Wedding Photographer
Courtney was absolutely AMAZING! She has such a talent to be able to capture the most memorable moments while being super detailed oriented. She is super sweet and upbeat. She made our day seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture one of the most important & memorable moments of our lives! -

Courtney is such an amazing person and photographer. We booked Sugar Peach in March 2019 for our June 2020 wedding. The booking process, payment process, and communication with Sugar Peach was always clear and so organized. This is a business that operates so well and being a bride and wedding affected by COVID-19, I really appreciated this aspect of Sugar Peach! On my wedding day, I felt I was in the best of hands with the Sugar Peach team. They captured every moment, so beautifully. My husband and I opted to do a first look, and Sugar Peach captured the entire thing. Looking back, I didn't even realize they were there which captured so many beautiful and natural emotions. The detail shots, ceremony shots, family formals, getting ready, all of it turned out perfectly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our most important day and I highly recommend Courtney and Sugar Peach! -

Courtney is amazing! Sugar Peach did both my engagement and wedding photos and I could not have asked for better. She truly loves what she does and knows exactly what to do to get the best pictures. My photos are magically; I couldn't have asked for better! I would choose Sugar Peach all over again! -

Hired her for a recent wedding and she was super helpful - I got a sneak peak over her shoulder of some of my clients photos and I was blown away. Stephanie Sent on 02/09/2018I LOVE Sugar Peach Productions. I booked my engagement photoshoot through them and couldn't have even imagined the photos would turn out as beautiful as they did. I immediately booked them for photo and video for my wedding - I had them before my date and venue! They're also so friendly and accomodating; when my fiance and I decided to scrap our wedding plans and elope on a cruise, the first thing I did was contact them to see if this could work. They were so flexible and willing to work out everything with us that I feel like I'm getting a photo/video team, confidante, wedding planner, and a coordinator. I can't wait for the wedding, and I can't wait to book Sugar Peach for our anniversary shoots, maternity shoots, baby photos, etc.

My husband and I brought her out to be our videographer for our Disney wedding in Orlando and we were truly thankful that she agreed!! Courtney and her team really captured every single moment of our wedding absolutely perfectly and love looking back at our absolutely amazing and magical wedding videos that she and her team put together for us!! The vision that she has to capture each moment was truly breath taking to re-watch over and over again!! My husband and I feel completely blessed to have had that pleasure of working with her!! -

I have been very disappointed with my experience with Courtney and Sugar Peach productions.
We originally hired them for an elopement for 2022 but unfortunately, my husband's mother got sick so we had to cancel and focus on caring for her. Courtney did not give us a refund but instead said she would roll over what we already paid for a reschedule and 10% extra. We started up our wedding plans again and decided on a Disney Cruise Wedding for March 2024 and reached back out to Courtney. We used the 10% credit for photos and videos on the beach that came out beautifully.
We were also having an at home reception and I had spoken to Courtney about being able to get sneak peak photos to put on our invitations for this to send out pretty soon and she had said yes she would be able to get some done. I messaged her almost 2 weeks later asking her about the timeline to expect the sneak peaks so we can order the invitations and she said she expected them exported that weekend. The weekend came and went, I sent her several messages throughout the week asking for an update and I finally got an message back a week later that she had just posted a few on her Facebook page after we had already ordered the invitations. I was upset with the lack of communication and the expectation that she set that we would have them that past weekend. I also expected high quality sneak peaks and instead got Facebook photos. I will say they were beautiful and I love them.
I then sent her a message asking if the photos and video would be ready for us to show at our June at home reception. I was only asking for a rimeline or ETA and not expecting them by our reception date so that I can plan to show them or not. Messages sent April 1st, May 7, May 10, May 11, and May 15 and finally got a response on that last day that she has been busy and photos will be exported in her gallery by Friday May 17th. I didn't get anything during that timeframe and on the 20th I looked at her gallery myself and did find some of our photos but no way for me to download so I messaged her about it. She said she still wasn't done and more photos were still going in so that was the reason. Sent messages again for ETA on May 21 and 24 then tried email on the 24th as well and got a response with our gallery information. A week after she said they would be ready. All this would be fine had she been communicating with me and not leaving me in the dark for a whole week after she said the photos would be ready. I just felt in limbo constantly with lack of information and broken expectations she set.
Most of our photos were so amazing and I loved them!! We were missing all the fireworks photos though that we paid for and had several portrait photos where the colors were very wrong and a couple of other fixes. I finally got a response on June 4 after multiple messages in between and she said the fireworks photos were almost done and she would look at my other asks.
June 26, July 2, July 10, and sent email on July 12 where I finally got a response that the fireworks pohotos were ready. They were great! Just some had our faces very red so I asked if that could be fixed. She also said she would be reimporting the re saturated portraits "in a bit" but never saw these changes.
To this day she has not responded to me. I have sent messages on August 30, September 29, and emails on July 22, July 31, and October 31. None of my requests have been fixed or updated and there has been no response from her since July 12. This is very unprofessional and I am so disheartened that this has put a small dark cloud on our wedding experience. I know Courtney had her little girl around the last time she responded to me but not by communication, by seeing it on her facebook after no response from her for over 2 months. There were no out of office emails or anything for me to have this information.
At this point I think I've given up. -
