We had our wedding here and truly couldn't ask for a more perfect venue! It was exactly what I envisioned! Our guest are still raving about how beautiful it was! I highly recommend working with Samantha the coordinator at the venue! On the day of, she handled everything with such grace. We truly can't thank her enough!

A Dream Venue in the Texas Hill Country

After touring several venues in the area, my fiancé and I chose Stonehouse Villa, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, the venue is not only stunning but also incredibly accessible—our guests had no trouble finding it, which is always a win.

The outdoor ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous—surrounded by natural beauty and perfectly maintained landscaping, it felt magical without needing heavy décor. One of my biggest priorities was finding a venue that was already beautiful so I wouldn't have to allocate a huge part of our budget to decorations. Stonehouse Villa exceeded my expectations in this regard. The indoor reception hall is equally breathtaking, with stylish and thoughtful design throughout. Whether rain or shine, we knew we'd be covered—literally and figuratively.

Our wedding day hit 90 degrees, so the air-conditioned buildings were a lifesaver. Many of our guests specifically commented on how charming and comfortable the venue was, from the ceremony through the last dance.

We also chose to work with Samantha, one of Stonehouse Villa's part-time coordinators, and I cannot recommend her enough. Her experience, organization, and calm presence truly elevated our day. She helped coordinate with our vendors, built a detailed timeline, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Her support allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment—something every couple deserves.

Stonehouse Villa offered the perfect blend of elegance, convenience, and natural charm. If you're looking for a venue that delivers beauty, functionality, and incredible support, look no further. This place made our wedding unforgettable.

Magical day

Stonehouse Villa is the perfect mesh of natural beauty with modern touches! The original stone building adds so much character and the inside of the venue is exquisitely designed with high end finishes. The ceremony sight under the trees is gorgeous, and the tented deck seamlessly allows the day to flow from ceremony to cocktail hour! (it also serves as a great plan B if weather does not cooperate). Our wedding had a little over 100 guests, and there was plenty of room for everyone! Samantha is their in house wedding planner, and I can't recommend her enough! Because she works primarily at Stonehouse, she has weddings there down to a science- our wedding day was so seamless and stress free I cannot thank her enough! We have received so many compliments on the beauty of this venue! If you are looking for something with Hill Country charm, elegance, and a high end feel- look no further!

Most amazing day!

Thank you SO MUCH to Samantha & team for making our special day so amazing! It was absolutely perfect and we had such a great day; we know our guests did too. They made sure everything ran smoothly and took all our worries away so we could really enjoy the moment, both in the months leading up to the wedding (thank you, Kim!) and on the big day itself. Having Samantha as our coordinator also meant all vendors knew exactly what to do, when, and any potential hiccups didn’t even hit our radar (not sure there were any)! We had so many compliments about the venue - the view, the layout, the buildings, everything - and are so pleased we celebrated at Stonehouse.

Perfection!

Samantha and the team at Stonehouse Villa are about as perfect as they come. She was transparent and collaborative with us throughout the process and really helped our dream come to life. Stonehouse Villa is the dreamiest venue (even when it rains, like on our wedding day!) and is the perfect backdrop for your wedding. The event hall is the icing on the cake. We can't recommend Samantha and her team enough!

the best wedding venue ever

Everything about Stonehouse Villa is perfection. It was the second venue we looked at and we didn't need to look any further. The venue has everything you need all in one from the bridal/groom suites, tented deck, ceremony space to a beautiful reception hall. So many gorgeous spots for taking photos. Our guest couldn't stop raving about the venue.
We opted for the month of coordination and Samantha was so so good! We loved working with her. She took care of everything with ease and was very easy to communicate with. The day of, she was there to make sure everything went smoothly. HIGHLY recommend her services!

Your love deserves to be celebrated at Stonehouse Villa!

Stonehouse Villa was our dream venue! It may seem unassuming from the road, but its authenticity is precisely what sold us. The last thing we wanted was to be married at a soulless, pretend ranch or barn that we had zero connection to. We loved that SHV’s aesthetic is expertly crafted around the timeless, historic structure of the masonic lodge. The chic charm and uniqueness of the property keeps Stonehouse Villa in a class all its own. From the well-maintained grounds to the smartly decorated interior, SHV wowed our guests. We toured the venue two years prior to setting our date and no other venue we saw after could hold a candle to the timeless chic design, classy ambiance, and effortless intimacy that is Stonehouse Villa. If we could get married here every year, we would. This cute little slice of Driftwood will always have a special place in our hearts!

Samantha Conley is a top-tier wedding professional, and our dream wedding would not have been possible without her. Amidst the inevitable chaos, confusion, worry, and doubt that comes with wedding planning, Samantha was our compass and never steered us wrong. From helping us pick vendors, to timing our processional down the aisle, she executed our vision flawlessly.
We were not local to the area, so her vendor recommendations for catering, cake, and bar were so helpful! Additionally, having a direct in-house contact who was familiar with the venue (reception layouts, loading and unloading logistics, etc.) gave us much needed peace of mind that our plans would be executed without a hitch. On a personal note – completely unknown to her, I was dealing with quite a bit of grief from the loss of my mom. Planning felt heavy and sad more times than I can say. Still, Samantha remained patient and professional with us as we slowly selected our vendors and found the courage to begin putting this crazy puzzle together. When the day finally came, Samantha was in the bridal suite helping my sister bustle my dress. You simply cannot put a price on that level of care and attention. Samantha was THE wedding planner you want to have in your corner. She was an absolute delight to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her to every Stonehouse Villa couple.

Amazing Experience! Run ... don't walk and have your party there!

The venue was beyond beautiful in a spectacular part of Texas. We live in New York and decided to get married in Texas because my now husband's family lives here. We hired Samatha as our wedding coordinator, and she knew we lived out of town. She literally held my hand throughout the entire journey of planning our wedding. She had amazing suggestions, helped us pick our vendors, which were all fantastic, and made our vision for the day come true. She responded quickly to my many, many e-mails, and was always very clear with her answers, and was quick to say .... "Can I help in any other way?" Our wedding party was 28 people with 13 children. This was both of our second marriages. Second chances at love are rare; but truly amazing. I would give Stonehouse Villa and Samatha more than 5 stars if I could. Best day ever!

