Incredible Photographer and Videographer!

SugarPop Productions was the most amazing photographer and videographer! The staff was so well prepared, professional, friendly and enthusiastic! They caught every moment of our special day, that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! Thank you for your help in making it the wedding of our dreams!

Brian is amazing!

We hired sugarpop for videographer and their photobooth. The photobooth was sleek and the pictures came out great, everything is online so you can see all the pictures next day. Brian was also amazing, he was very relaxed and such a great addition to our wedding day, we all enjoyed him there. He listened to what we were looking for and never interrupted a moment to get the best shot (he was almost invisible)! Highly recommend sugarpop and Brian as a videographer for your big day!

Incredible!

We decided later on to add a videographer to our special day and are so glad we did! We are blown away by the video we received! Brian was a pleasure to work with and got some amazing footage of our wedding! He was incredibly kind, worked so well with our photographer, and did a great job directing us to get some beautiful shots. We could not be happier with our decision to add Sugar Pop to our wedding package and would highly recommend them to anyone considering!

Great photo booth!

We rented a photo booth through SugarPop Productions and we are so glad that we did! They were very easy to work with and the photo booth was such a huge hit at our wedding! They sent us all of the photos from the photo booth extremely fast following the wedding. They made the whole process completely stress free and seamless from start to finish.

Wonderful experience

We really wanted a photo booth at our wedding. Sugar Pop Productions was recommended by our wedding planner. We selected the gify booth and it was awesome! They selected personalized stickers for the event. They also created a custom photo frame with our dogs! Thank you so much for making the event even more fun.

Loved the Slow motion booth at our wedding!

We used SugarPops slow motion video booth for our January wedding and we could not be more happy with our choice. SugarPop was so easy to work with. We told them what we wanted and they even went as far as ordering the backdrop and animal head props that we wanted. It really was so much fun for all of our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event :)

Excellent Photo Booth Company

Working with Sugar Pop Films was very easy. They are professional, they customized my event to the pictures, made our guests feel special, but most of all, they were a lot of fun and kept my guests entertained!!

You hear so many mixed reviews about photographers and other vendors for special occasions that it's truly hard to determine which is the right choice. Brian and his team at SugarPop did the photos and video for a very special family occasion. Their work has been truly outstanding, their professionalism top notch and their responsiveness and flexibility to provide exactly what was desired has been incomparable. I can't speak highly enough about SugarPop's quality product and service. Should the need arise again for photo and video services, I would not hesitate to use them again.

SugarPop did a fantastic job for me. I called on Friday evening asking Brian to come out and shoot an event the next night. He was very professional and assured me that he would take care of it. Brian arrived in plenty of time to set up and he did a wonderful job. The finished project is absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Brian!

Brian from Sugar Pop Films was amazing! My husband and I could not be happier with our choice to go with Brian. It is hard to put into words how amazing Brian was. He worked with such professionalism and kindness throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. Brian traveled to October Oaks Farm in Webster, FL for our wedding in January of 2017. Brian responded quickly to all of my emails. If you are looking for a videographer with great pricing and gorgeous work, look no further than Brian. He was loved by all of our family and friends at our wedding and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. I will continue to recommend Brian to our family and friends.

I absolutely loved working with Brian and crew from sugar pop films. I lived out of state and they were amazing each step of the process. If I had a question they would get back to me instantly. Very friendly and fun environment the day of my wedding. Even three years later when I lost my video they sent me a copy no problem. I highly recommend their services.

As an event planner with Michele Butler Events and a manager of RE/MAX, I had the privilege of working with SugarPop on several different capacities. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Brian really gets everyone involved and having a great time in front of the camera. Professional and fun at the same time is sometimes hard to come by, but SugarPop really hits a home run on being the best!

