    Professional and Efficient Shuttle Service!

    Sunny’s shuttle service was easy to work with, efficient, and had great vehicles and drivers! We booked them for our wedding, and they arrived on time and transported all of our guests to the hotel with no problems. Their staff had a planning call with us to go over the details ahead of time and they were very professional and helpful. We recommend booking with them!

    Very professional

    We used Sunny’s for our wedding transportation. They were timely, affordable, and efficient. We hired a limo for the bride and her father and a 56-passenger bus for our guests and the wedding party. We wanted the shuttle to make multiple trips so they helped create a schedule so that we did not have to hire a second vehicle to transport the wedding party - saving us a fair amount of money. The shuttle remained at the venue until the end of the evening so guests could leave when they wanted to. We had some elderly guests so that was a huge help. The vehicles were in great condition and we were well-pleased with the service.

    Reliable Shuttle!

    We hired Sunny's to shuttle our wedding guests to and from the hotel to the venue and they did a great job! They were very reliable, a fair price and the shuttle buses were safe and clean. Would definitely recommend!

    Excellent service on our wedding day

    Our driver Bilal helped start our wedding day off perfectly! Bilal was our driver from our home to our photographs to our venue, and he was professional, kind, and courteous the entire time. Because of covid, we were very nervous about being in a car with someone else and Sunny's Transportation and Bilal took perfect precautions that helped reassure me. Bilal was also a super nice guy and helped keep everything smooth and calm.

    AMAZING service with this transportation provider!!

    If I could give Sunny's more stars for each category, I would. The entire process - from onboarding, confirming what vehicles we needed, figuring out timing, and the actual operations the day of, was efficient, helpful, and perfectly executed. The planning team is eager to assist with questions and suggestions - they have access to varying types of vehicles, and can work with all different size groups. The drivers are FANTASTIC - they are polite, courteous, and great to work with onsite. They know their way around the city, were wonderful to our guests, and offered assistance in anyway they could. I would love to recommend that you use them on your wedding day - transportation is always complicated, but working with this team you are in the best of hands on your big day!!

    Great company!

    Sunny's was great! Super responsive and helpful when trying to get people to and from multiple locations across the Virginia countryside. They even found and mailed off a pair of lost sunglasses to a guest within 24 hours of contact.

    Classy, Punctual, and Comfortable

    Our wedding spanned multiple cities and venues, so we needed our guests to have prompt, professional, comfortable, and luxurious travel arrangements in between these events. The buses and sedans were immaculate and on time. At times we forgot we were even sitting in a vehicle. Really smooth experience for everyone involved. A big heartfelt thank you from a very happy couple!

    Sunnyside did an excellent job providing transportation for our wedding on July 15th, consisting of two large 54 person buses and one 30 person bus for the bridal party. Sunnyside arrived ahead of schedule, provided regular updates to the wedding party and coordinator, and adjusted to the needs of the bridal party for photos. We didn't have any issues at any point, and found them a professional and responsive outfit that we would recommend.

    Mike was a wonderful driver, brought a perfectly clean vehicle, went where I asked him safely and efficiently, and was a joy to work with on the day of my wedding. I have always had good experience with Sunny's and would highly recommend them for all of your transportation needs.

    We rented one shuttle van to carry the bridal party to our wedding venue. We also rented two 55p buses to transport the wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and back. The company was responsive and were easy to work with with any changes we had the week of the wedding, such as changes in point persons and in routes. The drivers followed our specific instructions, including one of the buses driving back passengers to the after party house at the end of the night. We had a very complicated itinerary and everything was handled very well.

    Efficient and reliable service

    My husband and I hired Sunny's provide transportation for our wedding guests earlier this month. They were wonderful!

    When making the reservation, Lucy was very helpful in assisting us with getting the right vehicle for the number of guests we had. On the day of the wedding, the text updates from the shuttle driver were great to relieve the anxiety that everything was going smoothly. The shuttle showed up at the hotel right on time, and delivered our guests to the venue right when they were supposed to! We didn't have to worry about a thing, and in fact, I almost forgot that we even had a shuttle, since everything went so smoothly!

    We used Sunny's as our getaway car for our wedding and we had a great experience. Our pick up was for 10:30 pm, and our driver was right on time, and you get a confirmation email with all of the car info when the driver is on the way. Our driver was so patient with us because we wanted to do our send off, take pictures getting in the car, and then come back to pick up some of our things at the reception venue. He was super nice about it and told us to take our time, and made very friendly conversation on our way to the hotel. We used their town car and the car was very clean and you get complimentary water bottles and newspaper. We highly recommend Sunny's!

    Reliable Transportation

    Our venue was in a rural area so ride shares were not really an option, so Sunny's helped us transport our guests to and from our wedding venue. The one thing I'd recommend is confirming with the driver if you're doing multiple trips at the end of the night. We had asked that they take guests in shifts in case some people wanted to leave early, but those guests ended up sitting on the bus and then waiting until the end of the night with the rest of the guests.

    Sunny’s handled the transportation for my daughter’s August 18, 2012 wedding. We contracted for a 38 passenger bus and for a 10 person stretch limo. Alex, the customer service representative who explained the options and pricing and took our reservation was wonderful. There was a little confusion at the point where the dispatch manager took over, but we were able to straighten that out pretty quickly. Both the bus and the stretch limo showed up on time. Both drivers were very courteous. The bus driver was very helpful in returning to pick up a late guest. He did miss a turn during the drive to the reception, but quickly recovered and everyone got to the site on time. The limo driver, Imran, who chauffeured the bride and bridesmaids, returned for the groom’s family, and then drove the bride and groom to the hotel at the end of the evening was great. He made a special effort at the end of the evening, helping the bride and groom carry in items to the hotel. Very reliable and professional service.

    Very professional, friendly drivers. Arrived on time and did exactly what we asked. I had a deal through my work so it was a really good deal, if I hadn't they're pretty comparable to the other transportation companies in the area.

    We used Sunny's sedan as our shuttle service for guests staying at the hotel. Overall, Sunny's Sedan turned out well. I was always able to get in touch with someone when booking and when I had questions.

    They were not exactly inexpensive, but comparable to other shuttle services.

    My only complaint is I wanted to have the shuttle pick guests up from the hotel at two specific times so that we wouldn't have people showing up to the ceremony late. Unfortunately they did not understand this concept and had the shuttle continuously running.

    At the end of the night the driver came inside and found me to make sure it was ok for him to make his last trip, which I thought was really nice.

    Good with a few hiccups

    We used Sunny's shuttles for our wedding ceremony and reception. While all our guests made it to the wedding and back to their hotels at the end of the night, we did have some timing issues. One bus left the hotels for the ceremony on time, while the other for some reason waited around 15-20 extra minutes. We also had issues with the timing of the buses taking guests home from the reception which ended up leaving some guests waiting for 20 minutes while one of the shuttles had to loop back. They also initially over-billed us for an extra hour, but luckily we were able to easily get that reconciled. Pricing was comparable for the market, the company was very responsive and friendly via email communications, but on the day of the wedding, there may have been some misunderstanding or miscommunications with the shuttle drivers given some of the schedule hiccups.