Perfect Wedding in Texas Hill Country

We had the most perfect wedding at Stonehouse Villa. All of our guests commented on the beautiful landscape and endless amenities at the venue. The space is already beautifully decorated, so we didn't need to go over the top with décor. It really captures the beauty of Texas Hill Country and there were endless activities nearby for our out of town guests to enjoy.

What really made our event special was hiring Samantha for her coordination services. We did full coordination and were absolutely blown away with her professionalism and expertise. She knows all the vendors in the area and has endless ideas to make your vision come to light. As an out of town couple, having Samantha on our team made the experience so easy. She went above and beyond to communicate, keep us on track, and we genuinely got to sit back and relax on our wedding day. My parents even commented on how easy clean-up was at the end of the night due to her organization and efficiency.

Incredible place to host your wedding!

The initial conversation to the final minutes of the wedding I loved the whole experience with Stonehouse Villa! We picked the venue because we liked that it had multiple room options for our wedding guests from the main house, to the beautiful tent, and the main reception hall. Everything about the Venue was so tidy and clean which I really appreciated.
We hired Samantha as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She is so organized and helpful during the whole process, including helping us figure out to have a head table for 32 people! I really enjoyed working with her on all the details..
Picking a wedding venue is very important decision in the wedding planning process and I would highly recommend StoneHouse Villa. You really don’t want to worry about the details on the wedding day and if you have a good venue and coordinator the wedding will go so much smoother!

The best day ever!

Our dream venue. From the minute we started our tour at Stonehouse, we knew it was the one! Aside from the property being absolutely STUNNING, the staff is extremely kind and accommodating, and the venue has so many different spaces for guests to hang out and mingle. The ceremony site is gorgeous (especially in the springtime🤍), the reception hall is modern and elegant, the tented deck is perfect for cocktail hour, the villa is cozy and a great spot for guests to mingle, and the entire venue is already decorated so you don't have to worry about renting a bunch of decor! Samantha, our coordinator, made our wedding day so seamless and easy -- couldn't have done it without her! We'll talk about this day forever!!!

Fairytale Wedding!

Stonehouse Villa was a true fairytale. My husband & I picked this venue for many reasons- the main being the beautiful oak trees.

Our wedding day was full of unexpected events. A huge cold front came through the area. The weather went from 73 & sunny to the low 40's with high winds and periodic rain. At the last minute, SHV was able to adjust the seating for my ceremony of an expected 100 guests from the outdoor oak tree location to the indoor reception hall. The staff moved all of the large farmhouse tables to the side and made a beautiful space for our ceremony.

Then our guests went to the Stonehouse for cocktail hour while the staff moved the tables and chairs as planned for the reception. This review is a message of our appreciation to the SHV staff for truly making everything about our wedding absolutely perfect.

Now to highlight the real reason our day was so perfect..
Samantha Conley - The venue wedding coordinator is worth every single dime. Samantha handled everything for us. I was one of those brides who thought she could handle the coordinating on her own.. We ended up choosing to purchase the month of coordinator package. Samantha instantly had all of the fine details sorted out and had coordinated with all of our vendors. They all knew what time to arrive, set up, tear down, clean up & leave the venue. I ended up choosing a nightmare of a bartending service that never showed up to the venue. Samantha ended up calling her own sister to bartend at my wedding. She literally saved the day! We also made plans for a sparkler send off. Our sparklers didn't arrive in the mail on time which was a HUGE bummer for us. Samantha was able to coordinate all of our guests in line for the send off with sparklers that she had in the back warehouse. The only regret I have is that I didn't acquire Samantha's services sooner in the planning process than I did. She is awesome at what she does! Thank you, Samantha!

Hill country Views with elegance.

This location was an easy pick for me. I had this venue on my must-see's when I was looking around for a venue. It has that Texas charm all of the out-of-towners love to see, but not like "farm style". Their ballroom is my favorite spot. Its decor fit perfectly with my style, and the light fixtures were amazing. They have bar areas that are ready for your bartenders to use. The staff was amazing from the very beginning of the planning process to the time we got in our getaway car. Kim was so helpful every time we reached out and she responded quickly. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We got lucky right before dinner there were white cows that came out and grazed near the venue! It was truly magical.

Perfect venue

We had our wedding at Stonehouse Villa in April 2022 and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Kim was attentive and helpful from our first tour through the execution of the perfect wedding event.
The space is really spectacular. We used the foyer for the cocktail hour, the outdoor space for the ceremony, the hall for lunch (day wedding), and the tent for dancing. We also really appreciated how well decorated the space already is and that their style matched ours so well. We didn’t feel we needed to spend a lot of money on rental décor, furniture, or even linens since we loved the farmhouse table look.
The photographs are so beautiful with several lovely places to choose from to take them. We especially liked the gorgeous grove of oak trees at the front and of course the stone building itself!
We appreciated that they have useful items to rent seamlessly through them, e.g. easels and ceremony tables, but also didn’t nickel and dime us with fees which we felt like was the case at other venues we toured.
Overall huge recommendation for this special venue!

The perfect venue for our wedding.

I would give this venue 10 stars if I could. We had toured about 10 venues or so before we arrived to SHV for a tour, but as soon as we were inside we knew it was "the one". From the moment we signed and paid, everything was so seamless. We felt that their pricing was extremely reasonable as well for what is included, compared to a multitude of other venues in the vicinity that we inquired with. Since the pricing was so reasonable, we added on full time coordination with Samantha and she was amazing from the start, with reminder emails every month, letting us bring our moms to see the venue when we were in town, and handling some of the phone calls to vendors that we were having a hard time tracking down. She made everything day-of go so smoothly as well, on top of being our hype-woman. Everyone raved about her, and she was even quick to the rescue when my husband ripped the sleeve of his suit shortly after the ceremony. Our wedding guests were SO complimentary of the entire venue, because it is just so absolutely gorgeous. We had so many people ask how we found it and just have nothing but great things to say, which made us feel good too. All around we are still on cloud 9 from having our wedding at this venue on September 23rd. We wish we could come back and get married here again and again. Brides & Grooms, have your wedding here!!

