Beautiful string trio

We had the string trio from Strings For All Occasions play during the ceremony and cocktail hour of our June 2023 wedding and they were fabulous! The communication before our wedding was great and the music was beautiful on the day of. Yolanda and her group are true professionals and helped make our big day perfect.

Violinist made our ceremony perfect

We wanted a short and sweet ceremony, so we figured having a violinist would be the perfect sentimental detail to our wedding. We're so glad we went with Strings For All Occasions! We worked with Yolanda, who was very responsive and detail-oriented. She went through all of our ceremony details and made sure she understood our vision. She also learned a new song for us, Afterglow by Ed Sheeran, because I had my heart set on walking down the aisle to it. All of the music during the ceremony was perfect. We absolutely recommend Strings for All Occassions!

Yolanda and her team were amazing, perfect additions to our wedding.

Words cannot express my appreciation and happiness that they were part of our wedding. I could t have imagined it without them. The perfect additions. Friendly and personable. Extremely talented, they even played requested songs. I'm so grateful. I was blown away.

Solo violin for backyard wedding

I hired Yolanda to play solo violin at my backyard wedding, and I’m so glad I did . Her beautiful music made my day even more special . There is nothing quite like live music for a special occasion . She was so easy to work with , and made the planning process simple . I especially appreciated her organization and clear communication , which really helps when you’re trying to plan a wedding during Covid ! Would certainly recommend her to a friend .

Professional and sounded AMAZING

Working with Autumn and her team of talented musicians was a dream! They were very easy to work with, clear on communication, and super flexible. The venue had some tricky transportation logistics, and they handled getting their instruments (and themselves) to the ceremony with no complaints. The musicians sounded amazing- they timed everything perfectly, and the music itself was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend working with them!

Flexible and Adaptable

My wedding day ended up being super hectic, but SFAO was flexible and made my day so special! They played beautifully and were so friendly and professional. Leading up to the wedding, they were very easy to work with and made sure everything was communicated clearly to make sure the event went off without a hitch. It was always my dream to have a string quartet at my wedding and I'm so glad I chose SFAO! I had people coming up to me all night talking about how amazing they were!

Yolanda and her string trio were beyond wonderful as the ceremony musicians at my recent wedding! Yolanda was super easy to work with and took the time to talk to me, understanding the processional order, timing and expectations for all transitions. The repertoire was extensive and she was able to adjust things as needed. The music was absolutely beautiful and set the perfect mood for our ceremony. I'm so happy I hired Strings for All Occasions-highly recommend!

We recently had Yolanda play violin on her loop pedal for our ceremony and cocktail reception at the Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport, CT. She was a total highlight of the wedding. Everyone commented on how amazing and talented she is. (And they are right!) She was so flexible and fun to work with every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Yolanda is absolutely amazing. We hired her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding and she truely went above and beyond to make our day special. We requested a few songs and she learned them which was amazing in such a short amount of time. She was in touch with me every step of the way. The violin, cello and bonus of a classical guitar for my solo absolutely MADE our daughter's wedding. They were such a class act, so agreeable about music selection and were such a beautiful addition to a lovely day. Very talented!! We strongly recommend!!

We decided we wanted a string duo to perform at our small wedding. Strings for All Occasions had great reviews and we decided to try them out. From the beginning Yolanda (manager and player) was very responsive and was easy to work with. We wanted a specific piece for our ceremony and before we even had a contract Yolanda was able to find sheet music for the piece and was happy to accommodate us. She later sent us a recording of the piece which was also great. On the day of the ceremony they came, coordinated with our event planner, and set up and began playing and we didn't have to do a thing. We were just able to enjoy the beautiful music. After our short ceremony they stayed and continued to play as we took photos. Overall it was a great experience with Strings for All Occasions.

For my wedding ceremony I had a string trio and had asked for 2 songs to be arranged for me. I believe that it was definitely worth the extra money to do so as the music was perfect and I loved their arrangements. Working with Yolanda was a breeze and she was very good at communication along the way.

Despite the fact that there was a huge snow storm that delayed the start of the ceremony and some guests, Yolanda and the others still made it to the venue on time!

Thank you so much for being a part of our special day and I will never forget you all!

