I am so thrilled with the floral arrangements created for our intimate wedding! Stacey was amazing to work with from start to finish, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and bringing it to life in such a beautiful way.
The bridal bouquet was absolutely exquisite. The combination of deep chocolate tones with the white roses was perfect, and the addition of a few stunning anemone flowers with dark greenery added such a unique and personal touch. It was exactly what I had envisioned—elegant, timeless, and just the right amount of drama. The maid of honor and flower girl's bouquets were just as lovely, complementing mine beautifully while standing out in their own way.
The large flower arrangements she created as our ceremony backdrop were also incredible. They had a unique, lush look that really brought the space to life and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for such a small event. Every arrangement was thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell how much care went into each one.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Stacey’s and The Frederick Floral Bar’s work! They exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for exquisite, thoughtful floral designs.

I had a small wedding, but I knew I wanted beautiful flowers for my bouquet, a flower girl bouquet, and some cake decorations. It was so easy to work with Storybook Weddings.
I sent some inspiration photos and Stacey was able to put together exactly what I wanted based on that. She communicated quickly and with all the details I needed to make a decision. I loved that she was very upfront early in the process about what flowers would be more expensive, so I could deviate from my initial photos based on price. It was super helpful to make decisions.
After the day, they continued their excellent service! I wanted to get my bouquet pressed and framed, but sadly lost it in the chaos of the day. Stacey worked with me to get some stems she used so I could still press my flowers. I'm so grateful I choose her for my event! -

Stacey and her team are the absolute best! She is super organized and on top of all the details - I loved the software she used to collaborate with me, so much better than excel!! Stacey reviewed my contracts to make sure I was getting everything I expected and it was a humongous help - she saw things in my vision that was missing and so necessary for a flawless event. Stacey is personable and was a friend for me throughout the entire process and event. My now husband, family and friends raved about how awesome she was. Italian Themed Rehearsal Dinner
Frederick Floral Bar went above and beyond to create the perfect floral arrangements for our Italian themed rehearsal dinner. Stacey was approachable and had wonderful ideas to add to our vision. She gave a lot of her time in the planning stages and was quick to respond to texts and email. She spent so much time setting everything up for the perfect evening. When I first met Stacey, I told her I dreamed of having a wedding that gave off The Secret Garden vibes. The fact that her business is called “Storybook” made choosing her easy and it was a match made in heaven! She loved my vision and ran with it! Working with her was incredibly easy and she wasn’t afraid to give her two cents when I needed guidance. Stacey is extremely professional and the best in the business when it comes to florals and event planning. I trust her implicitly and there is no one I’d recommend more. Stacey was a great partner in planning our wedding, particularly since we were getting married across the country. On top of her clear expertise, it was really helpful for us that she knew the Southern California vendors quite well, and had recently moved to the East Coast quite near us. She made planning a wedding across the country so much easier! Her knowledge of the network of vendors we needed was extensive, and she did a great job managing the many vendors we needed to pull off the day. If we wanted to look into other vendors beyond her initial recommendations, she was quick to research other options and tap into her network to find us the perfect team.
She kept us on time and helped us track budget, and was quite responsive by email and phone. Her organization was obvious and helped keep us from feeling like we were drowning in tasks. Through rehearsal and the day of she kept us all on track. She mitigated time issues at the venue and was adaptable and flexible when needed.
Stacey clearly becomes very invested in her couples having their perfect days. She went above and beyond to make things run smoothly and her enthusiasm for design clearly showed through, even when it wasn't strictly part of the services we had in our contract. Couldn't have had our day without her!

Stacey ran and operated our wedding and events venue for many years. She included and created custom all inclusive packages for not only her coordination services, but also her beautiful decorations and floral arrangements. She has always provided a top-notch quality experience for all of our couples and completely ran our venue from tours, marketing, sales, customer experience, decorating and day of coordination! She did it all and she did a wonderful job! All her vendors are top notch selections and her ability to lead her team is impeccable!

Stacey is the best bar none. A repeat customer tells all, a wedding, two quincineras, a baby shower and even my sisters wedding. Storybook wedding and events has come through for all of our milestone celebratory life events.
Stacey brings your vision to life. Her event planning is full service. From the first time you meet her to see if she's the right fit for your event you know shes the one. She explains everything in full detail and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. You know immediately you are in the best of hands.
We had a tiki themed wedding and she outdid herself. From the flower arrangements, to linens, to lighting and beyond. I felt like I was in the wedding of my dreams. I was in paradise. I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day and she gave me great advice so that I could enjoy the day and not worry about anything.
She planned both of my daughters quincineras. Both of my girls have very different tastes and styles from myself and each other. She styled everything above and beyond my expectations. An indoor whimsical enchanted forest theme for my first daughter. An outdoor ranchera theme complete with dancing horses and a view to die for my second daughter.
She planned a more intimate affair for my baby shower for my precious little one that was fun and perfectly put together.
She even planned my sister's wedding.It was a gorgeous midnight starry event. That l'll always remember.