Gorgeous venue that has it all.

We are so happy we chose Stonehouse Villa for our wedding venue! When we walked in for our visit, we immediately knew it was the one. The grounds are stunning and don’t require a ton of decor. I really loved the cocktail hour space and built in rain plan. Tents can be really expensive and having that included was a great bonus. I especially want to shout out their coordinator, Samantha! She is so easy to converse with and will answer any and all questions. I trusted her judgement on everything and she definitely saved me when I forgot a couple of items the day of. She is worth every Penny! Can’t recommend this venue enough!

Beautiful Venue and Amazing Staff

I'm a planner in the area and worked my first wedding at Stonehouse Villa in May 2022. What a wonderful experience it was and I cannot say enough good things about manager Kim. She was beyond responsive, organized in keeping us on track with final details, and flexible with last minute changes/requests. She made the final detailing with my clients so easy which helped make the day-of run smoothly and of course my job easier. She even went above and beyond for my bride when her veil was forgotten once we were already all at the church and Kim took time out of her day to run it over before ceremony started. I cannot say enough good things about Kim and her staff. The venue is also so clean, well taken care of, and makes for a beautiful setting for a wedding. Thank you again Stonehouse Villa and Kim. Can't wait to be able to send future couples your way and work there again!

The perfect venue

Storehouse Villa is the absolute best venue I could have asked for. When looking for a venue I wanted something unique that had amazing views, an outdoor ceremony space, a rain plan that I would be happy with, a great reception space, and a place that would let our dog be in the wedding. Stonehouse had everything.

Most of our guests were from out of town and we really wanted to show them the beauty of Texas hill country- and Stonehouse Villa was the perfect venue for that. We utilized all of the different spaces they had- outside ceremony, cocktail hour under the tent and in the stone house, photo booth in the stone house in front of the flower wall, reception in the reception hall and food stations under the tent.

My favorite part of the venue ended up being the different spots for photos! I love how many different backgrounds we were able to use- each more gorgeous than the last. We did our first look in the tree grove out front, and our golden hour photos out front and behind the reception hall. We got some great night shots too.

Kim was so responsive with our many questions. The venue also had so many things you can use/rent. I love how the rental includes various types of tables and gorgeous chairs. We also rented a card box, cake stand, and easels from them, which was so convenient and affordable (and I was able to add them on very last minute!)

Our 1 complaint is we wish they had let us keep the 2nd bar (in the stone house) open all night. They felt like 1 bar in the reception hall was enough, but with 140 people & 2 bartenders at it, there were some points where the lines were long.

However, everything else was perfect and I would choose Stonehouse again & again!

Perfect wedding day thanks to SHV and Samantha!

Stonehouse Villa and Samantha are the best! It was the only venue we toured and we booked it right away. The venue is beautiful and was perfect for our 160~ person wedding. We loved being able to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception all within the same property. We received so many compliments about the venue from our guests. We used Samantha from Stonehouse Villa as our month of coordinator and she did such a wonderful job leading up to and on the big day. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy ourselves. We 100% recommend using Samantha as your wedding coordinator!

Wonderful tour / highly recommend

My Fiancé and I thought this venue was gorgeous. The Texas hill country views were hard to beat and the staff seemed to be very skilled and friendly. We ended up at a different venue but highly recommend checking this one out!

A dream come true!

Beautiful venue in the hill country

It's been about a month and a half since we got married and we couldn't be happier in our decision to get married at Stonehouse Villa! It's truly a beautiful venue with a lot of flexibility in the spaces they provide. I loved the ability to have options for the ceremony and reception location, especially with COVID times and not knowing what our limitations were going to be.

One of the things we loved most was how pretty it was - from the interior design to the hill country views, to the reception hall with tons of windows, it was such an amazing place to get married! With that, we really liked the fact that it was decorated so well that we didn't feel the need to bring in a lot of extra decorations to really "make the space" - we just brought in flowers and let the beauty of the venue speak for itself.

Another reason we were drawn to Stonehouse Villa was the indoor/outdoor vibe so we could enjoy the sunset and Hill Country views during our outdoor ceremony and still have an indoor reception that accommodated a lot of people.

All in all, we loved the venue and highly recommend it - everyone was great to work with and we can't stop looking at the photos!

Stonehouse Villa aka The Dream Venue

This venue is unmatched. The scenery and architecture is beautiful, inviting, and ELEGANT. The staff was the absolute icing on the cake. Kim and Samantha were unmatched in their hospitality. We hired Samantha as our month of coordinator, let me tell you, this was the best decision of my entire wedding planning process. Samantha was on her game every second of the month leading up to the big day and truly made our wedding day what it was. I can’t thank her enough, she absolved all my stress and worry I spent the first 10 months holding onto. 100% would recommend Stonehouse Villa and Samantha Conley as your coordinator.

Fairy-tale wedding

I can’t say enough good things about Stonehouse Villa. They provided me with the most magical wedding I could have ever dreamed of. From the start they were accommodating and helped shape my vision for the big day. Kim was a pleasure to work with as she handled the lease and payments. We hired Samantha as our wedding coordinator who was a true blessing. She allowed me to visit the venue multiple times to measure rooms and style center pieces for the tables. I was able to bring my florist by to plan where flower arrangements would go. Samantha provided me with countless recommendations for vendors and kept me on top of scheduling and checking off to-do lists. On my wedding, Samantha took away all the worries and burdens so I could enjoy the celebration. Samantha helped with setting up and taking down décor. She coordinated with all my vendors (DJ, photographer, and caterer) and made sure timelines were correct. Stonehouse Villa provides you with an elegant country vibe that is like a fairy-tale. The layout was perfect as the guests were not confined to one room. We were able to design the layout and add games to outdoor space which the guest loved. No Regrets