Yolanda Becker did a beautiful job at our wedding, and we could have been happier with her professionalism and quality of work. Multiple guest mentioned to us how lovely the music was, and how much nicer it made the ceremony. We had picked out a few songs for Yolanda to play and when time ran longer than we expected she pulled out more songs so there was no lull for our guest waiting for the ceremony to start. We give Yolanda a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Yolanda was so great and professional. Her violin solos were amazing and our guests were so impressed as they filtered in. She played Canon beautifully as I walked down the aisle! I couldn't have been more pleased!

We booked a single violin for our country church wedding, and it was perfect. She played music while all guests arrive and were seated and accommodated my particular music options for the bridal party and family processional with a quick transition to the bride's entrance. It was perfect! They worked great with our JP and our coordinator to arrange all queues and to arrange the logistics of the ceremony, it was just what we were looking for! Yolanda was a pleasure to work with up until the big day and even arrange a phone call so we could "meet" before the big day! Could not have asked for more, was a perfect option to add a romantic touch to our wedding!

Strings for All Occasions and Yolanda were absolutely wonderful to work with for our ceremony! I highly recommend them.

We booked a string quartet, and Yolanda was extremely curious and excited about how the live music could enhance our ceremony. She was completely accommodating about playing some unusual music for us! Throughout the planning process, Yolanda kept in touch to make sure she completely understood our needs. We had a call shortly before the event, to confirm all the details that would make the music work seamlessly, some of which I never would have known to think about without her! On the day, the musicians were punctual, professional, and they played BEAUTIFULLY. They added so much to our experience of the day, and I recommend them to anybody who loves music and wants that beauty to be part of their wedding.

Yolanda was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She is friendly and professional, helping us to find the music that was just right for our special day. As we chose the music for our wedding, Yolanda and her team did their best to ensure they could find/learn the music they didn't already have. You never would have known, as it sounded perfect, like it was played 1000 times. The violin and cello added the perfect touch to make our wedding personal and romantic. Everyone was so impressed by our violinist, some thought the music at first was recorded because it was so beautiful and were shocked when they saw it was live! All night our friends and family were coming up to us to say how much they enjoyed the violin music and how special it made our wedding ceremony, and we agree with them 100%! Our wedding was on July 21, 2013. I knew I wanted a solo violinist for our ceremony and I found Yolanda Becker online. I was in California and our wedding would take place in Rindge, N.H. So I was taking a risk. From the moment I contacted Yolanda she was so positive and professional and put my mind at ease as to what she could provide and what my vision was for my big day. She was early, available, and extremely accommodating. Her playing so beautifully at the outside courtyard ceremony absolutely made the day that much more memorable. My sisters wedding took place at Rye harbor, NH on a bluff overlookingthe Atlantic Ociean. The tide was coming in and ships were passing in the distance. The Isle Of Shoals was in clear view. We hired Yolanda Becker to play the violin at the beginning, during and end of the ceremony. Yolandaplayed beautifully! The selection for the occasion and the wedding theme were just what was needed to make it all work. It could not have been better.

Yolanda was amazing, from start until finish.

Of course, the big piece is the wedding day. We did a solo violin for the pre-ceremony, processional, and recessional. We picked from some pieces recommended by Yolanda, and she also accommodated our request for my wife's coming down to "Here Comes the Sun." It was beautiful - for as much as the day was a whirlwind, I remember the music so well.

My initial emails were answered within hours....and communication for the many months leading up to the wedding was always quick and pleasant. The price was MORE than reasonable - in fact, it was one of the best quotes we got. I happened to be outside when Yolanda showed up....awaiting the first look. She came in, set up, touched base with the venue, tuned up, and was ready to go....well ahead of our scheduled time.

Booking Yolanda / Strings for All Occasions is a no-brainer, sure-thing win for everyone involved.

The string quartet from Strings for all Occasions added a beautiful, elegant touch to our wedding. They were professional and easy to work with...the manager, Yolanda, is extremely helpful. They have an extensive song list, and they will work with you to decide on the perfect selections! I'm so glad I hired them!

My wife and I were very pleased with Strings for All Occasions. Yolanda was our contact during the planning process. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions. Yolanda was already booked on our day, so Valerie was the violinist for our ceremony. Valerie learned two songs by our request, which made our experience even more personal. Our ceremony was held outside under a large pavilion. Despite the rain, and the ceremony starting late, Valerie stayed positive. She played great, remained patient, and even stayed later than was planned. Thank you Yolanda and Valerie!

