Dj and Band
We had an incredible wedding experience thanks to the amazing collaboration between our DJ and his live band. DJ Amir and his incredible band kept everyone on the dance floor all night! His team created an unforgettable experience and we received numerous compliments from guests about the music. We highly recommend this duo for any event! -

Nonstop Party!
If there is one compliment we keep getting about our wedding, it’s that our music and entertainment was the best they ever experienced. We feel the same and are still in awe by the party we were able to host! To say Amir & our 4 musicians exceeded our expectations is an understatement!! Our traditional families were on the fence about a DJ Hybrid, but we pushed for what we wanted and Style Events DELIVERED. I mean, the music, the party, the vibes and the energy were nonstop, just as we wanted! Everything from our beautiful string ceremony, to our interactive cocktail hour where the musicians walked around, to the reception and party where nobody sat down, we couldn’t have picked a better match. Our other vendors were amazed at their performance and professionalism and will now be recommended to their future clients. They brought the nonstop party!!! We are so happy and will be using them for any future parties we have. We love Style Events!!!! -

Absolutely incredible
We hired Alex & Amir for our wedding and they made our wedding vibe/ dance floor absolutely electric. The dance floor was bumping all night long. Our friends love to party and we have gotten countless comments and texts raving about how incredible the music was, how people never sat down all night long across all age groups and how they have never been to a wedding like ours. If you are looking for the best night, packed dance floor and amazing music do not hesitate and book them asap!! My husband is trying to figure out the next party we can throw to hire them again. -

Amaaaazing!!! They know their audience.
Our wedding was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the Amir and his ensemble of talented musicians. Amir effortlessly blended beats that had everyone on their feet from the first track. His ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high was unmatched.
But it was the live performance by the saxophonist, percussionist, and violinist that truly elevated the night.
Together, they created a dynamic and unforgettable experience that kept the house rocking all night long. Their chemistry and virtuosity turned a great night into an extraordinary one.

Alex and Amir totally killed it!!!!!!
We used Alex and Amir for our wedding and they were AMAZING! they had everyone on the dance floor the entire night!!! The musicians are everything they are a MUST! I can’t tell you how much it added to the experience and ambiance to the crowd!!! Everything was perfect and incredible and the music Alex played hit every time!!! The playlist, the band, the process, the whole experience created the best vibe and energy on the dance floor. He totally killed it. Only regret was not getting sparklers lol 😂 but seriously 1000000000000/10!!! -

We had the pleasure of working with both Alex & Amir and they both were incredible. Having both our families come from such different backgrounds our wedding was absolutely spectateur thanks to them, they were able to provide music for all backgrounds and give us an amazing night! The best DJ ever!!
What can I say other than Amir is the BEST DJ EVER. I had heard amazing things from friends and he absolutely killed it at our wedding. Every guest commented on how amazing Amir was -- he kept the party going all night long and genuinely made it what we wanted, a rager with all our friends and family. Amir is also an amazing person, so easy to talk to and very responsive. Cannot recommend him enough!!!!! -

Hands down best decision re our wedding
We had seen Amir at a friend's wedding in summer 2019. When we booked our venue in Dec. 2020, one of our first calls was to him to ensure Style Events would be available on our date. The stress associated with planning a wedding (venue, photographer, florist, etc.) is unparalleled compared to everyday life, and knowing we did not need to worry about Amir and his team was a godsend. Amir kept the dance floor packed for the entirety of our event (reception and after party), and I've been asked so many times who our entertainment was since our wedding that I feel like a company rep! In the coming years, I won't consider having another function without first ensuring Amir's availability. Also, the musicians accompanying Amir were fantastic, and we received quite a few comments on them as well. I cannot recommend Style Events highly enough. -

Best band ever
By far the BEST band I have ever seen at a wedding! Our wedding would not have been as lively without them. The guests did not stop dancing and the band did not stop playing. Alex and Amir are worth every penny! -

Saved our wedding!!
I can’t say anything but great things about Alex and Amir. We had a DJ flying in from israel who last minute could not make it due to Covid. I got Alex’s information from a friend who he had done a bunch of parties for that I had attended. Alex jumped right in and within a few hours of contacting him we had gone through the plan and music for our wedding and he was booked. It could have been an extremely stressful time but Alex stepped right in to save the day. As for the music at the wedding I actually do not think anyone sat other than for speeches. The energy was insane and everyone kept saying how amazing the DJ was. To put it bluntly Alex made the night. We can’t wait to have him again for future events !! -