My husband and I had our wedding last month in May with Samantha as our coordinator. It was such a wonderful day and I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found this venue and Samantha. The venue was beautiful and gave us the modern décor with the Austin country side feel that we wanted. Our guests loved the venue and we constantly had compliments about the wedding day from the nicely decorated reception hall, ceremony site, the cocktail hour under the tent, and the very well organized schedule (shout out to Samantha!). Samantha literally was a saint and made the day go by so smoothly. We are so thankful for her help and guidance. I would highly recommend her! She was so easy to work with, answered all our questions throughout the year, and she was seriously the sweetest person. I never thought too much about needing/having a coordinator but we are so glad we decided to have her be a part of our special day. She was able to fix any small hiccups we bumped into. Highly Recommend

Stonehouse Villa was an amazing venue to spend the best day of my life. This venue creates and ambiance that invites love, peace and joy. Since there are so many layers in this venue such as the deck, ceremony ground, reception hall and overall decor; you never get bored. Not only is the venue beautiful, the staff is attentive and very helpful. They have a flower wall that is perfect for photo booths and decor throughout so you don't have to spend so much money on your own decor. The bridal and grooms suites are a bit small so we didn't get fully ready in them, but they provide enough space to relax and get some great pictures. Overall the venue was reasonably priced and worth every penny. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue!

A picture-perfect Hill Country venue with a dream-team staff

Stonehouse Villa (SHV) was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue. We wanted a beautiful outdoor ceremony space in the Texas hill country, a spacious reception hall, and great backup options for rain plans that didn’t feel like a compromise. SHV was all of that and more. The entire property is gorgeous and beautifully decorated - we didn’t feel like we needed to add anything other than florals for it to fit our vision perfectly. Kim was excellent to work with throughout the booking process. She was kind, professional, and very helpful. SHV’s resources for recommended vendors were excellent - nearly everyone we booked was someone they recommended (all of which were fantastic). We added on the coordination package, and Samantha was great to work with. She was prompt, kind, and flexible. She would send periodic reminder emails for milestones leading up to our wedding (even things like getting our marriage license and sending out invitations). We had originally planned for a 150-person wedding in May 2020, but the pandemic had other plans. Samantha contacted us in March, offering us a one-time opportunity to move our date to later in the year. We moved to October, and as the pandemic went on, we realized October wouldn’t be “back to normal” as we had hoped. We asked if there could be another opportunity to push back to 2021, and there was not without forfeiting our entire payment. That being said, we understand why SHV couldn’t accommodate moving a year’s worth of weddings into the next calendar year. Samantha offered us several options about how we could re-envision the wedding, and we felt most comfortable with an entirely outdoor, 20-person celebration. Despite these complications, Samantha remained a great source of help. She was a great advisor during our final walkthrough, taking fully into consideration our concerns about safety. Finally, and most importantly, Samantha made the wedding day go off without a hitch - she took over all communication with our vendors leading up to the wedding, and we didn’t have to do anything on the day of. Everyone knew what they needed to do and where they needed to be the whole day. The pandemic truly threw our plans for a loop, but our wedding ended up being so wonderful, largely in part thanks to how great SHV and Samantha were. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special.

The BEST Hill Country Wedding Venue

I can't express enough how amazing Stonehouse Villa and their staff was throughout the planning process and on our wedding day! When we toured the property over a year ago we fell in love with the interior design indoors, scenic views outside and the perfect ceremony site! We planned to get married in June 2020 but covid-19 changed those plans. Stonehouse Villa was so accommodating and informative during the entire process of changing our wedding date to December 2020. We were still able to have our dream wedding with precautions and safety measures in place. Samantha, the on-site planner, was on top of everything on wedding day. We can't thank Sam and Kim enough!

Breathtaking!

My wife and I (and all of our guests) loved working with Stonehouse Villa! As a destination couple, we wanted to find a venue that made the planning experience manageable from afar, and we definitely made the right choice here. The aesthetic and decor of the venue itself, from the rolling hills and impeccable landscaping to the beautiful building and spacious tent, left little left to do for us. Above and Beyond Expectations!!

I had my wedding at Stonehouse Villa this past weekend and it was amazing! Kim, the venue manager, made the entire planning process so easy! She was always in communication with us, and had a great list of preferred vendors! Everyone worked together seamlessly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding! The venue has a beautiful bridal and groom suite to get ready in, and they even had champagne and mimosas set up for us in the bridal suite. They included so many little touches that made the day even more special! The entire venue is so well laid out, with beautiful spaces for the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. We were worried about rain, but they have a permanent tent over their deck, so even though we didn’t end up having to use ‘Plan B’ the option was there, which was great for peace of mind. I highly recommend this venue!

Best Decision Ever!

The best decision of our wedding was having it at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood. I cannot even begin to describe how happy we were with the venue (and we had visited almost 10 venues prior to Stonehouse). As soon as we were given the tour, we fell in love with how beautiful and scenic it was! We love how convenient the layout is, and we love the scenery, and the staffs are amazing!! I've had so many compliments from our friends and family on how beautiful the venue was. It is decorated inside, but trust me, you would not want to change a thing! We hired the venue coordinator, and she knows everything about the vendors, the venue, timing, layout, decor ideas, etc. She's very open, honest, very nice, down to earth and detailed oriented. She had definitely calmed my wedding nerves before and during the big day. If you decide to have your wedding at Stonehouse - be sure you work with her! She will make sure that your day is perfect in what you had imagined it to be. My new husband still raves about how awesome she is! Thank you Stonehouse for such an amazing and memorable experience!

Stress-free and accommodating in the most beautiful setting!

Stonehouse Villa is an absolutely breathtaking venue with an amazing venue team. The setting is beautiful and they truly thought of everything when they designed this venue. The Perfect Wedding Venue!

It was an absolute dream to work with Stonehouse Villa and their dream time. As an out-of-state bride, we had to do a lot of communication and coordination via phone, email, and visits from my wedding planner without us there. Samantha was so helpful through the process and really helped our vision come true. Stonehouse Villa's team was really considerate and allowed us to tour and visit with our other vendors whenever we were visiting.

