It was a shot in the dark for me asking if they did wedding arrangements, but when they said yes it was nothing but good after! They took exactly what I sent to another florist and offered it to me for over $1000 cheaper! They did a flawless job making all of my arrangements look exactly like the pictures I sent them. Smart and safe choice picking these guys!! -

Cindy was absolutely amazing! She took my vision and made it even better than I could have imagined for our big day. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend her for flowers. -

Christine at Strange's on Hull Street did our wedding flowers. We originally decided to go with Strange's when the morning of our engagement shoot October 2014, we had not gotten flowers. I had to have sunflowers (they are my favorite flowers) and we checked with 4 different florists who did not have sunflowers. We found Strange's and they had a great selection of beautiful sunflowers. Christine created an amazing bouquet very quickly, and we knew we had to book them for our wedding. Christine really worked with me to ensure I got the flowers that I wanted, and also provided guidance to help keep the costs as low as possible. The flowers at our wedding were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Also, almost two weeks after the wedding, the flowers are still beautiful! True quality, service and value! -

They really came through for me last minute! I had originally had a friend that was going to do the flowers for the wedding- but unfortunately those plans fell through when she had to go out of town for an emergency. I called Stranges based on a review from a friend and helpful online reviews. I explained my situation to the wedding floral coordinator, and although my wedding was a week away, she was able to save the day! She made seven bouquets (including mine), four corsages and ten boutinerres. They were so affordable! Great job! -

My floral order was small but Stranges treated it just as big as it were a big order. My flowers were beautiful and they perfectly matched my wedding colors. I was so pleased with my service. -

Sonja at Strange's was fantastic! She was able to throw together the look we were going for, at a very good price. I had many comments on how beautiful my bouquet was on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Strange's, especially the location on Midlothian Turnpike. -

Cindy at Stranges did a beautiful job on our flowers. We got many compliments on them, even from our other vendors! The staff at Strange's was very helpful and accommodating but I wish it had been easier to be in touch with our florist directly instead of having to go through a manager to reach her via email. -

I went in for a consult with several florists in the area, and Strange's had the best prices and they caught my vision beautifully. When I called them the week of my wedding and asked them to deliver the flowers earlier in the day than originally planned they obliged. Very easy to work with. :) -

Beautiful flowers however, the high turnover at the store negatively impacted our customer experience. We had to speak with 3 different people about what we wanted because one girl quit after the next. It took them months and multiple phone calls and emails just to give us the bill. On the day of the wedding they forgot part of our centerpiece and the toss bouquet... not good guys. -

I came in on a Thursday afternoon recently to speak with someone about a bridal bouquet, and was told that evening there was an event that the wedding associate who normally does consults was participating in, and therefore couldn't meet with me. I sat down with a different associate who took my information down and told me I'd be contacted early the following week. After hearing no response, I stopped in at the end of the day on Tuesday and asked to speak with the wedding associate to set up an appointment or have an initial consult if she was free. She was at the back table arranging, and another associate walked back there to ask if she was available, and after declining (and me watching her decline), the original associate asked me to pick a date to come back in. A simple phone call/email back to set up a future appointment would have gone a long way, so I didn't have to come in twice, only to see the wedding associate, and not get any response. Even to just walk over to have a face-to-face, 2 minute interaction to set up a future appointment date would have indicated that my business was valued. A simple phone call or email over the course of 4 days would have also shown that they are interested in growing their revenue. I will take my business elsewhere as it is clearly implied that the new revenue is inconsequential to the florist department at Short Pump Strange's. -