Could not have been better. They made our party world class!
Before I begin, you MUST hire Alex and Amir for your wedding, bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, birthday, concert, brit millah, and any celebration. Alex and Amir did an exceptional job at our wedding. People say that the food and the music are two important elements of a wedding people remember. And Alex and Amir KILLED IT! Everyone came up to us throughout the night and told us how talented the DJ is. Alex and Amir are talented, humble, understanding, skilled, and the highest quality professionals.
Throughout the wedding planning process, my husband and I changed plans several times and needed to include Alex & Amir in the adjustments. They were always grateful, understanding, and extremely flexible with our ever changing needs. I had a list of songs I provided Alex and Amir with. However, during the night, there were certain songs I wish I had added. It’s as if Alex read my mind without me even telling him and played every song I thought of. The telepathy between Alex and Amir and the crowd is unreal. Furthermore, Alex was responsive to adjust the music to fit the crowd dancing at the time. If our mature persian relatives were dancing, he knew the best music to play for them. If our younger American friends were dancing, he also knew the most fitting music for them. My husband and I were truly blessed to have Alex and Amir help us on our special day. Alex and Amir are professional, helpful, considerate, and understanding! You will always be happy and grateful to work with them to plan your dream celebration! -

Best dj"s ever!
Alex and Amir have DJ'd every party for us for more than 15+ years for many different types of parties. They are truly talented DJ's who have an intrinsic connection to their crowd while playing. They are open to take suggestions and are happy to play any requested songs and music besides having the most updated and sophisticated curated music of their own.
If you want a successful dance party where your guests do not leave the dance floor-choose them! We would not make a party without them! -

Alex exceeded all our expectations! The music from the cocktail to our ceremony to our dinner perfectly completed our magical wedding day. He perfectly mixed our Middle Eastern and Ashkenaz roots with our contemporary love for rap and house music! He had an amazing intelligent lighting and silent disco sound system that added just the right vibe to our wedding. DJ Amir was unbelievable. He gave us the ability to create our own playlist for our wedding and he turned our party into a literal rave with the best music out there. I would recommend them in a second. They played at our wedding on 2/16/20 at the Rainbow Room and were OUTSTANDING! Everyone asked us after for their information. Everyone was dancing the entire time and kept coming up to us saying how incredible they were! Their musicality, talent, how they looked and sounded were spectacular. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Made our night just so special and we will remember this night for the rest of our lives. -

Simply Perfect
Alex and his team were phenomenal. From the start, Alex was easy and fun to work with - he assured me that even though we wanted music from all over the world present at our Persian-Armenian wedding, he'd be able to execute flawlessly. Meeting with him leading up to the big day was always great because he's truly a professional - his helpful ideas and advice helped us create the perfect flow and playlist from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to hours of endless dancing at the reception. And trust me, the dance floor was never empty! He made sure of it. Our only complaint is that the wedding couldn't last a few more hours. We're so glad we splurged and booked the additional live musicians (electric violinist & percussionist) because they livened the crowd beyond expectation. Words can't express how much our guests loved Alex and his team - guests are still raving about what a perfect night it was thanks to them.
Alex knew exactly when to play what song, how long to play each song for, and just knew how to read the crowd better than any other wedding we've been to. Mixing Persian, Armenian, West Indian Soca, and Latin music is no easy feat, but they did it and they did it with class.
To top it all off, we booked a photo both through them as well, and by the end of the night, we were given an amazing book with copies of all of the pictures our guests took. From the looks of it, everyone enjoyed themselves!
You won't go wrong with Alex & his team, and you'll have the night of your lives! -

Alex DJed at our wedding and played the exact music needed to get the crowd going. He brought a 12 piece band to play along side him. The energy was amazing due to his ability to play a little of everything - American, rap, Arabic, Persian, and Israeli music. Highly recommend him. -

We hired Alex & Amir for a DJ and full band for our special night. We could not have been any happier with the performance. The music was top notch of course, the real stand out was the band and musicians. They were the life of the party and they entertained the guests all night. They provided full energy throughout the evening and it was a perfect mix of DJ/band. -

Amazing DJ
I had the opportunity to work with DJ Alex and Amir for my wedding and they are absolutely the best. They know how to play the crowed especially with Persian and American (house) music. They kept the party alive, Music was upbeat, they were so good we had them play through dinner and 90% of my guests stayed on the dance floor and skipped dinner. They are very accommodating and will work with your ideas and incorporate them in the best way possible. Very happy with the turn out and will for sure use them again in the future for other evens. 100% recommend to use Alex and Amir.