The venue was beautiful and spacious and it had plenty of space for all of our guests to spread out comfortably. We fell in love instantly with the outdoor ceremony site and knew that the trees where exactly where we had to get married. The permanent chandelier fixture is the perfect place for your first dance as well. The newly added reception hall was not completed by the time we had our wedding, but it was so beautifully built that it did not obscure any part of our ceremony.

And the photo ops around the venue are unbelievable. Every single place is a perfect photo opportunity!

A Magical Wedding!

From the minute we set our eyes on the Tented Reception Deck we knew that this was the venue for our wedding! Everyone was extremely accommodating from the very beginning. Kim was such a delight to work with and Samantha was a rockstar coordinating our wedding! The entire team was wonderful! We also enjoyed being a part of the new venue being built and being able to sign our names while the framing was going up. Such a wonderful memory and for our family to be a part of that! A beautiful wedding venue!

My husband and I first toured Stonehouse Villa via FaceTime with manager Kim Lough. It was so beautiful, we booked without seeing it in person. When we finally saw it in person a month later, we were blown away and knew we had made the right choice. Kim, Samantha and the staff of Stonehouse Villa were very accommodating, friendly and responsive to our needs and wants. The grounds are beautifully kept and the inside of Stonehouse Villa is tastefully decorated. We did not have a lot of our own decor besides what we did for our cake and dessert tables. The whole place just shines on its own. The ceremony area under the trees was perfect for saying our vows. The bride’s and groom’s suites offered us both a place to comfortably get ready to say “I do.” We consider it “our venue” and would highly recommend it!

Amazing venue and coordinator

The venue was perfect, even with the current construction. Every part of the day was perfect and our guests loved celebrating with us at Stonehouse. Not only is it beautiful, but Samantha (coordinator) makes it exceptional. She takes care of everything, sets everything up perfectly, and keeps everyone calm and on schedule. Not only is this venue beautiful but its staff is really interested in giving you the best experience! The best venue in the hill country!

I cannot put into words how wonderful this venue is! We researched and toured countless venues in the Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Wimberley areas before stumbling upon this gem. It is an absolutely magical venue- the perfect blend of rustic and elegant. The property is stunning, somehow making a large wedding reception feel intimate and cozy. The icing on the cake is that Kim is AMAZING. She is truly the most helpful and knowledgeable coordinator I could imagine! I don’t know how this venue isn’t booked every weekend of the year because it is perfect. I wouldn’t have changed one thing about our wedding!

Friday, February 23, 2018. Everything about our wedding day fit our personalities perfectly. It sprinkled a little while before we shared our written vows but we couldn’t be turned down because our view and our heart’s content was mesmerizing. The beautiful fog met us a few hours before our ceremony began. I know God sent it to us for a perfectly white canvas. The fog illustrated every part of the villa and made it stand out. It was one of my favorite parts of our day. We absolutely love the hill country and couldn’t have gone with a better venue. My husband and I got married at Stonehouse Villa back in March 2018 and were so happy with everything about this gorgeous venue. From our first visit we knew we wanted to get married there. The venue is very well designed inside in out, with lots of great open yard space, a beautiful tented deck and stunning interior. We loved that they have a flexible layout are very well prepared to handle rain, wind, heat and anything else Texas weather might throw their way. The venue is in a fantastic location in Driftwood with plenty of open fields for great pictures, trees for shade and beautiful sunset views.

Communication with Kim and Sarah was excellent from the start and they were both incredibly friendly, helpful and organized. Sarah started as our Wedding Coordinator about half way through our wedding planning and did an amazing job gathering all the details and keeping us on track with our timeline. She made us feel at ease about the transition and handled it seamlessly. Sarah made our day absolutely amazing and did so much work behind the scenes that I actually got to feel like a guest at my own wedding. I knew I was in great hands and could trust her to execute all of the details and plans perfectly and she did an incredible job.

We loved everything about Stonehouse Villa from the staff to the layout and location and could not have hoped for a better wedding venue.

Stonehouse Villa was the PERFECT venue for our big day! The team was extremely accommodating and helped us bring some of our ideas to life. The space itself allowed our guests to wander from the active dance floor, in for some cake and a drink, then out to the relaxed yard games we'd set up. We had around 95 people.

From the moment we saw the venue, we knew it was perfect for the intimate wedding we’ve always dreamed of. We had about 130 people and there was definitely room for more, but we wanted to keep it below 150. The venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing and they are all about customer service. I felt so supported by the staff and didn’t worry about a thing on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Stonehouse Villa for a wedding, anniversary party or any other event. Stonehouse is easy to fall in love with when you first see it. So it is an extra bonus that the staff is so great to go along with such a beautiful place. The Stonehouse Villa was our dream venue and they helped us select vendors in the area to make everything a little easier on us! We are actually from Houston but wanted to get married in the Hill Country. We got married 2 days before Christmas and we all know you can’t predict Texas weather that time of year. The night of our rehearsal was cold and rainy and we got so nervous about the next day. Thankfully, everyone at Stonehouse Villa helped us by accommodating to bad weather and made our wedding just as beautiful as I imagined when I booked them! We were very impressed with the communication with Stonehouse and how they really made our day about us! All of our guests had a blast and still talk about our wedding day!

We had our wedding here on 5/5/18 and from beginning to end it was nothing short of magical...Sarah was absolutely fabulous with all the planning and answering my endless questions leading up to the event, and she was my saving grace the day of when I injured my eye 2 hours before the ceremony started. As for Stonehouse Villa, it’s been a month since the wedding and we are STILL getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was!!! It was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t recommend Sarah or Stonehouse Villa enough!!!

I booked my venue 20 months in advance and also went with the in house coordinator Sarah. Everyone at this venue was such a joy to work with! The entire day, everyone was telling me what a nice venue it was and how pretty the scenery is. I'm so thrilled with my choice of venue and staff and couldn't ask for anything better!

My daughter's wedding was held at Stonehouse Villa this past weekend. Stonehouse Villa is a gorgeous venue and the staff, Kim & Sarah, are amazing!! They took care of everything for us so we could relax and enjoy the day. I absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a unique, gorgeous, hill country venue to use Stonehouse Villa! Stonehouse was the absolute perfect place for us to get married!! The venue and grounds are insanely beautiful and their team was really professional. We booked SV about 15 months out from our wedding date and over those 15 months I had a TON of questions - all of which they were happy to answer for me. They never once made me feel like a burden. They were more than willing to meet with us prior to wedding and made the setup on wedding day a breeze!