Our video turned out great and even had our theme songs from the wedding incorporated in! Brian was so easy to work with and he and his team made the process seamless. On wedding day he was on time and gave advice on what to say and how to just be natural. The day goes by so fast and you barely remember what happened but thanks to Brian we can relive our vows and highlights of our wedding all while listening to the soundtrack of our love. Thanks Brian for making our day that much more special!

my daughter, the bride, was at a work event which had a slo-mo booth, so she wanted one for her wedding. I contacted Sugar POP and had great service from the first email. Everyone at the wedding had a great time participating in the slo-mo booth. It was very fun, unique and engaging for our guests. Today when I got the link for the finished video I completely flipped! It's fabulous. It captured the fun of the evening. This is a must-do for any event. And Sugar Pop is the only company to use. We can't wait to see our video scrapbook!

Brian and the SugarPop team shot our Disney Wedding in April 2016. We got married in the Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian and had our reception in the White Hall Room at the Grand Floridian as well. Originally we were thinking of using Disney Videography. Well, that would have cost us about $6k. Once we added up all of the other expenses, we realized that it was just not possible. We almost skipped out on videography all together, until we decided to reach out to some of the local companies. One of the best ideas I've had...

So...all I can say is WOW! We received our footage a couple hours ago, and we were so impressed that we decided to write this review to let the world know that SugarPop ROCKS! (no pun intended).

Seriously, Brian (our videographer) totally went above and beyond what we were expecting, and delivered the most amazing wedding video I have ever seen (though I may be partial). Not only did they capture the moment, but they captured exactly how we were feeling during each moment. Not an easy thing to do. We only had one videographer (Brian), but that was all we needed. Between the song selection, camera angles and editing, I honestly feel that SurgarPop (or anybody else in the world) could not have done a better job. It was perfect in every sense of the word.

It's crazy to us that we almost considered "skipping" the videography. This may sound corny, but the best decision we made while planning our wedding (besides picking each other) was to allow SugarPop to shoot what (to date) has been the happiest day of our life.

Don't sweat. Have fun. Enjoy your big day, and after hiring SugarPop, in 90 days you'll be able to relive it over and over :)

SugarPop provided the SloMo booth for my daughter's wedding reception. It was a HUGE hit. All the guests that participated had a great time. Lauren was wonderful to work with and modified some things to create the perfect experience for us. I am beyond happy with this unique memoir from such an important event.

No amount of words can I express on how happy I am with our wedding video!! Brian is a craftsmen when it comes to putting together videos. The quality and the care he took with his work is worth every penny. It is worth the investment to preserve these memories and you will not be disappointed. Thank you SugarPop Films for everything!!

I needed a professional headshot done for work. I first went to another very well-known photography studio, only to be seriously disappointed! SugarPops and Kevin were recommended by a friend of mine so thought I would give them a try. Both Lauren and Kevin took such great care of me, confirming the appointment, providing me with great directions to the studio, and the ease of editing while I waited! Quick and painless! Very well done photos! I highly recommend SugarPops and Kevin. I will am definitely using them again!

I absolutely loved the staff of Sugar Pop. The pictures and video from our wedding are just stunning and they were so good with our kids and family as well. The photographer even took my son out for a few shots on his own so I could finish getting ready for the wedding. Fantastic people who do incredibly good work.

I'm ashamed to say it has taken me over a year to do this. I feel awful about it because these guys were absolutely amazing to work with! They knew exactly who I was when I called, which made me feel like their business was personal rather than just a faceless name on a piece of paper.(This was our destination wedding so we didn't meet in person until the big day) I had ideas as to how I wanted my video to flow and they did exactly what I asked of them. They did an AMAZING job with my video! The editing was fantastic. Everyone loved it! It actually takes you back to the moment. There are so many things I had forgotten about (because the day is such a blur when it goes by so fast) that they had in my video. It's such a wonderful thing to have these memories captured in movement rather than just pictures. If anyone is getting married and debating on videography, I HIGHLY recommend it. You'll never have another opportunity to do so. The video captures your day better than any picture can, and these guys are the best. -Very Happy Bride

A huge hit with all our guests, young and old. Everybody kept getting back in line to do it again. Plenty of props provided along with funny ideas on what to do while the camera is rolling. So much more fun than a regular photo booth. And the final edited video was great. Would definitely recommend!

