  Perfect Engagement Ring

  Peter and his staff did an amazing job helping me design my engagement ring for my fiance! The ring came out perfect and it arrived earlier than expected. Absolutely a 10/10 experience and I cannot recommend Peter enough for anyone making a special purchase like this!!

  Had a wonderful experience working with Peter and his team! I reached out to him to prepare an engagement ring for my girlfriend/now-fiance. Given the pandemic, we weren't able to discuss the process and options in person. But we didn't skip a single beat as Peter was easily reachable and responsive to phone calls and emails. I, like most guys in need of an engagement ring, don't know much about jewelry and diamonds, but Peter made the process stress-free and incredibly easy. I've already recommended him to friends and family and would definitely recommend him to anyone else!

  Working with Peter was a fantastic experience. He navigated me through the entire process, from picking the right diamond to delivery and insurance. He was very responsive and delivered exactly what I was looking for, and managed to do so on a very quick timeline. Peter is extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. I spoke with Peter and sent him a picture of the Tiffany rings that my fiancée and I wanted. Peter designed us a ring that is identical to the Tiffany’s ring- however, at a much better price and with quality diamonds. I was kept in the loop, Peter shared the renderings of the ring so I could approve the design. Once I approved it, He worked quickly and made our rings. Peter sent us videos of our finished rings and then securely shipped them to us. When the rings arrived they were breathtaking. My ring came in a light up ring box which was beautiful!

My fiance found one of the Instagram posts made by Story and Hearts and she told me how much she loved the designs. I decided to call the number on the website and was connected with a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman named Peter. We spoke for a while discussing diamonds and settings, by the end of the call I felt very comfortable trusting him with this purchase. The design process took about 1 week, and a couple weeks later UPS delivered the most gorgeous diamond ring. My fiance gets compliments everywhere she goes, and I was very pleased with the considerable discount Story and Hearts was able to offer me over its competitors. We will soon have them design the custom wedding band as our wedding date comes closer.