Our wedding at Stonehouse Villa was a dream come true! It is such a beautiful venue in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The beautiful field back drops made for stunning photos. The natural arch of the ceremony trees created a simply elegant wedding vow site. And I just love the simple but exquisite design of the indoor space -- both the house and the tent. I was going for a fun and classy wedding and Stonehouse Villa was the perfect venue. I cannot say enough good things about our coordinator, Kim, as well. She is so on the ball, professional, responsive and inspires so much confidence I wasn't worried about anything on our wedding day! The weather blew in high winds and lower temperatures so we had to rearrange the cocktail hour from outside to inside and make some adjustments to the tent set up that morning -- Kim handled everything (from bringing in heaters to lowering a few tent walls and moving cocktail tables) flawlessly so we could just have fun! I really just love Stonehouse Villa -- it's simple but elegant with gorgeous views and I would recommend it to any bride!

We got married at Stonehouse Villa in September and we loved everything about the venue. We chose the venue for its beauty and simplicity. Its decorated beautifully so you don't have to add much. We also had Kim, the Stonehouse event coordinator, coordinate our wedding. She was amazing and really made our day perfect. She is very responsive to emails and helped me figure out what steps to take in preparing for the wedding. I would definitely recommend Stonehouse Villa for your wedding!

Stonehouse Villa is a gorgeous setting that really gives you a Hill Country atmosphere. The spaces are beautifully decorated and well thought out. Kim was brilliant as our wedding planner. She managed every detail both before and during the wedding. She made it possible for me to really enjoy our wedding. Kim handled a number of last minute changes with no trouble.

Great venue! It was the perfect size for our 100 person wedding. Everything was perfect from the layout to the décor to the coordinator Kim.

Not only was the location out in the hill country beautiful but the venue itself was nicely decorated. Compared to other venues, I felt that the items included like the wooden tables, chandelier, etc. made it such a value. I loved that there was a back-up option indoors if it rained but the weather was perfect so we had an outdoor ceremony and used the tent for our reception. There was plenty of space for people to hang out whether it was on the dance floor or at one of the pergolas. There was even a fire pit which was cool so we had s’mores.

We hired Kim as the coordinator and she was amazing! When we got to about 2 weeks out, Kim emailed saying that she had confirmed everything with the vendors which was such a huge relief because the thought of having to do that stressed me out. Once the day arrived, she literally took care of everything. I had previously sent a pinterest board for inspiration and all the decorations she did looked great. When we were getting ready, I forgot if I had sent her my vision for the dining tables so I sent a panicked text and she immediately sent back a picture of the already completed tables just like what I had pinned. Afterwards, everything was taken down and boxed up so the next morning was a breeze.

I can’t say enough good things about Stonehouse Villa, Kim and Christina. We knew as soon as we went to the venue and met with Kim and Christina that it was perfect! The venue is warm and welcoming and has a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony setting. All of our guests raved about the venue and overall vibe! One of the best decisions we made during wedding planning was hiring Kim. She is absolutely THE BEST. Brides, seriously, hire this woman. She will be there to help you every step of the way and is worth every single penny and so much more. Kim absolutely killed it. She answered all of many emails and was always on top of her game. She answered emails, met with us in person and helped through every step of the process. She also decorated the venue for me with the décor I had brought out and made the venue look absolutely perfect on our day. My husband and I looked at several venues in the Austin area, but we knew right away that Stonehouse Villa was “the one.” We wanted somewhere with an outdoor ceremony site, where we could also hold the reception. The venue itself is decorated beautifully, which meant we hardly had to add any decorations. The outside view is amazing – the hill country backdrop is gorgeous! (The indoor ceremony option is beautiful too!)

We hired Kim as our day-of coordinator and she was an absolute lifesaver. I worked with her for several months leading up to our wedding and she was able to give me so many helpful tips and ideas. She is very organized and kept in touch with all of the vendors, set up and took down all of the decorations, and kept the day running smoothly. We were able to enjoy the day without having to worry that everything was going according to plan.

In addition, we also took advantage of their floral services. Christina did a beautiful job with all of our bouquets, boutonnieres, table centerpieces, cake topper, etc. I gave her a general idea of what I had in mind and what she put together was perfect. They have multiple décor options available for rent, including centerpieces and table runners. We took advantage of those rental options and it was so convenient. Everything looked great and went perfectly with the aesthetics of the venue. We also decided to spend the night in the bridal suite at the end of the night.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stonehouse Villa. Their team was so easy to work with and made the entire planning process a breeze for us. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for!

We absolutely adored Stonehouse Villa and the girls who work there, Christina and Kim. They made our wedding day seriously perfect. Not only were they super easy to communicate with, they were also extremely prompt with their responses. When our wedding planner bailed the day before our wedding, Kim and Christina stepped in and did our day of coordination. Both of them were incredibly sweet, calm and organized. Even when we were late on the schedule, they remained sweet and did not stress me out. Stonehouse Villa is a serious no brainer. It is a BEAUTIFUL space. The inside is so well put together and decorated. The suites are easy and fun! The tent for our reception was everything I always wanted, but at an affordable price. I promise you will not regret using them for your wedding!!!

My husband and I got married here in August of 2015. This was the first and only venue we looked at. We set up a tour via email and the staff communicated promptly and enthusiastically. We toured the venue with Christina 9 months prior to our wedding day and at that point they were already booking up for August. Christina was so approachable, answered every question above and beyond, and most importantly to us was upfront and honest about the venue, experience, cost, etc. We made the decision to book the very next day. Everything from there on out was smooth sailing thanks to the amazing staff at Stonehouse Villa.

One of the reasons my husband and I went with this venue is because we were able to bring everything in to have exactly the wedding we wanted to. We went with a taco truck for dinner which was so fun and Stonehouse Villa had a perfect location for the truck and knew exactly how to work with that type of vendor. We brought our alcohol in from Party Barn and privately hired two bartenders which worked out wonderfully. As a bonus to the venue, I used Christina's floral services and yet again blew me away with the quality and care put into the service. I was over the moon happy with my flowers.