I am the recruitment director for Kappa Alpha Theta at UCF and we used SugarPop Films to help us with our recruitment video this year. We truly enjoyed working with Brian and Lauren to help make our recruitment video come to life! I loved how they were so willing to work with us to meet our every need. Trying to film a recruitment video with such a large amount of girls with crazy schedules can be over whelming however, Brian and Lauren were willing to work around our schedules. I also enjoyed how they calibrated with us on ideas. They had a large amount of wonderful ideas but what I loved most was how they were willing to listen to our ideas and together we were able to build the perfect recruitment video! Lastly, I loved how they always kept our main focus in mind. We didn't want just your average recruitment video. We wanted a video that showed exactly who we are and what we stand for. We welcomed them into our sisterhood with open arms and through that experience they were able to capture who we are. Being genuine and true to your heart is above all our main focus and SugarPop Films were able to capture just that! We plan to continue to use this company for many years to come and I recommend SugarPop to anyone and everyone!

I can't tell you enough how thankful I am to have gone through Weddings Inc. and have Brian as my videographer. They are all such an amazing team and captured our day in such a special way.

When I watched the short video, tears and happiness just overwhelmed me. I relived that whole day in 10 minutes. Brian has gone ABOVE my expectations and did such an amazing job on editing. I started the upload to my FB page last night at 8pm. (But it took FB, or my internet connection, 6 hours to complete the upload!) Well, twelve hours later, it has over 740 views. I’m getting messages, texts, comments, emails on how beautiful the video came out and almost everyone has admitted to crying tears of joy…even the men.

I absolutely have the best wedding clip. And I can’t stop watching it. We will cherish this piece for many years to come. So keep note that in 24 ½ years, we will be calling Brian to capture our 25th wedding anniversary because I am a forever customer to Sugar Pop Films! Thank you!!!

At first I was hesitate on booking a videographer for my wedding because of cost, until I met Brian. His work and his staff is amazing!!! They made me feel comfortable from the very first call and helped me throughout the process. The quality of work and professionalism they provide super exceeds my expectation. They made me relive my wedding day in awe. Brian was very helpful, informative and willing to go above and beyond for me. There was never an instance where I felt something I wanted couldn't be done. All the obstacles that we faced that day were conquered as if it was no big deal. I was referred to Sugarpop by one of my family members and was very pleased with there service. Brian and Kevin did a fine job and catching each moment at my wedding ! My pictures came out fabulous! We used SugarPop Films in November 2013 and could not have been happier with the outcome. They were professional, on time and delivered an exceptional product. They do say it takes 3-6 months to receive the final, edited version which seems like a year while waiting. Once we saw the final film for the first time, not only did it bring tears to our eyes, but we understood why it took so long to edit as there was nothing I would have added or taken away from the film. Brian and his team make us feel completely comfortable and would highly recommend them for a wedding or special event. Thank you again for delivering an outstanding video!

I cannot believe I ever considered not getting a video of my wedding. Nevertheless, my friends and wedding planner convinced me that this was not something to scimp on. Sugar Pop Films came highly recommended and all I can say is the product they delivered was absolutely priceless! Not only does it capture the highlights of my wedding and reception, it was done so tastefully and beautifully and creatively that it was like a "re-experience" of the preciousness of that day from a new perspective. The videographer was extremely professional and easy to work with during the event, and afterwards, the creativity in the editing of the final compilation was quite simply extraordinary. Thank you Sugar Pop films for not only capturing the "details" of my day, but also the "heart" of my day.