Yolanda was a great person to work with. She went into details on what I want and how I want the music for my wedding to be. Her work etchic was very professoinal and she played all the songs I requested beautifully. All of our guests were complementing and enjoying all the musics she played !!

Strings for all occasions were wonderful! Many people commented on how nice the music was and they were very nice to work with. They provided a list of many songs to choose from, but also provided the option to choose something not on the list and they would learn to play it. Yolanda always responded to me quickly and was extremely nice and professional. We couldn't have been happier with them and I highly recommend them for anyone.

Yolanda was PHENOMENAL!!!!! We had an outdoor ceremony for our wedding and she played the violin! The selections were wonderful, she even learned a new song that I had requested! Her playing added a whole other dimension to our ceremony!! I highly recommend her services and if we ever have another large event like this I will be calling to schedule her to play! Yolanda did an amazing job. She was very helpful and professional and stayed calm and was very accommodating even when my daughter decided less than two weeks before the wedding that she didn't want classical music but rather contemporary songs to walk down the aisle and back. The violin and viola definitely added a touch of elegance to a beautiful day.

Yolanda was extrememly professional throughout the entire booking process and put my mind at ease that everything would be perfect for the ceremony. She was fully prepared with the song selection and worked extremely well with the other musicians who she had never played with before. Strings for All Occasions did a wonderful job playing at our church ceremony. Initially I was worried about how the acoustics would be with just a string trio in a large church, but it sounded absolutely beautiful! Working with Yolanda - and the other members of the "Strings for All Occasions" quartet - was such a wonderful experience. They played during the ceremony and cocktail hour of our spring wedding, and did a fantastic job! Our guests (and we) really enjoyed listening to the beautiful, elegant pieces they played.

We were so thankful to find an ensemble so accommodating, professional, and helpful. Before we had even reserved the date with them, Yolanda and one of the cellists offered to play for me, my fiance, and my parents - and we instantly knew that they were the right choice for our event! From that point on, Yolanda was very good about setting aside time to answer questions and help us make appropriate selections for our ceremony music. In fact, she spent a lot of time talking with me about the piece that would be played for the bridal processional; there was a specific part of Pachelbel's "Canon in D" that I'd hoped to hear, and they made sure that it happened!

We were very impressed with the approach and talent of this string quartet. They truly helped to make our wedding day so special!

Awesome addition to the ceremony, Yolanda was so helpful in selecting music and did a phenomenal job while playing-even though i only booked her a week before! I would recommend her to anyone.

Yolanda played as a soloist at my wedding. She was able to master playing some specific songs for my ceremony. I was thrilled with her skill and additude toward everything. Clearly a great choice for us!

Yolanda is very talented and played the most beautiful rendition of Greensleeves for my ceremony. She was very flexible and accomodating and took care of all of the sound system logisitics with the d.j. I did not have to worry at all and everyone raved about how unique it was to have her play the violin for my walk down the aisle. I would most definitely recommend her services, she was excellent and a pleasure to work with!

Yolanda Becker did an outstanding job playing solo violin at my wedding. Every time I hear her play alone or with her group, she does a beautiful job. She was very flexible as to which songs and where she stood, and did her best to provide good acoustics for the hall. I absolutely recommend Strings for All Occasions for your wedding.

When calling have a list of the music you wish to have played. Of the 12 choices we made, the violinist said that she did not play one hymn but we stayed with her because of her skill. She was very pleasant, polite, and professional! She added so much to our 50th Wedding Anniversary party.

Yolanda and Autumn made my wedding day just perfect. When I first met them they came to my house to perform for my fiance and I, gave us a full write up of everything included, and provided consistent follow up through email.

Yolanda of 'Strings" was very helpful in planning the ceremony music, arrived on time and the music was wonderful. We had a duo, they were very unobtrusive, which was not necessary, but appreciated.

Yolanda and one of her associates played a string duo at my wedding ceremony on 6/18/11. They did a wonderful job and we heard nice feedback from some of the guests too! They played Cannon, Bourree from Water Music Suite, and Brandenburg Concerto.

She was very helpful over the phone and through email. I would definitely recommend this company to any bride. My only constructive feedback was that it was a slight challenge choosing my music without having previous knowledge of each song. I looked up each song individually on You Tube and it was very time consuming. Yolanda did say that they were working towards getting some recordings made which would be so helpful! Or at least accurate links to other recordings.
