  An Amazing Photographer!!

  I HIGHLY recommend Raul for your wedding photography needs. I have had experience with his photography as a Bridesmaid in 2016 and now a Bride in 2018. He has such a calming presence that he is just the person you want taking your photos when stress is high. He made me feel so much better before the wedding. His photos are outstanding! They look like something out of a fairytale. He was, hands down, our very favorite vendor. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your wedding.

  Raul Cifuentes is awesome! He is professional and easy to work with. He took every picture I asked for and more and they turned out beautifully! He uses a timeline that helps the whole event to flow smoothly. This is a way of capturing all the photos the bride and groom want plus everyone involved knows exactly where to be and at what time. Raul and his assistant were there every minute from the time I was getting ready til the last guest left the reception. It was cool to see how much the two of them were enjoying themselves. Not only were they professional, they were having fun, too! This made me more relaxed - and every bride needs to relax a little and enjoy the moment. Raul's pricing is very reasonable and the quality of his work is top notch. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future when/if I need a photographer for another event.

  We really enjoyed working with Raul and his team. His photography is amazing, he shot our engagement pictures in addition to our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with the shots.

  Studio519 Photography was the perfect vendor for me. Raul and Dave were very flexible in driving 70 miles for me, the quality was more than I could have asked for, they were both responsive to my needs and very friendly, the cost was affordable and I am glad I spent every penny on them. I would recommend them to others and hope I can use them for other photography needs in the future. I received so many compliments from others at the wedding and even those who were not at the wedding. Those at the wedding said Raul and Dave were "so cool" and "very friendly" and those not at the wedding said they liked all of the different angles and the fact that the photographers got shots of everything! Studio519 is awesome!

  Raul was such a joy to wok with! We are SO happy with our pictures. We will use him again anytime we need professional photographs. He was very responsive, and answered any questions we had. He put us at ease, and had great ideas for pictures. We would book him again!

  My husband and I were very impressed with the photographs on Studio519's website and were amazed at the affordable cost. The pictures from our wedding are so beautiful. They look just as good as the ones you see on the websites for photographers that cost over 7,000 dollars. We loved having Raul from Studio519 at our wedding, because he was fun, full of energy, and willing to literally lie on the ground or hang out of a moving golf cart to get good shots. My sister and my best friend were at my wedding and both are planning on using Studio519 for their weddings.

  Overall, I hate my photos. I dread looking at them and cried the first time I saw them.
  First, I hate fish eye lens, I can't stand the distortion and I told him this during our first meeting. Turns out a majority of my pre-ceremony getting ready pictures are fish eye so my bridesmaids look like they have disproportionatly big heads. My getting ready pics in my dress make me look like I am ALL bust. Just bad. Not to mention we got no other pre-ceremony pic of me and the girls anywhere else than the dressing rooms because while we were short on time, he turned into a diva and didn't want to take any pictures with only 15 minutes. Instead I got a super snarky "Oh, I'm just a professional photographer I don't need time to set up. I can just snap pictures." It was bad enough that apparently the venue's coordinator pulled him aside and reminded him that I was paying him for a service. Funny...since he markets himself as a photojournalist. Not to mention as a wedding photographer I would think you'd be used to having to roll with the punches since things always go awry. But instead I let myself be bullied into getting NO pictures at the ceremony site with the girls, since I was trying to be no stress, anti-bridezilla. At least the guys got great pics, who were working with Raul's assistant.
  We did get some good pictures of the ceremony, but again there were fish eye photos from far away which made no sense. Even others who have seen the photos commented on them asking why he would do that. I guess it's "artistic", but again. specifically what I told him I don't like.
  There were some good pictures during the reception as well, but nothing spectacular.
  Overall, I'm so disappointed. It should never happen that a bride hates looking at her wedding photos, but that's me unfortunately.