Brain was wonderful to work with. He got to know the style of our wedding quickly and produced a beautiful video. We gave him very little direction, just letting him work his expertise and we were thrilled with the results. The entire SugarPopFilms Team was absolutely fantastic! Working with Brian to prepare for the big day was effortless, he was responsive to an questions I had and was very easy to work with. On the day of our wedding he captured some of the most amazing moments, which now we can cherish for a lifetime. The quality of the product is superb, the editing and music was flawless. I am so thrilled to have worked with such a great group, it was the best decision. Sugar Pop Films is amazing! I couldn't ask for a better videographer! Brian was so sweet and professional and made my wedding day so stress-free! I was on the fence about getting a videographer and we so happy that I did because my photographer didn't get all the shots I wanted, but Sugar Pop covered everything and in amazing quality. They really focus on the bride and the family to make it a totaly individualized experience, you really feel like the star of your wedding! They took our personalities into account when editing our film so the video really fit with our own styles and I couldn't be happier! Robert and Brian were absolutely amazing people to work with. We did an engagement video with them that was not only super fun to shoot but came out amazing and so professional. It gave us the opportunity to experience thier work and them to get to know us as a couple- which proves to be priceless in thier ability to Taylor our wedding video to fit just who we are. We can't say enough about Sugarpop films. They delivered way above our expectations in every way. The best part was that the short film which not only captured us to a tee but reflected the mood of the day and the romance we share perfectly. Our friends and family are amazed with how the segment runs like a movie. They truely captured moments we will treasure for years to come! You can tell that Brian and Robert are very passionate about what they do to deliver above excellent quality product for thier clients. The editing and after production work is not only amazing, but was so creative. We cant wait to find a reason to collaborate with them again. When planning my wedding someone asked me if I was going to do videography and my response was "no, just photography". As the conversation continued the woman said to me, "one of my favorite things about my wedding video is being able to see my loved ones who have since passed away, and be able to look back at where it all began". I immediately called my now hubby to inform him we were hiring a videographer.

As we looked around we found people we liked but it wasn't until Sugar Pop Films that I bawled my eyes out watching someone else's wedding. I contacted Brian and we discussed the weddings activities and what our expectations were (I also informed Brian we wanted to hire him on the spot). Working with Brian was easy and fun. I love being able to watch my video and be reminded of the little moment or look I have since forgotten about. My husband and I plan to watch our video on our anniversary from this year forward as a tradition.

Sugar Pops is a wonderful vendor and I would highly recommend them. I'm a tech person, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered the option of receiving my video on a thumb drive.

Brian Bazala is an awesome videographer. He sets the standards in wedding video filming. I couldnt of asked for a more high quality, professionally made video. The wedding guest that were not able to make it are still raving about how beautiful my wedding video was. Brian was committed to delivering my vision for my big day and was also great at offering his creative ideas. He did an excellent job at capturing every detail of our wedding and making it into a fairy-tale movie. From the love story interview, to the picture design on the DVD. When I sit down to watch my DVD, I am not watching a video, I am watching a movie and I have the starring role. Ive got three words to describe Brians work...quality, magical, fairy-taleish. Thats what every bride wants on their wedding day. Thats what I got!! He is customer service oriented and is a delight to work with. Ill definitely use him again to capture my future milestones in life.

After using Brian for my oldest daughter's wedding it was an easy decision who to pick for my other daughter's wedding. Even though it was in a different town, it was worth the travel fees. After all the planning is over and the big day is done the only thing you have left is the photos and the video to re-live the moment. Brian's videos are the best. He shows up on time, delivers on time and does NOT get in the way of the event. Brian is professional and he is the only videographer I would ever use.

We booked SugarPop Films for our wedding on 6/26/15 in Daytona Beach, FL. We'd seen some of their work on their website and were immediately intrigued. When looking for a videographer, we weren't sure if we could afford it, but to our surprise SugarPop had the best price for what we needed. I loved working with Lauren to get any and all questions/details squared away before our event. Upon meeting Brian he is very nice and professional and worked well with our other vendors. I (as the bride) being a shy person and having someone asking you questions with a video camera in your face is a bit intimidating - but Brian made me feel very comfortable although I was very emotional and nervous before our ceremony. Our event came and went in what felt like a blink of an eye. We are so happy we had someone there capturing the whole thing - and that we will always be able to treasure it for years to come! We hired Brian to film our daughters sweet 16. We debated on spending the money......biut as it turns out it was better money spent than the party, it is a magical recreation of the day. The final cut looks like it should have played on MTV!

SugarPop were so professional and attentive on the day of our wedding. Brian captured beautifully some really special moments and I was very happy with the finished product. The edits were gorgeous and more than I expected and I would definitely recommend them!!

