We were very pleased with our experience hosting our wedding reception at Sunnybrook Country Club. Their all-inclusive pricing made it easy to get almost everything we needed with one vendor (venue, catering, bakery, and bar) and their team was very receptive and accommodating to special requests. We loved that they took care of the essentials like tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and even some centerpiece décor (mirrors, votives, table numbers), and that we could just leave at the end of the night while they handled clean up. They also helped coordinate with our other vendors (DJ and photography). It was an especially fun moment when the bartenders got into the music and danced with our glow sticks behind the bar! Overall, a beautiful, experienced venue that takes a lot of the coordinating stress off you while giving you the freedom to personalize your event.

Staff catered to our needs and treated our guests really well. They were awesome to work with!

I worked with Jacey to plan my work Christmas party. She was very thorough and was always quick to respond. The food was delicious and the room was very clean and nice. I'm sure the wall of windows would be a beautiful view during daylight/summer hours.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner in the Rush Creek Room. Perfect size for 35-ish guests. Jacey was great to work with and responded to emails quickly. The event went well: delicious food, efficient bartending, just a nice time overall. Would def use them again!

Sunnybrook is a great place to host a shower. The staff is amazing, the food delicious, and the Rushcreek room was beautiful. I can highly recommend it!

Very happy with the overall experience at Sunnybrook. The ballroom easily held our 125 guests, allowing them to move around and use the patio overlooking the golf course. You will not be disappointed by booking your wedding here. The ballroom had a great sound system and included a screen for a video we played. Adequate dance floor as well.

We had a work event at Sunnybrook and I was so impressed by the professionalism of everyone, the setup and takedown were smooth, the food was incredible, and everyone had a fantastic time. Jacey was our Sales Manager and she made everything easy. I highly recommend this place!

The communication before the event was fantastic! The staff day off was awesome and made our business seminar run smoothly. They were friendly and always available to help. The food was great and the coffee was fresh and hot the whole time. Would highly recommend having your event with Sunnybrook Country Club!

I had a bridal shower here for my niece. We used the Rush Creek room which was perfect for our group of 23. The staff was super helpful and made sure that all of our needs were met. The food was delicious! It was great to be able to walk in that day and have everything set up and ready to go. I highly recommend this venue!

Great venue to host an event! Staff are wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to all emails leading up to event, Haley was always on top of things, even thinking of things I did not think of, food was fresh and yummy, bartender was energetic and engaging. We enjoyed both the ballroom and the patio, the view was really nice as well.

The sales manager, Haley was very helpful during our planning process. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thanks to her our event was perfect. The food was delicious and the wait staff took care of all our needs. Book this venue for your next party, you won't be disappointed.

Recently planned a work event/luncheon here. We were super impressed with the venue, the staff, and the food. Haley was our coordinator and was extremely helpful, attentive, and covered all of the details for us!

We used them for a post-wedding breakfast. They were incredibly easy to work with and staff at the even were great. I would recommend them again.

I am so glad that I chose this venue to host my party. From day 1 Haley was very helpful and worked with me to ensure that the room was beautifully set-up. The food too was great. Lastly, the day of person, Troy was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience with the team at Sunnybrook. Staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive to details. The food was delicious - crab rangoons, meatballs, fruit platter , chieken, spring rolls and spinach dip! We'd highly recommend this location to host your event. We had a wonderful experience with Sunnybrook Country Club! The food was delicious and the staff was courteous and professional. They made sure that every detail of our rehearsal dinner was taken care of. The event space was clean and set up on time and exactly as we had discussed. Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was that evening. It was a beautiful evening, so we were able to make use of the outdoor patio seating as well. Sunnybrook is my favorite RedWater property to decorate. Their ballroom is a hidden gem. The floor to ceiling windows give a beautiful view of the golf course, and their food is delicious. They also have a ceremony location outside so you can have both the ceremony and reception at one location. Super convenient. Natalie, their sales manager, is great to work with!

I worked with Natalie for our company Holiday party. She was wonderful! Everything from the attentiveness from the entire staff to the food and beverages, it was all perfect. I received compliments all evening (and into the work week) on how everyone had an amazing time and really loved the food and service. Job well done! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Venue is super pretty, food was hot, and delicious!

The staff was helpful in getting all of our questions answered as we decided on menu and drinks and decor. The timing of the rehearsal can be tricky, but they were on top of it with great service and hot meals.

Sunnybrook was outstanding for service, professionalism, and atmosphere. We all had a wonderful time and couldn’t have done it without the help of Sarah our event coordinator. She was lovely and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend the plated meals rather than buffet as well!!