The day of went so smoothly and I could not have imagined a better day or venue to host it. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything was. Although it was sweltering hot that day, the industrial cooling units on the porch made sure everyone was cool enough to get on the dance floor and the indoor areas were well air conditioned. Because of my strict budget, my sister in law provided day of coordination services for me, but Stonehouse Villa offers these services at a fair price and I am confident they would do an amazing job at that as well.

Again, I could not have imagined a better setting or staff to help us have the best day of our lives. I would highly recommend Stonehouse Villa.

Oh, this place is so dreamy. It fit everything I wanted-gorgeous outdoor reception site, lighted tent, colors that fit my wedding (gray and gold!), modern furnishings, and a perfect bridal suite with lots of mirrors and outlets. This place was so well decorated that I barely had to add anything, which made my day and planning so easy. They had everything our vendors needed, which was a dream for me. I felt like I was in England here, with the sophisticated house and rolling hills. This was perfect for a hill country wedding that is just Texas feeling enough, without the burlap and barbed wire aesthetic. It was the perfect option for price, location, and amenities, and was actually the only place we visited. We just knew it was perfect for us.

Kristina and the Stonehouse Villa Team exceeded our expectations in every way. Leading up to the wedding Kristina was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. On our wedding night Kristina coordinating everything seamlessly and was right on top of our mistake on the amount of alcohol we ordered. She and her assistant took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are so appreciative. Kristina is amazing at her job and we just loved working with her. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stonehouse Villa! When my fiance and I visited Stonehouse Villa for the first time, we immediately knew this was the place where we'd be getting married. The venue is located in Driftwood, and it's got that beautiful hill country charm without being a kitschy venue. Stonehouse Villa was formerly an interior design business, so the inside is beautifully decorated and doesn't need any extra decoration. Everyone raved about our choice of venue because of its beauty and uniqueness; we chose it because it had a home-y feel while still being elegant. Christina Good, the events director, was also our coordinator, and she was absolutely AMAZING. I knew I didn't want to be worried about details the day of the wedding, and Christina made sure that was exactly the case. Christina contacted all of our vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when the day of the wedding, and everything went perfectly thanks to Christina. What's even more impressive is that she ran our wedding so smoothly while getting ready for her own wedding two weeks after ours! That alone should tell you how organized, efficient, and awesome she is because she was always available to answer questions and suggest vendors throughout hers and my wedding planning process! Christina's assistant, Kim, was also amazing and helped get me into my dress when my corset back intimidated my bridesmaids. If you want a fantastic value, gorgeous venue, and the ability to work with amazing people, book this place, seriously; you will not regret it.

Kristina at Stonehouse Villa was an amazing coordinator! She was available to meet with me multiple times leading up to the wedding day and was very helpful when it came to picking vendors and decor. We had to move our ceremony inside, because of the rain, but it ended up being very beautiful and Stonehouse Villa made it look gorgeous and was done effortlessly. Could not say enough positive things about Stonehouse Villa!!! Everyone that came to our wedding raved about how beautiful the location was and how nicely decorated the villa was as well. As a bride, I really enjoyed that there wasn't much decorating you had to do on top of what is already there. We used Stonehouse Villa just for our wedding reception on a Monday (we got married at Chapel Dulcinea right down the road). We were able to drop off everything for the caterer and bartenders that morning before the ceremony in the carport. All of our interactions with Stonehouse Villa were super convenient and flexible - loved working with them!

We got married on the Monday of Memorial Day where there was a ton of rain and flooding and we decided to put up sidewalls the day before. Even though it was downpouring, our guests still had a great time! You could still see the amazing view even though were weren't able to take advantage of the wonderful grounds.

Stonehouse Villa was the perfect venue for us. Our wedding was in the spring and it was gorgeous with lush green grass contrasting the white flowing tent. The adjacent ranch was gorgeous in the pictures. Many people commented that it was the prettiest wedding venue they had ever seen. On top of the location itself, the staff there were very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am definitely not a detailed planner, but they helped me (and my loved ones) pull it all together without a hitch. They also listened to my bride-brain anxiety at the rehearsal dinner with smiles and empathy. In addition to all of this, we left a silver platter the night of the wedding and Kristina drove my work and dropped it off after we got back from our honeymoon. You can't buy this type of service, it's just her kindness shining through. One note of planning for couples marrying at Stonehouse is to bring water. You can't drink the water there, and our caterer forgot to bring water. All in all, I am delighted with Stonehouse and am grateful that they helped so much to make this day as special as it was.

We had our wedding in Stonehouse Villa March 25th and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms atmosphere, scenery and overall experience! Christina and Kim were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the course of our wedding we couldn’t praise them enough!

As a wedding venue we couldn’t fault anything. We had our dream wedding and got married under two beautiful oak trees with a gorgeous meadow in the background. The venue is decorated so cute - which helped us out so we didn’t have to bring much to make it spectacular. Our guest loved how open everything was and how functional the floorplan was!

We knew the wedding or renewal rather was going to be in Austin. We looked around the web and frankly, there were so many beautiful places but many of them were out of our budget and you had to add a lot of "stuff" to the venue. We enlisted the help of our photographer, Amy Gawlik. She mentioned Stonehouse Villa and as in most things - all things, Amy was right. This beautiful gem is nestled deep in the heart of Driftwood, Texas - Hill Country at its finest. The space was alive with towering live oak trees and succulents galore, there was a rustic but modern light about it - laid back luxury is their mantra and the venue couldn't have been a more perfect fit for our celebration. Each piece of furniture was feng shui'ed to give the interiors a relaxed, down to earth vibe with a hint of ooh-la-la. The big selling point for us was the permanent silk tent that could either serve as the ceremony or reception location. Being that the ceremony was in early December - it's a crap shoot when it comes to weather. So an indoor/outdoor option was important to us. Stonehouse Villa really gives you everything you need and the staff more like the friends I always wanted were the most down to earth, sweet and genuine group of people I've ever worked with. They made our wedding day so magical. Kristina and Christina are such beautys and so so thankful for them.
Super flexible and their professionalism spoke volumes. This venue and even more so their staff is incredible. I don't know if I can use another superlative because they are that awesome. Stonehouse Villa and their team will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Wow! From the second we pulled up to the Stonehouse Villa, we knew that this would be the place we got married. Stonehouse is the a delicate balance between rustic and country that we were looking for. From the beautiful grounds, the to stunning interior, the Stonehouse Villa is so beautifully decorated that it truly needs minimal additional decorations, as it shines on it's own.

