My wife and I got married at Stoudts in June 2018. I truly cannot say enough good things about the venue and the team (particularly Elizabeth, who we worked most closely with).

Venue - We did the ceremony in the courtyard, which looked beautiful with their greenery and Edison lights. We did the reception in the brew hall. It has a lot of personality (German beer hall-vibe, lots of cool stuff on the ceiling), and it's really cool that you're able to see the brewery equipment (they can also hide it if you don't want to be able to see it). There is also a really cute little village close by that you can take pictures in.
Food - The food was GREAT. Our guests still talk about it, and the team was really flexible and open to our input/requests.
Service/professionalism - Elizabeth and her team went above and beyond to make us happy. We had several special requests, all of which they worked with us to honor. They were willing to meet with us as many times as we wanted in the lead-up to the wedding, and were responsive to our questions. It felt like the team really cared about making our day special!

Overall, I highly recommend this venue. The quality, personality, and charm of Stoudts is hard to beat, especially for the prices they offer. We (and our guests) had a fantastic day.

We loved Stoudt's! Great atmosphere, food, and beer! Lots of places for pictures there and nearby. If you read poor reviews about communication... well this was true for the previous event planner, but she was replaced towards the end of our planning process and Minnie whom is there now, was amazing, VERY responsive, and made everything just right on our big day. Karen the chef was also a big help! I would definitely recommend Stoudt's. With all their decor you don't need much and having the open courtyard for the ceremony and the brewing area for the reception, it just works great and is so convenient. We loved everything and all of our guests said they had a blast and loved the venue. We even used them for the reception dinner the night before. If you don't use Stoudt's for your wedding, just go have dinner there, the food is great!

Our wedding a year ago today at Stoudt's was amazing -- Dawn Williams, who helped us coordinate everything, was beyond fantastic!!! Dawn made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole weekend -- including helping us with the details (we live out of town) and making sure we had everything we needed. The space is amazing, and we greatly appreciated the flexibility to decorate however we wanted. The food and beer were spectacular, and you honestly will not find a venue with a better value. A huge thanks to the folks at Stoudt's -- we had such a fantastic time and are so grateful for everything you did to make our day so great!

We had our ceremony and reception here and it was WONDERFUL! I had SO many positive comments about the food and the atmosphere. There is a fantastic place for photos if you don't have a rainy day like we did! We still got some good pics & had a GREAT day! I would host an event here again in a heartbeat!! It was beautiful!

We had a great experience at Stoudt's. The food was delicious and the beer was spectacular. Dave, the event coordinator, was easy to work with and was very accomodating when we had some issues with wind and cool weather. Stoudt's courtyard, where we had our ceremony, and the reception hall are covered but are open air. So it was a bit windy during the ceremony and it would have been cool at the reception but Dave worked with us to warm up the reception hall and the weather wasn't an issue. We had an overall great and memorable experience.

Dave at Stoudt's is an excellent coordinator- he kept us on time, and made the whole day flow smoothly. We were able to order additional items from their rental company and it was all ready to go when we were there to set up. The food was phenomenal, and we couldn't have asked for a more interesting/unique locale. It's hard to envision the space as a banquet area if you tour the site on a bottling day, but it truly does clean up beautifully! I'd had my heart set on being married at Stoud's and they made everything perfect!

We hit a few speed bumps in our year leading up to the wedding at Stoudts. They went through several transitions and we dealt with 3 different event coordinators. This did become frustrating at times, but the end result was well worth it. Through the transitions, the chef was always willing to be our point of contact. And Michelle, the final coordinator we worked with, was amazing and well worth the wait. She made us feel so welcome and did whatever she could to make our day amazing.
The beer choices are out of this world, and having access to everything for both Friday and Saturday was so helpful.

All of our guests are still talking about this wedding, it was the most unique venue they've ever been to and the most fun wedding experience they've had.

Stoudt's was a very unique place to have a wedding and reception. It was much different than any of the other places i looked at and was very flexible as far as the menu goes. So many amazing meal selections and all the food is incredible. many people told me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! the setting is great if you are looking for an outdoorsy wedding but are afraid of the rain. it rained on our day but they pulled the screens closed and it still had the outdoor feel to it.

Stoudts was the perfect setting for us to get married--we're homebrewers! The meals were wonderful and the staff that worked on our reception that evening were friendly and professional. It was a fantastic time!

If I had to write this review strictly for the venue itself and the staff who worked on the day of the wedding as well as the rehearsal dinner, then this would be an easy 5 star. Unfortunately, we had many, many issues leading up to the wedding with communication. All of the reviews are true -- Stoudts is an incredible value for what you receive. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the space, the food, and the drinks. We were incredibly lucky to have such perfect weather in mid-April, so the beer garden was the ultimate spot to have our ceremony. The venue itself is already so decorated that we did not have to add much to the space. The elevated dance floor is a dream, and the space is perfect for a small to average sized wedding (we personally had 140 guests).

The communication with the wedding coordinator, Michelle, was fine in the beginning. We took a brief tour of the space, and signed the contract shortly after. In the early planning months, I would send sporadic emails asking for small details, and would receive a response somewhere in the range of 3-5 days. As the wedding got closer, however, the gaps in communication became severe. In one instance, 3 weeks passed by without a response to emails or phone calls. What was worse, is that 2 weeks before the wedding, Michelle's voicemail box was completely full (as far as I know, it still is to this day). Additionally, calling the venue directly was not effective. Michelle was rarely available, and no one else at the venue could answer our questions or get back to us on even the smallest details. My father-in-law spent approximately 2 months trying to plan the rehearsal dinner with Michelle, and it took my exactly 5 requests for her to call him over the course of a month before she did. The day before the wedding, while setting up the space, Michelle was nowhere to be found. She made herself available the night of the aforementioned rehearsal dinner, however, to collect her final check.

While I did have trouble getting emails responded to quickly, if you want to handle things via phone, they're quite quick to respond. The food was great, we got a lot for our money, and everyone had a great time.
