  AMAZING FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sugarletter! Communication was wonderful! I always got responses within 30 minutes, even into the late hours of the night. Jessica worked with me to get the invitations exactly how I wanted them to be! I am so impressed with the finished product! The quality is outstanding. The entire process was totally stress free! Very happy customer!

  Jessica was great to work with and the invitations are beautiful. Our timing was very tight and she worked well with that and my unfortunate stress level. We are very happy with the natural organic look of our invitations many of the invitees have commented on how "posh" the invitation package looks. Thanks so much Jessica.

  We are having a destination wedding and Jessica's designs were perfect! Loved how we were able to get the information to our guests and it still be a nice package. Jessica was fantastic to work with. Would definitely recommend her to others.

  Jessica did my programs, menus, table numbers & escort cards, these are things a bride can't do until the end of the planning process which is also a very stressful time. Jessica was there every step of the way making sure everything was perfect and helping me make decisions, since she recently got married herself there is no one who better understood everything than her. I can't thank her enough, she is quick to get back to every e mail & keeps you in the loop on deadlines and delivers on time. Absolutely the best, if I had known about her sooner I would have used her for my invitations as well. All of my stationary was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned, & she has the perfect ability to understand what that vision is!!!!!! Thanks again Jessica for everything!!!!!

  I used Jessica Lam to do my wedding programs, and I LOVED working with her! I found her through Etsy, and loved one of her program designs, but it was not large enough for what I wanted to print. She was super quick on email and sent me several samples of paper and options. She even came up with a way to add pages to the program I wanted while keeping the same "look". I got a lot of compliments on our cute little programs after our wedding. The price was great, and the quality was wonderful. I would definitely recommend her services!!

  Jessica was fantastic, she was very responsive from start to finish. She created the place cards for my guests at my wedding. She provided me with all the necessary details I needed to make informative and timely decisions.
  
  Jessica is very professional and understands how to run a great business! One of my place cards had the incorrect spelling of a guests name, I made Jessica aware of the error. She promptly sent a new proof to review and approve and then sent the new place card free of charge, she was extremely responsive.

  I think Jessica did a great job with my place cards and table numbers. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and even put up (graciously!) with my emails about various details and issues that she had already thought of! I would definitely order from her again, although I hope to never again have to throw a wedding. :)

  I had a recent dealing with this vendor regarding our invitations. We placed a $75 deposit for the invitations and have received nothing but issues after this. We found the invitations online and sent an email regarding the pricing. During this time we also made a move across many states and were without online services for a few days. Once settled, we placed the deposit after the fact that her pricing had increased since the previous week and email. We rushed into placing the deposit worried that she would increase the prices yet again. After budgeting the move and the wedding the following day we decided that the invitations were not in our budget. We understand that there are terms to any business, however, after sending an email in a timely fashion regarding this and the fact that no work whatsoever was completed on the invitations, she refused to return the deposit after only two days. Not only this, but she has written back to a feedback comment left on etsy and has skewed and changed the story to make her look like she is not at fault. Whatever you do be careful and think twice before choosing to work with this vendor.
