  My situation for our wedding was less than ideal, my fiancé at the time and I were together for 10 years. We always planned on marrying but we were waiting for "the right time." No such thing. We got some bad news in May that my future mother in laws cancer had become very aggressive and they only gave her months. We moved back to IL to spend time with her, and to get married...in 5 weeks... so she could be there with us. Rebekah was the photographer for a friends wedding and I loved her work. I messaged her hoping she would be available but because of the short notice, our hopes were low. THANKFULLY, she was available and we were able to hire her for our special day! We set up all the plans and were so happy, then the worst happened. My fiancés mother passed away, before we were able to get married. We knew the wedding day would be a mix of emotions and with the help of Rebekah and her assistant, they captured the day beautifully! They captured pictures that reflected the love we had for our mother perfectly. So many photos were taken and we will always have them in rememberance of our mom and our day because of Rebekah. There is nothing I could say that would show her how much we appreciated her professionalism, her caring personality, or the support she gave us that day and after. I highly recommend Rebekah as a wedding photographer and will forever be grateful of her.

  Two years ago on this day my husband and I said I do! Unfortunately the weather was less than ideal. Thankfully, with the help of our amazing and talented photographer, you never would have known we were freezing our bums off! Bex was an absolute DREAM to work with, start to finish. 5 seconds after meeting her during our interview, I knew she was the one for us! Bex is insanely talented, but even more than that, she is kind, compassionate, funny, and so sweet! It was like having your best friend shoot your wedding day! She and her 2nd shooter Suzie were such a joy to work with, and she even made sure to remind my husband to relax during our photos. Every bride will appreciate having a relaxed groom in their wedding photos! Bex is thoughtful, and crazy passionate for her career. But so much more than that, she is such a wonderful person to work with! I loved being a Bex bride, and I promise you, you will too!

  Studio Rebekah Photography is absolutely AMAZING!!! She took our engagement and wedding photos and we LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Rebekah helped us with poses whenever needed...we never felt awkward or "observed" while she told us to "smooch" :)...she makes sure a pimple on your wedding day doesn't show in your pictures...she is not scared of rain, rather she takes awesome puddle pictures....she is very easy to get along with and to talk to....she always remembered that I consider my left side my "better" side and made sure I was standing on that side in pictures....with her as our wedding photographer, we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. I love taking photos myself and am very picky with photos, but if I could give Rebekah 100 stars for this recommendation on here, I would. best. wedding. photographer. ever.

  Rebekah is a remarkable photographer! She is worth every penny she charges, although it is several pennies. She worked quickly and creatively to capture every minute of my wedding. We also had our engagement shoot with Rebekah and it was a great opportunity to get to know her better. I would suggest to any bride to use her wedding photographer for engagement pictures as well.

  Pros:
  I chose Rebekah because I loved the sun-filled quality of her pictures and that was exactly what I got. The pictures are lovely and play with the light beautifully. Rebekah and her second shooter, Rachel were a pleasure to work with on the day of the event. They made everyone comfortable but didnt hesitate to direct us as necessary. They did not mind when my fiance fancied himself a photo director and made a bunch of suggestions. Rebekah came up with a bunch of creative shots, some of which turned out to be my absolute favorites.
  Cons:
  I was disappointed by the difficulties I had in communicating with Rebekah. On multiple occasions, I sent an email that was not acknowledged until I sent a second follow up email. I also felt like I did all the reaching out (maybe this is normal?). Two specific incidents stood out. I asked Rebekah for a few photos a couple weeks after the wedding so that my parents could show my grandparents (who missed the wedding) when they visited them in california. I received no response to my first emailed request. On my second email, she apologized for missing the first email and said it would be no problem, and asked what shots I would like. I emailed back to tell her. That was the last I heard. I never got the shots for my parents to take with them, and I never heard anything else about them. The second incident happened when I was waiting for pictures to get posted. I was stalking the ordering page when I realized that Rebekah was already posting another wedding that happened after ours. When I emailed her, she apologized (but didnt explain) and then posted ours. Made me wonder when it would have happened if I hadnt been hanging around the page.
  Neither:
  Lots of focus on the bride and groom, not many pics of guests (this could be bad or good depending on your preferences)
  approx. 10 week waiting time (not sure what contract actually says - I lost my copy - bad bride!)