We worked with Christina for over a year, planning our big day, and let me just say, this girl knows what she is doing. She is like a well oiled machine. She had every answer to every questions I had (and there were a TON of them). We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which was one of the best decisions we made for our day. It was so nice to know that she had everything under control, from confirming with our vendors, to laying our my vision, to organizing the herd of people, she allowed for a stress free day for all of us, and everything when off without a hitch.

The bridal sweet and groom suite were in perfect locations, to allow for a room for each of us to get ready separately. There is even a separate staircase for the men to go up and down, and avoid contact between bride and groom (if wanted!) It also served as a beautiful place for first look pictures. The bridal suite also has a new bed for the couple to stay in after the reception. I am so glad we chose to stay at the venue. It was so special to see our guests off as they left, and be able to stay and enjoy for a few more hours before bed. The morning after, was the most beautiful sunrise, and such a special cap to the most perfect evening.

I would 100% recommend Stonehouse Villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, rustic, outdoor wedding venue.

This venue was absolutely perfect for my wedding. The moment I walked in to tour, I just said "YES." Christina was very helpful leading up to the wedding, and though she was out of town the day of, she informed Hunter on everything we needed, and he orchestrated everything so well. They were extremely flexible with us, and I'm so grateful for that. They considered and provided an answer on all my questions in a timely manner.
They even have a decor package. This was a true lifesaver for us, as I dread decorating for any event; it allowed me to show up, worry about me, get married, and leave!
I can't say enough great things about the aesthetics of the building/property. So many venues look exactly the same, but not Stonehouse Villa. It's just a romantic place to be. I believe it was built in the 1920s, so it has this unmatched vintage charm, with a modern, rustic (but not country) flare in the furniture and fixtures.
I was also amazed at the price. Stonehouse was definitely the best venue for the value I've seen. They charge less than many venues with fewer features, and less charm.
Another perk: it's in a really convenient location for South Texas dwellers (we spent our wedding night in Austin and it only took 20-30 minutes to get there from the venue, most of our guests live in San Antonio and didn't find the distance to be a problem).
So if you're planning a South Texas wedding I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out. It was my best wedding choice, aside from the groom, of course.

This venue is absolutely amazing. The decor on the inside along with the quaint outside and it's superb location is hard to beat. On top of that, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. I received so many compliments on the venue choice. We did a non-traditional wedding only, and they were so helpful in accommodating us and helping cut costs since we didn't need it for the whole night. On top of that, when I ran into a snag on my wedding day and needed access to the venue a little earlier, Christina was so easy going about it! She decorated the place and with my few ideas she turned it into my dream. I couldn't have asked for a better venue!! Those trees out there are so amazing.

Loved the venue, it was beautiful and already had so much character that it didn't require a lot of extra decorating! It's the perfect size for a small wedding or a big one! We loved it!

There is absolutely no wedding venue in town that can compare with Stonehouse Villa on beauty, professionalism, and price! The venue itself is stunning. The 1920s home, situated amongst old arching oak trees on pastoral hills, has been updated in gorgeous neutrals that go with any color. It also has a fireplace that you see immediately when you walk in through the front door. I had a winter wedding it the lit fireplace made it SO cozy and intimate. There is also a huge fabulous covered porch for dancing, mingling, bar set up, and even space for dining if you prefer outdoors to indoors. As one yelper already said, the place is so beautiful, there is very little that needs to added, just what you want to make it your own. They also have tons of farm house tables, benches, white folding chairs, and decorating accessories you can and SHOULD rent. As you don’t have to pay a delivery fee, the cost is below market value. Not to mention, it makes it much easier for you to worry about one less contract and delivery/set-up.

Also, perhaps the best part is the manager Christina. This is a lady who is on top of everything Stonehouse Villa. She is incredibly organized, kind in a much desired salt-of-the-earth fashion! So reassuring to be around. She’s also a savvy businesswoman. When I gave her my budget, she was absolutely able to work with it and even thought creatively about how to cut costs on top of my already tight budget!!! She also knows how to best utilize the space and is incredibly generous with her time. This place and manager are amazing!

Christina was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond for our wedding and was extremely helpful. Stonehouse Villa is not only a stunning venue they treat their customers wonderfully. Christina listened to all my requests and gave helpful suggestions as well as letting me use some of the venues LED candles for my reception. I dropped my wedding band on the deck at the end of the reception and the owner and Christina promptly helped my parents retrieve it from under the deck for me the next day. This venue is decorated so well (owned by the folks that own Decorum in The Hill Country Galleria) that you don't even have to do much to it. The aesthetic went well with our winter wedding and was a wonderful reflection of our tastes-a little modern and a little old fashioned and vintage. You could bring in so many different colors and looks to Stonehouse and they would all work. I cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at Stonehouse Villa. Book them, now!!!

Stonehouse Villa was an awesome venue to work with. The actual space is beautiful and has a modern but rustic feel to it. I loved the fact that there was a tented deck and outdoor space. Christina helped us every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty to be helpful and take great care of us. I would reccomend this venue to anyone looking for a hill country wedding space that isn't overly "Texas" feeling but still beautiful and romantic.

Everyone I've come into contact with, in connection with Stonehouse Villa, has been fantastic and superbly helpful. Christina Good in particular was extremely communicative and flexible throughout the whole pre, during, and post event. I really appreciated having such a personable contact to work with for our wedding! She even went and bought more plastic cups when suddenly we didn't have enough. Overall we had a great experience, and loved every whirlwind minute!