We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Stacey from Storybook Weddings as our day-of coordinator for our non-traditional 150-guest wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional service she provided. From the moment she joined our team in the final weeks leading up to the event, Stacey proved to be an absolute god-send in ensuring that our special day went off without a hitch.
One of the most impressive aspects of Stacey's work was her ability to quickly grasp our vision and bring it to life. Despite the short timeframe, she took the time to understand our unique preferences and pointed out crucial details that we had overlooked. Her keen eye for perfectionism and her attention to even the tiniest of details gave us immense confidence that our wedding was in capable hands.
On the day of the wedding, we encountered a few unexpected challenges with some of our other vendors not delivering as expected. However, Stacey's expertise and resourcefulness shone through as she swiftly identified alternative solutions and seamlessly executed backup plans. Thanks to her quick thinking and behind-the-scenes problem-solving, none of our guests were even aware of the minor hiccups that occurred. Stacey truly saved the day!

We got married at Vista Valley Country Club and we are SO happy we chose Stacey as our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure all details were covered during the planning process, and she ensured the wedding day ran perfectly. There are so many moving parts to a wedding - I cannot imagine doing it all without her. She guided us every step of the way, kept us stress-free, and always had a fun, positive attitude. Whenever an unexpected problem arose, she handled it with expertise and erased our worries. She executed our vision perfectly and was an advocate for us when we needed it. Of note, she stuck with us through a 17 month wedding date delay due to the COVID pandemic! In the end, she felt like a friend to us. Stacey and Storybook Weddings and Events did an incredible job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. She made the floral arrangements for our ceremony, dinner tables, bouquets for the bride and junior bridesmaids, corsages for the mothers, boutonnieres for the groom and fathers, and florals for our cake. Everything was beautiful! Stacey did an amazing job getting the exact colors we were looking for and the kinds of flowers that matched the venue and surrounding desert environment (our wedding was in Joshua Tree). We couldn't have asked for better florals and they looked incredible in our photos. On top of all this, Stacey helped change some of our florals last minute (2 days before our wedding) when our original venue told us they could no longer host our wedding, and we had to find a new venue. She also had to adjust her delivery time and setup window due to the venue change, but she was incredibly flexible and accommodating to ensure everything went off without a hitch on our big day. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend Stacey at Storybook Weddings to anyone! -

Wedding Essential!
Stacey and her team are phenomenal! We hired her at the end of 2019 for our 9.19.20 backyard wedding and she was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, especially throughout the COVID19 pandemic. She gave us great vendor recommendations to select from (catering, rentals for tables/dishware, florals, bridal/tux shops, etc).
She took our vision and worked out all of the tiny details that frustrated and overwhelmed me, since I do not enjoy this type of planning process. On our wedding day, Stacey was there coordinating the flow of the event and making sure everything was in place, which freed us up to be completely present. Our wedding was magical and more spectacular than we could have imagined. Many of our guests kept telling us that this was one of the best weddings they've been to. Thank you soo much again, Stacey, for all your incredible work! -

Mona Sent on 09/10/2018It took me almost a year to leave this review because I wanted it to be an accurate reflection of how I felt about our floral look after the wedding dust long settled. We got married October 21 in Temecula at Fazeli Cellars. Stacey gave us the floral vision our dreams. She was extremely flexible (I started off with a very rustic heavy greens vision and changed it completely to limited greens and more classic look) and she accommodated every step including my nearly weekly changes! She was very responsive and very involved, even meeting my planner Annette Nielsen and I to discuss linens, napkins, and overall look of our centerpieces. The day of our wedding exceeded our vision—although our quote explained that there would be limited greens to achieve the full/lush look I wanted, she ended up executing my true vision by using tons of beautiful tightly packed flowers and hydrangea with no greens! It blew us away, especially after the hurricanes which affected the flower availability, and we didn’t think it could be done within our budget. We have also compared our florals with other friends’ wedding and what they spent, and we truly believe we received the best deal for the look we wanted. It certainly wasn’t cheap (we knew it wouldn’t be), but the price was incredibly fair and explained very thoroughly to us. Our wedding had English garden roses, spray roses, peonies, cafe au lait dahlias, TONS of great quality orchids, calla lillies, hydrangea, my dream flowers! Her team also handled all the set up and break down as well. I added a couple particular things I wanted like mirror rounds (we had over 16 tables) and certain votives but otherwise Stacey handled nearly everything! Throughout our wedding we wanted to support small businesses and the local Temecula community and did not regret doing so because we received everything we wanted within our budget and dealt with the friendliest people in the process! First, communication throughout the planning stage with Stacey was an exciting time because of her knowledge and creativity. When we told Stacey the underlying theme desired from the flower arrangements was “whimsical,” she took it and ran. Each planning call Stacey was prepared with ideas and different flower types, in the case that we wanted more options to see and choose from. Next, Stacey’s execution on the day of was beautiful. She truly put much effort into creating a whimsical scene. We knew she would be a reliable vendor but just to foot-stomp, Stacey was at the venue early setting up, came back to repurpose the ceremony flowers for the reception, then was back again for tear down. Therefore you can rely on Stacey’s commitment to your wedding day.
