Kate was the photographer for our wedding on August 3rd, 2019 at the Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego, CA. From the moment I met her at a coffee shop, I knew she was the best fit for us! It was a pleasure to work with her leading up to our wedding day, the day of, and after. On the day of our wedding, she payed close attention to all the little details and made sure to include them in our pictures! We were really impressed with the poses she placed us in, how many candid moments she captured, and the overall quality of our pictures! To this day, we are still sharing pictures with our family and friends getting many compliments. Aside from her photography skills, the energy she exerts is very peaceful and easy to work with! I would highly recommend her. :) -

Truly the best!
We’re so blessed to have Kate take pics for both our wedding and engagement (helped us so much with designing the invitation)! 📸
She’s so sweet, creative, and so pleasant to work with. Kate’s very focused and looks out for candid and unique moments, especially when there were so many things going on at a wedding.
While taking pictures, we felt like we truly enjoyed our moments together and let Kate lead us with pose ideas. The pics came out so stunning!
Heard so many praises for Kate from our guests and especially my wife, who got so much comfort and help from Kate while getting ready. We love you Kate!! -

Kate and her team from Sun Photographers were simply wonderful! I can't way enough good things about them... My husband and I got married in September of last year (2020) during the peak of Covid in San Diego.. Kate was so easy to work with.. She brought such a peaceful vibe to our wedding party and our photos turned out even better than what I imagined! Thank you, Kate and team!! :) -

Amazing photos and very professional
Kate was really great for our wedding photos and a very sweet person! From the first time we talked, she had already looked up the sunset time and had a timeline for taking photos and suggestions for where to take them. With the whole COVID situation, she was very flexible when we had to downsize our wedding and change plans a few weeks before the date. On the day of the wedding, she was really helpful and made sure we got all the individual and group shots we wanted. She captured all of the important moments during our ceremony and I don't know how she did with running around all over the church. She helped us find a location to take couple shots after and the pictures turned out amazing. Everyone loved them and even though COVID changed our whole wedding, it was really great to have these photos and video to share with the people who couldn't be there! -

Kate from the beginning has been very easy to communicate with and meeting up with her was very professional (before and during the pandemic). Even with having a wedding on a pandemic, she is still have the passion and professionalism on photography! Kate & Ihor (videographer) came in just in time & came in prepared. The outcome of the photos was amazing and we love every single shots she took! We’re excited and can’t wait to see the video :) -

We got the videography and photography package. Our wedding video is priceless and beautiful, and I know that no one else would have done better. I’m notoriously hard to please and I have nothing negative to say at all. I’m not very photogenic and usually hate every photo of myself. I love every single photo. Every single photo. -

When we started planning our wedding on 11/2/2019, we were scared by the price of photography. The first meeting with Kate made it easy. We wanted her to record our wedding. And it turned out to be sooo great. She is very professional and responsible. The day before the wedding, I met her at my ceremony and reception place to explore the photo ops in the resort. She recommended some places and accommodated to my needs all the time. On the wedding day, she arrived on time. She lent me the bride hanger to hang my bridal dress for pics. I can't expect more from her. She captured all the moments I want to memorize. I will definitely recommend her to every couple in the future. -

My name is Cynthia. I met Kate with SunPhotographer 2 years ago at my sisters-in-law’s wedding! I enjoyed her creativity that i had to have her at my wedding! She is the best and the most sweetest caring person. She went beyond of what i expected. Her work is very good. She will give you quality and quantity. It was fun having her around. I live In Atlanta so I was a little worried that I had to do everything over the phone. Please book Kate! Not only is she such a sweet person, she did a marvelous job with our wedding photos and made the experience so EASY! With her online booking system, email reminders, and fast responses, my wedding photos were one less thing for me to stress about. She made the best of a rainy day and indoor backdrop and turned what would have been drab photos into a glamorous "photo shoot"! I was just amazed and so grateful at how lovely our photos turned out. My husband and I chose Kate to be the photographer at our courthouse ceremony and reception. We truly enjoyed working with her. While I was planning everything, she was so quick to respond to all my questions, and was professional throughout the process. We had everything arranged a week before the Big Day (including examples of our favorite shots and family photo list). Kate was professional during the wedding, she covered everything we asked for, and even more. She sent us a couple previews next day, and we loved them. All pictures were ready in about two weeks, and I couldn't believe how great they are. Now, I am having a hard time to decide which ones to print, they all look amazing. Thank you Kate for capturing our wedding so perfectly. I highly recommend Kate to anyone, who is looking for affordable and professional photographer. -

Absolutely loved kate and her assistant who took our wedding pictures! She did some “poses” I wanted to do, but of course I asked for her artistic and professional ideas, and was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend. Absolutely great to work with, she’s very accommodating, responds quickly, her work is just wonderful. She also referred us to a videographer, Would highly recommend as well. I will definitely be reaching out to her for other future events! -

I terms of photos, I contacted Kate because of the way her photos seemed to reveal the real smiles and emotions of whoever she is photographing. And for our wedding she did exactly this!
We met Kate on January 2018 for pre-wedding consultation. She was very professional and took the time to get to know Alex and me . We had small beach ceremony with close friends. We never took professional pictures before and I was a little nervous at first. Kate made as feel at ease right away.
On the big day, Kate was there as scheduled. The pictures of the ceremony and the portraits after turned out so beautiful. Our family and friends keep complimenting on how good our wedding pictures are. Throughout all stages of the process, from planning to delivering photos, Kate was friendly, accessible and helpful.
We can't recommend her highly enough. thank you so much for making our special Day even more special! -

I am so happy that I was able to choose such a great photographer. All of our photos came out beautifully and I cannot express enough how fast she delivered our photos!! She had our engagement photos in about a week and our wedding photos in less than a month. Now that's what I call service! I wish I could work again with Kate in the future and I highly recommend her to the other brides in San Diego. -