David and I got married on 10/04/19, and we searched for a long time to find the perfect venue before we found Sunnybrook that met all of our needs and expectations!

Jayme Russo, the event sales manager, was so hospitable, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Our first meeting Jayme gave us a tour and walked us through all the large and fine details. After that first meeting we knew right away this was the place we would have our dream wedding. The gorgeous banquet hall was newly remodeled and very affordable! One of our favorite parts was the tall windows and how open and bright it made the room feel.

Sunnybrook provided us with a delicious breakfast food for our dinner, a variety of cupcakes, amazing appetizers, a great deal on the bar, late night pizzas, complementary centerpieces, the no-stress of set up and take down, and so much more!

Both Sunnybrook and Jayme were a huge blessing to both of us and we would highly recommend them to host any special occasion, and guarantee you won't regret it!

Jayme's the best. She answered all my emails and phone calls if not within the hour, at least by the end of the day. Awesome communication. Jayme knows what she's doing when it comes to events. It's such an uncomplicated process with her. I appreciated how willing she was to work with our budget. Our guests could not believe how beautiful the venue was and we loved the price! The ballroom is rather simplistic, but all it needs is some simple decor to spruce it up because of the beautiful windows that let in natural light along with the new rennovations to the carpet etc. Would definitely reccomend! (Also, do your ceremony there too! Having our ceremony and reception at the same location was amazing because it was a flawless transition from one thing to the next with no wasted time. Plus the green is beautiful!)

We used Sunnybrook for our wedding venue and it was such a great experience! The staff is SO helpful and they were great to work with. They made sure to go over every detail so that they could help ease the stress of our day. Countless wedding guests have told me how amazing our dinner and cupcakes were at the reception! I would highly recommend booking them!

My husband and I were quite taken aback by how expensive wedding venues were when we were first researching. When we came across Sunnybrook, we were surprised by how affordable they were and honestly thought something must be wrong with them. But when we contacted them and had a tour we knew right away that this was where we wanted our reception. I loved the simple color scheme, the huge windows opening up to a beautiful golf course, the natural light, the amazing food, and that the team was so easy to work with. They also provided just about everything-- tablecloths, place settings, table numbers, a cake-cutting set, a square mirror for the tables, and votives. Would definitely recommend getting married at Sunnybrook!

Had an amazing wedding food was great, music was perfect, bar service was so good everybody had a great time. Decor turned out just as I imagined. Very happy with sunnybrook venue.

I LOVED working with Angela from Sunnybrook. She was SO SO SO ORGANIZED and easy to communicate with. There is literally nothing bad I can say about this place. I would mention something and they could make it happen. We had a wedding party of 232 people and we fit everyone wonderfully. Our guests complimented the staff and food the whole night. Everyone said their food was warm and tasted AMAZING!!!! Check out their bistro if you are curious! Worth EVERY penny.

Best reception site ever! Private, large, beautiful with an amazing staff. I personally worked with Krystle and she was amazing. I felt like I had my own personal wedding coordinator/planner. From advice to walk thoroughs, menu options, tastings, ideas, etc. she helped do it all. She was so flexible and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. I never had to worry about anything, and everything was done with the utmost professionalism... The food was wonderful, the location was beautiful, and the bar was flowing! Great service, quality and standards for the price! Wouldn't have changed a thing- Thanks for everything! :)

I am a very picky person and had a really hard time deciding what reception hall to use for my wedding. I chose Sunnybrook and was not disappointed. The hall is beautiful, especially when it was dimmed at night. I was also able to take pictures on the golf course. My guests gave a lot of compliments on the food as well. Angela was helpful throughout the whole process and they were very friendly with any changes I wanted to make. Since there were no events before my wedding day I was able to decorate the reception hall the day before, which was a huge help. The only thing that I didn't like about the venue was the fact that we had to pay and sample entrees in a huge group. There were also little things that they do let you know, I wasn't crazy about paying for a cake cutting fee and fee to have multiple choices of entree, but these charges were small. It ended up costing around 6300 and for 80 people I got the bar package, ice cream bar, and two appetizers. Overall I am very very happy with my decision to chose Sunnybrook and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Sunnybrook Country club and the Bistro have a beautiful setting on a golf course. All the details were attended to which made it far above my expectations! Our room had a door so guests could walk in and out as they pleased, which was so nice on a beautiful night. The service was excellent, and the food was even better. Fully recommend coming here for any event!