We flew Alex from New york to Loa Angeles to play music for both our engagement and wedding. He was so amazing. Our party lasted so long. The music was so amazing that no one wanted to leave. The best band/dj
Amir and his team helped to make our night so incredibility special!!! We hired them before ever even seeing them but through word of mouth- heard only the best things. Let me tell you- they exceeded every expectation we could have ever had! Amir met with us 3 weeks before the wedding to discuss the type of music we liked and we send him over a few songs we definitely wanted to play but otherwise he took complete control and was AMAZING. He kept the party going ALL night and always captured the crowds attention. There were bongos and saxophones coming out onto the dance floor throughout the night and kept the crowd so engaged. It was truly a fairy-tail wedding and Amir made it the BEST night of our entire lives. -

The best wedding band ever!! Alex was so approachable and great to work with. Our guests cant stop talking about how great the wedding music was weeks after the wedding. They played a great mix of international & traditional wedding music. They brought incredible musicians for the cocktail hour and ceremony and Alex played the best music at the afterparty!

I don’t typically write reviews, but Amir was so unbelievably amazing at our wedding that I just have to. Our wedding was half-persian/Israeli, half- American and Amir perfectly tailored the music to suit both crowds. Our guests were on the dance floor even before we entered the room and we have had countless people asking us who the dj was.
Having a dj allowed for much more flexibility in music choices and the 5 instruments we chose beautifully enhanced every single song that was played. The musicians even got on the dance floor and were very interactive with the crowd.
Amir was also very easy to work with and couldn’t be more accommodating- this was very refreshing as wedding planning can get very stressful at times.
All in all, Amir was an amazing choice and me and my husband highly recommend this vendor to those who are looking to have a lively and FUN event. -

Cannot rave enough about this company! We flew in DJ Amir from NY for our wedding in LA. We interviewed so many DJs in LA, and while many of them seemed great, we just knew DJs Alex and Amir are the absolute best and we would have guaranteed good music. And we were right! Everyone was dancing the whole night and it was an absolute blast! It was a mixed crowd of persians and americans (and people from all over the world) and the music DJ Amir played was universally loved. So many people asked us who the DJ was as they were so impressed by him! -

Where to start. I would recommend Alex & Amir Style Events to anyone looking for fantastic entertainment!!!!! They MADE our wedding! The group performed at our wedding the past May and it was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding process. We are still getting calls and texts from our guests asking about our DJ orchestra/band one month later. Our guests did not leave the dance floor. The Alex & Amir Style Events team was incredible and we could not have asked for more. They kept the party going on all night. We had requested songs in a few different languages and their group sang Persian, Mexican, English and they played even more songs in other languages. They played a variety of instruments and their DJ-ing was wonderful. Not only were they TALENTED, but they were beyond kind and professional. We loved working with them and would recommend them out to ANYONE looking for fun energy and lots of dancing at our wedding. Your guests will be blown away!!! We highly recommend Amir and his team. We hosted over 300 guests at our wedding and Amir's music brought everyone together on the dance floor. He is incredibly talented at blending cultures and therefore various genres of music. He reads the room accurately and continues to keep the momentum, enthusiasm, and energy of the guests on the dance floor. We also hired several live musicians through Amir which gave the look and feel of a band with the authenticity of the sound of the artists. We booked Amir for our 200+ person engagement party with a drummer and violinist after seeing Alex & Amir at other events. I can't begin to say how happy we were!!! He read the crowd exactly and the dance floor was brimming the entire night! I also had a few things planned for the party which involved very specific music and Amir listened to every single thing we asked for - and more! Amir suggested we add lighting and although I was initially hesitant, I am so happy I did it - it added so much movement and ambience to the room. Don't look further - just book them!!! -

They provide such a talented group of musicians for the band and an incredibly talented DJ that seamlessly collaborate on every song. Alex and Amir- where to begin... professional, lively and entertaining. I stumbled upon Alex and Amir Entertainment while searching for a latin band that could play everything from salsa, bachata to top 10 latin/ american hits for our wedding. Alex was so professional- meeting with me, my husband and father in law when needed. On the day of the wedding, I could hear the band sound checking and thought they sounded pretty good.... once the party got started, I was blown away by the sound, the level of professionalism and the talent! The dance floor was packed all night! Guests were calling us on our honeymoon to compliment us on our entertainment for the wedding! Alex provided DJ and band for our wedding on October 11, 2015.
I have been to several of Alex's parties prior to my event, however, my crowd was completely different. Alex made sure to cater to the crowd and made the night as memorable and fun as we wanted. Countless people came over to tell me how great the music was and even more texted me after to find out the name of the band and DJ.
Also worth noting that they provided the classical players for cocktail hour and the ceremony - we gave them very specific versions of songs to play and they executed perfectly.