We had a great experience w/ Sugar Pop Films for our wedding. They provided all the services promised and were very professional. We had more videographers there than expected and they captured every moment. We had a few minor changes that we asked for after the video was complete and they obliged, no problem. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Worth checking out!

Pros:
-Videographers stayed out of the way and arrived on time, dressed professionally
-Amazing highlight video

Cons:
-Promised video between 3-6 months, finally received our video after 6 1/2 months
-Very hard to get in contact with - every time I called Brian, it would take about a week to hear back, when he would say 'Sorry, we were out of the office last week'. Many emails were not returned.
-Full wedding video was very disappointing - we received an hour of what seemed to be raw footage. Brian explained that what was stated in my contract as "Extended edit (Full ceremony, reception highlights, outtakes" was actually 'lightly edited raw footage' and it contained everything most brides wanted (full ceremony, speeches, dances, etc)
-On the full version, There was no music or intro, we could hear the videographer speaking in the background of some scenes.
-We only received 2 full minutes of our dancing/party part of the reception. At one point I went to change my shoes and I saw the videographer sitting out on the porch of the venue in a rocking chair (while we were all in the ballroom). The dancing made up at least 3 hours of our reception, so I feel like we didn't receive our full "7 hours of coverage" that we paid for (including extending an extra hour).

Overall, Brian was extremely nice when we were finally able to get ahold of him, but it was very clear that we did not receive what we were expecting. Not sure if the misunderstanding is based on a paper that Brian said the wedding planner was supposed to give us or our high expectations based on other wedding videos we have seen, but my recommendation is that you ask to view an example of a highlight video AND a full edit before booking.

I seem to be the only person that hasn't had a good experience with Brian Bazala of SugarPop Films. The two videographers I wanted for my wedding day were booked, and one of them referred me to SugarPop. With photography and videography being the most important details to me, budget was not an issue. I booked Brian right away. My first red flag was when Brian didn't get back to me for over a week regarding our first meeting. It was supposed to be in person, but he said he was traveling, and was not able to meet with me. So we "met" on Skype and talked through my vision for the wedding video. Everything seemed fine on the day of the wedding. He was on time, and respectful of the photographer's space. Three months after my wedding, I emailed to ask when I would see the "SugarPop Short" which is a highlight of the wedding. He said he was working on a pro bono project that was taking away from his paying customer's projects, but I'd have it shortly. At the 4 month month mark, I asked for a date when I'd have the short. He said 2 weeks. Another month went by, and I received the short film 5 months after my wedding. Three weeks later, I received the extended cut (full wedding video) and I was very disappointed. I felt like very little editing went into it. During my our first dance as husband and wife, Brian accidentally recorded the ground (his shoes) and then the camera bounced around a lot when he realized it. Also, the extended cut didn't include the pre-ceremony getting ready part, nor did it include our sparkler exit. I emailed Brian to fix a few parts (like the filming of his shoes), edit those things out, add the pre-ceremony video and the grand exit. Brian said he'd edit out the accidents, and add our exit, but that the extended film doesn't include the pre-ceremony getting ready part (um, what?!). It's now 6 months after our wedding, and I'm very discouraged. For what I paid, I expected something better. I wish I had a glowing review to give.

Terrible look elsewhere

It was all great in the beggining but then the actual day came and on the wedding they were good but took so much time from my husband and I enjoying the wedding I mean half the pictures they took are repeats of each other. And I have asked many times for songs to be in the main video. Brian said of course I get the video and none the songs are there and alot of moments that should of been filled with upbeat dancing, scanning the room to see our guests, and I asked to make sure to get my son in the video. Well they got some kid in it more than my own. Plus Brian will say delivery time is an estimate which means they can take however long they want. If I didnt ask for my preview photos, photobooth photos, preview videos or video. I doubt I would have gotten anything. After the 5000 dollar check is written they treat you very different. My aunt took more video and got more special photos on her galaxy 9 note. Would never recommend. Oh it took 89 days for photos the estimated time is 60days. I dont right reviews however I felt for this experience I had to. Still trying to get my video completed for $5000 dollars i believe i deserve that.
