinator, but all these skills translate to other coordination roles. She helped tease out the vision we didn't know how to articulate, she helped us feel at ease by laying out the schedule, and the day itself felt easy. She's outstanding at her work, and so very easy to work with. Thank you, Jacqueline, for helping us have a great wedding.

Jacqueline is AMAZING and I can't think of anyone better to have helped us plan such an amazing and special wedding weekend (and this is coming from someone who absolutely LOVES to plan!)!! We started planning with Jacqueline a full year and a half out from the wedding... from the very beginning, we knew we had to work with her because of how responsive, sweet, and great of a listener she is. It was also super clear that she's got so much experience in the wedding industry + event planning and it all shows in how organized and attentive to detail she is. From our initial planning call to receiving her wedding guide book and preferred list of vendors to her always being there with an answer or suggestion or tip for my ENDLESS questions, I can say she went above and beyond and really empowered us to plan the most magical weekend ever!!! We can't stop reliving it!!
As for the actual wedding weekend, it went beyond what we expected and could have even imagined. Even when last minute changes that were out of our control popped up the week-of the wedding, she always was able to have a back-up plan and helped us stay sane and calm! We felt at ease knowing that on the day of, she + her amazing team truly had it all under control and not only that but that she was able to bring our wedding vision to life (and once again, better than I could have imagined). Words can't begin to explain how grateful we are and that because of her and her team, we didn't have to worry about the logistics of the day and that we could spend the day truly soaking in each other and being surrounded by our family and friends. She also would magically appear when we were thirsty or hungry... magically, a can of sparkling water would appear... or a plate of the cocktail hr food and dinner food would be plated!! Our hearts are so full and I could go on and on even more about how amazing it was working with Jacqueline. If you're on the fence, don't be, you need Jacqueline!! Whichever package you go with, Jacqueline and her team are AMAZING and you won't regret it a bit!!!!
P.S. Regarding Jacqueline’s Floral Preservation service (Impressive Petals) - it's amazing, my floral pieces are so GORGEOUS and cannot wait to showcase them in our new home!!!! Jacqueline took my bridal bouquet on the wedding day and then began the drying process and designed a frame, hexagon block, and threw in a ring holder, business card holder and a small tray - loved the thoughtfulness of the flower seeds as well. Each piece is designed so thoughtfully and she was able to recreate the floral arrangement in both the framed and hexagon block pieces! Super thankful that I have my bridal bouquet forever (and that they didn't get tossed!).
P.P.S. It was also very important to us to have a Chinese tea ceremony and Jacqueline is very open and flexible to help you create the day and/or weekend that is uniquely you!!! If this is something you're considering as well, know that Jacqueline and her team can help you make it happen!!

Don't wait...HIRE HER!
Planning a destination wedding can be a tricky, trust when I say you will NEED a coordinator to help make your vision a reality and Jacqueline is your girl. From her recommendations on vendors to create your dream team, guidance on a wedding day timeline, super fast response time and her love & positivity - she is the best! Jacqueline made sure our day was perfect, her and her team are so kind and it was as if we had been friends for years. I had ZERO stress during wedding week because I knew everything was being taken care of-- all we had to do was be there! Jacqueline coordinated all vendors arrival times leading up to the wedding and made sure the tables and décor were just as we wanted. On top of all this-- she even has the skills to preserve your wedding bouquet so you can have it forever! We will always be grateful to Jacqueline and her team for helping us create an unforgettable day. -

We eloped for our wedding & by eloped I mean it was literally just the two of us. So, when I was in need of someone to help coordinate a surprise for my husband on our wedding day Jacqueline was my girl! She was my life saver for our wedding day! With her enthusiasm, ideas, support and meticulousness she was able to bring my vision into reality! Better than what I had envisioned actually. There was no task to big or small for her and she was able to carry our everything with grace! She turned our Airbnb into a sweet and romantic place to return to and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her. She really gave us a special moment. Also, her attitude and personality is so genuine, down to earth, gentle and kind. I wish there were more people like her in the world. -

We just hired Jacqueline yesterday for our wedding next year, and I tell you, a weight has already been lifted. She’s very knowledgeable, and will guide you through everything you can expect when your wedding day comes, and everything she will be doing while you’re kicking back and relaxing on your day.
