So cool, literally!

We absolutely loved having SubZero at our wedding! Our guests loved watching the ice cream being frozen, and seeing the fog banks rolling out, and they universally raved about the ice cream itself as well. So much fun!

Subzero was absolutely a great addition to our event. People of all ages, raved about the deliciousness of their ice cream. The visual of the ice cream was quite impressive. Their friendliness and ability to connect with people really stood out. Super great to work with. We are hoping to have them back on campus when we can!

So much fun!

We opted for liquid nitrogen ice cream as a fun throwback to our college days alongside our cake, and our guests loved it. Our friends enjoyed seeing the vapor creep onto the dance floor for a bit when they first started making it. The kids were absolutely entranced, it was a total hit with them. Towards the end, they were super helpful in getting us so many great mist shots with our photographer which were very romantic. Rita the owner was very easy to work with, and we got to have a free tasting at the Cambridge location with Lisseth who worked the event. Highly recommend Sub Zero as a vendor!

Ice cream for our wedding

We wanted to do something fun and exciting other then a normal wedding cake since our venue was already serving tres leches cake for desert. Subzero was a perfect solution. We had them start serving during the dancing portions of the wedding for an hour. We even had a free tasting at their Cambridge location to choose flavors for our custom menu. The only thing I wish I knew was that for events they freeze the ice cream in big batches instead of doing it in front of you to order like in their store so there was a little less showmen ship. Other then that, it was great! They even did a special photo of us with a cloud of liquid nitrogen under our feet!

Great addition to our reception

The price was reasonable and everybody loved having ice cream on such a hot day. The staff was friendly to our guests, and management was great at communicating with us throughout the planning process.

We loved Rita at Sub-Zero!

We actually had Sub Zero Ice Cream for a library program, but I think it would also work for a wedding. They were the best! (And we've had them back for five summers now.)

Great IceCream Even Greater Service

Sub Zero Icecream was a huge hit at our wedding. Extremely tasty, we all had a blast to visually seeing them make the icecream & actually eating it. I would absolutely recommend them. I booked them last minute and so happy I was to get them for our big day. Gayle was so accommodating and on top of things that I knew it was going to run smoothly, and it absolutely did. We highly recommend them!

My favorite vendor to work with!

Working with Sub Zero Ice Cream was an excellent experience! Rita was so responsive and easy to work with and was also exceptionally accommodating with rescheduling due to Covid. The staff and presentation at the actual event were amazing and the ice cream delicious. Definitely the highlight of our event!!

A Cool Catering Choice That Impressed All

The New Hampshire VFW held our 2020 VFW State Commander and Auxiliary President Testimonial recently. Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream knocked it out of the park!
The experience of watching the ice cream made right before our eyes impressed all attendees, our caterers and the members of the band! It was an instantaneous fog-bank on a hot summer's night!!
Guests were treated to 5 different flavor choices that we selected from over 50, including a "Dole Whip" vegan option and we used the 3 mix-ins option.
Rita was terrific to work with and her Sub Zero team was professional, caring, proper masks, stayed a little longer for later arrivals and came in under our budget!
Guests were asking us to use the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream team at our future events and celebrations.
We absolutely will!

Caters to plant based/Vegan people

We contracted Sub Zero to be at our fund raiser event, We had someone there who is plant based, She does not eat any dairy at all, Sub zero made he something so she can enjoy ice cream with the rest of us.

Great Experience for All Ages!

We had a great experience with Sub Zero ice cream! They were accommodating from the beginning booking to the end of our experience. The price was super reasonable and great for all ages. We brought a group of elementary school kids, middle schoolers, and our senior citizens group all at various times and everyone enjoyed themselves. Its great to get a science learning experience and watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. We loved how everyone could make their own specialized flavors and mix ins and they are accommodating with any allergies or dairy intolerance. Would highly recommend!

Summer BBQ with a great dessert.

First of all Mark and Rita are really great people. They started their business on their own and have made it a successful venture. The provide a great product and service. Mark and Rita will tell how they make the ice cream and it really is one of the coldest treats out there. They work with all their clients to provide the best possible experience. Their product is available in numerous flavors and they can cater almost any type of function, schools, private functions, weddings etc. They came to our annual summer BBQ and everyone had a good time learning about the ice cream and especially eating it.