Not only did we choose Alex and Amir of Style Events because of their pristine reputation but my (now wife's) family had worked with them in the past and we had danced to their music at numerous parties over many years. When it came to my wedding I only wanted the best, and for that reason, Alex and Amir of Style Events was our only choice for our music and entertainment. Literally before we even booked our wedding venue I made sure that Alex would be available for our date. Alex was amazing to deal with. He handled everything for us from ceremony music to cocktail hour and of course the reception. We had Alex Dj'ing the entire night alongside 6 of the most talented musicians I have ever seen. Everyone had the most amazing time and danced the entire night. We had Middle Eastern and American guests and both sides were blown away by the music. Alex and Amir were simply amazing! Thanks to them we had the most memorable wedding reception. Our friends are still raving about how much fun our wedding was because of the music and live musicians. We would hire them again in a heart beat! -

This is the 2nd time we've used Alex & Amir for a family event (first my brother's wedding and now mine). They came all the way to Florida and did an AMAZING job and collaborated nicely with the other vendors. All the guests were up and dancing the entire night and they did an excellent job of "feeling the vibe" and knowing when to change to certain genres. Since this was a mixed (Sephardic/Ashkenazi Jewish) wedding, they played Persian, Israeli, Modern Dance and and Oldies, so there was a little bit for everyone. We had a live percussionist, saxophonist, and violinist which really got the crowd pumped as they were interactive and full of energy. We can't say enough good things about DJ Alex & Amir...they made the night a success! -

Alex and Amir were amazing at our wedding. They had the whole place jumping. What was even more impressive, is that we had a multicultural wedding (Iranian and Caribbean) and they seamlessly had both groups pleased and on the dance floor at the same time.
The band was very interactive, on the dancefloor, dancing with the guests, playing next to them. They were the talk of our wedding.
Not only did they take care of our music, but, they also took care of the ceremony sound, musicians for the ceremony and the lighting.
All of it was done professionaly and with the utmost respect. There is no question that we would highly recommend them to anybody.
Finally, Alex introduced us to Sanaz, who taught and choreographed a multi ethnic dance which was so graceful and amazing.
The whole interaction with all of them from begninning to end was great. -

We had Alex and Amir Entertainment at our wedding a few weeks ago and I would highly recommend them. They did my bat mitzvah all those years ago and my family continued to recommend and engage them for subsequent events, including our engagement party and bridal shower this year as well. We worked with both Alex and Amir and both are extremely professional and honest with their pricing and recommendations. They were responsive to our unique needs and flexible to accommodate our requests. We went ahead with this vendor additionally because of recommendations from other couples who did their wedding with them, and as expected, both the DJ and band were excellent. The guests were dancing all night and the DJ and band knew how to keep the momentum going - we had both Persian and American guests and the mix of music was very well received. Would highly recommend them to any couple considering them for their wedding or families considering them for bar / bat mitzvahs or any other special event! -

Excellent DJ/Band; definitely recommend
Alex and Amir were phenomenal Djs/musicians; they controlled the room and fed off our guests’ energy. Overall, their music selection and vibes were on point. I would highly recommend A&A for anyone looking for a wedding (or any party) DJ/band . The only caveat was communication leading up to the wedding could’ve been stronger. Communication aside, however, their product was 5 stars. -

Book Them for Your Wedding!
We had so many changes to our wedding plans due to the pandemic and Alex and Amir were so easy to work with. It really took a weight off my shoulders knowing that my vendors were partnering with us to weather the storm - they were so accommodating. My husband and I knew from the beginning we wanted something with a bit more energy that a band and vocalist just wouldn't deliver. We wouldn't change one thing about our decision to go with a DJ orchestra. Prior to our wedding, I sent over a few songs so they could get a sense of what we wanted to hear. Alex absolutely blew it out of the water and had my 50 person wedding dancing ALL NIGHT LONG. I couldn’t believe it given the circumstances, I didn't want the night to end! I am forever grateful that I was able to celebrate and have a "normal" wedding experience dancing the night away with my friends and family (masks included). Alex made our night so memorable. I also received so many compliments on the music and had people asking for their number! I would recommend them over and over again. -

Great choice - brought so much energy
Alex and Amir performed incredibly - they recommended just the right instruments and ensemble, listened to our preferences, and it really showed. We got overwhelming feedback on how good the band was, and how much energy they brought to the wedding. 10/10 would recommend! -

We had Alex and a violinist for our wedding. They did a great job. The violinist was very interactive with the guests, and Alex had the guests dancing immediately at the beginning until the last minute. We heard from many of our guests that they liked them too. He had a good mix of persian/Spanish/English music.
Only area for improvement is being more responsive to emails/phone calls. -
