I found out about Stripling photography froma referral of someone we originally wanted as a photographer but was not available for our wedding day. I am so glad that happened because Dana was awesome! She answered every single email I sent with lots and lots of questions ( i had a lot! ) and helped us out with a budget that would accomodate the both of us.
The engagement photos came out very nicely! everyone loved them! we loved them!
The day of our wedding, Dana handled our huge wedding party with grace and lots of patience with the help of her assistants. The wedding album is amazing and I am so glad we chose one!
The videographer that she had on hand did an awesome job!! everyone loved it! we cannot get enough of it!

They say the day of your wedding will pass you by quickly and the months of late nights, long weekends and substantial headaches you endured planning that perfect day will be realized in just a few short hours.
My husband and I both agreed that, apart from choosing each other, the choice of a wedding photographer was going to be the most important wedding-related decision we would make.
When we came across Dana’s website we were immediately taken with her talent and style. It was obvious that she does not just capture generic two dimensional reflections of people.
Dana’s photography is a delicate interlacing of complex and unique personalities with the natural beauty and romance of true love.
It was an intrinsic feeling of rightness when we saw her work, similar to the feeling you get when you find “The Dress.”
The day of our wedding was chaos; similar to every bride’s I’m sure. It was only by Dana’s arrival that caused the storm around me to calm. She has this ability to make you feel like you've known each other for years, which is probably the best possible thing you could ask for from a photographer. She poses you naturally so you feel comfortable and leaves you breathless at the results.
The entire day spent with Dana, and her assistant Emily, was upbeat and fun, I truly felt like I was just hanging out with an old friend. We received all of our photos within 3 weeks and were able to relive our wedding day as we returned from our honeymoon. Words can not describe how amazing Dana and her team were. From capturing every moment in our bridal suite with the girls get ready photos to our beautiful ceremony and enchanting reception -- she is MAGIC. Words cannot express how absolutely AMAZING Dana and her team are. Within 24 hours of my wedding day, Dana had already sent me photos of our big day and they are absolutely STUNNING. Dana has a wonderful style and grace about her and instantly put myself and my fiance at ease on the morning of our wedding. I love Dana's style. She coached me on poses while still letting my inner style and personality shine through. Her photographs of our big day that I've seen so far are simply breathtaking--they're simultaneously flirty, fun, classic, and magazine-worthy!!! Our families and bridal parties instantly fell in love with Dana and Carissa because of their laid back style and swiftness of setting up shots--I'm proud to say none of us missed a moment of cocktail hour or the reception because of Dana's efficiency and time management. She kept us on track all day and captured the most precious moments of our day. We are forever grateful to have found Dana. She is immensely talented and exudes warmth and kindness--a true gift to us on our wedding day. Artistic, responsive, flexible, professional, and fun!
Working with Dana was an absolute pleasure. Her excitement about our event and all the historic backdrops was absolutely infectious and made our wedding day fun and easy. Professionally Dana was very focused and worked us efficiently for all the photos possible in the time we allotted. We received our link with pics within 45 days and had several approved photos posted on Facebook within a few days. Dana has always been very responsive, even now after the fact when I had a question I heard back within 48hrs. Overall we were very impressed and would absolutely recommend and hire her again.Artistic, responsive, flexible, professional, and fun!

She is fun to be around, artistic beyond belief and gets wonderful reviews on every piece of work that she produces. I could not have asked for a better, more professional photographer. Without a doubt the most fantastic vendor we worked with. Dana was a true professional without being stuffy. She was such fun as she directed us and played with us during our first look, family photos and wedding photos. It never felt awkward or forced. Emily, her second shooter, was also professional, courteous and friendly. We cannot express enough how wonderful it was having her as our photographer, and how we look forward to working with her in the future, for dirty dress shots, anniversaries and so on. Dana was amazing! She helped my husband and I feel comfortable (difficult for him!!) in front of the camera and we were very happy with our engagement shoot and wedding photos. It's not often you get to be represented in your "best light" and Dana made that happen. We are so thankful for her beautiful work and have been struggling with narrowing down our choices for a book. That's a good problem to have. Definitely recommend Stripling Photography, and Dana...and her second shooter was also very good.Dana was amazing!