A Very Cool Evening!

I am not a cake girl, but I love ice cream. My husband and I had a space themed wedding and Rita and her team at Sub Zero were amazing! They were friendly, super responsive to all our needs, they helped us from our first interest at the ice cream contest we met them at to our perfect wedding day. The liquid Nitrogen display impressed all of our friends and family and everyone was obsessed with how beautiful and delicious the ice cream was. The price is great, the people are great, and you cannot beat their dietary options, they have something for literally everyone (we did Italian ice and ice cream for example). If you want something unique and fun for your wedding, 100% promise you, you won’t find anyone better than SubZero.

An Event to Remember

I had a small wedding, roughly 50 people, the basic size was perfect to give all 50 people ice cream. Everyone at the wedding loved it and was by far the second best part of the wedding.

I cannot even begin to describe how special our wedding night was because of subzero. Both my husband and I started planning our wedding and knew that we definitely didn’t want to do traditional cake as dessert. We’re just not cake people! I have no idea where the ice cream idea came from but I am so glad it was a part of our day especially with Subzero! When we began our search, we stumbled upon this awesome idea in which the ice cream can be made right in front of you. Ice cream and a show! We were pretty sold from the start but ran right to the subzero store in Nashua, NH to give it a taste- sold immediately! I was even more sold after communicating with Rita. She was amazing at getting back to my emails in a timely fashion, setting up tastings and following up with us when necessary. When we went in for a tasting, the young man in the shop was so caring, hardworking and made us feel so special. We could have been there for hours tasting different flavors! On our wedding night, the two staff who served were so friendly and kind! (So sorry that I don’t remember their names!!) They interacted with guests, joked around giving “facials” with the dry ice because it was SO hot and even brought a special surprise for the bride and groom!! After serving everyone, they made special rounds with seconds! We received so many comments about how lovely the staff were, how delicious the ice cream was and how crazy a “show” they put on while making it! We would not have wanted it any other way!! Thank you for making our night so special!!

We had an incredible experience with Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt. They were so responsive during the planning process and even better on the day of. They provided the ice cream for our wedding and they were the only thing our guests talked about days after the event. They were so kind and did a beautiful job of making it a special experience for everyone. They even did a special photo with our photographer using the dry ice and I cannot wait to see it! We were sponsoring a golf tournament and needed that extra something special. With short notice, the folks at Sub Zero responded with professionalism and know how; in fact they handled everything. They showed up early and when golf was running long and the players were taking longer than expected to come off the course, they stayed late to make sure everyone was able to enjoy. What a success thanks to the folks at Sub Zero! Well worth it!

I had Sub Zero Ice Cream at my wedding last August at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, MA. They were fantastic! Our guests raved about the taste of the ice cream and how cool it was to watch it get made. It was so easy to setup with Rita who was very quick to respond to all of my questions via email. They even came and brought my husband and I ice cream while we were on the dance floor so we didn't have to step away from the fun for a moment. Sub Zero is such a fun and different element you can add to any event. It takes the traditional sundae or ice cream bar to the next level adding another element of entertainment to your event. Love Sub Zero and would recommend to anyone for their wedding.

We had SubZero as our dessert caterer and they rocked the house! They were on time (early!), they had everything perfectly ready, they entertained the guests, and, of course, the ice cream was DELICIOUS! If you are looking for that "WOW" factor for your special event, look no further. Gourmet, fresh, and liquid nitrogen. Need I say more. Our guests are still talking about how "cool" it was, literally. They were really easy to work with and offered our party a taste tasting. There are so many varieties to choose from and you can mix and match. They made it really easy to put together the perfect menu. When they arrived, they were prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have always been ice cream lovers, and have never been crazy about cake, so the only thing that made sense for us was to have ice cream at our wedding for our deasert. When we found sub zero we were blown away at how unique their process of using liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze their ice cream was. We knew we had to go with them! Rita was absolutely wonderful to work with! We got to test differently flavor combinations and created our own signiture flavor (strawberry, blueberry, and white chocolate with brownies mixed in, yumm)! Our guests were blown away by sub zero, they thought it was the coolest thing, and everyone LOVED the ice cream! Seriously, use them for your event, they were worth every penny!