We had our ceremony and reception at Sunnybrook Country Club. We worked with Angela for all the details leading up to the day of the wedding and she was there until the ceremony started. Through the entire process she answered any and all questions and we also had a few face to face meetings to tour the facility or see the different rooms available for the day of the wedding. With the reception there we had to use their caterer and bartender, both of which were phenomenal. After the wedding we received many comments from our guest with how professional the wait staff was and how quickly they worked, everyone's food was served hot. The meals were delicious and many people weren't able to finish due to such large portion sizes. Bartenders were friendly and good at making drinks or special requests. The Sunnybrook staff made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony and reception. All in all the day was perfect and they did not disappoint!

My parents have been members at Sunny Brook Country Club for over 35 years and it showed on our wedding day. We were taken very good care of. The food was amazing and the staff was as well. We did a candy bar for favors and they helped setup the entire thing while we were all getting dolled up for the day. They are very flexible on the room setup. I would definitely recommend this as a reception site to future brides

Wonderful food, no problems, easy to work with.

Coordinator was professional, helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. Communications were clear. Waitstaff was very professional; friendly but unobtrusive. Buffet was maintained and well supplied as agreed, although chicken was overcooked. Excellent sauces saved it. Other entree and sides were exceptional. Timing was off on the ice cream sundae buffet. Brownies were missing until after the ice cream was long gone, but were hot and fresh from the oven when they did arrive. Venue was sized and set up perfectly, but was initially chilly at 64 degrees. (Not surprising in a room with a solid wall of glass in the winter and the first event of the day, and we were able to adjust the temperature.) I would recommend both the venue and the staff to friends.

I've planned several successful events working with Redwaterevents and Sunnybrook was no exception. Haley and the servers were fantastic as was the delicious food.

Our room was decorated so nice for us! Staff was great, was available but gave us time to enjoy our time with our bridal party and family. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere, food was wonderful.

Our event was not big but the staff was excellent and we appreciated the help they provided in setting everything up. It made our job a lot easier.

We LOVED the location and how beautiful the reception hall was, but we did have a couple problems with service. We went to our food tasting, and picked a fabulous chicken entree, then a week before the wedding we were told it was not avaliable. We also were told a couple things would happen and right before the wedding told they were doing it a diffrent way, we did talk it over with them and they made sure they sorted it out asap. It was all very confusing but like i said it was a beautiful place and the service at the reception was AWESOME, and everything was ran right on schedule.

Disappointed with Sunnybrook country club for my event. The communication leading up to my event was poor and the value for what I paid was bad (including food, set-up, etc.).

I used Sunnybrook Country Club for my wedding reception last summer. Like many brides, I had a formal wedding cake to feed half my guests and sheet cakes to feed the second half. The baker dropped off both the wedding cake and the sheet cakes and signed them off to Sunnybrook staff. When it came time to serve the cake Sunnybrook staff cut and served only the formal wedding cake and left the sheet cakes untouched. Because of this, some guests received pieces of cake the size of fun-sized candy bars. When unformed staff members were told about the sheet cakes by a bridesmaid they did not offer to serve the sheet cakes to guests who received very small pieces. Instead my parents were sent home with over 100 pieces of untouched cake. When asked about the incident, Sunnybrook management blamed the baker for delivering the cakes to their own incompetent Sunnybrook staff members! After several phone calls to other managers, Sunnybrook reluctantly agreed to refund the cake cutting fee for their mistake...only a couple hundred dollars, which did not make up for the 100+ plus pieces of wasted cake along with the embarrassment that came from guests receiving extremely small pieces of cake. During the appetizer hour, various guests had to ask that the bread baskets be refilled for the spinach dip. In the contract we signed, Sunnybrook was responsible to provide a fully stocked appetizers for one hour. When asked about this, Sunnybrook management said the bread baskets they use are too small but were unwilling to refund any of the service fee despite the poor service. I also had to ask staff to bring out the wine i requested to serve to my bridal party when I noticed that it was missing from the bridal party's appetizers. Staff said they were unaware they were supposed to bring out the wine but did eventually bring it out. (The wine for the bridal party was written in the agreement I planned with management a couple weeks before the wedding) Besides these things, Sunnybrook met my other expectations. The food served at the dinner was very tasty. The manager even called my florist when she noticed that my toss bouquet was not delivered. Based on interactions with management during the planning process I had high expectations for Sunnybrook and was left disappointed.

Worst experience. Totally destroyed my family and we had been members for over 25+ years so thought that we could trust this company and the people there. They are only interested in how they can obtain more money and not interested at all in their outside customers or members. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!
