Susan Sent on 04/23/2012I absolutely loved working with the girls from Studio 3!!!! They were amazing and caring and funny!! Definitely made our wedding much more fun! The only issue was in receiving our save the dates from our engagement session (it never did come in the mail) but other wise on the day of the ceremony everything turned our beautifully!!! -

Paid for a photo booth, rearranged the reception area due to said photo booth, all for them to "forget" about it on the day of the wedding. My returned check for the forgotten photo booth took multiple reminder calls to receive it. I don't own any of my wedding photos because the quality was so poor and there are obvious photo shots missing (I have none of my flower girl & ring bearer together, none of my flower girl coming down the aisle, etc, etc). I tell absolutely everyone I meet to stay the heck away from this company! -
User1182311 Sent on 05/31/2013If you are a person that does not want to hear back from someone and wait forever on what you paid for then by all means use them. It has now been 10 months and still waiting on our album!!!. Emailed them (twice) starting on the 19th and it is the 31st still have not heard back. Oh and also put a phone call into them as well. They said the reason for the other bad review was their ceiling caved in. What will they use this time. Just save you self the frustration and use someone else. -
User1840183 Sent on 10/01/2014It's so sad - they're reasonably priced, and I do love my pictures. They were great the day of the wedding. The issue is: they really don't return phone calls or texts. I received many of the same excuses as others listed that one was in the hospital, etc. I do have to admit that I feel like Tennikka really does try to get back to you for the most part and get you what you're supposed to get. We never received our video because apparently the videographer has been "committed." They did provide a refund, but unfortunately the $450 doesn't really cover what we lost. I really, really want to be able to give them a good review, since like I said, they're fun to work with in person and I do love my pictures, but so many disappointments make it not worth it. -
User1533180 Sent on 02/12/2014They were horrible. The only thing I regret from my wedding is hiring them. Everything they told us they would do took at least 3 times longer than what they said if they did it at all. They do not call back for weeks. We had to leave multiple messages to ever get an answer and then they would either tell us that they didn't know anything or they would lie to us. Our pictures were never put online. It took us over a month to get our disc of pictures form them after we were told they were ready. They told us twice that they mailed a disc to us that we never got. When they finally did send us a disc it was blank and we had to wait for another one that was missing pictures. They cancelled every meeting except one that we tried to set up with them, always by texting us the morning of our meeting and then not calling us. The only meeting they kept, when we got to the studio they didn't even have our pictures, we were told they were at Terra's house. They constantly gave us excuses telling us they emailed/called/sent us something in the mail that we never got. After months of this it gets hard to believe. Also our video was a disaster. The videographer was late to the ceremony which is something they lied about until we saw the video and the quality of it was obviously not done by a professional. And we were told the reception video was corrupted and they didn't have it anymore. They did send us a refund for part of our money but we had to constantly call and text them to get it. They told us it would take 60 days, after that time had gone my husband was able to get a hold of Tennika and she told him they didn't have the money to send us. After he left more messages and threatened to get a lawyer they finally sent us a check. If they agree to refund you make sure you ask for something in writing. If I didn't they probably would have never sent us the check and just made up another story. -
User1526600 Sent on 02/04/2014We really enjoyed meeting Terra and Tennika. They seemed really nice, and some of their pictures are beautiful. Don't be fooled, though. Any time I tried to contact them, it took weeks to get a response. I should have realized something was up when I was told I was going to get a link for our engagement pictures and didn't for two weeks. I was told that it was my email that was the issue, so I even created a new email account. I called them the week of the wedding to confirm the schedule, and it took at least 10 phone calls or text messages before I finally heard back. Unnecessary stress the week of the wedding. On the morning of the wedding, they arrived late with no phone call. During the reception, I wanted pictures taken with my friends, and I found them sitting at a table relaxing. After the wedding was over, it took two months of phone calls and text messages to actually get my pictures. (They never received the emails and they dropped their phone in the toilet twice...really??) Almost a year later, I am yet to even receive paperwork for my album that I paid for. Do yourself a favor, do not book Studio 3 for your wedding!

User1509892 Sent on 01/16/2014Do not book unless you never want a straight answer or a call back or receive your pics and video. They have made up so many excuses to why they are behind or why they haven't gotten back to me even to the point of saying they didn't receive the emails so my "email must not work." I had trouble getting in contact with them the week of my wedding and that's with 15+ calls, texts, and emails a month before with no return. This was the only regret of my wedding day.

User1234386 Sent on 07/09/2013they are the worst! I have been waiting now 8 months for our wedding pictures, and have received NOTHING. We have seen proofs online, and have been told several times that they sent our dvd out with the pictures, but they didn't have a tracking number either time, and we have not received the dvds yet. They say they have called me several times, and there must be something wrong on my end, but that excuse doesn't work with email, phone, AND Facebook messages. I have been told multiple times that " everything will be in next week" for the past 4 months now, and am going to hire a lawyer to get my contractually promised products, and hopefully get a portion of our money back.