We hired Rita and Mark McCabe's Sub Zero outfit to serve dessert at our daughter's Bat Mitzvah celebration party and they did a fabulous job. Easy to work with, very professional and it was a huge hit with all our guests. We would definitely hire them again. Wonderful experience.

Great experience with our GS Troop to visit the store and learn about liquid nitrogen can make icecream. Sometimes it got too loud to hear the presentation when customers came in to order icecream. We enjoyed it .

Rita, the owner of Sub-Zero came to my house for my daughter's 15th B-day party and stole the show. Without a doubt the technology used to make the ice cream is absolutely amazing. Everyone one was amazed and loved the ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant and Rita was able to make lactose free ice cream for me. This was the best ice cream I've eaten in my life.

Rita McCabe did an outstanding job presenting Sub Zero to our homeschool co-op! She taught the science of liquid nitrogen through hard facts, as well as hands-on demonstrations, and she captivated an audience with an age range of 5 through adult! The ice cream at the end was a treat, and many of the students (including my son) said, "This is the best ice cream I've ever tasted!" Rita was personable and professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Sub Zero to any school group or club looking for a fun (and tasty!) way to learn science!

Sub-zero was great to work with. I manage an apartment community of 482 apartments. Every summer we host a resident barbecue at our pool area. We typically serve cookies and brownies for dessert, but that's a little boring, so we decided to do something a little more fun this year. Everyone LOVED Sub Zero!! Both the kids and the adults had a great time watching them makes the ice cream right in front of them (and it tasted great!) The Sub Zero staff set everything up on their own and handled everything, which was great, since I was busy hosting the event. I would definitely recommend Sub Zero.

Sub Zero Ice Cream came to our school and did a fantastic science presentation for our entire school. They then made and served ice cream for over 650 staff and students! It was a great event!

Sub Zero did a catering/presentation for our students this summer at a summer program, they were engaging, knowledgeable, and able to teach our students science in a fun way! They were very professional in every aspect of their business and able to be flexible to our changing needs. We also felt that their pricing was extremely reasonable. We look forward to having them back next year! Oh, and their ice cream was delish!!!

As a wedding venue, we meet a wide variety of vendors from various areas of the wedding business. Sub Zero is by far one of the most unique and fun novelties you should have at your wedding - to put a smile on your guests face and leave them feeling giddy like a little kid! Plus the wow factor of the liquid nitrogen will keep your guests talking about your wedding day for months/years after. Rita and Mark are very accommodating, professional and really love what they do! The wide assortment of ice cream flavors and mix-in's they offer plus the easy set up of the entire process makes it a no brainer when you are considering that extra something special for your wedding day! A definite must have in the wedding budget!

Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt made our wedding and such added an element of fun. Everyone was impressed by the quality of product and the "show" of making ice cream. I loved all the flavor combinations and everything I tried was delicious. They were even able to accommodate my vegan, soy free guests! They were super easy to work with and plan. I would hire Sub Zero again in a minute (just need to plan another event!)

Sub Zero and their staff were great! We used them for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in early June. Our guests loved the ice cream "show," and we loved being able to hand-pick our flavors and even some of the bases used. We really appreciated that we could choose from various pricing options. We ended up going with five flavors and providing our own toppings, which saved us a lot of money. The initial cost does seem high, and it is especially high if you are using a caterer whose price includes desert, like ice cream. But with a little creativity, we were able to keep our costs within reason AND use Sub Zero. It was a huge hit with all our guests! Highly recommend.

I am a Children's Librarian for a Public Library in Franklin, NH. I booked Sub-Zero Ice Cream for our Summer Reading Program in the summer of 2017. They were excellent! So much fun - the kids loved the science aspect of the presentation, and the delicious results at the end. One of the parents, who had come to all the programs that summer, said it was the best one of all! Great value for the price and a truly fun, exciting and educational program - highly recommended and I will probably have them again! Great presentation, excellent ice cream! We had them come in for a 1 hour employee celebration event, and they served 100 people in less than 45 min. (Including set up and clean up time)
